We had the best time with the bartenders Jace and Dillion. The service was outstanding and Chris the manager was awesome! The food was absolutely delicious! We had the happy hour menu. The Oysters New Orleans, Shrimp Primavera, and the White Clams. All amazing!!!! I highly recommend this place!

Pleasant dining experience eating outside by the ocean with a comfortable breeze. Our sever was on point and friendly. The grouper sandwich was good as the mahi mahi tacos were as well.

This was my second time visiting. The entrance area feels a little unusual at first, but once you get to the back, it’s absolutely gorgeous. I went on a Sunday, had the football games on and they had great drink specials. The bartenders were so friendly and accommodating, and even though I sat at the bar by myself, the people around were great. The Cuban sandwich was also delicious. Overall, just a great atmosphere and experience all around.

Food was good, pretty similar to other beachside restaurants. I was hoping for a lighter dish of pan-seared scallops with a little crumb, but these sat pretty heavy. Kids liked the shrimp and their fries were excellent! The battered fish was a little greasy and heavy for such a hot day. We ate the fish and left the batter. Also I cannot understand why establishments don’t sell their sodas with good, filtered water. The diet coke was syrupy and had an off taste from the water. Overall, it was good food. We would come again and try some of the lighter dishes.

Weekend vibes were on point at Shuckers on Hutchinson Island 🌴✨ I treated myself to the lobster roll and it was melt-in-your-mouth amazing. Add in a frozen piña colada that hit just right on a hot Florida day, and let’s just say I was in my happy place. The beach views? Absolutely unbeatable. 🌊☀️ This is exactly why people fall in love with the Treasure Coast lifestyle… good food, salty air, and endless ocean views.

We wish we found this place earlier, what a gem. Been there twice and love it. The prices are great and food is wonderful. The ribs were amazing and the grouper dinner was good. Being able to adjust the sides makes it that much better. Great service both times and the view can't be beat.

The atmosphere here is appealing and the service was good and friendly. The Mahi fish tacos were pretty good but the Mahi sandwich not so much. But I would try something else next time. The patio beach access is a nice feature.

Everything about this place was wonderful! The view of the ocean was phenomenal. We had the Mahi tacos they were delicious and so was my Diet Coke. Service was very good too.

Shuckers is a solid choice if you're looking for good food, good prices, and good views. As a former local, the commonly held idea that you can either have great food or a great view of the ocean is very true in Florida, but Shuckers strikes a nice balance of providing a solid menu on the beach. Can you get better food in the Stuart area? Certainly--but if you're in the mood to eat on the beach, you won't leave Shuckers feeling like you overpaid for a mediocre meal. Their Ahi tuna burger and grouper Reuben are my very favorite options, but the Asian chicken salad is delicious, too (highly recommend subbing blackened shrimp!).

Love Shuckers! This spot on the beach is perfect for any time of day. Always a beautiful view of the beach, good service and great food and drinks for a good price. They have a good happy hour too! My husband always grabs the ahi tuna burger which I love stealing a bite of, it's too good not to! It's a perfect "burger" you can't find anywhere else, and a decent portion. I always love the grouper rueben! The bread is toasted nicely and the grouper is crispy. I just wish it was a little larger portion and that it had some sauerkraut on it. It would be the best rueben around. Check this place out, it's worth the stop.

Meh! We went in for some snacks and drinks. It's right on the beach, so that's nice. We were seated right away, but waited a solid 10 minutes before we were even greeted. We were about ready to just leave. Our server was polite but not memorable. My margarita had a couple of bugs in it. He took it back and returned with it in 2 seconds flat. I'm sure they just fished it out. Our food came out extremely fast. My husband & daughter each had the clam chowder, which they said was good. They asked for bowls, but it looked like a cup size. Would hate to see the cup. I ordered the Fish & Chips and it was just ok. Two fish finger sized pieces of fish for $20. I get better fish & chips at Culver's. Paying took another 15 minutes because apparently they were having issues with the systems. Find out later that we were charged three times. We do like the beach vibe and it would be nice to enjoy the ocean breeze & salt air. But they do allow smoking, so that's what you're breathing in instead.

What a GREAT spot on the beach. Wonderful food and drink, with tables both inside and outside. The ocean view from both is spectacular. Service is fast and friendly. I can't wait to go back!!!

First time here, we gave a three due to the food we ordered. Starting with a positive the Caesar side salad was good. Hubby had the tuna poke bowl, taste acceptable, they gave 2x fried wonton chips to the bowl ingredients, out of ratio. We ordered calamari, which was fine, and we ordered garlic toast to go with the seafood cannelloni entree. They brought the toast with the calamari, it was cold by the time entree came. I do not recommend this entree. The flavor was creamy and decent flavor, however, the cheese flavor was so dominating you could not taste the seafood. Disappointing as it was pricey which we do not mind if it's good. Server was pleasant, very busy though, so we didn't see him much. Still tipped 20%. The breeze was nice however, no water view.

The food (blackened fish tacos) were tasty even though the fish wasn't blackened at all. This restaurant is really a smokers paradise. I would recommend all non smokers to avoid. The outdoor bar 95% of the guests were smoking. Sitting at the high top tables adjacent to the bar wasn't a good spot for a non smokers. We went inside and the smoke came in and the waitress smelled like smoke. Our food tasted great but we won't be back.

Walked in and were sat down immediately however we sat for 20 minutes with no one acknowledging us. Zero service. This solace deserves a zero!

Went for lunch and sat at the outdoor patio. I got the lobster roll which had plenty of lobster meat - w mayo- they don't do it in butter. The roll was good, toasted not soggy. Good coleslaw and pickles. My husband got conch chowder - he liked it, but prefers the creamy type and this was red. He also got fried calamari. No left overs- we ate it all! Our waiter was excellent, he had dimples but I don't know his name. It was very busy. The ambiance is lively, chatty, on the beach. Very nice place to go. Inside had lots of seating too. A bar outside and inside as well.

First time in today as I recently acquired a second place in Stuart. I had a really decent lunch consisting of a Poke Bowl, taco bowl and a cold Sam Adams. Huge thanks to Candice, whose recommendations were spot on, paired with superb service. The patio dining was the best, although I was disappointed when a chosen few had the help lower the wind screens. I look forward to another visit very soon.

Had lunch here with a friend and as usual it was very good. He had the lobster role and said it was an 8 out of 10. I once again had the Tuna Ahi burger and as previously stated it was absolutely delicious! The service was very good, the waitress was friendly and helpful. Again I do recommend you try this place right on the ocean.

Server Gunner was excellent. Very attentive & professional! Food was mediocre: Oysters, onion rings (best item we had), poke bowl, grouper tacos (very fishy!). Smokers allowed at the outside patio but dogs not allowed?? You'd rather breathe cigarette smoke while eating than have a dog under the table? We will DEFINITELY not return!

Was there this past Friday night. The way the manager was obviously in a bad mood and being rude to people. We didn't have any run in with him, but the way he was talking, especially to the young waitresses made me uncomfortable

Given all the hype about this place, we decided to give it a try. Sitting outside, right next to the beach creates a vacation mood. It was a lovely day, too. The staff are friendly and welcoming and polite. They gave us plenty of time to browse the menu. The food is not quite as satisfactory as I expected. Maybe it's what we ordered. The Chicken Salad was alright, as was the Cuban Sandwich. Nothing to rave about. The Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl was not up to par. The rice was inedible. I made a bad choice!

We stopped in for lunch on our way to Orlando from Pompano. It's a nice spot on the beach with good food and service. The fish sandwich was good although the fish was a bit thin. The New England clam crowder was thick and good. Raw clams was very fresh.

Very good ocean view and breeze outside, food and service were also good. Not many places serve seafood with this large portion sizes.

Another "meh" experience dining out in the Fort Pierce/Vero Beach area. My cousin was visiting the area and a friend back home recommended Shuckers to him. I like to be a good host so off we went. Shuckers has a cool beachside vibe and always seems to have a good bar crowd and a plenty of diners. Although it's right on the beach, there's not a great water view from most tables. We got a table right away and our waitress, although a little robotic at first, was very friendly. My cousin seemed to be happy with the place, which was the most important thing to me. We started with an order of onion rings. They were good but they've been better in the past. I had the Coconut Shrimp platter which came with French fries and cole slaw. The fries and slaw were pretty good. The shrimp, however, was pretty disappointing. The dipping sauce was bland and the shrimp were overly breaded, overcooked and pretty tasteless. Was anything really horrible? No. But did any of us have anything that would make us want to return? No. I'm really getting tired of paying for "meh" meals. I'm really getting tired of spending my calories on uninspired cooking. Does anyone serve reasonably priced delicious food? I'm starting to think no.

Great service and pleasant outdoor seating. Some areas may be smoking since I noticed a strong cigar smell walking through the dinning area. The dishes ordered were abundant and well balanced. I did need to ask for the listed Jalapenos which were not delivered. The reason given was that most people do not use them. I did not drop a star but maybe the servers could ask if you would like them. Not an up-sale but an offering.

Love this beachside restaurant. I recommend sitting outside. Fans to keep you cool on extra hot days. Great service and tasty food and drinks.

it was my birthday and I was talking about this place for days because I was excited about the raw bar. When I got there, I was already a little annoyed with the parking They were very narrow, I walked into the restaurant and it just looked very old grubby. They had a couple of orange cones at the front of the reception area with a couple of buckets so uninviting. Nobody in the place. we got there about 230. The server was so loud and obnoxious the food was low quality. The only thing that I liked was the raw oysters. The horseradish was watered down, had no taste. I ordered a cobb salad and unless you added the dressing on this chicken there was no taste. The shrimp was overcooked. Got a lava cake for dessert. There was no lava inside of it. It was just a bad experience altogether I will never go back and I will not recommend this place to anybody.

I took my out of town family there for what I told them would be a great dinner. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. We waited an hour for our food. The fish in my nephew's tacos was dried out and all the fries were stone cold. They tried to make it right with 1 dessert for 5 people to share. Not cool.....won't be returning.

Weather didn't cooperate for a beautiful ocean view but Shuckers did have a nice covered patio so we could watch the storm with our lunch. We had the chicken caprese panini and grouper Reuben. Both were very good. Service was good and attentive. You have to go in the door at the overhang then turn right at the from desk. Was a little confusing. Nice choice in the area. Not sure there are many restaurants in the area but this is a solid choice

Good location on the beach. Unfortunately at the bar you could smoke cigarettes which was kind of nasty. But the drinks delicious and the bartenders made some tasty cocktails

My wife and I went SCHUCKERS for lunch today! Always a great experience, great service, consistently terrific food. Today was no different! I do want to praise the server, Serena! Serena was excellent in accuracy of the order, friendly, refilled our drinks and a perfect 10 for our visit. BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE this place. Order anything with grouper, in fact, just order anything. From the street, this place is TOTALLY unassuming and easy to pass by or easy to choose to pass by, BUT DON'T. Walk through the lobby and through to the tiki bar and order some food and drinks...oh my. This place will become an all-time favorite. Enjoy your food with the stunning view and audio cacophony of the fantastic Atlantic Ocean. Take an adventure and check this place out. Oh, and by the way, the coleslaw and fries here, among everything else, are pretty fantastic.

The outdoor seating has a great view and comfortable atmosphere. They keep the fans running so air is moving to help with the heat. Check it out! We are originally from New England and steak tips are a rare thing here in Florida. This salad with the tips was great! I wasn't sure about them being blackened but it was a light flavoring that tasted good. They did not ask me how I wanted the steak tips cooked and they came rare. I would normally select medium rare, but these still tasted delicious. I have a gluten allergy and there were a ton of options for that allergy. The menu is marked really well for gluten-free as well. Such a rarity and it made dining a more comfortable experience for me since I am severely allergic.

Service very good with the gal we had today..last time was train wreck! Anyway food sub par but fast..I had chicken wrap dried out chicken with zero flavor.i loaded it with sauce..potatoes must be pre made hours before..it's on the ocean but you can't see ocean when you are seated.wanted to go to Kyle g but it was packed..night and day food! Shuckers was very busy outside I think their food is for people who r ok with crap food but want fast and usually good service..hubby had fish sandwich he said was fine

Cool restaurant on the oceanfront. Good food. Great staff! Schuckers is located right on the oceanfront of Jensen Beach. In fact, you can literally have lunch, then take the small ramp that leads you right onto the beach. Feel free to take a stroll, or pull out your beach chairs and enjoy the view. We kept it really light for lunch. I enjoyed a tall glass of sparkling water with lime. I also had the lobster roll. The lobster roll was served with a side of fries. The lobster was flavorful and juicy, and the bread was buttery and lightly toasted. It was the perfect portion for a light lunch. My Aunt enjoyed the Thai chili shrimp as an entree. The shrimp was nicely sized, fried, and tossed in a sweet and spicy Chili sauce. It would make the perfect appetizer to share for two. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure we had refills, kept the table clean, and offered a friendly smile with each encounter. When I return to Jensen Beach, I will definitely stop in for a quick bite, and maybe enjoy some drinks near the beach.

Fun place to have drinks outside overlooking the ocean. The food is just so-so. Indoor area is totally different vibe. .

Ordered the bowl of clam chowder it was served in a small cup and it was sour. The scallops were very small and few. I did not like the sauce in them either. My friend ordered the stuffed shrimp couldn't believe the small portion. The dish was in both were 80% zucchini and squash not worth the price! There was no water view it was obstructed by large sand dune blocking any view of the ocean. Sorry for bad review but had to tell truth

We have been regulars for many years. The "hostess" staff was quite rude and disrespectful to our party of six. They giggled and laughed when I brought their rudeness to their attention. The "main host" outside stated "what do you expect they are just out of high school." when I brought their unprofessional behavior to his attention. I expect wait staff to respect their elders. It will be a long time before we return I will let everyone I know about this disgraceful behavior.

Visited Shuckers today as we were craving the Grouper Ruben sandwich. The weather was perfect for an outdoor table overlooking the ocean. Incredible view! The Grouper Ruben was very good- nice crunch on the rye bread, complimenting the creamy cheese, dressing and tangy sauerkraut. The grouper was fried nicely, leaving the fish moist. Fries were very tasty. For dessert we shared the mudslide cocktail- a perfect dessert with a kick! Service was good and staff friendly. Hard to beat this establishment as it hits all points. As an aside- I love to check out the gift shop- can find some really cool things for a good price!

Eh, I guess this place is great... if you're over 50 and don't care about your food being all that great. I'm not sure if all of Florida has bland old people food with pour service but throughout my life I've been led to believe that this is pretty much, most definitely the case. So do I judge it on a curve? The place is quite large and the outdoor areas are real nice on the water. So if I was going there for some live music and a beach night vibe, this place is probably awesome. Are fire pits aloud? Because then I'd be all in. Probably not, I'd skip the meal and service here but I'd vibe out with a few drinks.

Very popular beachfront restaurant with indoor & outdoor seating. Outdoor seating fills up, covered from the elements. Service was good. The menu has plenty of options for everyone. We visited at happy hour beer & wine $3 The food was very tasty & fresh. See pics. I would recommend, and return. Moderate pricing.

First off..the food was excellent the waitress Alex was a delight and the atmosphere was fabulous!! A must go if you are in the area!!!

Great location and view! Started off with the Mango Tango cocktail=great Conch fritters = ok Calamari = ok Lobster roll= very good and flavorful! Large chunks of lobster Stuffed flounder=everyone really liked theirs

I would give the drinks a five out of 10 in the appetizers a six out of 10 we didn't stay for dinner so I can't read the overall dinner experience, but it was a great vibe with live music and great fun times with our fellow friends and family for a gathering of a wedding

My sister and I are visiting for the weekend in Jensen Beach, Florida and I searched Yelp of course for reviews of a grouper sandwich. We are on the ocean in Florida and have been craving fresh fish. Shuckers has positive reviews and has been steady for years so it had to be good. We ordered Grouper Rueben's, A Mahi sandwich, fish n chips, and guacamole and chips for later. Let's start with the Grouper sandwich, the fish was fresh and the serving was a nice portion. The fish was fried to perfection and dressed with coleslaw and Russian dressing. The sandwich was large and I had a side salad. I could only eat half. The fish n chips were tasty too. There were 5 large pieces, fried to golden perfection. This came with french fries and a great tarter sauce. The Mahi sandwich was grilled perfectly. This was served on a toasted bun and the fish was very flavorful. Everyone was extremely satisfied and full. The server was very kind and brought the food out to my car as I had several orders. If you want fresh Florida fish, check out this place. There is plenty of seating outside with the ocean view as well as inside seating. Check this out if you want delicious fish yii won't be disappointed.

First; let's talk about Reuben's. Most if us are used to Reuben sandwiches; corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, 1000 Island dressing, piled on rye bread. A few folks call the same sandwich a 'Rachel' if it features cole-slaw instead of 'kraut. Shuckers offers a "Fried Grouper Reuben," with fish in place if the corned beef - and 'slaw instead of 'kraut! EAT IT BEFORE YOU LAUGH! It was a tiny bit greasy, but oh so good! My wife enjoyed her huge Lobster Roll; simple bread, but heaping amounts of lobster mix! We both enjoyed the Key Lime Pie; very tart, but tasty nonetheless. Great service - and much better food than we expected, given the location at some aging Jensen Beach condos! Full bar is a plus, as well! (Free onsite parking.)

Great place for lunch! We sat outside. I had a California Shrimp salad. Super delicious with a Sauvignon Blanc. Wonderful casual place without the fanciness or prices of Kyle G's.

We had a great time here! What a great experience thanks to our server, Serena. She was awesome, great food suggestions including our dietary needs. The Poke bowl, the muscles, everything was great. We will be back this week and hope to see Serena, our new friend at Shuckers.

Wanting some good seafood. I thought I would try shuckers. Big mistake. This place is filthy I would not eat here if my life depended on it

First off I wanna say that the food at Shuckers is always great and the servers are always friendly. The one major issue with Shuckers is there's no reservation policy. Our group ranging between 10 and 14 people goes out every Thursday night and even places that don't have a reservation policy usually will make arrangements for us. We are now waiting an hour because one table of two is just sitting there finished with their meal but we need that table to complete our table of TEN. This is a policy they need to re-think for large partys!!

Great location on the beach and it's a fun atmosphere. The seafood and grill is pretty good too. I had the chicken salad BLT and it was tasty and filling. Enjoy!

Shuckers is always such a pleasant experience. We were new to the Island and I had a broken foot. Everyone, staff and patrons went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food is amazing. The mussels appetizer is our favorite but we enjoy everything we order! Jace, Bobby,Darry,Chris, Dani and on and on! Just an amazing staff! Go to Shuckers! Tell them Two House Chardonnay's and a cup of ice sent ya!
