Short Stop

now i see why there's so many 1 star reviews. i tried to explain that i was over charged. shoddy poor customer service even from the higher ups, that actually explains alot. lol

I hate leaving bad reviews, but chicken tenders were literally raw and had most of the breading missing......like come on. Had to re bread them at home and stick them in the air fryer to cook.

Food today wasn't as pleasant as it normally is. Lacking some Seasoning in the burger pattie. Also my husband took a bite of his burger and a long curly black hair came out. Not sure if they use hair nets or not but that is nasty! Overall I don't like this location and won't be back to this one. I'd say take your money somewhere else.

Would of put 0 stars if I could, placed and order on the 4th of October 2023, around 9:09 I placed and ordered for one triple cheese burger with extra cheese and the total came out to 23 dollars but for some reason the store decided to charge my card for 213.60 first of all the customer service is horrible there is a lady with glasses that work there around night that is rude as hell and disrespectful there was another dude working drive thru wearing chains they don't wear hair nets they are unprofessional and its not ever shift but I just seem to keep having issues around the night crew shift this is unacceptable for this store to be stealing money

The man was rude and disrespectful towards me. I pulled up, and no one said anything. I said hello and this cashier said “no one’s home”. I drove off because clearly he didn’t wanted to serve me. I called to confirm if they were open and inquired about his reason for telling me that “no one’s home”. His response was that they “were there”. He didn’t needed to be rude and disrespectful, all he could’ve done was taken my order and I would’ve been gone within 30 seconds. I wasn’t even rude when I pulled up, I just said “hello?” His attitude was so unnecessary. I wish I could’ve gotten his name.

I love this place, In all of its locations. Just a good classic burger and crispy, hot fries! Best part is it won't break the bank!

Catfish Fridays are my favorite. So this review is solely on that. Service was fast and efficient. I do wish they had a more family style order versus having to get 5-7 meals (would think that could come out cheaper too) but otherwise we love the catfish and hush puppies.

Just having a nostalgic moment. My old boss used to bring me Short Stop Burgers on his way into office. So I decided to give it a try on my own. They added onion to my burger, when I asked no onion, then gave me unsweetened tea when I asked for an Arnold Palmer. The line was a bit long but it was lunch rush hour. So it was worth the wait.
