The absolute BEST pork chops we have ever eaten. I am thrilled that Short Creek Farm offers meat subscriptions, because I never want to run out! We also love the Beer Brats, which is what first drew us in when we discovered them at a nearby farm stand. Looking forward to enjoying other goodies from them this holiday season, including the Nor'east Bangers and the Sweet Italian Sausage.

Excellent Maine Apple Sausage! Can't wait to try other products. It is worth noting, I cannot typically eat sausages but these are made with quality ingredients which are a healthier choice for me.

I can't really write a review about this place because it was closed. I was snowshoeing along the NALMC trail from Northwood Meadows and it goes around and through part of short Creek Farm, but that's all I can say about it. That's why I gave it a neutral rating because I really can't say anything other than the cows are friendly.

For bacon lovers the 7 spice bacon is off the charts . My wife made a soup with the wine and garlic sausages ... DELISH! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful people. Highly recommend.

I ordered their salami, pork chops and roasted apple and sage sausage and all three products were amazing. My mouth is watering just thinking about those sausage and I love that it is farm fresh.

Quality salami from New Hampshire’s best!! My favorite is the Hot Soppressata! Flavor is not overwhelming...a nice kick!
