After 3 years of living in the Miami area, I made it to the Village of Merrick Park and I'm glad I finally did. I love the open mall concept and while it is a bit outdated, it still keeps its charm and beauty. I enjoyed the natural light, cleanliness, the big hallways and principally the gardens. I would come here only to enjoy the gardens and snap some good pictures. As for the stores, I think they have a good selection. I'm looking forward to return to the village, whether it's to Nordstrom or any of the other stores within.

Nice outdoor mall. Not as high end as Bal Harbour or the Design district but high end enough you won’t find a Marshall’s or a Ross here. Plenty of restaurant options including seafood and a steakhouse. Weirdly a lot of people watch videos at full blast with no ear phones which is strange. Dogs are very popular here they even seem to be allowed in restaurants.

Google
Beautiful mall, it’s so nice and quiet during the day. Amazing staff everywhere. Love it! It’s a great spot to just go shopping and there’s a lot of of different stores.

Google
I highly recommend Shops at Merrick Park for a relaxed, family-friendly outing. This open air mall offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort which is ideal for families seeking a quiet, upscale environment. You’ll find great restaurants, a movie theater, and convenient parking that makes the experience seamless. It’s never too loud or overcrowded, which adds to its charm. A top choice for a leisurely day with loved ones.👏🏻

Google
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A beautiful and relaxing place for a family outing! This plaza is stunning, with well-maintained landscaping, lush greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for a leisurely stroll. The fountain is a true highlight, adding a touch of elegance and serenity to the surroundings. There are plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the view, and the open spaces are great for kids to play. Whether you’re looking to unwind, take beautiful photos, or simply enjoy nature, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended for families and anyone who loves scenic, well-designed outdoor spaces!

Yelp
One of the things I love most about Miami is the number of outdoor spaces for shopping and dining. These outdoor "malls" aren't as common in the midwest and they make for a really cool experience for visitors. The Shops at Merrick Park offer everything from designer clothing and accessories to premium home goods and one-of-a-kind boutique items. It's the ideal spot for both serious shoppers and casual browsers who enjoy window shopping and wish-listing. The outdoor atmosphere is beautifully designed, with wide walkways, nice greenery, and seating areas that invite you to take your time and enjoy the surroundings or treats from the local vendors selling smoothies, snacks and more. During the holidays, the seasonal Christmas decor truly transforms the square into a winter wonderland. Twinkling lights, festive garlands, and beautifully decorated storefronts create a magical ambiance that makes the shopping experience even more enjoyable. The Christmas tree and photo-worthy displays are perfect for getting into the holiday spirit and don't forget a visit with Santa Clause! What sets Mallory Square apart is the inclusion of local vendors who set up along the sidewalks. Their handcrafted goods, unique art pieces, and locally made treats add a personal and community-driven touch to the luxury shopping experience. It's the perfect blend of high-end retail and supporting small businesses. If you are looking for a fun way to spend some time in Miami check it out!

Yelp
Came here for the first time on a weekday and be prepared. You must pay for parking in order to visit this mall. It is an outdoor mall with three levels and with anchoring stores, such as Neiman Marcus. I love that it is an outdoor mall because they truly do take care of the place hence why I understand paying for the parking. The escalators, all work the elevators all worked. The floors are clean and there's actually someone working full-time to help you figure out how to pay for your parking ticket in the garage, which is also fantastic. This place has every store you could ever think of both on the super high end as well as even across the middle and not as pricey. So it's great because it caters to a wide variety of shoppers and taste. I happen to be here for the first time in December and share a picture of the outdoor decor, which is absolutely fantastic and this place is super family friendly. Kids running all over the place and playing the grounds the seating the benches absolute fantastic. Also, in this particular day, there seem to be a little bit of a farmers market type set up throughout the mall where other vendors were selling their goods as well as food and drinks that were Very much organic and natural and probably a farm direct table as well. I love this place and have to definitely come back.

Yelp
Clean, spacious, fun to window shop and enjoy the lovely florida weather. This is upscale shopping

Yelp
Nice high-end mall, plenty of stores, and a very nice farmers market on the weekends. There are some food establishments, but I wish there were more to be honest! It's already feeling like the holidays here! Check out the Christmas tree :)

Yelp
I like coming here once in a while. They have a variety of stores from home stuff to women's clothing, toiletries, etc. The price point overall.is on the higher side. They do have Victoria's Secret. Overall, this area is well kept. It is partially covered, partially outside. It would be nice if they had some sort of cooling system gor when it is extremely hot. We'll, most of the year that is. Parking can be annoying. I found street parking to avoid the parking garage and the finicky pay system. There have been many stores that have left this shopping center but they have been replaced. They have limited restaurant choices. One that is great is Sawa.

Yelp
The Shops at Merrick Park is an outdoor shopping mall located in Coral Gables. It opened in 2002. Parking is $10 in the mall garage but I was able to find much cheaper metered street parking surrounding the mall. The major drawback to this mall is that parking is not free, I mainly came to the Shops at Merrick Park to check out the temporary art exhibition, Los Trompos on display in the courtyard. It is actually the public art that is my favorite part of this mall. Merrick Park has 91 high end stores, like Neiman Marcus, Jimmy Choo, L'Occitane, Lilly Pulitzer, Louis Vuitton, Nordstrom, Pottery Barn Kids, and Tommy Bahama. Sit down restaurants include Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, Yard House, and Sawa Restaurant & Lounge. There is also a movie theater, The Landmark at Merrick Park, Coral Gables. The mall holds a lot of classes, demos, activities, and events. During my visit they were having an outdoor local artist market. This outdoor mall is exceptionally beautiful. They did a great job of using the principals of design executed by Coral Gables founder George Merrick, The mall uses the coral rock and Mediterranean Revival design that you see throughout Coral Gables. The stores are a little more expensive than my taste but I would consider coming back to check out some of the restaurants.

Yelp
One of the best outdoor luxury malls in Miami and the US. It's known for lush landscapes!
google avatar

David W.

Yelp
Beautiful mall... nice variety of stores! And there's still more stores to come. Not a particularly high end mall but better than average IMO
google avatar

Oriana S.

Yelp
This is a beautiful upscale outdoor shopping mall located at Coral Gables. It offers the best stores and designers with a fine dining experience. One of the best in Miami! Simply fabulous and exquisite. It also offers easy and plenty parking garages.
google avatar

Alex G.

Yelp
It's one of the best maintained outdoor shopping centers in Miami. The walking areas are spacious and comfortable, the landscaping and foliage are beautiful, and the fountains add a perfect balance. The shops are the high end type, and there are plenty of them. There's also a good variety of restaurants to satisfy almost any taste. This shopping center is a 5 star all day long, except for their parking service. The parking app and process is the WORST one I have ever experienced, and I drive and park everywhere. This one is horrible! I really hope management fixes the parking problem, but until then, I'll do my shopping elsewhere.
google avatar

Brian L.

Yelp
Really nice place to come shop. Nice high end shops and restaurants. Exotic vehicles parked here hints at the clientele. Nicely kept grounds we will be back.
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
A beautiful outdoor shopping center with many high end stores, anchored by Nordstrom and Neumann Marcus. There's three levels here, my favorite is the Crate and Barrel store on the third floor. There's stairs, escalators, and elevators to get you up and down. Nice restrooms as well. Theres some very cool restaurants here as well with outdoor patios. The Christmas tree is tall and one of the best in Miami. It's quite the sight to see! Parking is in the attached parking garage (fee) or on the street using the parking app (about $2.77 an hour). This is a good place to hangout on one of the many sofas and chairs they have for the shoppers.

Yelp
Really look forward to shopping, strolling, hanging out here EVERY time we visit Miami area. Love the design of it with plenty of shade yet still an outdoor design. There are over five restaurants where you can take a break, get a cocktail, meet up with a friend or have spouse enjoy while you shop. Also like the mix of shops (athletic, home, kids, makeup, clothing, jewelry). For people complaining about parking.. ride around and find meter parking or take an Uber.
google avatar

Wendy A.

Yelp
One of my favorite shopping center. I always loved how is an open mall with amazing high end brands. Parking is not free. They have a few restaurants and coffee shops here.

Yelp
I used to love shopping at the mall. I would come on Sundays for a class at Athleta, have lunch at the farmers market and check out my favorite stores such as Banana Republic, Madewell, and Anthropologie. The outside vibe was awesome and way way back in the day I even used to wander around catching Pokémon too. Nordstrom would validate parking for 2 hours and in general there also was free 30 minutes which if you were making a quick return you could sometimes do. It's been a while since I enjoyed my Sunday routine due to the pandemic but recently I went to Nordstrom to exchange some gifts, fully expecting to be able to validate my parking. The mall changed their parking vendor to be ticketless and also extremely more expensive. Also while it is now ticketless it is still not touchless if you don't have your phone set up to pay. To say I am disappointed is an understatement - more like heartbroken that I will never get to enjoy my Sunday routine without being robbed by their parking system. So much for trying to support retail. I guess I'll just continue to order online while cursing this idiotic heartless decision to ruin the mall. After parking here I got a text asking about my parking experience. I explained in detail how awful it was but no one responded.
google avatar

Sebastian G.

Yelp
Beautiful mall ruined by a terrible parking payment system. What were they thinking partnering with this company? I used to go often but find myself going less and less to not have to deal with the garage parking bs.

Yelp
Absolutely gorgeous outdoor mall in Coral Gables. The place is very clean and has beautiful plants and trees. I love eating at the various restaurants as the atmosphere is great. If you're feeling fancy you have a lot of high-end store such as Gucci, Jimmy Choo, and Tiffany here. There's also a Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus each with three floors and their respective restaurant. For all the mamas, there are a lot of baby stores and even a Gymboree. For the movie fans, there is a Landmark theater. The mall is very dog-friendly and supplies dog bags. I take my Yorkie for a stroll here a lot. On Sundays, they have a really nice farmer's market.

susi z.

Yelp
Sad .. will never be back after parking was charged over 32.00 for an hour at lunch at the yard house. Will NEVER sadly buy anything or go to this coral gables rip off mall again and I used to enjoy it and spend money at both dining and at the stores.. but will never go again
google avatar

Rabia J.

Yelp
Feeling fancy and want to shop or walk around Coral Gables? Then this is the place to be. Shops at Merrick Park has many stores and many dining options. In dining: they have Villagio, Sawa, Mariposa (inside Neiman), Yogurberry, Sea Grill, Perry's, Yard House etc. In shops: they have Nordstrom, White House Black Market, Gucci, Sephora, Jimmy Choo, Neiman Marcus and more. I had a few hours before going to Miami airport, so this was a really nice place to be. Most of my time was spent in Nordstrom since it is one of their anchor stores. They also have a movie theater too. Parking options are garage (pay per hour) or street parking (pay per hour). Side Note- Every Sunday (11AM- 6PM) they have a farmer's market located near Nordstrom and Cole Haan. ~

Yelp
Shops at Merrick Park is the best mall out here in Miami, (Coral Gable). I love this dog friendly, outdoor mall. This mall even provides dog bags and plenty of greenery for your dog to do his/ her business. I came by this large shopping center with my husband and our little girl dog this past Friday, late afternoon. When we entered this shopping center, we went through the parking structure and picked up a parking ticket. I am never a fan of having to pay for parking, but luckily Nordstrom will validate your parking (no purchase required) ticket so that you can enjoy your shopping experience here for free, for up to 3 hours. Just go to the service bar on the 1st floor and someone will validate your ticket. Or you can always pay $3 for 2 hours of shopping if you rather not go in and ask Nordstrom. Anyways, there are a lot of high end stores at this mall that include Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus (on opposite sides of each other), Gucci, Tiffany & Co, Jimmy Choo. But there are also affordable brands that include Ann Taylor, J Crew & Victoria's Secret. There are also some restaurants here and a movie theater. The middle of this large mall is a large courtyard that is just beautiful and well maintained. We were able to spend a little over 2 hours here, shopping at a few of the stores here. If I lived in this area, I would be a frequent visitor with my little girl.

Yelp
I actually love this mall. I love coming here and just walking around. Merrick park is located in the heart of Coral Gables. It is open and outdoor mall. The mall houses many stores which I also absolutely love as well as a movie theatre, gym, and several restaurants. It also houses my child's pediatrician office which is why I do come here more often than not. Although I love most of the stores in this mall it is not made for middle class Miami. That being said if you are coming here to shop for anything you better prep yourself to pay the big bucks. This mall is full of high end stores that are definitely out of my budget. There are also some regular mall stores like Victoria's Secret and Sephora. For the most part though the mall is catered to the Gables population which includes its wealthy inhabitants. I still love this mall and I will still continuing coming here. My favorite stores are Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, and Janie and Jack (for kids).

Yelp
A very nice outdoor mall with undercover walkways, in Coral Gables. Beautifully arranged over three floors with the cinema on the top floor, and the other two floors with an assortment of shops. Most of the shops here are high end and expensive. There are a lot of restaurants here too - so it is nice to shop, stroll around, have dinner and then a movie, as we did! Made for a very pleasant girlie day out. there are some nic benches dotted around a pleasant fountain.

Yelp
Love love love Merrick Park. It's basically an outdoor mall with a couple of restaurants. Usually come here for Nordstrom and run out but this time around we decided to take a random trip and stroll around. You have your share of high end fashion like Gucci, And Jimmy Choo. It also has a couple of home stores like William Sonoma and Crate & Barrel and kids clothing boutiques. Oh and not to mention Sephora too! What I love most about Merrick Park is their gorgeous garden with benches to sit and relax. It's in the heart of coral gables with private parking which starts at $3 the first 2 hours. On Sundays they have a farmers market which is nice too. It's a good place to come with family or friends for lunch/dinner maybe some shopping but also just enjoy the day.
google avatar

Emely R.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite malls in Miami due to the many shops and classy atmosphere! Parking is $2.25 per hour which isn't that bad due to the fact it's located in Coral Gables.
google avatar

Apple S.

Yelp
I really like this shopping park. What I don't like is that you have to pay for parking and also the parking can be far from where you want to be. The restaurants attached are nice too. I've been mostly to Nordstrom and they luckily voucher your parking ticket if you shop decently enough:)
google avatar

Ingrid E.

Yelp
My very favorite place to relax, close to the holidays! Restaurants are wonderful, scenery is soothing, music is relaxing.. I had another delicious meal at Villagio. Risotto primavera with a glass of Pinot Grigio. On a cool night, adorable children playing by the waterfall, families gathered and chatting, lovers romantically staring into each other's eyes, soft waterfall sounds filling the calm cool air, feels like a little piece of heaven.

Yelp
Shops at Merrick Park is a wonderful open setting mall in the heart of Coral Gables. The set up of the mall is nice and unique as you enter through the middle as it is a road way with three different entrances North, East, & West. Located in the south end of the mall is a nice open field with a fountain and a multiple water spigot. There are several restaurants to choose from my favorite being The Yard house. There are several shops, a movie theater, and a pediatric office working the mall. During Christmas time there is a huge tree put up and a lighting ceremony and Santa comes on a Fire truck during this event. Great for the kids and family to gather around to bring in the holiday season. They also have a huge menorah as well. At night the mall is set up nicely with lights and it's an enjoyable walk around even if you're not in the mood to purchase any items. There is valet parking as well as street parking and two parking garages.
google avatar

Frank F.

Yelp
Like the restaurants stores and gym, all I frequent but cancelling my membership and can go to other shops and restaurants in the area, not only is parking a mess, but I just paid a parking ticket $66,25 that the private parking company hit me with. Not even a miami company? How is this a good idea, guess they don't need the business?
google avatar

Yelp
Yesterday was the first time visiting the Shops at Merrick Park. I liked the place, there are a lot of different shops, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Sephora, some restaurants and a lot of green spaces. It looks and it feels like a high-end shopping mall. It was clean, very well maintained, and nice to explore if you have time. The only thing I disliked is the open space, it was very hot and humid, so I wasn't in a mood to walk that much and explore, I feel open concept malls are not the best option for humid and hot Miami weather. I would visit in the night or during the cooler months. The parking is paid, you are given instructions when you park on how to pay for it. I think the parking should be free, given the thought that this feels and looks like a high-end shopping mall, you should be given free parking option. I love the green spaces and I would visit again, but not when its hot and humid or not during the day.
google avatar

Winchelle R.

Yelp
Wow! I loved walking around here with the family killing time before our flight and doing light shopping! Clean surrounding, awesome stores, great restaurants and easy parking. We will definitely be back here!
google avatar

George M.

Yelp
A higher end shopping mall with stores such as Tiffany and Burberry but also sunglass hut and Sephora. I like coming here for a couple reasons. It's outdoors so that's nice. Free parking if you get it validated or after six. The water fountains for the kids to play in. The new movie theater is really nice. It's close to the homeplace All that plus no riff raff makes it a solid four star mall. Coming from me, that's pretty awesome
google avatar

Kristina S.

Yelp
Beautiful shopping center with great stores and delicious dining as well. The stores a bit on the higher end and it is easiest to valet when shopping here. It is mainly outdoors with two floors of shopping. There are also so many choice for dining so that you won't be hungry during your shopping trip. I love coming here because I can get clothes, make up, shoes and anything else all in one trip. Lovely area to just hang out as well and there's plenty of areas to sit.
google avatar

Samantha I.

Yelp
My lovely workplace! There's nothing I enjoy more than entering The Shops at Merrick Park every morning for work. Such a beautiful place to be, with tons of great energy to go around. This outdoor shopping mall is definitely one of my favorites here in Miami. Plenty to do here wether you want to shop, eat, drink, workout, or just spend the day lounging enjoying the beautiful Miami weather. Great place to bring the family, dogs included! P.S Look out for the Farmers Market held every Sunday from 11-5PM!
google avatar

Melissa G.

Yelp
If you like to shop and very high end stores such as Jimmy Choo, Burberry, and Louis Vuitton then this is the place for you. This place is absolutely enormous! Personally these are not my preferred stores I just like to come to eat here. They have a variety of restaurants which all look great! They also have many lamps and lighting creating a nice ambiance while you stroll along to your next destination. I have yet to try all the restaurants here but believe me they are on my list of places I must go. I went to yard house when I visited this location and not only was the food great but the service was impeccable. Can't wait for future experiences at this location and hopefully I have just as great of a time as the first time! For those of you who have been where should I eat next?!
google avatar

Rick M.

Yelp
Beautiful shopping Mall with restaurant in the heart of Coral Gables. If your shopping for yourself you will find best known brands or if you just wanting to spend a day, happy hour or night out this is the place to do it while in Coral Gables. Did I also mention they have a first class theater on the third floor called the Landmart
google avatar

Matthew S.

Yelp
Fantastic shopping center. Everything you need is certainly here. I love the fact that Neiman Marcus as one of its anchors. A nice selection of restaurants to choose from, and a great selection of stores.
google avatar

Scott H.

Yelp
Sooo much nicer than the Design District in South Beach. Peaceful, wide open, clean and lots of high end shopping, good parking. No skeezers lurking around. Design Dist. was terrible...Riff Raff everywhere, super cramped, felt dirty and the fear of theft and walk-in-grab gangs still permeates the area.. the stores are super paranoid to let anyone in. Skip it.
google avatar

Maria D.

Yelp
One of my favorite locations to shop at. They have my ultimate favorite store: Nordstrom. The shoe selection isn't as great as the one in aventura but they still have a great variety. I can always find anything I need or want there. They also have many other great stores: vineyard vines, jimmy choo, Cole haan, gucci, Victoria's Secret. They also have a number of good restaurants. The ones I've liked are vilagio and sawa. They have valet, street parking and garage parking.
google avatar

Amparo M.

Yelp
Great place to walk around with family and go window shopping or at least imagine yourself wearing the clothes lol
google avatar

Ambar C.

Yelp
I absolutely adore this mall! I literally come by ever day. This is my stop on the train from work and I wait here for my husband to pick me up to go home. I enjoy just walking around the beautiful open space and watching people. There is a nice mix of stores here from very expensive to your usuals. I am usually very satisfied with the selection and can happily shop without missing anything. There is a good selection of restaurants here as well you can enjoy a delicious croque madame at Braserie Central to ginormous quantities of beer at the Yard House. There is sushi, Mediterranean, and secluded bistros to choose from. My favorite time is holiday season when the have the beautiful Christmas tree and lights all over. They also play holiday music in the garden speakers. You can always find laughing children running around the fountain and proud dog owners being able to walk around with their fur babies in tow. Parking is great cause it's a covered garage. And there is also a new movie theater, like the ones that have a bar and food while you watch. It's definitely one of my favorite places and definitely recommend everyone should come.

Yelp
I don't usually review malls but opt to review the actual restaurants within. today I'll make an exception. I will also add I waited 4 days to write this as I wanted to take emotion out of it. I live in the rivera section of coral gables just south of merrick park. So this is 15 blocks from my house and before today I spent quite a bit of time and cash there in the restaurants and businesses. Many other folks review the mall itself, the stores landscaping, restaurants etc. this one is more about the management. Having lived in the south gables for over 30 years Irma is the first time the words storm surge and evacuation were uttered for this area. Trust me it's scary stuff. Because of that many of us decided to get our cars to higher ground. All the city garages waved their fees for the storm but quickly filled up. Many of us that live nearby opted to park in the garages at merrick park that would otherwise be empty. The garages were about as full as they would have been on Black Friday. Imagine our collective surprise after the storm spared our homes but devastated the tree canopies and infrastructure to be presented with a $30-40 cash only bill. Now I will tell you that 30 bucks is not a ton of money but after a storm when power and communication is down and cash is king you need every penny for gas, water food etc. some folks that were leaving at the same time I was Monday morning did not have cash on them. There was no one manning the exits only a voice on speaker telling them they had to pay and cash only. The "voice" actually asked one person why they would come there without cash in a very condescending tone. Really? no joke. So Most businesses understand that they depend on the local community and therefore try to be part of it. Not this one as they unlike many other business treated Irma as a business opportunity charging for parking for those that parked their cars in the garage during Irma. That is their prerogative but it has left a bad feeling for me. So let's sponsor those businesses that do care about us and showed it with their actions. My recommendation: the coral way street remodel is almost finished and giralda is now done. Go there as I will and visit those business or head down to Dadeland. They care about us unlike merrick park.

Yelp
I absolutely love coming here. They offer valet parking and offer great restaurants selections and luxury high end stores to shop at. It is beautifully landscaped and just nice to have a nice dinner outside or walk around. This is one of my favorite places to shop in Miami, you should definitely come here!
google avatar

Cynthia B.

Yelp
Very pleasant area. Low key shopping and many good foods. Love the outside stands on Sunday.
google avatar

Rolo C.

Yelp
Merrick Park is a beautiful shopping center, with nice Mediterranean architecture and great landscaping. The huge tree at Christmas is a special touch. The mix of merchants could be better, as I personally don't have any use for many of the ultra high end boutiques here. The Landmark movie theater has recliners and footrests in most of its theaters. There are several good restaurants here, with good variety. Parking garage is good, but stores do not validate parking.
google avatar

Stephanie S.

Yelp
The Shops at Merrick Park are very fancy, and are somewhere nice to walk around on the weekend. They offer high class, and high quality brands. You will definitely spend a pretty penny walking shopping here. They also have their own parking garage which comes in handy if there is no street parking available. I recommend coming early though on the weekends as it can get quite busy!
google avatar

Becky R.

Yelp
Beautiful mall. Went on Sunday for a nice walk and to get some fresh air and was not disappointed. Sunday's farmers' market featured some delicious food, including aromatic spices and teas by the pound. Got to enjoy an espresso al fresco and finish my visit with a trip to the Godiva shop. Pretty perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon.

Yelp
Don't bother going here for a while. The shops are mostly closed and those that are open do not allow you in without an appointment. On top of that they charge a high price to park without warning you first that nothing is open. They should be encouraging people to come by offering free parking, instead they are getting people to come for nothing and charging for the privilege.
google avatar

Alyssa G.

Yelp
I think it's safe to say that this is my favorite mall in Miami. I love the vibes here. It's an outdoor mall and has some really great stores and plenty of places to eat! They also have a farmer's market every Sunday which if you should definitely check out if you haven't already!

I'm in awe by the Shops at Merrick Park! It's so beautiful. Walking around here is such a pleasure, especially seeing all of the shops and the people who shop here. It's so refined and is definitely the place to go for a lazy afternoon. Some of my favorite shops like J. Crew, Banana Republic, Anthropologie, and Teavana are located here. Just window shopping and getting ideas from the shops is a reason to go to Merrick Park.
