Six of us went for dinner last night and everything we had was simply fantastic! (I want to know what they put in the aioli that comes with the sweet potato fries, it was divine.) The short rib farro risotto was a standout and highly recommended! The gnocchi and tomahawk for two were also wonderful. Unfortunately I didn’t get any photos of the starters (a prosciutto flat bread, shrimp ceviche and seafood tacos) but trust me when I say they were all great!

Stopped by with my mom after the airport . Very clean and stylish restaurant. The panoramic view of flying planes and sunset was great to watch . We ordered a charcuterie and SLO ( chicken dinner). Both very good , the chicken was cooked to perfection, but not a big fan of the sauce on top of it . The cheese and meet was delicious. Overall great relaxing atmosphere and good service .

Google
This is the place to watch the sunset and grab a cocktail! Highly recommend the hermosa'dora margarita named after my favorite beach. It paired well with their extensive menu of SoCal cuisine. We enjoyed every bite and the staff could not have been friendlier. Perfect spot to take out of town guests and family to see the views of LA!

My wife and I had the most wonderful dinner and evening last night at the ShoresLAX penthouse restaurant at the Hyatt House Hotel at LAX. We were there for their soft opening and were simply blown away by the ambience, service and fantastic food. Without a doubt a gourmet dinning experience in an unexpected location. The food was simply amazing. We started with the farmers market crudite with a tasty basil aiole and the scrumptious grilled shrimp street tacos with chipotle crema. For the main course, I had the honey glazed salmon with mango, bok choy, mandarin orange and quinoa (simply outstanding) and my wife had a warm roasted root vegetable plate with faro topped with a delicious grilled salmon filet (she’s still raving about it). We’re definitely coming back soon and bringing some of our friends before this jewel becomes super popular.

Google
The carne asada street tacos are fantastic - an authentic Tijuana flavor profile for every single ingredient. Wow. Fresh Golden Road beer selection. A sleek, modern interior accompanies a breezy rooftop deck, with fantastic views of planes landing at LAX. Highly recommend!

Walked over from nearby hotel - place was great! Got one of the chicken big dishes which was crazy good. Hard to believe the place is not packed. Will be soon if they keep it up!

Google
I had an amazing dinner last night at shores LAX, the drinks, the food and the service were excellent. I look forward to seeing another sunset there soon. TODD

Glasses are plastic… ambiance is great, but they are post pandemic understaffed.

Yelp
Maria at the front desk ain't it. An attitude fixin' is in need. Regardless, the hotel will do but is too crowded and the room itself was like a concrete box. Best part was breakfast and the crew that works there.

Yelp
To us, the most important thing in a hotel is a good night's sleep. But at this Hyatt, we were in a room with two beds, and the mattresses were junk. They should have been replaced five years ago. The room was bare bones, no amenities, WiFi slow. But heard that the breakfast is good, although we had to leave the hotel early for an appointment and could not try the breakfast. Get new mattresses Hyatt! We would never book a room here again.

Meka P.

Yelp
I agree with the prior post about one of the women at the front desk having a bad attitude. I had the same experience from a Latina front desk staff member. She didn't have on a name badge. We went through 2 rooms both of which weren't cleaned to any hotel standards. Hair on the floors, bed side tables not cleaned. I wish I brought a light from Amazon to truly see how dirty the place was. I've never experienced this from any hotel ever before. The hotel "manager" that was on this afternoon looked at me crazy rather than offering any form of apology. I've reached out to Ulices Hernandez Asst Front Office manager via e-mail and am awaiting a response.

Yelp
There's nothing to see around here. Cleaning is until 4 pm, so we were concerned we would be visited. The best part is the continental breakfast and the 24-hour gym! Shoutout to the bar staff who saw how badly I needed coffee and, when I asked for the nearest coffee shop, gave me a cup even though it was not on the bar menu.

Yelp
Spent a night here after flying into LAX before continuing on the rest of our trip. Our room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast is above and beyond any other hotel breakfast I have had. Only did not give full points because the parking is quite expensive.

Yelp
I purposely avoid LAX when I venture out to SoCal, but if you absolutely have to stay there, I can definitely recommend the Hyatt Place LAX. While I prefer the immediate accessibility of the Hyatt Regency from LAX, the Hyatt Place is close enough. The service is here is top notch, and it looks like breakfast here is free. That's a delta to me as a Globalist, but this could definitely be a plus to anyone else. As far as Globalist benefits, it's really just the water here. I didn't get my usual upgrades because it was WrestleMania weekend and I expected that. My favorite thing about my room was the bathroom -- the sliding door at the shower is probably of the most high quality I've had at any Hyatt. Absolutely no water leaked onto the bathroom floor, and I'm someone that showers at full pressure. I'd be back, but only if I don't want to shell out for the Regency.

Rachell R.

Yelp
Hotel may be ok, but the rental car agency they promote in their lobby is a scam. If Hyatt is wanting to keep their name/business they should get rid of the scam working right in the lobby. Right cars is a joke and a scam! Stay away!!

Yelp
What a cool hotel. First off it has a 1970s Deco office building appearance from the outside. Without researching likely a Office to Hotel conversion which affords multiple opportunities to do trendy layouts within that structure. First impression is not positive after reading online reviews but I did not have any of these issues that were reported. Talking with the staff a couple of those issues related to new construction and were fixed. Service was exceptional upon check-in and they recognize our Hyatt status. The room rate itself is cheap in comparison to older hotels nearby. Inside the rooms you have high ceilings very unique build out with a cool common area. Plenty of USB and wall outlets. Fridge, microwave, stove top, with cabinets full of all the glassware and silverware needed. Bathroom is trendy maybe a little smaller than normal but usable. The layout of the room itself is just a very cool urban feel and Great example of when you take an old outdated office building in converted to residential and reuse a lot of it's Structure. First floor provides complimentary breakfast at 5 AM, a first floor lobby bar that closes at six, pool table and some other amenities. The rooftop has a pool Jacuzzi and rooftop bar and restaurant. all-around an exceptional experience and it feels more like a Hyatt centric more of the high-end brand of Hyatt maybe because it's new whatever the reason we will definitely come back again.

Yelp
One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Had no complaints and no need to change anything. I was pleasantly surprised at how this ended being such a large room and so well laid out for my one night getaway. I highly recommend! Didn't eat the free breakfast but they also have airport shuttles and it's easy to cast anything you want to watch. Overall a very good stay!

Yelp
I am pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Continental breakfast was delicious, the fitness center was HUGE and had a vast array of machines/weights and room was clean. Alex at the front desk was beyond helpful and nice. Overall, I will stay here again.

Yelp
Being that I travel a lot I have had the chance to stay at all the usual suspects. Ultimately I have chosen Hyatt to be my main go to place for many reasons. However, why I have chosen the Hyatt Orgnization as my main hotel brand to stay is for another story. This review is spesifically for this location. Upon checking in I was greeted by the very helpful and friendly guest service employee, Elif. She was kind enough to check me in, and quickly go over the main amenaties for this location (hours for the pool, bar, complimentary breakfast, and rooptop restaurant. ) Rooms are very new, clean, and spacious ( I got the single king bed). The shower has great preassure and hot water comes immidatley. (I can't tell you haw many hotels have horrible water pressure with barely room temp water.) This is not the case for here. If you are like me, and need that hot shower in the monring to start your day, this place is perfect. Location is perfectly set right outside the Aiprort ($15.00 Uber ride) with complimentary shuttle services, if you need transportation. With you have car, there are a goof amount of Korean restaurants near by that is very authentic to traidtional Korean cusine. If you are without a car, its about a $16- $20 Uber ride to get there. If you chose to walk, its about 30 - 45 min. The complimentary breakfast is good. There is a good spread of fresh fruits, standard breakfast options, that is exacuted well, where the sausages are not over cooked, eggs are soft and fluffy, and from what I observed, items are replaced quickly and regularly to ensure guests are not getting food that is out of temp. The reason why this in not a 5 star review is for 2 reasons. 1. Because I use Hyatt as my main brand for hotel stays, I have downloaded the Hyatt App. onto my phone. One of the features is that I can check-in with my phone and then use my phone as the room key. This makes it so that I don't need to wait in line to check in when I get to the hotel. I can check in once I land, and sometime later, I am informed on my app that I have been ckecked in, and gives me my room number and my phone now becomes my key. That did not happen this time around and I had to go wait in line to get check-in. 2. Normally for breakfast I will go grab a fruit, bagle, and a cup of coffee and then I'm off to work. However, here we are stopped by hotel staff and asked what room number we are in before we can proceed. Personally, I don't like shouting out which room I am stay in to a room full of stangers. This is not done at the other Hyatt locations I have been to and I just was not happy with that. I personally don't like to broadcast to others where I'm staying. By no means are these deal breakers for me, and overall, my stay with this Hyatt was very good and will be sure to come back again when I am back in town.

Yelp
Pros: Room nicely appointed with waffle ceiling Large tub for bath Hot breakfast and fruits Dedicated elevators from lobby Cons: Parking is expensive and confusing View was parking lot wall ************** Notes: Rooms were decorated with wall art and were clean. Very high tub for bathing. Breakfasts were satisfying and there were scrambled eggs, meats, frozen waffles and diced melons. Parking tip: Read their texts. Head toward LAX on Century Boulevard then turn right on the small lane past the hotel then turn right into the parking lot. On the screen press 'Other Access' enter your phone number if your text stated that. Get a parking pass from the front desk. Be aware that the parking lot is airport center parking used by the hotel so their rate might be cheaper than the hotel rate. Check and choose. There is also an entrance on Airport Boulevard. Lot is very close to the hotel back entrance. There are signs for Hyatt designated parking spaces.

Yelp
Room have zero view pool and rooftop area closed on a football Sunday breakfast buffet was just ok no coffee or gift shop/store also requires nightly deposit of $150 no problem that's standard except I am still waiting 10 days later for Credit Card hold to be released. I won't stay here again next I'll do the Intercontinental.

Yelp
Quick Summary Wanted to try this new Hyatt location out and had an early flight out of LAX. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience with the room we were given. The check-in line was pretty long for a Thursday night. And the parking situation can be a pain. It was basically a big headache the night before and morning of my flight. Room- 2 stars Despite using mobile check-in and being a globalist, we were given basically a non-standard closet room that wasn't cleaned well. We entered the room and it was much smaller than a standard Hyatt Place room (it didn't have the large common area with the sofa). We immediately saw a used Q-tip on the bathroom floor and the trash had a used razor and soap wrapping in it already. We then checked the bedsheets and found dead skin and eyelashes on the bedsheet. We alerted the front desk and at least they were able to move us to a different room when the standard Hyatt Place setup (it was a better and clean room). I do give them perks for running the keys up Service- 2 stars The check-in service was very annoying. The line wasn't long but every check-in was extremely long. They didn't do a good job of explaining the parking situation (see below) and the selection of the room didn't go over well with us. Parking- 1 star This was extremely annoying. Entering the parking garage, you have to enter your credit card (which acts as your parking ticket). It doesn't explain to you that your credit card supposedly isn't charged, unless you swipe your credit card again upon exiting. If you pay for parking for the night, you get a tag that allows you to scan yourself out. Unfortunately, when they changed our rooms the night before, the code on our parking tag was not reset and was not valid on the kiosk machine (the only kiosks available are at the parking exit, so you're stuck at the gate if you're having issues). So this led to frequent scramble back to the front desk from the parking gate just so I could make my flight. Bottom Line This was a nightmare experience throughout. The only redeeming qualities were that the hotel was new and at least the front desk ran up the replaced room qualities (although it was due to their initial mistakes).

Mitch J.

Yelp
Had a great experience here. We enjoyed the detached hottub and our suite was very comfortable and clean. Good service, Alex at the front desk was a great host and helped me out.

Yelp
The hotel is without a doubt one of the cleanest hotels around LAX, as I've stayed there a couple of times before my flight out. Due to its location near the airport, it is very convenient since it is only a few minutes away from the terminals. Anyone who has an early morning flight or is a World of Hyatt member should consider this hotel! It's also tier one, so you don't need a lot of points to stay for free. A wide range of hotels are available in this area, and this one is a good choice.

Yelp
Do not stay at the Hyatt Place LAX if you're sensitive to sound/are a light sleeper. I couldn't sleep for half of my four-night stay here because of inconsiderate neighbors and very thin walls, floors and ceilings. :( You can literally hear everything and anything from the rooms next to yours and across the way. As the hotel attracts business travelers and families, be prepared to hear lots of running footsteps from the floor above. The AC units within the rooms are also a bit noisy, so keep that in mind as well. Wendy from the concierge desk was a lifesaver and helped move me to a quieter floor when things got out of hand the second night. While some features of the rooms felt dated (I'm talking about older fixtures, etc.), they were clean overall and had all the essentials. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which consisted of a standard selection of the breakfast basics. The second half of the visit was much better after being relocated, but I'll unlikely be booking here again.

James S.

Yelp
Not safe, we stayed last October and a man with a machete was trying to open rooms, we were checking in and he came out of the elevator slicing up furniture. Luckily he was caught by the police but it was a very traumatic experience.

Yelp
This place is clean and the staff is friendly . What more could you want! Excellent and friendly customer service . The lobby was decorated for our concert so that says they know who their customers are , very personalized ! The only hassle was the parking garage. There is not ample parking once you get back from a concert.

Yelp
I wanted to update my review with my most recent stay a few weeks ago. This time I did stay at the Hyatt House LAX which is in the same building as Hyatt Place LAX (so I will updated my review here and add an entry under Hyatt House too). Since my last stay back in February 2023, everything was still nice and service was still amazing. The breakfast buffet included in your stay was lovely, I could smell the delicious potatoes as they were getting ready to serve them. The buffet came in handy because Los Angeles is very expensive, so dinning out daily adds up. I did sit outside at the penthouse outdoors area where the (bar, pool, jacuzzi) is at. I just enjoyed the view of the air planes and the weather was nice out. The prices I mentioned in my prior review are still the same. I would return.

Melissa E.

Yelp
We stayed for 1 night, we had an early flight 10/12/23 from Lax. The hotel is literally 3 minutes drive to our parking lot (Lax economy parking) were we left our car. The room was very clean and a good size w a small living room area. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Yelp
My stay at the Hyatt has been very mediocre. Pros: the location & their shuttles to and from the airport. Cons: The room was cute but a little small. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They don't come and change your bedding everyday and if you want it changed you have to request it 24 hrs in advance. They charge $5 for a regular bottle of Crystal Geyser water. And when my sister was asked why don't they provide complimentary waters for quest she was told that the waters are for ELITE guest only. What does that even mean???? When your guest are paying $200 a night then i think you can afford to give them water... I'm a new Hyatt member and this comment really rubbed me the wrong way. To end the stay their emergency system went off at 915 and a loud announcement came over the speaker that it was a false alarm. . . Lastly every time I called the front desk no one answered. All & all I was very disappointed with my stay
google avatar

Bre R.

Yelp
The hotel is pricey yet nicely remodeled. For us it's just a good place to sleep before getting on a flight. The entrance is REALLY hard to find. It's set back from Century Blvd. trust your GPS and turn right... drop offs and all parking is in the back. The restaurant up top was good - we had some excellent tacos and the view of the planes coming in was great. Makes you want to fly out on one.

Yelp
I had not stayed at this Hyatt Place hotel before and decided to give it a try during a recent business trip to LA. It's very conveniently located to LAX, but it is quite difficult to find when driving there. I drove around this one large square block at least 3 times, before taking a guess at the correct driveway. Hyatt Place really needs to create proper "way finding" signage! The hotel sits back from W. Century Blvd and there is signage on the building, but there should be something close to the driveway and signage on the parking garage to assure their guests they are in the right place. Also, it would be very useful to have some directional signage from the parking garage to the hotel. There was a lot of guessing on my part after a long day of flying to LA to determine how to get to the hotel and how to get from the garage to the front desk. Definitely some improvement needed. I mentioned this to the front desk clerk and they shrugged their shoulders and mentioned they were aware of the issue! A reassurance that it was being worked on would have been nice. The room it self was very new and with nice contemporary furnishings. I've stayed in a lot of Hyatt Place properties and this was the smallest room I have seen. I understand it's location very close to LAX and the cost of real estate, so the rooms will shrink up. It was certainly adequate for my short stay, just a surprise on the smaller size. Everything was in working order (except the nearby ice machine in the hallway). They had a nice breakfast downstairs in the Greenleaf restaurant, very typical hotel "free breakfast" menu. Next time, I will try the Hyatt House rooms in the same high-rise, perhaps their rooms are a little larger and nicer?

Yelp
Stayed at a few Hyatt Places now and this has been the nicest property by far. Aesthetically the room and common areas are lovely. Modern, high ceilings and big windows. The service was great from reception to the housekeeping staff. I normal skip the free breakfast, but this property's breakfast is well provisioned and delicious. This is definitely a great value for the area, but feels more like a higher end hotel. Well done!
google avatar

Yelp
I meant to say rooftop pool, not indoor. Sorry. Anyway, it was too cold to use, but a nice addition.

Maureen G.

Yelp
stayed here during the weekend to go to universal studios and the place has roaches . after talking to the manager he said to go through expedia to get a refund and i did not et a refund after having my money tied up with expedia we stayed ina roach infested hotel and managers refused my refund

Iryna V.

Yelp
I was hit by a woman in laundry. then called security. the guard was very drunk. I said that I had been hit and that I would call the police. the security guard said that if I called the police, he would kick me out of the hotel. he followed me and scared me a lot. I managed to get back to the room and called the police. I travel a lot and this is the first time this has happened. I am attaching a photo of these people here. In the morning I went downstairs to complain to the hotel receptionist. he laughed and said that I had no evidence that I had been beaten and I would not prove it in any way. he started grimacing. I filmed it. I will definitely sue this hotel

Yelp
Looks nice, but has some me kinks to work through and some misses. First, maybe I just got the wrong person checking me in, but I found him obnoxious...and I'm sure he thinks the same about me if I told him I didn't like him calling me "boss." Is it a millennial thing? If I were his manager I'd put an end to it. Then, I had a problem with the AC. The first two rooms the AC didn't work. They were very accommodating booking me into a third room, and having their engineer check it ahead of time, so that goes on the plus side. Maybe I have an exceptionally sensitive nose, but three of the four they showed me had an odd smell. They vaguely smeller of skunk. If it's their cleaning liquid, I recommend they change it immediately. Finally, and I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I knew this ahead of time, but they don't offer room service. For a hotel that's night near the airport, presumably catering mostly to business travelers and people, like me, stuck here when my flight's cancelled, I find that odd.

Justin L.

Yelp
This place has awful customer service. When you inquire about customer service they kick you out. Alejandro assistant manager should not be a manager. I booked a room trip on cruise very unpleasant experience w this hotel. Requested same room from last week. I arrived and the hotel attendant told me no one stayed in room but it was not cleaned and they would get it cleaned. I came back 3 hours later and was told could not be ready til 3 pm. I asked to speak to a manager and they went and got Alejandro. He proceeded to tell me there's no guarantee when my room will be ready . I informed him this was unacceptable because I was told by attendant it would be ready. He was not trying to resolve issue. I told him to figure it out and let me know when he has a resolution. I went to bar came back and spoke to supervisor. Approximately 30 min later I informed her I didn't want to talk to her and Alejandro understands my issue. I went and sat down and Alejandro approached me with security and requested I leave. Amazing all he had to do was get room cleaned I asked why am I getting kicked out he said he didn't like my attitude at no time did I cuss or do anything wrong. At no time did I get a warning that my attitude could get me kicked out. Is this what this hotel does??? You complain and question customer service and u get kicked out? I was sitting in lobby not bothering anyone. I went next door to Marriott I explained my experience with the Hyatt. They were awesome! Got me a room right away ! Very professional and excellent customer service. Who needs the Hyatt and there untrained staff.

Taylor B.

Yelp
This place has terrible customer service. I was meant to stay there for two nights with family, but we decided to leave after only the first night. The first night I tried calling the front desk to get assistance for our TV since it wasn't responding. No one answered the phone and I had tried calling twice. I tried their text hotline and was able to get someone to help us out. The next day we had asked for extra wash cloths and were given stained ones. I tried texting the hotline again to ask for new ones and no answer. Additionally, the hotel was testing the fire alarm for several hours all morning. I understand that this is important, but several hours? And the final nail in the coffin was the strong smell of weed on our floor. The smell was the most potent in the hall, but I could smell it from inside our room. The smell lasted nearly as long as the fire alarms if not longer. I tried alerting the text hotline, but they never followed up. That was our breaking point and we decided to check out early for a refund. Our travel agency had tried calling the hotel to confirm our early check out and surprise, surprise, no one picked up the phone.

K C.

Yelp
They gave me a room and working room keys for a room that was occupied. I walked in and woke the poor man who was in the room out of a dead sleep and he woke up screaming. This was an extremely dangerous and frightening situation that the hotel put me in. Completely unacceptable.

Rick A.

Yelp
A very "turn and burn" hotel with no emphasis on customer service whatsoever. We walked into our hotel room and found there to be no toilet paper which was promptly rectified with a phone call to the front desk. A second time we called the front desk to request a couple of water bottles so we could use the coffee maker that they placed in the room, they responded that "they don't do waters." There was, of course, some left-over Mexican food from the last guest in the refrigerator so we could at least have that if we got hungry. So, if you don't mind a bare-bones, not-quite-sure-if-they-actually-cleaned-the-room kind of hotel, this is the place for you.

Yelp
I picked this hotel solely based on location, however it turned out to be awesome. The check in ladies were very nice and helpful. They even allowed me to check in early since I had to get on an earlier flight that got me in at 7am... the rooms are big, modern, and clean. My room key stopped working and so I went to the desk where they were very apologetic, wasn't a big deal at all, but it was nice that they cared so much and offered me complimentary breakfast for my trouble. I would stay here every time I have a layover in LA from now on.

Ilan H.

Yelp
I had a terrible time here. I was checking in around 2am and there was only one person at the front desk, which is unacceptable. There was a line out the door.. Don't get me wrong the front desk person (Brandon) was amazing, but that was too much work for him to handle alone, the line was too long! You need more workers at the front desk, especially since this is a large hotel. It's ridiculous, it made my night horrible!!

Vanesa B.

Yelp
Amazing stay!! After checking in I was amazed by how clean and awesome our suite was. It felt very private and we never had any noise issues. Parking was great and I felt like the price was worth it as the garage staff was also awesome. We had not requested cleaning from housekeeping but we did have our room cleaned and after a day of running around the city it was SO appreciated! We also had a gentlemen in house keeping on our floor who greeted us and made us feel so welcome!! 5 stars all around! We will definitely be back!

Jesica F.

Yelp
I use to love staying here but recently had an encounter with an employer named Marisol Flores who was absolutely terrible. I asked for some extra soap and some towels and answered so rudely and was very disrespectful. I Am sure she thought I did not speak Spanish or understood her but I heard her say some rude things under her breath. I can not believe that this company has employers that are so rude

Evan S.

Yelp
The hotel is great. However the restaurant onsite has terrible service. Both times I tried ate there it took me having to try and flag down a server multiple times just to get a menu. The first time they had what I counted 6 servers and a manager, none who would make eye contact. Tables were dirty, took forever to get acknowledged. The food was super fast though. But it got to the point on the second visit that once I finally had a server come to my table I had them wait and take my order because who knows how long I would have to wait to see them again. I've not seen such poor customer service in the food industry in a long time, until now!!!!

Daniel B.

Yelp
Booked a room through hotels.com for an overnight layover in LA. Our flight was diverted due to the blizzard in LA. Called the hotel the morning before our reservation to cancel, they told me I would have to cancel through Hotels.com so I did. Due to the weather event the hotels.com agent called the hotel to request a refund but Hyatt denied a refund of any kind.

Peti I.

Yelp
I was checking in after driving almost 10 hours through severe snow storms and was on the verge of having a meltdown when there were complications with my card at check in however Akira was so patient and sweet with me reassuring me that everything was okay and waited with me to solve my card issue. I genuinely felt welcomed and thankful she was there with above and beyond service. The property is beautiful but I would come back again because of Akira!

Yelp
$45 for in and out parking and they don't own the parking lot. Plus you have to use your credit card to enter the parking garage so you could get billed from the parking company (no in and out access) plus the hotel if you purchase their in and out access. The hotel is fine but the parking situation ruins it. Hyatt took my point balance to 0 during Covid when no one was traveling so there's that.

Yelp
The roof top bar would not serve anyone unless you were sitting at the bar area. All the other seats were not available for service. We were a party of 4 and we had been there earlier with great service from Jewels and Emily. We went to dinner and came back to a gentleman (possible manager) who told us that only 2 seats were available at the bar. They had several open tables in this bar area. We said it would be okay that the boys would stand behind us. He said they would not be able to accommodate us and referred us to go across the street to Senesta. We were staying at and payiny high dollar at the Hyatt. To be told this, was quite rude for many reasons. We will choose a different hotel next trip. One that can offer great service in which we are always willing to pay for. You should never turn away paying customers.

Yelp
Very nice and trendy hotel. Rooms are beautiful. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because Our first room did have ants in it. Staff is great though, we were promptly moved to another room. Walls are paper thin. There was a night where kids were knocking on doors and running. Called the front desk and they took care of it. Breakfast was great! I would stay here again.
