Shrimp Daddy Burgers

We had the pleasure of trying the Classic, Hot Daddy, and Shroom shrimp burgers, and all three were exceptional in flavor, presentation, portion, and packaging. The shrimp patties are incredibly delicious and generously packed—no skimping here! You can taste the juicy shrimp chunks in every bite, which is so satisfying. Waffle fries are also really good! My husband’s favorite was the Classic; the combination of pickle and shrimp patty is simple yet surprisingly perfect. We both agree this might be the best shrimp burger we’ve ever had!? Definitely the best in Colorado imo! The owner is super cool and friendly too. If you haven’t tried them yet, do yourself a favor and check them out!

Was craving a burger - the place near it was closed - and thankfully it was cause I stumbled upon this place.. this shrimp burger was just amazing. Flavors on it were fantastic - a very unique and fun lunch for me. Fries were on point too. To go box was nice and neat with the burger split into two pieces. Took less then 10 minutes - and the guy operating the truck was super friendly. 10/10 experience - everything was great - can’t recommend it enough!

If I could give more stars, I would! Hands down the best burgers in town, made by an amazing team. The flavors are unreal, and everything on the menu is incredible. Can’t get enough—this place is a must-try!

Wow what an experience! We stumbled on Shrimp Daddy Birgers while visiting Denver from Canada. Followed the advices from other Googlers and really appreciated our meal. We had the Classic and Hot ones. Waffle fries were also great! We recommend it to everyone! We have to say that Jay, one of the owners is a great host and Chef!

Unique sandwich that is extremely well executed. Succulent shrimp, good balance of flavors and textures. The hot daddy is the way to go. A rare reliably located food truck in Denver. We need more of these.

Shrimp Daddy Burgers is so good!! Took my kids to the spot, 12pm in the parkin' lot shrimp daddy truck takin the over the parkin spot The burgers were perfect and the crew was lit. This place will not disappoint!

We took our staff here to get some lunch and it was amazing! Everyone loved it! Very unique and full of flavor. Portion sizes are perfect. Taking our staff back here at least once a week!
