Absolutely love this place, it has become our new favorite omakase place! The atmosphere is amazing—intimate yet lively—and the chef is not only incredibly creative but also super welcoming. Every visit is a fun experience. The food is unbelievably fresh and full of flavor. Can’t wait to come back, highly recommend!!!

Absolutely stellar intimate meal. Every dish had a unique, inspired flavor combo, and I will be thinking about this meal for a very long time. Been to a lot of omakase places and have to say had the most amount of unique flavor combinations at an omakase place I've ever been to. Absolute masterpiece of omakase with incredible price and ambiance. Had such a lovely time here, with the best chef ever!! Cannot wait to go back

Great omikase for the value! Each piece was super fresh and the service was great. Very small and intimate but we enjoyed our dinner!

Writing this as I’m sitting in the restaurant. Chef Yee is amazing and is a master of his craft. Don’t hesitate to book a reservation here. Every bite of sushi we had was better than the last. They are unique and among the best I’ve had the pleasure of having in the city.

I’ve been to many omasake spots and this is the best so far. The ambiance is great, servers are really friendly and the chef has a great sense of humor, which makes the whole experience even better. The fish is really fresh and delicious, my fav was the Akami with truffle seaweed puree. The last piece Unagi Foie was immaculate! The flavors are well-balanced, quality exceeds the affordable price. Overall a great experience, would definitely visit again!

This was SO delicious. Went here for my fiancé’s birthday and couldn’t be happier. Fairly new (and they’re getting their liquor license next month!) and delicious. By far the best tuna I’ve had in the city, and for $68 it’s a great deal.

Our favorite omakase spot! We love chef Yee! He is super personable and hilarious and always makes us feel like we are out to dinner with a friend. The tasting menu is an amazing value for money and every piece is better than the next! It’s also great to have a BYOB option. We love Shoshin!!

I searched for Omakase and found this place. It was fantastic, but not really true Omakase. It was a set menu of items that didn’t end up being a choice of the day.. That said, it was fantastic. We sat at the bar and chatted with our sushi chef.
