Burger pretty good I’d say on par with Wendy’s Fries are mediocre at best but edible Apple pie was absolutely fire best I ever had, seemed like they fry them there For 9.99 burger, fries, apple pie, and drink it’s a pretty good deal, like 10.81 with tax

Usually coming here is great, but today I saw a manager just yelling at kids. The kids looked scared. It’s the last time I visit.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but chicken tenders were literally raw and had most of the breading missing......like come on. Had to re bread them at home and stick them in the air fryer to cook.

Food today wasn't as pleasant as it normally is. Lacking some Seasoning in the burger pattie. Also my husband took a bite of his burger and a long curly black hair came out. Not sure if they use hair nets or not but that is nasty! Overall I don't like this location and won't be back to this one. I'd say take your money somewhere else.

They may have gotten our order wrong, but we got more than we ordered. B+ .All their food is really good though.

Why is this location always so bad? I really don't like to leave bad reviews. Thought I'd give a couple of visits before doing so. Why does everything always taste old? Like to burgers taste like they've sat in the sun. The cheese on it looks like it was put in the microwave for way too long. The burgers also always taste like someone just dumped salt on top. Gross. Limp lettuce. Fries taste dirty and like they're fried in old grease with a kind of uncooked inside. Everything just feels dirty too. Service is lacking and frankly rude.

The worst fast food ever, I am previously a worker at shortstop everything is totally unsanitized, roaches all over the place mold in the ceilings and jus a whole bunch of other things that's will totally not pass for corporate I am a concerned worker that cares About my and others people safety I have never worked in something so dirty in my entire life really needs to be shut down The owner of the store got the money to fix everything buh chooses not to been working without A/C for 3years

Messed up my order when there was only two of us waiting for food. SMH. It's not that hard to just pay attention and do your job

My hamburger buns were burnt and my fries cold. They refused to refund my order, I had went on my lunch break they said if I come back another day to be sure to bring the food back that's the only way it will be refunded.

Just don't. The drive through looks like it's closed down so when you wait and decide to pull up because no one is taking they ask you to back up instead of just taking your order there. Many better options. Save your time.

Order a burger with no mustard and ketchup . Wanted lettuce , tomatoes, and add jalapeño . Cashier talking among them sell and not paying attentions to the orders. Never order goofing from there anymore . If you want your order wrong go there . Worst place ever

I don't usually throw around 5 stars on here or the word best but, shortstop is definitely the best fast food burger in Austin. Service was good and fast. Burger was excellent n fries were hot and soft. Never disappoint! Keep it up ss while sandy's is good it is not short stop baaaaaby!

If you want a extra large side of attitude and rudeness with your meal then head on over there's an employee here that will serve that up for you with a little sarcasm on the side! My husband and I have come here for the last 2 years and NEVER have we had such rude service! Food is good even with the crappy service we received!

There is an African American employee here who is the RUDEST ever on the speaker. We waited 5-7 minutes at the speaker and finally said "hello?" And he yelled "You aren't even giving us a chance!!!!" Like what ?? So ridiculous, Never coming back.

I always drive right past this place and I finally decided to give it a try. I got the #1 combo with cheese and a coke! The burger was pretty tasty and the toppings were fresh. The fries, oh my, the fries *happy face* They were hot, fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and were probably the best fast food fries that I have had in a while! The price was decent and I felt better paying them then I ever do with McDonalds! They have a drive through on both sides and that makes for some fast service!

All the Short Stops north of the lake are great burgers and surprisingly good chicken tenders. They also have finally started accepting Credit Cards

Love short stop but this location they don't use gloves when making the burgers.. Saw a guy wipe the sweat off his face and continued making sandwiches I drove off in disgust.

isn't it a health violation to not use gloves when preparing someone's food? unfortunately we already paid here but at least two out of the three people working here do not seem qualified to do anything other than maybe pick catshit out of a little box. soo good luck.

I always go here always today my order was messed up and cashier rude i could understand if they were busy but dam not going to drive all the way back just to here I'm sorry .....
