Renèe made my night tonight, by far most pleasant interaction I’ve ever had at a dispensary. What she didn’t know is my boyfriend and I had the most awful day, but her amazing attitude and charisma both made us feel more positive and her knowledge on product made us confident in our choices. Keep this employee as long as you can, she was AMAZING!

I sat here right before closing in my car, waiting for my wife to get out with our order. She has a handicap and walks with the walker. When she was going into the store, I noticed the security guard standing there doing nothing and figured he would open the door for her, and he just watched her struggle with it. I jumped out to help her, but she had gotten in already. As much money as people spend here and as we spend here, it seems like they would be a little more kind to people. Actually, not they but security. They get paid to keep people safe And to make people feel safe and for him not to open that door for her or for another guy that was handicapped, walked up to the door isn’t very cool. People need to help when they anre employed to help make people feel safe. Kind of sucks seeing that happen. I’ve been coming here since these guys open their doors and I’ve never seen that before until just now that’s not OK. She’ll grow management needs to notice that or the front desk person because that seems to be what the security guard is most interested in. If that doesn’t change, I think I’m gonna find somewhere else to go not sorry

Not the biggest issue, however, i ordered a 3g/$60 wax deal on 7/9 in preposition for the 7/10 holiday. However the same exact deal was posted on 7/10 with a bonus .9 wax with purchase. Had i known that, i would have just waited till 7/10 to purchase. Store would not honor deal. The purchase time hasnt even been 24 hours after me writing this review.

This is a follow up on the review. I just wrote. As a courtesy I went and let the security guard know that when somebody is struggling to get through the door that is handicap somebody needs to help them hold the door open, especially when they have eye contact With an employee of the business security guard, namely. Anyway, as a courtesy I went and just told him that and he came out all happy puppy saying that they can’t even see through the windows that he didn’t even know that she needed help. But he lied because they had eye contact, and I jumped out of my car to go help her, and he just stood there. By the time I got there she had already gotten in. And you can see a simple yes sir or no problem or yes, I agree or something like that would’ve sufficed. I think me and mine are gonna find somewhere else to go for a little while.

They have great flower and prices, the only flaw is I don't think the wheel they spin ever offers anything if it even gets done when you order online hmmmmm🤔 suspicious lol I had to add a star today because I bought some weed it was super dry, I spoke to the manager and he was more then happy to help me 🩷 I wish I had gotten his name. Got great quality in exchange. He showed me a deal I didn't see in online and fixed my issue he's great. Morning manager on 5/1/25 keep up the GREAT WORK! You'll always have me as a customer

Terrible service from a women named Caitlyn , Show grow claims to be the #1 dispensary in Vegas but have a very rude and disrespectful person working and representing them. Because of this I will never come back to this store and people have warned me it’s not the first time I’ve heard bad about ShowGrow.

I appreciated the help I got while visiting this business. However, when I went to pay I was told what my total was and then the lady helping me put my debit card into their POS machine and said “I’m giving you $9 back” so she ran my card for more than my purchase was for. Gave me the $9 (I assumed so I had cash to tip them, which I did) and when I left I realized my card was ran as an ATM even tho it was on a small point of sale machine. And my bank charged me a fee for using an ATM not associated with them. Would have been nice if any of this was explained prior to running my debit card.

Wow what a great and wonderful place to buy cannabis and Kristal was very helpful I forgot to spin my wheel and got to do it in the front and won a free pre roll keep it up show grow awesome

There is a dispensary at every turn in Las Vegas with similar products for similar prices. However, ShowGrow has a few things the others don't. First off, the curbside service/system is fast and efficient, I am never waiting long at all! SG also has good prices and a great rewards program. But above all, ShowGrow has ADRIAN! The best budtender in Vegas. He is always so kind and fast and we always have a laugh! It's always a great experience with Adrian!

I have been coming in to this dispensary for over a year now and it's always a great experience! Vince is always helpful and kind and always gives great recommendations! They have a spin the wheel prizes with your purchase and sometimes i've gotten lucky with really nice prizes or just unlucky with drawing. They have water bottles as well if you get thirsty. Their prices are very reasonable again especially with the spin the wheel chance you get after every purchase you can win either, $25/$50 to spend in store, Kahna edible gummies pack, Free pre roll, ect ! so in reality when you win one of those prizes (which is quite often) their pricing is definitely not bad AT ALL. They carry Natures Chemistry which is a plus, they even carry lots of strands in the "Diamond" level of quality for Natures Chemistry!

Somebody give Vince a raise. Love the place. It's clean, it's organized, and they give you dope little water bottles. Five stars. P.S they display their terp content. Good stuff.

Came into Showgrow and was welcomed by Sav. It was my first time there and she answered all my questions about edibles and pre rolls. She was friendly, helpful and showed us the great deals. Overall a nice place, will be coming back!

Typically, I would never write a review unless it was absolutely necessary. I do not frequent weed shops ever, and wanted to experiment. Hi Was greeted by sav she look like she hated her job. I had many questions. She was not friendly or hospitable at all. I asked her for my receipt. She gave me one of them. Seemed very annoyed and discontent. I would never recommend going into this place of you have any questions or want a big variety! There are so many better shops out there that are helpful Happy and look like their employees enjoy their job.

Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Renee was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking products and their specific benefits. I sincerely appreciate her help and kindness!

I started shopping at ShowGrow because it was closer to my home. I shop there now because of employees like Vince. It's nice to walk in somewhere and they remember you, know what you like and treat you like a friend. This place has turned into so much more than a place to get weed. Vince is one of my favs, we laugh, he asks me about my family. They make it personal and I love that. I even bring my dog and she sits in the car by the front door and they watch her for me Thanks everyone there!! Iykyk

Got some pre rolls and they where short on the weed amount lol didn't use to be like that but I notice it is now and even notice some of my pre rolls and 8ths had been open and taken ?? And with them being super pricey it's been a couple employees that will keep my change I have coming back when I use debit So they basically pocketing 2 to 5 bucks of my change They have some decent employee but for the most part they have fallen way off If u go please check your product before you leave and make sure they give you ur change they will fuck you if they think they can

So this review is completely past due. I refuse to go to any other weed store after coming here. I wish I could remember everyone's names but it truly doesn't even matter because this applies to literally everyone there... I've never had such amazing customer service with authentic kindness and good uplifting energy, it's not an errand anymore but a pleasure to make my weed run haha. The security lady with the short hair is a complete gem and makes me feel so welcomed and appreciated every time I see her! And tonight I had Joey help me with my curbside pickup and his attitude and just overall customer service is the reason I finally am writing this. Just want to say thank you to everyone that works there for putting a smile on my face each and every time I go and to let you all know you're freakin amazing and your customer service is truly untouchable. (And this is coming from someone who's been in the industry 15 years so I have a very high standard set as far as customer service goes!) so whoever the owner is, give em all amazing bonuses because they are the reason people keep coming back! You can get weed and great deals anywhere now, but you certainly can't get this vibe anywhere else and that's why yall are stuck w me forevvvvvvver haha! Thanks yall!

It was my first time stopping into ShowGrow, but it definitely won't be my last. Not only do they have AMAZING deals, an extremely kind and helpful staff, but they offer free prizes with each purchase. How fun is that!! Their space is big and organized and every product is shown perfectly with their price listed on it. They hand you a number as soon as you walk in, so there are no lines and everyone moves in and out pretty quickly. Tara was so helpful when it was our turn to be checked out. She was able to answer all of my questions while also being so nice. At the end of my purchase I was able to spin the wheel, where I won a free 1/8th! My friend also got to spin the wheel and he won a $25 voucher for the next time he visits. You always win when you visit ShowGrow!

this happened a couple months ago and i'm so sorry i didn't get the budtender's name, but she was kind enough to give me a free airo battery because Green was giving me a hard time about a cartridge i got from them that was faulty. she said she got it as a sample and didn't need it. if you see this i appreciate you so much!

The product seems overpriced compared to other spots. I spent $18 on one pre roll, and it wouldn't hit so half of it burnt, I had to break it up & put it in a pipe to smoke it. The shop is nice and clean though, and they have a spin the wheel to win prizes if you sign up with them, they also offer free water when you shop which is cool.

AUSTIN WAS UNBELIEVABLY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WHEN IT CAME TO HELPING ME! I have never been helped so well when it came to dispensary's. I have been in Vegas a few times and went to a few diff places but I won't ever go back anywhere else but here. The place was so well organized and run. Staff was impeccable Austin again. The main reason this place is going to run so beautifully and we'll is because of employees like him. He honestly made this such a nice process and it didn't make me feel like I was just being rushed to buy whatever was in the store. Again thank you Austin!

Incredibly overpriced. Budtenders lack knowledge but dress up. Their shop is literally a facade, a boujie aesthetic and attractive people over knowledgable ones. Most judgemental management I've ever interacted with. Very orange county rich milk energy.

Not very welcoming. Staff and front and inside just seem so burnt out. No love for first timers. Long wait time. Pretty ordinary selection. Went down the street to Green, and had a lot better experience from the first walk into the door up until the point of exiting.

Not too happy with Showgrow. Their 420 deals don't really seem to be deals at all. If I bought four bags at a mix and match cost of $60 for 7g's, plus it's a buy one get one, my total should have come close to $130, and I should have received eight bags, right. Nope. Showgrow took this as an opportunity to screw over their customers; they charged me $45 each, for two bags and gave me two for free you are shady AF, Showgrow. You're just like the mass majority of American companies, no Integrity, at all.

Pricing is a lot higher here than competitors who are right down the street. $50 for a .5 cart? Service is weak sauce. Asked about specials and was told there were none. Checked the app and showed the employee. He acted flabbergasted that there were any specials. I appreciate the theatrics, but I won't be back. Bad service and higher prices are not a recipe for success in such a competitive market.

Went in last night with little bit of cash I had because my car was broken into the night before and someone stole all my credit cards. After telling Colton I have X amount of cash what's the best deal he took it upon himself to give me a free preroll and told me to keep my cash! I needed that nice gesture after what happen the night before! Thanks Colton! Keep being kind, YOUR AWESOME!!

Has anyone else noticed that over time Show Grow has increases their prices? Eighths are up to $60. The $9 pre-rolls are now .6g mostly. Looks like they took a page from the book of greed. Shame on you, Show Grow!!!

Watch out for their edibles. One pack was tainted and I ended up in the ER with poisoning.

The girl that delivered my order tonight was horrendous. I've been ordering for years at the same place and no one ever gets lost. She called me for directions, I told her where to go and after waiting outside for at least 15 mins I went back inside, called her no answer. She then texts me and asks for my unit # and texts me she's here. I go out there and no one is there. I then call ShowGrow and they contact her and they tell me she's here, I go out there and no one. It was honestly hilarious at this point. A manager gets on the phone and tells me to go back out there, I go back out and wait 5 mins for her to walk to my door. Then she comes up with an attitude telling me she's been knocking for 20 mins but that is false because I've been checking the last 30 mins. That is not how you approach a customer and most definitely this sort of situation. I tell her she hasn't been here, I've been checking and even tried to call her. She starts arguing with me and tells me "maybe you need to sit in your living room and wait for us" And then tells me I am rude? She must have been sitting in her car or lost I have no idea but I've been a customer for years and I order quite a bit. They should be careful with their employees and who they hire. There's still a set of standards that should be met. I got a text at 9:09 asking for my gate code, it is now almost 10. Super disappointed in how this was handled. I might take a break from showgrow

Worst shop ever, no first time specials, they dont let you smell the product, see the product up close, they charge if you wanna use card, eighths for more then $55 is a scam, don't go here.

This is definitely my favorite dispensary because you always have a chance to win more items with every purchase. This dude Kevin who works there is dope AF he was super friendly and had helpful service. As long as there in business I'll be shopping here from now on.

I used to love coming here! The 420 specials were amazing (actually too good to be true), but their weed jars weren't weighed correctly!! I got scammed smh with 2 jars. (SMH) Literally got served a dub for an "8th".

The very first visit I purchased a vape cartridge. The liquid was very dark and it tasted weird as if it had gone bad. The manager was nice enough to allow me to exchange for a different cartridge. I placed an order my second experience here after getting a text saying my order was ready for pick up I get a call saying there were no more of the item available. Third times a charm, I ordered a strain the person at the counter confirms my order and bags my bud. When I get home after smoking a piece of what I rolled I finally look at the container to discover this is definitely not what I ordered. The first person that answered was pretty nice. The woman who got on the phon after tried to get me off of the phone quite rudely saying she knew what happened and didn't have a manager available. After persisting explaining I travel at least 40 mins each trip she abruptly cuts me off saying oh I have a manager available now and puts me on hold. The manager gets on the line pretty much with a f@#! you and your time your gas and the fact we screwed up and if you want to bring it back 40 mins to us you can type of attitude. He cut me off every time I spoke and stated I can only give you a 10% discount on your next order. Then proceeds to ask me so u want to come today or tomorrow? lol wow. smh. I went back today and the manager Elise was amazing. She listened and quickly tried to help. She apologized and said let me see what I can do. She gave me my order and compensated me for my time and troubles by letting me keep what was opened and my 10% discount. This is true customer service. I appreciate you! Thank you! I will go back and patronize and recommend ShowGrow.

So far this has been my favorite dispensary that I've found. The staff is friendly, they don't make you wait outside in the heat, and I feel the prices are very fair. I've gone to a few other dispensaries and was left feeling like I made a mistake going elsewhere. It's probably a $15 Uber ride from the strip. Well worth it. You will save at least $40 on 7 grams. Update: 12/04/2019 I had an issue. I posted it on here. They more than corrected it. I support this business.

Walked in after 3 years hoping to pick up big. The guy with the dreads asked if I needed help. After a couple minutes and me asking him questions about the flower, I asked him if they had preroll's and before I could even finish my sentence he said rudely/sarcastically to me, "Are you going to buy and 8th or are you going to buy a preroll?" What the hell kind of question is that? Are you mad cause I'm asking questions you don't know? I am a customer and will buy whatever the hell I want. Not from you guys though. I've heard bad things about this place and they were right. Go somewhere else and get better service, flower, and treated with respect.

I don't usually go here, but today I did since I was closer to this one than the one on post road. I just wanted to say this place is disorganized and rude every time I go over there. I will not return back to this location, I'd rather go back to my usual location.

First off I want to say: I love the employees and products at showgrow. If it was based on customer service alone, this would be a 5 star review. But my issue is mostly with management and the running of show grow. They change the mobile order system randomly and without warning making it confusing to order. Products that can be redeemed for points will go through, and then an employee will come and tell me they can't redeem that for that and they don't know why it lets you. I use marijuana to manage anxiety and depression and so knowing what to expect is hugely important for me. It's nerve wracking and upsetting that these things change so often and without notice. I can tell the employees are tired and deserve to be paid more and hopefully the managers will take that into consideration. This dispensary could be as nice as Reef or any of my other favorite ones if they can solve the logistical issues that keep them from being the best.

I used to like this place, it's clean and open 24/7 but besides that -- it's way overpriced. For example, at Zen leaf you can get a AiroPro for $40 out the door (including tax) any day. At ShowGrow, this exact same product is $56 out the door. They also don't weight anything in front of you here. I purchased an 8th a few weeks ago, and was shorted about 0.8 grams when I weighed it on my own scale.
