We had a Valentine’s Day ceremony with just our kids and a few close family members. The entire process was so smooth and professional. That did not take away from how special they made it! We got to express our love and share some stories and think about our future with in depth questions! We loved every minute and highly recommend this unique and beautiful place!

Got married here last week and I had so much fun along with my partner even though he doesn’t speak english and I was translating he still loved it He saw the expression and excitement on her and he knew she was having the same fun we were. She made it seem so special and I was thrilled we got to take our first baby (Our Dog). She accomadates you however you want it to be and thats what made our wedding special it was made our way!☺️ I would definitely recommend people dont think about it just do it!

My wife and I had a fantastic time. The whole ceremony took tops 30 minutes. The officiant talked to us about our relationship and asked pointed questions, which I thought were a wonderful substitution for vows. 10/10 would get married here again

We had a great experience here! We planned a last minute wedding, on Halloween. Bronwen made it both a breeze and a blast! The venue was small and adorable. The ceremony was quick and fun - as if it could’ve been boring with a unicorn officiating. I even left some decorations behind and was able to coordinate with her get them next day. This venue fit our quirky, colorful relationship so perfectly. If I could get married again, I would, and do I’d do it here. Thanks for everything!

Amazing experience! We aren't into wedding culture and more excited about being married than getting married. Scheduling through the courthouse was a nightmare. Shotgun Ceremonies was the perfect solution. It was easy to schedule, quick and she made it fun with no pressure. Also love the new location and atmosphere!

This ceremony was everything I wanted and more. Bronwen was absolutely lovely and even after we brought her the wrong documents TWICE (yes, embarrassing) she allowed us to still carry on with the ceremony. If you're looking for something laid back and small but still special I highly recommend this spot. We were able to have our three dogs with us plus another one last minute. The whole experience was lovely. You get two cute little shot glasses which we after took into a local bar for our first shot as a married couple together. I was hesitant to pick this spot but it was just perfect. Thank you so much!

Bronwen was so kind and warm for my husband and my 10 year vow renewal. We wanted to renew our vows with just us and the kids and this was perfect. The blue angels flew over during the ceremony and it was LOUD! It was an awesome addition to the event though my 12month old daughter was very upset. Bronwen helped calm her with love and kindness. Cannot say enough good things about this place. So lovely and whimsical. Looking forward to the photos later.

shotgun ceremonies was great if you want an easy & fun wedding. Bronwen is great and just exudes joy. After living together for many years we wanted to make it legal. A courthouse wedding felt clinical to me. Shotgun weddings is a unique space which made it fun. Bronwen asks you questions and has you share some stories which makes it personal. The vows are quick but lovely. It was a happy, fun, no stress experience.

SIX STARS! TEN STARS! ONE MILLION STARS! These guys are so wonderful, I can't say enough about how utterly perfect our wedding was. When we became engaged, we realized neither my husband or I wanted to deal with a big wedding- we just wanted a fun, weird low key day that was easy enough that we could really focus on our love, rather than 150 guests. I googled Shotgun Ceremonies, having walked by it dozens of times during First Thursday and shot them an email. They replied immediately and before I knew it we were booked for the next week. We had come up with a somewhat elaborate lie to get our immediate family down there without letting them know why. Shotgun was completely accommodating and helped us pull off the best surprise ever. You can tell these folks love their job, and who wouldn't? They celebrate love every day. Our special day is one I will never forget. I truly can't recommend them enough.

I got married here. Perfect place with perfect people. Made my life more complete. Was able to do this at my own discretion. On my own time. Left from work early and was able to wear my work clothes and felt comfortable doing so. Wouldn't change this experience. We couldn't think of music we wanted to play. When they began to ask us intimate questions about ourselves they heard who my favorite artist was and played it at the end of our vows. If that's isn't mindful I don't know what is.

I had no idea what to expect, and I was not dissapointed! The venue is fun and colourful. The women are fantastic, friendly and totally make you feel at home and among friends. My husband and I were married here yesterday. There was a $12 lot (after 5) close by and lots of fun places to go eat/drink at afterwards. We played in the photo booth and love our pictures and shot glasses. They will even file your paperwork if you want! Money well spent. Very satisfied customer, though I will not personally repeat business, I recommend anyone looking to have a quick nontraditional wedding here!

Bronwen and Sara were great! I was able to plan a beautiful garden wedding with their help last minute. My friends were visiting for only a few days and we wanted them to be part of the ceremony. They accommodated us And met us at Kobuta garden for the ceremony. Very profesional, stress free, answered all my questions and were very easy to get a hold of. My family and friends love the pictures they took. Went above what I expected! Thank you!

I just got married here oct 13th and I have to say they are the best! We rented the space from 12-3, and were gonna get married at 1. My poor now-husbands parents got lost and game day traffic made it super difficult to find parking for them. The ladies were super comforting (and I'm sure have dealt with stressed brides before) kept everyone out front happy while we waited for them to arrive. Everything went amazing when they showed up and everyone kept commenting on how nice it was that they asked personal questions about us and legitimately cared about our experiences and wedding! If you want a small fabulous place to hold your wedding with caring people this is the place to do it! Very affordable too!! I love these ladies, and keep getting compliments from my friends on it.

Weddings can be a headache, and Shotgun Ceremonies is the perfect solution if you want a small, low-key, stress free and FUN wedding that will leave plenty of $$ leftover to spend on a honeymoon or just a big night out after getting hitched. Bronwyn and Sara are the best. The "small" wedding morphed into a bigger event than my fiance and I had expected; plan changes seemed to pop up every other day, and I received answers to my email inquiries very quickly, every time. My wedding was yesterday and it was a blast. Our guests had a great time, and it was a very fun, memorable wedding.

We attended a ceremony for our good friends with the Kind Ladies of Shotgun overseeing the details. They were attendant to every detail the couple mentioned as important to them. Given that they had very short notice to arrange everything, I was pleasantly surprised at the results. Although the building was closed for the duration of the ceremony (with appropriate signage at the door to avoid interruptions) passers-by sweetly stopped at the windows (it was a gorgeous day, breezy and sunny) many paused and held hands, wishing well with warm smiles and thumbs up as eyes teared up, and they took a moment to offer affection to each other with kisses and cuddles before moving along. Seeing declarations of new love obviously inspired remembrances of their own. Love truly knows no season. With all the paperwork arranged in advance, there was nothing left after the "I do's" to do but to say thank you and farewell and receive warm wishes and big hugs from the Shotgun team. Although we didn't have much of a challenge because of the time of day and the fact that the total number in our party was four people; I could imagine parking *could* be a challenge under less favorable conditions.

Bronwen and Sara (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) were absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend this little establishment! It's charming as all get out, and our ceremony was concise and thoughtful. My husband (!!) and I were a bit awkward and not really interested in a big ceremony, and we only brought our two witnesses. But Bronwyn asked us really sweet questions during the actual ceremony, and Sara was carefully listening and played a song we referenced right after we sealed the deal and it almost made me cry. I can't recommend them highly enough :) Oh and we got sweet hugs after the fact. If you're considering this as a venue, just do it. You won't regret it.

Love these guys. They married us - twice! We were married by the waterfront and then Elvis came to our reception as well. Lovely, genuine and accommodating folks with big hearts. They even did it all again when we recreated the wedding for our kids at a later date. If you are going to tie the knot choose the officiants from Shotgun.

Such a fun spot. We got married here a couple weeks ago. It was perfect! We had 10 friends join us. It was super fun, relaxing but still respectful of the ceremony. My friends ALL loved it. I'm so excited we decided to get married here. Highly recommend

Convenient, fairly priced, and fun. It sure doesn't involve a lot of money and planning. You can even pick out your wedding souvenir "on the spot". So, get dressed, bring the love of your life and say good bye to the good old fashion way, because this place does it Vegas style! ;) Cheers!

My husband and I recently tied the knot and "Took a Shot at Love" at this Las Vegas style wedding chapel. We're not your conventional couple, so we didn't want a dreary courthouse wedding, and neither one of us could afford something to lavish. For us, Shotgun Ceremonies was perfect! Located in Pioneer Square the small, exposed brick, "chapel" comfortably accommodated our small wedding party of about 30 people. A few of our guests were running late causing the ceremony to be delayed about half an hour. Bronwen the founder, owner and "minister" of Shotgun; and her sidekick Sara were so friendly, we never felt rushed. The ceremony itself was fun, romantic, and personal. I highly recommend Shotgun Ceremonies to any couples in the Seattle area looking to avoid the time, stress and over-all fortune that goes into the production of today's fantasy wedding. This truly was our dream come true.

Me and my husband were looking into courthouse weddings but wanted something more personal. I am so glad we found shotgun ceremonies! They were so helpful and willing to make our day as special as we wanted it to be. I'm a bit of a planner and wrote out my whole script word for word so that I knew exactly what to do expect and they were more than willing to follow it and made suggestions to make it even more original and special. I would definitely recommend for anyone that wants to get married quickly or without the hassle of planning and who want something small and intimate!

I had Shotgun Ceremonies come out to Bothell for our wedding ceremony. My husband and I are NOT religious, and we needed officiants who wouldn't press the traditional aspects of a marriage ceremony on us. Shotgun Ceremonies ended up being the perfect answer. I loved our ceremony and the way it was run, and it was so wonderful that my rather disapproving (of the not-religious aspect of our wedding) mother-in-law loved it, too. Shotgun Ceremonies allowed us to have a heartfelt ceremony that didn't compromise on our beliefs, and that our friends and family enjoyed watching. Many thanks!!

After DOMA fell, Lori and wanted to get hitched -- again! Previously, we had traveled from Floria to get married in San Francisco in 2004 when Mayor Gavin Newsom directed City Hall to issue marriage licenses. A few months later, the Supreme Court voided our marriage. We were married at Pride Fest this past June. What a wonderful feeling! Not only did we feel like rock stars, the ladies at Shotgun Ceremonies treated us like rock stars. What a great experience!!! Highly recommend Shotgun Ceremonies!!!

These two ladies knocked it outta the park!!!! My husband did pretty much all of the work of getting the: venue, caterer, entertainment (band and dj) photographer, videographer, purchased alcohol, amongst basically everything else, and of course coordinating with these two officiants. He had written his vows, and ended up leaving them at home without realizing it until about 2 minutes prior to walking down the aisle. Bronwen and Sara knew right about at the same time we did. Luckily, their experience with weddings showed when Bronwen 'winged' it, throwing us for a loop, but totally nailed the ceremony! We WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE!!! Shotgun Ceremonies (Bronwen and Sara) we can't thank you enough for helping us celebrate our day and making the ceremony so special, and something to always remember!

I had Bronwen be the officiant for my wedding and she was great. She reached out ahead of time to make sure the speech was planned out accordingly and well prepared. During the ceremony, she spoke like a champion public speaker. I would definitely recommend her.

My husband and I got married after knowing each other for about two weeks and I planned my wedding in about 5 days. Shotgun Ceremonies is amazing! They were able to book me for the date and time I wanted and made the process so painless and stress free. It was fun and inexpensive and was the most beautiful and fun day of my life. My husband and I stopped in while enjoying a few days in Seattle. We thought this was such a clever idea. Being an old married couple, we didn't need to get married again, but thought a nice photo to remember our trip to Seattle would be fun. The decorations in the shop were really cute and we "dressed up" inone of their hats and veils . I've had comments on the photo from folks who ask when we went to Vegas. I tell them we didn't have to go to Vegas - just head to downtown Seattle!

Shotgun Ceremonies is great, they put your needs first and go above on beyond to ensure the ceremony and venue fit your personality. Prices are extremely reasonable and there is a decently affordable public lot half a block away. I strongly recommend them to everyone not looking for a church wedding.

I was lucky enough to go to a wedding here on the night on 11/12/13. It's super cute and the women that own it were fun and very welcoming. The price was great and it was a cool option for people that want to get married who aren't into jesus. Oh, and the bride looked beautiful!

This place is fabulous. The proprietors work so hard and are consumate romantics. Their prices are very very reasonable and they show their patrons a great time! We love having them in the neighborhood.

These guys are FANTASTIC!! We just got married there and everything was perfect. the two gals that own/run the place are simply awesome! if you want a quaint, clean, delightful atmosphere without breaking the bank place to get married - this is it!! it really is a fantastic place. Oh...and FUN!
