What a lovely place where you're treated with care and feel like family because the owner himself is always available if you need anything! The menu is excellent. I recommend this place to all my friends.

The picanha steak is fantastic. The vibe is very down to earth. The lamb chops were fantastic and so were a few other dishes. The picanha steak (and probably ribeye) are the best items and the chimicurri sauce was fantastic. Located in the heart of the Nut Tree plaza near Fentons, Fujis, etc. Parking is average, and can be difficult during peak hours. If you eat with a family, it's best to get the platters versus the individual orders. Nice the cheapest option, but nice to try once in a while- the meat is fantastic.

We had a fantastic late lunch. Rodrigo made great suggestions for our group of three. After asking us how we prefer our steak, he personally cooked our meal and it was excellent! I've had Brazilian food many times, but at chain restaurants. Pichahas was so much better. The flavors melded so well together. We don't know the Vacaville area, we wanted steak and we like to eat local. We will be back again when we return this way. I loved this meal.

The best Brazilian Food I ever had in the US (I’m Brazilian). I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back often. If I could make a suggestion would be to add 1 vegetarian/vegan option on the menu. The picanha was one of the best that I’ve ever had in my entire life. It felt like I was home.

The food is always so flavorful. The staff are attentive to your needs. One of my favorite go-to places.

Guys, what a wonderful experience at the restaurant today! The food was delicious, the service super attentive and the atmosphere very cozy. Seriously, I felt like coming back more often. All very neat, it was super worth it!

The steaks ! food 9 out of 10 I was surprised on how good it was I know there are steaks but they were tender juice and savory rice and beans lots of flavor , we had plenty of food , good food, excellent service would definitely recommend. Not to expensive party of six the bill was 148 plus some change. Will definitely come back for sure .

Excellent medium rare picana steak, and beef stroganoff. We got an array of items to share and we enjoyed not only the meats, but the sides were also excellent such as the fries, beans, and rice (what are they putting in those beans?!) Service and staff were excellent as well, looking forward to trying the rest of the menu!

Sadly, think Inflation has gotten to this place too. We were here in December for my birthday for the first time and loved this place, with the same people we left full. This time the food has definitely shrunk while prices went up. We ordered the Picanhas Steak last time and their were pretty large and filling at $49.99 it was worth coming here! This last trip, unfortunately, was a bit lack luster our steaks were so small maybe about 75% of last time and one of the 5 was so small you could take 2 of them to make what it used to be and they raised the price $10. I want to add that our steaks this time were cut so thin, I almost want to say my carne asada from a Mexican place was cut thicker than my steak. They had something going on with the kitchen that the whole place filled with smoke so we had them move us outside. I will say flavor wise this place is great, but for what you get I'm a bit saddened. Definitely a shadow of what it used to be. I want to say, with what I experienced this time around, unfortunately we probably won't be back again.

My family and I try to eat here at least once a month! We usually get the ribeye, medium rare, for two and add veggies--which is perfect for a family of three. Everything is always so flavorful and hits the spot. We love their assortment of wine, too. If you look up at the different screens above, they show beautiful photos of the dishes, which help if you're having trouble deciding. The aroma of food when you open the door is, by itself, captivating--you know you're in for something good the moment you step inside. Always a 10/10 dining experience!

I am pleased to say that my experience has improved significantly since my older review. The steak Picanha plate is the greatest value and it is a very shareable portion too! The prices for other items is ridiculous though. How much for those cheesy bacon fries? Over$20 bucks? Ummm cuckoo! The Coxinha is delicious but to pay over $20 bucks for an appetizer is also bonkers! I can go to Richmond and pay half that for the quality, quantity and taste. That said, I'm a huge fan of the Picanha Steak & highly recommend it as the customer service is excellent and friendly overall.

My husband kept raving about this steak place In Vacaville. I was expecting a fancy steak place, but it's a Brazilian family restaurant. All I can say is Delicious!!!!! The flavor of the steak was the best I ever tasted and I love how they char the fat of the steak as well. Melts in your mouth (I am salivating just thinking about it) that you just want to eat the steak with your fingers to make sure you get all the flavor on you and not left in the plate. I loved the beans and rice with the steak. Only way to eat steak in my opinion. It also comes with fries but I opted to not get it. The dessert was so good as well. The service was great and ambiance was fair. Nothing fancy. But who cares when you have great tasting food to enjoy. Can't wait to go back.

The food is good, but not spectacular when compared to higher end Brazilian steakhouses. We each got a plate for a total of 4 entrees: 2 Ribeye and 2 Picanha. Ribeye is supposed to be a premium cut, but the Ribeye Plate was average. In my opinion, the meat looked sad. Medium and medium rare was requested, but both steaks were undercooked. The Picanha Steak Plate was a step above the ribeye. It had more flavor, visible grill marks, and looked more llke a steak. Medium and medium rare was requested and delivered. I called 2 hours ahead to book a reservation for 6:30pm on a Saturday. I was asked to provide my name and phone number, and I was told it was confirmed. Upon on time arrival, there was no indoor table available. Outside seating was open but no one was dining in the cold weather. Sadly, the reservation was not administered because we had to wait 25 minutes for an indoor table. The staff was apologetic, however, it was not a good impression for our first visit.

Amazing food. We got the chef special which was enough for 2 people! We switched out the fries for mash potatoes which was an extra charge but it was delicious! The food came with a large plate of meat, rice, and a usually fries. I am still thinking about this meal! They also provide the table with hot sauce that is made in-house. Ambiance was pretty nice. It's a smaller restaurant but good amount of seating. Their ac is currently broken but it'll get cooler soon so it doesn't bother me that much.

My sister and niece were visiting and wanted to have steak on a random Monday afternoon and this place has pretty good reviews so we decided to try it out. The restaurant seems like it has been there for quite some time now and the menus were old and frayed but the interior is kept clean and tidy. It is pretty tight inside but they have a few tables outside. It was pretty chilly but they had warmers available. My niece got one of their steaks and the portion was beyond generous! She said her steak was cooked to her liking but not seasoned well enough. I ordered the beef stroganoff and I liked it very much, I will return here just for that. We didn't have to wait long for our meals and our server was a nice older gentleman who constantly checked on us.

We walked in on one of the hottest days of the year and omg the AC was not working. My family sat down before I could tell them to stop and turn around, and they didn't seem to want to leave so I just relented and sat down. Now I know what it's like to dine in hell. We ordered the picanha steak platter and shared it and it was a decent steak and the chimchurri sauce made it really nice. The rice was light and fluffy and the beans were ok. We ate sooooo fast cuz we wanted to get out of there, since our shirts were getting drenched with sweat. I felt bad for the staff having to work under these conditions. One thing amiss is they coulda thrown in some free drinks or something to make up for the miserable dining experience. But now I know what I would do next time I walk into a place with broken AC. I would yell "STOP!" and ORDER the family to turn around and skedaddle!!

Coming here and stumbling upon this little gem was not on our bucket list for today but i'm glad we stopped by here instead of kiki's next door. Ive been to the larger chain where they do the all you can eat although to my surprise this was not the same. With an actual menu with different options that all looked delicious. We decided to stick with something simple just incase we didnt enjoy it but it was so good! The picanha steak plate was the PERFECT serving size . Cooked to my perfect medium alongside the rice was a great combination. The rice had a bit of flavor that wasnt too over powering and the steaks were a good standard size which came with 2 . Usually places that serve steak cheap out on the portion but gladly they didnt here. Rodrigo was super nice and attentive with us, refilled our drinks, made sure everything was perfect. He explained a little about the place and its background which is always nice to hear! He made us feel welcome as young customers we usually feel like people dont like to serve us because of the discriminatory "youth dont tip" mentality a lot of servers have but he made us feel so welcome and never felt rushed or unwanted around. We will definitely be back when in the are!

Had a great meal here. Was craving Brazilian but didn't want to do all you can eat and Pampas in Vacaville and Pampas wasn't very good so I decided to try this spot. So much better than Pampas! A generous portion of food. The staff were very nice. Perfectly cooked medium rare picanha. Come to find out this is one of a few other well-rated Show De Carnes in the Bay Area. This one just happens to be a smaller not all you can eat one. This place is worth stopping in and grabbing a meal they even have two person meal deals.

My family has been coming to Show de Carnes since they opened in Vacaville a few years back. Taste of their food never fails. Their prices have increased recently, but their food portions remain the same with the same fresh taste. The passion fruit juice, and lime one are really good, and complement the rib eye. The employees are always super nice. Best part is we leave full and happy.

Love the steak house the steak is very flavorful and tinder I like the mashed potatoes I wish they had gravy.

Another great dinner from Show de Carnes Express. I ordered the picanha steak plate, coxinha and passion fruit drink. The food was amazing and so flavorful. The coxinha tasted great. Fried lightly with the best filling. The passion fruit drink tasted so good and refreshing. Staff is always friendly here.

We ordered the mix grilled, meat was tough, overall felt like cheap meats. Mash potatoes was box mix, reheated rice and beans, I mean for $140 for 3 people it was extremely poor quality food.

Restaurant; it was very very clean. The bathroom although small was well kept and clean even towards end of day. No funk at all. Nice decor but the silverware seemed really dated like from the 60s. Service: waiters were pretty knowledgeable and kind really seem to like their job so that helps a lot. Pretty decent. Food: food was pretty good. If you want just some meat some steak that is flavorful and cooked pretty good you can't go wrong. Portions are pretty good priced decently I would say a little bit on the high side but not crazy high. The chimichurri was terrible though. It wasn't fresh and good chimichurri is always good when it's fresh this chimichurri had no bite no flavor no acid it didn't have any fresh parsley in it and you can tell because it was like a dark green not bright at all and that's disappointing you really need that to accent the meat. Side dishes were okay satisfactory nothing special.

Location: located in a cute little plaza with plenty of parking! There's limited parking right in front but plenty towards the shopping plaza. Service: I would say there's limited seating inside, there is also seating outside but I went for dinner so it was too cold to be seated outside. We arrived about an hour before closing and were seated within 10-15 minutes. What I ordered: Mixed grill: mixed plate of filet mignon, chicken, and Brazilian sausage. (Serves 3) Large rice French fries My thoughts: everything from the mixed grill was super juicy, tender, and delicious. It came on a hot plate still sizzling and steaming hot! It's definitely a good serving size and was enough to rice three people. Doesn't come with rice so we ordered a side of rice. I wouldn't recommend the French fries since they tasted kind of dry and stale. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Wasn't sure what to expect when we walked in. They had a menu board like it was an "order at the counter and find a seat" food establishment. The menu was very robust in size, like it was a leather bound chapter book. They had various items to select. Pricing seemed very steep for what the ambiance was. Husband and I started a ribeye and got extra sides just in case it wasn't enough for us. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food that appeared on the table. The service was good. Our server was friendly and attentive.

Not a very big place but the food was super good. Services is fast, customer services could be a little better on being more engaged with the customers. Seems like they only have 1 server for the whole restaurant the time we went. I really have no complaints on the food at all. everything we got was delicious and hot. Large menu for anybody to enjoy something. Appetizers: french fries (Batata Frita)- 8/10 cant never go wrong with fries loaded with cheese and bacon fried polenta- 4/10 it was yummy but would love a sauce to eat with, very dry beans- 8/10 I am a bean fan but nothing out of the ordinary with the beans but good flavor and salted wel. Entrees: Pichanha steak- 11/10 bomb... flavor was on point, meat was nice and tender now we had to ask for the chimichurri sauce and lets say they were stingy. Beef stroganoff- 7/10 okay with the flavor but sort of a sweeter taste with this meat. I would for sure come back to see more of the food options

Service was very good. Food was pretty good, we ordered the mixed plate that had filet mignon, chicken and sausage. This platter was yummy as everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. The chef's special was the picanha steak. This was delicious however, it was too salty. Fries were excellent and the plantains were delicious. The server checked in on us plenty and asked for feedback on the food, we told him that steak was too salty. He apologized and knocked a few percentage off the bill. Excellent waitstaff as he upfront and willing to accept feedback. Definitely will be back to try other items on the menu.

Most impressed I've been with restaurant food in a long time! You can really tell everything is quality and made to order. We got the "Chef's Special" plate which comes with their Picanha steak on a sizzling bed of grilled onions. For the sides it comes with their rice and fries. All things were amazing!! Plenty for 2 people to share and feel satisfied. Service was great and professional as well. We were checked on multiple times throughout our meal. The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming. We will definitely be back here, can't believe we waited so long to try it!

Being married to a Brazilian, I'm so grateful to have Show de Carnes Express in town! The food here is fantastic, with high-quality meats cooked perfectly every time. The picanha is hands down our favorite--tender, flavorful, and truly authentic. Unlike traditional Brazilian churrascarias where you leave stuffed to the brim, sweating meat, and feeling like you need a trip to the ER, this spot is refreshingly different. It's an order-off-the-menu experience, which lets you enjoy each dish without overdoing it. We also love the outdoor seating, which is dog-friendly--perfect for bringing our pup along on nice days. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable. Our only small complaint is that we wish they stayed open a bit later, and had Brazilian beers (they only have domestic offerings) but that doesn't stop us from coming back. If you're looking for a relaxed, authentic Brazilian meal, Show de Carnes Express is a must-visit!

I have been wanting to go to their real restaurant but this is a good start. I love their lamb chops though i find their jelly mint too sweet. The fried tilapia fillet is a lot and really meant for sharing. The chef's choice meat is a little dry and bland. Service is quick and there is enough space inside.

It was our first time and we had the best experience. Cristiano was excellent, he was so attentive and knowledgeable about everything! The food was delicious, the meat was extremely tasty and the atmosphere was great too. Love it!

My mom and I finally tried this spot and it was an amazing experience! The service and food were absolutely terrific. We were greeted so kindly by the waitress and were seated immediately. Started off with a house salad with their house dressing ranch and the salad was so fresh and crisp! We then ordered the Chefs Special and ordered a side of black beans and chimichurri. I was so shocked that the chefs special came with rice and fries, along with the meat as well! The prices here are the best and can't find better anywhere else! All of the staff were super friendly and made our experience the best! Definitely coming back!

Attentive staff, great food, generous portions. The meat was delicious! Flavored perfectly. Great value. I just wish I could have a cocktail with dinner. They have wine and beer, but I do live a good cocktail.

Multiple times here! Never disappoints! The staff is so friendly- like family. Picanha platter is always a great choice. Ribeye platter is my go to!! We brought our little dog and enjoyed the outdoor seating. The atmosphere is casual. For weekend dinner, try to come by 5-6pm... it is consistently full during dinner time on the weekend...or come at 7:30 - 8pm. Note, take your time. The food comes out quick, but don't rush them. It's worth the wait. Also, The pay system is a little quirky- After you eat, go to the register and they'll show you the bill to pay. It works, it is just different. Come for the food!

Steak was cooked perfectly and so tender, black beans off the hook, passion fruit mousse unique and also excellent. Decent prices, unpretentious site.

Food is consistently fantastic and reasonably priced. Steaks are cooked to order. Seasoned perfectly with condiments available if you like some heat or chimichurri. Service is great. The restaurant is not large and can get a little warm inside, but they have outdoor seating options. My husband can be a little picky, but liked this place so much that we brought his family to try it out.

I got the chefs special with a side of black beans to go with my rice and let me tell you!!! Hands down one of the BEST DISHES I'VE EVER HAD!!! Flavorful, delicious and enough food to feed 2-3 people. The owner was amazing and helpful with everything. Always went out his to check on everything... I GIVE THIS PLACE A 10 out of 10!!!! Owner was nice. We felt welcome, and respected. Clean utensils. They were fully invested in running their business. Attention to detail was excellent. The whole staff showed hard work. All hands on deck. Worth every penny spent. Will return; recommend, drive an hour and a half again just to eat here.

How many times have I driven by and contemplated on trying out Show de Carnes Express. I'm no stranger to the all you can eat Brazilian steak houses and the meat coma that comes after. Would it be worth it? Only one way to find out! You can find parking all around in the Nut tree. On the weekends you will probably have to park a little ways out. There is both outdoor and clean indoor dining. Our friendly waiter seated us at our table. Something I look out for is customer service throughout the experience. Every encounter was superb until the end! Chef's Special Picanha- In this meal that serves two includes a steaming plate of sliced beef, rice, and french fries. We also ordered a side of plantains. Which is a must with your meat! The joy that overcame me as I saw the pile of picanha. I do appreciate the fat bits here and there too! Not much flavor? Yes, chimichurri sauce is flavorful, but good seasoned meat on its own is the best. It tasted wonderful by itself as did the sides. You want a kick? There is an orange spicy sauce on the tables that is super yummy. All in all the portions and price were all within reason. I hope it doesn't change in the future because I foresee round two!

Always excellent food, service, and presentation! The staff is fast and very attentive. The food is delicious, always hot and full of flavor! We always get the mixed grill. It has steak, chicken, and sausage. We share this meal with the yummy sides of mashed potatoes, rice, and sometimes French fries. My only complaint is that this restaurant is so popular we are unable to come as often as we would like :) But when we do its a real treat, and we walk around nut tree to shop and look at the lights with an ice cream afterwards!

I was impressed! Nice service and tasty food. We had the pichana (steak had great flavor and was cooked medium rare, which I had requested; steak was a little tough but passable), chimichurri (not good. Mine is better and I'm not Brazilian), rice (lovely flavor), black beans (contain pork and were delicious), beef stroganoff (husband liked it, I thought it was missing something), mashed potatoes (few lumps, could've used more salt), fries (husband liked them). Huge portion sizes (half my meal went home) and reasonable prices.

My fiance picked this place out to take my mom. We got there an hour after opening and I feel like we might have been the first customers as there was no one else there. The restaurant is a Brazilian eatery with a small menu. I ordered Beef stroganoff which came with rice and shoestring potatoes. Fiance ordered the chicken stroganoff, and mom got the sauteed shrimp and veggie. We additionally ordered fried plantains and polenta. I loved the beef stroganoff, but I added a bit of the mystery hot sauce and it was incredibly spicy. I think it was habanero. Fiance thought the chicken in his stroganoff was tough, and my mom loved her shrimp. The fried plantains were so good as well as the fried polenta but I think it would have been nice to dip it in something? I knocked one star for a long wait at the end of the meal. The hostess asked us if we wanted a box and we said yes. Think we waited like 15-20 minutes for her to give us one as she was at the register reading a paper. Apparently she was waiting for us to pay before giving us a box, which is fine. I just wished that was communicated as that is not the norm that I am used to.

I love Brazilian food, and this place did not disappoint! From quality to portion sizes; the steak, polenta fries, bacon fries, even the rice was delicious. The service was fantastic. The owner came out to greet us and made sure everyone was happy with all of it. I did not mind more of a casual atmosphere as we were there with friends and children. I was eating leftovers for two days after the meal here. I could not recommend this enough.

Hello everyone, This is the first time we have been here. We took our family here today for our Son's 25th birthday. We are so very glad we did!! The food was so very good and we appreciate the great service we received!! It was wonderful that we were able to speak with the owner, son, and others that work there and so much appreciated Victor!! He was great, he talked with us, took pictures for us for our son's birthday! We will definitely be coming back. We drove an hour and a half just to go here and we will do it again. When you go there, you can eat inside or outside. It is a nice place where you could see them cooking the food too. Nice hot food!! It is worth the drive!!!! Again; we want to thank everyone that worked today here at this place! Good job!! Thanks again Victor!!!

A lot of people misunderstand Brazilian Steakhouse as AYCE but I really enjoyed Show de Carnes Express because I'm able to choose what I want without having to pay the buffet price. Located conveniently in the Nut Tree Plaza, it's easy to find and there's a ton of parking. There's indoor and outdoor dining with QR codes available for the menu on each table and when you do decide on what you want, you go to the cashier and make your order and they'll soon deliver to you. We ordered the Chefs special with the meat medium rare and enjoyed every bit of it. The meet was so tender that we finished the whole dish plus the grilled onions. The service was great, super friendly. I for sure will be back!

If you read my reviews I am a carnivore at heart. Nicely grilled meat and I'm good to go. It's a natural that I'm gravitate toward BBQ joints and steakhouses. I was happy to see a Brazilian Steakhouse at Nut Tree because I am there so often. SdC is a casual place that you sit down and plates served to you. I really like this place. We tried the following: Picanha Steak: Imagine 5 servings of steak served with rice, chimichurri sauce, salsa and egg farfofa. This will serve up to 3 people. It was delightful. The steak had nice grill marks and was nicely seasoned. The chimichurri was yummy and made a great condiment. Also, the rice was light and fluffy (used to Asian rice lol). The black beans were tasty and they had bits of meat in them. Overall a great dish. Breaded Tilapia: the breading was nice and light and the fish was not overly oily. The fish kept its crispness even after sitting for a few minutes. I will say it was a little on the salty side but it didn't bother me at all. I scanned the menu and they plenty of tasty looking dishes involving chicken, pork, and shrimp. I definitely want to go back and have more.

Decided to stop by here after a hike, as I was craving steak. I ordered the Picanha Steak Plate which came with two strips of steak, rice, French fries, black beans, and chimichurri. The steak was cooked medium as requested, and was quite juicy. Most of the flavor came from adding the chimichurri and a little hot sauce. The fries were bland so I didn't care for them that much, while the rice was quite salty. The beans have some meat and bacon in it, so they're quite flavorful. Food came out quick, and the meal was satisfying overall.

Best Brazilian food in the Bay Area. Service is 10/10 and food is 12/10. Highly recommend coming with a group and a big appetite.

Ohhh Glory of Sparta. All hail this temple of Meatopia. My wife and I went here for our 40th wedding anniversary and came away immensely satisfied and with a large haul in our doggie bag. In the post Covid word of dystopian inflation this place is truly an incredible bargain . This is a slightly scaled down version of a Brazilian steak house. All you can drink sodas from the fountain and you have to walk up to the counter to pay your bill.

This place has mixed vibes. It tries to be contemporary with the decor and lighting, but It is basically a diner serving Brazilian food. The prices were reasonable. The service was so-so. The picanha and rib eye were both low grade cuts of meat. We ordered medium rare, and got well done. In addition, they were over salted. You could actually feel and taste the salt crystal crunch. The vegetable was basically the bits of parsley in the rice. A balanced meal it is not. This is a place you go to once and never return.
