We had an amazing dinner and great time here. All the food was top notch, came out exactly how we wanted it, and the service was phenomenal! I can’t say enough about this place. It’s hard to believe the Dolphin resort is letting go. It doesn’t really surprise me as Disney has been losing that level of dinning experience at many of their places too. I think this location closes sometime in the middle of June. If you can try them out before they are gone.

Google
This wine list is awesome! It's very well built and reasonably priced. The food was great steakhouse food. Giuseppe took great care of us, and Nick was there too. The Luce Super Tuscan is an ideal steak wine and highly recommended. Decant it.

Google
The service was amazing and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. If you have the opportunity to try one of the dry-aged steaks, do it. The French Onion soup is flavorful, and the mashed potatoes are silky smooth. The chocolate lava cake is so decadent. I recommend getting it with a side of vanilla ice cream.

Google
Shulas is a top notch steakhouse. The service is outstanding and reminds me of service at a Michelin starred restaurant We started with the crab cake- which had lumps of crab and a nice sauce. The Caesar salad was normal. The tomahawk was a great quality of meat. I thought the seasoning was a bit light. The presentation was great- they brought it out, cut it in front of us and it was cooked to perfection. We got mushrooms and Mac and cheese as sides. The mushrooms were mixed and were not my favorite. The Mac and cheese was delicious. For dessert we got the chocolate lava cake - which is also presented beautifully and was good. The cake was rich and the cream cuts through the intensity of the chocolate. Perfect choice for a special meal while at the Disney resorts.

First timers at this location. Sat at the bar Michelle and Juan were exceptional. Knowledge, friendly and nice. Split the rack of lamb with my husband along with a side of mashed potatoes. To say this was one of the best meals would be an understatement. The warm bread and butter forget about it! Fantastic. We don't travel to Orlando often but when we do this will be a must visit. Thanks so much Shula's!

The steak at Shula's is the best in the Disney area and that is paired with the most professional service you would expect at a fine dining restaurant. The Bar is fantastic and Bartenders Bash & William made our night special. The historic NFL pictures on the wall are combined with a warm super club atmosphere. My wife and I could not say enough nice things about our the wonderful evening we had at Shula's 12/15/2024

RIP Shulas in Orlando, closing in June. Had to go one last time after 20+ years of enjoyment. Excellent as usual. I will miss this restaurant in the Walt Disney Dolphin hotel. 😔❤️

Google
This is an excellent steak house regardless if you're on or off property. Sides are family style and huge for 15$, steak is amazing (porterhouse 24oz for around 70$), and the dessert was fresh and hot. We would definitely return to eat here again! The ambience is dark wood and clean white top tables. I like how they let you select your knife too!

Yelp
I made reservations in advance. We asked to come earlier and they were able to accommodate us. The place is really nice. This was a Thursday night, so lots of people. Our server was great. He went over the specials. I asked hom to bring me a cognac menu. I got a Remy XO. House pour of course. 30 bucks. My wife got the prime rib and was really tasty. I got the filet minon and it was perfect. For sides we got the Asparagus and mashed potatoes. So flavorful. Loved it. Omg I forgot about the bread. Just the right amount of crunch and Hella yummy. The food and service were amazing. I would come here again for sure.

Yelp
Overall this restaurant was good. The reason for the lower than average score for me personally was that there was nothing that blew me away. For a place called Shula's the decor honoring his greatness left a lot to be desired. The paintings on the wall were so small that even at my table (with one a few feet away) I could not even make out any of the players. I understand this totally a personal issue but as a major football fan and a fan of history I was let down. I expected more from a themed restaurant honoring a legend. Next on to the food. I ordered the 16oz Prime NY Strip. For a place that says "you won't find a better steak anywhere" I truly did not feel it lived up to those lofty expectations. On my budget I would consider this a fine dining experience but truly did not feel the atmosphere lived up to my expectations. The mashed potatoes though were divine and truly a special experience. Of course you don't want the co star to outshine the money maker. Lastly the service. For the most part I can say they did a good job. At a place of this price point good really wasn't the expectation. On one occasion our waiter came to the table to pour the rest of the beer left in my can into the glass. He over poured and it spilled all over the table. He then promised he would bring out a fresh one free of charge. He never came back until the bill was presented. Seems he became more occupied by larger parties and forgot about us. While he did eventually take that beer off the total bill the experience sticks out as a major pitfall in an otherwise decent show of hospitality. While I would not outwardly recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would strictly advise them to lower expectations of this place being one of those memorable dining experiences.

Yelp
I'd say the food here is good, but not outstanding. We came as a large group, so the menu was fixed. Had the house salad, the filet mignon and the lava cake for desert. All were very good, but not outstanding. The best part of the meal was the fresh sourdough bread. Service was excellent, with no concerns at all. This restaurant is pretty good for a fancy-ish meal at the Dolphin resort, but I wouldn't seek it out if I was passing through town.

Yelp
Shula's isn't just about dinner it's about the experience. The service, from the moment we sat down, was amazing and our servers made suggestions and were very attentive. The French onion soup was very good and we had bread which was served warm. My husband loved his bourbon flight very much. My salmon was cooked to perfection and the bernaise sauce was delicious. Everything is al a carte and we shared garlic mashed potatoes and baby carrots with peal onions. The potatoes were the creamiest I ever had. The carrots needed more lavender (I didn't taste any and we really wanted to). The filet and au poivre sauce was also delicious. The lamb didn't disappoint either. The final course was dessert and the chocolate lava cake and chocolate soufflé were utterly amazing!

Yelp
We are from New York and this just felt like another NY steakhouse for us. Not worth it. My steak lover husband enjoyed his ribeye but they had barely any vegan options. The veggie said I ordered were undercooked for my taste. Service was a little weird as well and I was uncomfortable. They gave us a free dessert for our honeymoon which was kind, but it was not vegan so I couldn't enjoy it. We will skip this one next time.

Yelp
I am local and have been here 5-6 times. It has been a while since my last visit and althoughI remember always enjoying my meal, tonight was absolutely fantastic!! I ordered the lamb Pittsburgh rare. The inside was perfect....though I would have loved more of a char, these were fantastic!! The chimmi sauce really added pop to the taste! I loved this meal! Service from Joe was outstanding, the ambiance is very nice, and being here celebrating a great friends birthday made it such a great memory!

Crescida J.

Yelp
I wish I had not eaten here on my first night at the Dolphin resort because everything else paled in comparison! I sat at the bar on Sunday night and the bartender was amazing! He recommended several tasty wines. The food was INCREDIBLE! I had shrimp cocktail and tomato salad, which does not sound like much but it was presented beautifully and was super delicious! I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!!! Instead of trying some of the other treat the resort, do yourself a favor and eat here every night! You will not regret it.

Yelp
Going to Disney always involves fantastic food. But Schula's stands out as a fine dining option with a casual vibe. Upon arrival (it's located in the Dolphin hotel) you are greeted by the host staff. We had a reservation but ended up waiting a good ten to fifteen min before being seated. Our servers were super attentive (they work in a team of two) and provided spot on recommendations for the apps, entrees and desserts (which must be ordered with entrees bc they are prepared to order). App - THEE Wedge salad Oh man, this dang salad was so dang gooooood! It had bacon jam and it was breathtakingly delicious lol the half wedge was good for two people. My boyfriend's mom ordered the whole one and it literally was two half's of a whole head of lettuce stacked on top of each other with a mound of dressing n top and in between. We had to help her out a bit This salad was recommended by our server and it will be something I dream about daily all the days of my life! Spectacular! (Maybe even the star of the meal). Bread - I loved the house made sourdough. It was piping hot and soft and delicious. The butter was also house made it was soft and salty and heavenly on the bread. The bread and butter had a kinda smokey, meaty flavor (most likely from proximity to the steaks being grilled) bc our server said there was nothing added purposely to give it that flavor. The biggest challenge of the night was ignoring the bread after having three pieces. I could have had the bread with the wedge and been happy and satisfied. Ribeye - Delish. No complaints. It was our second time getting it bc they are a steak house. Crab cake - blah. Too much breading. Not a star at all. Biggest disappointment of the dinner. Baked potato - eh. Nothing special. Lamb chops - Here we go! Freaking amazing! They were absolutely buttery tender and perfectly cooked (medium rare plus). They came with a minty puree of beans and while beans. They were kinda fatty tho. Other than that no complaints. I thought I was gonna burst by the way. I had to do deep breathing and meditation to make room for all this dang food y'all. Big portions. Mushrooms - ooooh weee they did something special to these booooy. Sooooo good! I so t know what was going on by my gosh they made those mushrooms memorable as hell! lol I'm sure I've never longed for a mushroom. Chocolate soufflé - not great. Bland. The three dessert choices were chocolate soufflé, chocolate lava cake, and apple crisp. I'm over apple desserts unless they are five and that's rare. Chocolate caramel is my jam. But this soufflé was a let down. Served with vanilla ice cream whipped cream and a vanilla anglaise. I could have just had the ice cream, whipped cream and anglaise and been happy. All in all, it's a lovely spot. Pricy but worth it. Another review giving it to you straight no chaser! Enjoy!

Yelp
For our 10th Anniversary we decided on Shula's. From the point we walked in Don Shula and the Miami Dolphins themed steak house. I checked in with the host for our 7pm reservation. We were brought to our table with in 10 minutes. Our waiter Tyler was awesome, sense of humor and knowledgeable. He made sure we had a great anniversary dinner. My wife and I ordered a cocktail, her Watermelon Mint Mule and I ordered a New Fashioned. Both were very good. We were served hot French bread absolutely great. My wife ordered the Shula Salad, Filet Mignon with a lobster tail. I ordered the French Onion Soup, 22oz Rib Eye medium rare (cooked perfectly). Our sides were Grilled Asparagus & Mashed Potatoes. The asparagus had flaked salt, cracked pepper and lemon amazing. The mashed potatoes were blended well and creamy another hit. The steaks were amazing and tender. For dessert we ordered the apple crisp, came with a side of vanilla ice cream. Wow this was great as well. Tyler even added a flourless chocolate cake with 2 candles for our anniversary. Such a nice touch. Thank You Tyler for making our night special and something to remember. White table clothes, dark lighting set the mood for our dinner. The pricing is steep, but typical to a good steak house.

Yelp
All hype here. It's a see and be seen place here, fancy place - yes. The food was not all that great, being that this is a Steak House. You would think that they would do a great job. The sides were meh, ok. All meats do not come with sides. Sides, like vegetables, are extra. Desserts weren't even a highlight. I have tried better Key Lime pie. The best dish was the Prime Rib. Sides lacked personality. So sorry Shula's but as much as I wanted to give you a chance the food did not impress.

S S.

Yelp
AMAZING!!! Second time here in about 10 years and omg nothing has changed! The service was amazing, and the food was incredible. There were 5 of us so we split the Tomahawk and had a bunch of sides, nice wines and just a great time.. This place does not disappoint and is always an amazing meal. Highly recommend.

James H.

Yelp
On our first visit dinner was fabulous reminiscent of a classic steakhouse. A perfect anniversary dinner. I made the 42oz tomahawk list! The freshly made bread was excellent and service impeccable. On our last visit, the dinning experience took a turn for the worse. It was such a dismal and disappointing dinner. Sadly this is the consistent outcome when dining at Shula's anywhere. I had always hoped the Disney Shula's would maintain a high standard but no. Maybe a reason why they added a new bar...because the food here is average. After we were seated it took around 10 minutes just to get water. It took an additional 10 minutes to have someone open and decant a $400 bottle of wine. We ordered a salad to share. Reputable fine dinning restaurants would split it and separate dishes. Here the waiter said the chef doesn't like to split salads. A poor approach to customer service. It gets worse. The prime rib comes out and it looked like it died twice and was left on the top of a car before served. It was bland and overcooked. The dry rub ribeye was just as bad. It was bland and undercooked. I asked for medium. This ribeye didn't have any char to it like it was baked more than grilled. No one came back to ask how the food was until 10 minutes later. I sent the steak back to "refire". The manager brought it back to me and asked if I would cut into it to see if it was cooked as I requested. I looked at her like really?? You didn't ask the first time. It's half eaten and I'm not waiting again. We took what's left of the steak and the entire prime rib and fed it to our dog. He had no complaints. For better food and service check out Yachtsman Steakhouse, Jaleo or Wine Bar George. Come here only if you're here on business and too lazy to venture out just don't get the prime rib. It'll be 50-50 on the steak.

Yelp
Martinis are always a delight. The food never ever ever disappoints her. I love the classy old school ambiance. This place makes me happy. I love the service and the food. I stick to the basics! French onions soup, iceberg wedge, filet mignon and 2 dirty martinis 3 olives.

Bob B.

Yelp
We had a great dinner at Shula's - surprisingly, even better than at the original Shula's location. Our steaks were great; all perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our sides were large and sharable. The Tuna Tartare was one of the best I've ever had. The Caesar salad was nice, but the wedge was just ok. The service was nice - our server had a keen sense of humor, to go along with great service. The dining room is quite attractive. It is a massive space, but broken up into different rooms and areas to give the restaurant a more intimate feel. The highest compliment I can give is that Shula's at the Disney Dolphin Resort is heads and shoulders above the typically mediocre Disney Resort.

Jim C.

Yelp
The service was excellent. Mark and Jaime know their stuff. Food was great. Bone in ribeye and sauteed snapper with asparagus, sprouts, finished with lava cake and cappuccino. Wedge salad and appetizer of scallops. Just so good. Plus the applewood smoked Bullit rye cherry Manhattan was excellent. We will be back.

Pete X.

Yelp
I had the crab cakes: expensive as hell but tasted great and the service was also great. My best dining experience on the Disney property by far.

Jeffrey R.

Yelp
Having been to a few other locations, my expectations have been set and happily met. The Tuna Tartare was sublime, just perfect, House salad was nice, dressing was fresh and tasty. I had a 10oz Fillet, in fact all four of us did. all 4 of us were very happy, and one other thing, The Blueberry Martini was just amazing. It's what you'd expect, go and enjoy.

Angela G.

Yelp
I was in Orlando for business this past week and ate at Shula's 2 nights in a row because of the outstanding experience I had! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious (especially the burrata, grilled asparagus, and macaroni and cheese)! We had a blast with our waiter, Jaime, in particular who made our night with his fun personality and exceptional service!

Dean P.

Yelp
We had a party of 8 , all steaks were over salted but it didn't stop there. 2 gentleman had to return their steaks multiple times to get their requested doneness. I can understand how it's possible for steaks to be over salted but when we got to the sides it was so excessive you can taste the grains of the salt in your mash potatoes. All other sides were the same. Was the kitchen purposely sabotaging this establishment?? I don't know but as someone that has been going to steakhouses for over 30 years this was highly unusual. So, lets say it was just an off day. When we brought this to the attention to our distinguished waiter he seemed to blow off the complaint. Maybe it's a florida thing or maybe its because a place like this doesn't do repeat business but usually when mistakes like this happen in NY you are offered a desert or drink for you inconvenience. Not here. Not that I would of taken him up on his offer but the gesture would of been appreciated. But he could care less. Our dinner was on 1/29/25.

John P.

Yelp
We were 7 people in our party. We spent close to $1,000 and this place was a total flop. The steaks were not cooked at the right temperature, they went back numerous times before getting it right. Another issue was the amount of salt they used on the steaks and all the side orders. We brought this up to our server to only get a snug smile. At this place, one pays for the ambience not the food quality. One person in my party stated that a steak he consumed at Texas roadhouse was much better. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Lynnelle E.

Yelp
The inside of this place is a lot bigger than you would think from the outside.   Even before walking in, you see a lot of history about Don Shula.  I didn't even know he had his own steakhouse.  The dining area is very dark and seems intimate but relaxing at the same time.       I had placed my order with Will in the bar area.   He was super nice and helpful,  he made sure I had warm bread and butter with my order.      We had ordered: 1.  Bacon wrapped shrimped - huge size of shrimp wrapped with crispy flavorful bacon topped with like a bbq sauce that cut the saltiness of the bacon 2.  Filet mignon 10 ounce with 2 jumbo shrimp  - I had ordered this medium, and it was well done. It was a nice cut and flavorful,  just dry.  Over cooked,  I was disappointed.  The shrimp was ok but not worth adding in the future. 3.  Side of baked potato - sad, sad baked potato.  I hate to say this, but even after adding all the fix ins, I would compare this to Wendy's.   It's not worth it. 4.  Macaroni and cheese - It was good, but I feel like it needed something more.   Like bacon bits or crunchy bread crumbs on top. 5.  Complimentary bread and butter-Amazing, bread was warm and pre cut, so all you had to do was pull it and add butter.  I'm sad to say this was one of it main highlights.     Will made sure my order was complete and that I had everything I needed.   Sadly,  I don't think I'll be back.   Maybe it was an off day, but the price is not worth it.

Yelp
After trying out Todd English's at the Dolphin recently this year, we came back to try Shula's with some friends to round out the restaurants in this resort. Firstly, I want to stress that we had a very nice time! The service was wonderful and our server was attentive and kind. The restaurant was clean and nicer for the Disney bubble, and the cocktails were excellent. We also didn't have an issue with any of our food - the bread service was SO fresh and warm and was honestly the star of the show. We had the bacon-wrapped shrimp as an appetizer, and we liked them. Our steaks were cooked to our request. I just didn't walk away feeling like the food we ate was worth the signature dining prices. Our steaks were good, but not the best I've had on property (and I've had better for lower prices!), and the sauces that came at an additional charge were really the only flavoring to the meat. The sides were nice and more of a family-style, but again, did not seem fully worth these premium prices. Dessert was a nice chocolate soufflé. When I dine at a signature restaurant, I'm hoping to have my socks knocked off! We had a really nice evening here overall, but will likely stick to our other favorite signature restaurants or better value options when we're on Disney property.

Roxanne S.

Yelp
Well, price aside, this was a wonderful experience and meal. First I will give a shoutout to the servers who were attentive, kind and prompt. Juan Carlos and Jaime were ansolute professionals and I felt like their only diner. Ok, the sourdough bread came straight out of the oven and it was extra crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. Absolutely fantastic hot bread. I'm could have literally made that my meal. But fast forward to the main course. I ordered the wagyu beef and I have never had such a splendid piece of meat in my life. It was so tender and cooked to perfection (I asked for medium well and should have really went for medium but that was my mistake). The meat melted in your mouth and the tenderness and flavor was unmatched in any previous restaurant. I had the haricot verts and cooked perfectly with the right amount of crispness. I give this a thumbs up and will be back.

Yelp
What else is there to say about Shula's at the Walt Disney Dolphin Resort that hasn't already been said? It's service? Top shelf from start to finish. We were seated in a back corner booth beneath photos and plaques of Miami Dolphins greats and inspirational quotes from Coach Shula (obviously a treat for me, a lifelong Dolphins fan) and delivered attentive service by three different staff members who made sure our wine and water glasses stayed full and our needs were met. Ambiance? Soft light, crowd noise well controlled by the tall ceilings and opulent furnishings, and the aforementioned Dolphins-dominated decor, all sourced from the franchise's glory years in the 1970s. Dark wood panels, pristine white table cloths -- it's the definition of elegance. Food? Well, my 16 oz Prime NY Strip was seasoned and cooked to perfection, as usual. Mel's filet was even better. The dining here never disappoints. It was only our second experience at Shula's -- it's pricey and we can't afford to do it very often -- but it will not be the last!

Evelyn D.

Yelp
Had an amazing dinner last night here. The filet was cooked perfectly. The sides were tasty and delicious. And deserts were great. Especially the key lime pie although the crust could be a little thicker and the lava cake was fabulous. We had nice wine except for the pouring. I was a little shock to see the waiter pouring a white wine in a red wine glass (with a white wine glass sitting next to it) same with red wine being poured into a slender white wine glass (with a red sitting next to it.

Nooshi B.

Yelp
Shula's is a spot that the family always comes to on our annual Disney vacation. It's a classic steakhouse with all the fix ins. They have a great wine/cocktail list and their desserts are incredible. I am disappointed to see that they haven't added a designated vegetarian dish to their menu given the inclusivity at other restaurants around the park. I went with the tomato/burrata salad, a baked potato and a side of mushrooms. The salad was the standout, but I would love to see a thoughtful pasta or cauliflower entree added to the menu. My family loved their steaks and sides. Their soufflé is a must order and my favorite thing on the menu.

Jerry H.

Yelp
Shula steakhouse is set inside the Dolphin Resort on the lobby level. This restaurant pays homage to Don Shula and the perfect season Miami Dolphins. Service here is first class and very attentive. We loved the waiting staff. It was fine dining service. We had the Maryland crab cake and the 24 oz porterhouse steak. The sides were creamy mash potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. Everything was cooked to perfection. The steak was cooked perfectly and super juicy. The sides were made with great care. The desserts are made to order and a must try. We loved the homemade, hot apple crumble with ice cream. We loved this steakhouse with great service, great ambiance, fantastic steak and amazing food. We highly recommend Shula's, especially for any Dolphin fanatics!

Theresa C.

Yelp
My son and I went for Christmas dinner here, and everything from the food to the ambiance to the service was top-notch. We sat at the bar and Bash, our bartender, was amazing. He asked about our food and drink preferences and made the perfect recommendations. My blueberry martini was delicious and balanced, and the wine he helped me choose went wonderfully with my steak. Overall, an A+ experience, and the next time we go, we'll sit at the bar again!

Rebecca B.

Yelp
Shula's is located onsite of the Walt Disney Dolphin Hotel. Reservations are a must. If you don't have a reservation, you can maybe get a table in the bar lobby. The food was definitely worth the price. There was high-quality service from the weight staff. The restaurant is based off of Coach Shula, however, there isn't much reference outside of the name and the walkway that we found.

Laura F.

Yelp
Dining in the Orlando area is generally very good. Service is almost always impeccable with food prepared perfectly. Unfortunately, those attributes were not to our expectation at Shula's. This restaurant located at the dolphin hotel is classy and elegant but welcoming enough for anyone coming in from a Disney park to attend with their family. The hostess was welcoming and we were quickly seated for our reservation. The decor was dark wood and poster sized photos of black and white football player photos. A butcher block with steak knives adorned our table as a center piece. We ordered two shrimp appetizers, three salads, three entrees and a dessert. We also got a nice red wine for the table. Ordering went seamlessly. We were provided delicious fresh baked bread and began our dinner. Then we were served our salads. When we asked about the shrimp appetizer- it has been forgotten. Our waiter left the tray of salads sitting next to us and went to go get the shrimp. We served ourselves the salads while we waited for the waiter to return. By the time we got the shrimp we had no room on the table. The shrimp were cold but otherwise ok. The salads were good. No issues there. The dinner entrees were not good. Out of the three dishes we ordered only one was any good. I had the salmon and it was terrible. It lacked any flavors unless dipped in the lemon butter. There was no salt of pepper put on it while it cooked. The salmon was grilled per the waiter's recommendation but the grill marks on the fish tasted very bitter like it had been over cooked. The internal flesh was ok but I could eat more than maybe half of it. It was very unappetizing. One steak I tasted was good. The other was not. It was too fatty for our friend. The waiter was kind enough to replace it for him but the second steak did not hit the mark either. The dessert was ok. We are just a. Few bites of it and then paid. The server was accommodating and very patient. The staff checked on us regularly and we never lacked drinks. Overall the food just did not hit the mark. It was very expensive. You may want to consider an alternate option.

Noemi S.

Yelp
Went for dinner tonight and we had excellent service. We had a group of about 20 medical professionals in a private dinning room. It was a bit small but the servers did a great job during the drug rep presentation. The food was great and location as well.

Christine B.

Yelp
My husband and I did a walk in with his colleague at this restaurant and they were able to quickly accommodate at the bar area. We were attended to quite quickly at the table and within minutes, we had our drinks. We ordered French onion soup, crab cake, prime rib and a filet mignon. First off, the soup was delicious! I always feel like it's too salty everywhere else but it was good and cheesy and quite filling. My husband and I shared the prime rib but the time it came out, I was full from the soup. It was cooked just right and good but I'm a ribeye gal so I probably would've enjoyed that more. His colleague's steak was gone so I'm guessing it was delicious lol. Service is on point and everyone was very pleasant and attentive. Highly recommend!

Dana M.

Yelp
Shula's is one of my top favorite fine dining steakhouses. I've always had great service and the food has been perfect. Filet, crab cakes, creamed spinach and apple crisp are all phenomenal. The blueberry martini is a must-have cocktail.

Christine K.

Yelp
The service was exactly what you would expect at a top notch steakhouse. Attentive, thoughtful recommendations, quick to provide updates on the timing of courses, etc. The salad was one of the best I've had. The lettuce was cool but not overly chilled. The dressing and the Parmesan was generous and delicious. I had a 10 oz filet, cooked to perfection. The crust was salty and the meat tasted of slight smokiness. Honestly, the best steak I've ever had, and I've been to a lot of steakhouses. The only thing that faltered was the creamed spinach and that's only because I've had better, not because it was bad. The finale, molten lava cake, was at least 2x the size of a similar cake at Morton's. It was better than Morton's and I enjoyed the presentation they offered by pouring a white chocolate cream into the middle, as the chocolate lava flowed slowly from the hole made on top of the cake. The music played softly in the background, enough to hear but not have to shout over or ask your companion to repeat themselves. This was a top 5 meal for me.

Yelp
Our server/ bartender Bash provided such excellent service tonight. Everything we had was fantastic. The dry aged ribeye, the grilled asparagus and the mashed potatoes were literally perfection. Bash made our drinks so fast, I didn't even see him make them and the drinks were so well balanced. He made wonderful recommendations for us. I have 0 complaints. Can't wait to come back and try more. 10/10 recommend!!

Yelp
Always heard such wonderful things about SHULAs and it was finally time for our fam to experience it .. .. They had no problem arranging a table for 12+toddler and our server TYLER (from Chatham) was splendid .. .. I do believe the best-ever server I've ever had .. .. Personable, hilarious Arsenal fan, who got every drink/food order exactly correct despite 12+ chatty guests! Three of us split their WEDGE SALAD and they were nice enough to split it for us and it was delicious with a light dressing from heaven and perky Blue Cheese atop .. .. The monstrous TOMAHAWK RIBEYE was perfectly cooked (medium-rare) and charred fro such a huge piece of meat! Despite three of us sharing it, there was still enough left over for three light breakfasts the following days! And, did I mention the side? CREAMED SPINACH, MASHED POTATOES & MUSHROOMS? All of them were fantastic and would have made a wonderful meal on their own .. .. ER FO Then came deserts --- APPLE CRISP, CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE & CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE .. .. Oh, dear .. .. JUST A FABULOUS DINNER AND ONE TO REMEMBER FOR A REAL LONG TIME!!

Yelp
Loved the 10oz filet mignon I got. We also ordered onion soup, and mashed potatoes as a side to share. I got a mule for my drink. It was my first time at Shula's. Very good! Would come back.

Yelp
Visited Shula's at Walt Disney World twice this year. Once on Mother's Day and again on my birthday. Had the same delicious meal each time. My wife and I both had the prime rib and shared the cream spinach and small football sized baked potato. Both sides could have been shared by four. I had the salad and wifey had the molten chocolate cake for desert. Great atmosphere and wonderful service both times. Hoping to get a reservation for thanksgiving next and try the turkey dinner. Understand reservations are taken no more than sixty days out.

Yelp
Second time here and the service is still excellent with expectational personal touches to your dining experience. Attention to details, along with having your meal perfectly cooked, no issues or concerns. Great wine selections as well. Love the decor.

Yelp
Decided to walk in and take a seat at the bar for a quick bite to eat...the food was first class and so was the service. Bash is an expert at his profession! He gave us all the details on food, drinks, etc., great conversation, and service...Food, Service, Ambiance...it has it all! If we could rate above 5 stars, we would! Usually we are disappointed by resort food and feel held hostage to paying high prices for mediocre quality...but this is a real contender with other chef-owned/ran fine dining experiences we've experienced. We enjoyed the BBQ shrimp, prime rib, wedge salad, great wine and cocktails. We moved resorts mid-stay for golf reasons but we're making time to head back to Shula's before our time in Orlando ends. If they maintain this level, we'll probably never eat dinner anywhere else when we're here no pics...we enjoyed ourselves and the food so much that we didn't even think of taking out our phones.

Yelp
Four of us came here late on a Wednesday so it was nice that they were open until 11pm. They started off great with fluffy HOT bread and soft butter. Then things kind of went downhill from there. Both of the tuna tartare orders we got were noted as super salty by 3 of my coworkers who tasted them and one we didn't even finish because of it. At least the bbq shrimp app was pretty good. I ordered my ny strip medium rare and when it came out I did cut into it and it seemed to be overcooked but edible so I didn't make a big deal out of it. Little did I know that it was actually unevenly cooked with one end as medium and, as I ate it into it, it gradually got to well done (gray around the edges). My coworkers porterhouse was a nice red color so at least one of ours was cooked to temp. As far as sides go, the mushrooms were alright and asparagus seemed to be a winner. They eventually came by to check on us and comped us a dessert. We ended up getting key lime pine and that was also nothing special. Finally, they poured my first cup of tea before it even steeped enough so basically it was hot water with a slight tint to it and I had to finish that before getting to the rest of the pot that had actually steeped long enough by then.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Best steak I've ever had, a wine list that anyone would enjoy, Bash the bartender was absolutely delightful and able to answer every question we had about the menu, the history of the restaurant and activities within walking distance for the family. He was an absolute pleasure to speak to. We highly recommend this place!

Yelp
Shula's remains a solid steakhouse, with top quality beef. No one in my business party of three thought otherwise: the wagyu filet, porterhouse, and prime rib had thumbs up. Prepared correctly, with three excellent sides: the Mac and cheese (so rich), the baked potato (so large), and the sautéed spinach ( so fresh). I had the only complaint with the food--the Caesar salad was mediocre at best--the romaine was floating in dressing, just not my taste at all. You lost the crispness and freshness of the romaine. What was perplexing was the rather indifferent service--once we passed on ordering a bottle of wine. That step is typical for me but hey you are in a business group in a convention hotel. You don't want the beer drinker to feel like the odd person out. So for the rest of the meal the head waiter didn't seem to have an interest in the group or a clue on where we were in dinner, like asking for dessert orders once we had paid. Just odd and unexpected for Shula's. We had better attentive service at the Disney properties--that should never happen

Yelp
Is the food top notch??? Ofc. It better be. Wedge salad one of the best I've had. Filet cooked to perfection n yummy creamed spinach. Luved Jose at the bar. Super low key yet professional. But why do I feel like I'm dining in a funeral home?!! Like put on some soft rock or some kinda mood music!! Jesus. Too quiet and depressing. Like kick up the ambiance a notch please. Thank u. And thanks to the chefs n employees but I'm fallin asleep here. Lol.

Yelp
Terrific steak house experience What you want from a top notch steak house done right. Outstanding service (Timothy was terrific) attentive but not over bearing. Great prime strip, mashed. One of the best wine lists I have seen in a while. Not for the light of wallet but a nice high end dining experience Highly recommend o

Yelp
Tonight we had a great experience at Shula's. Mark and the team were wonderful, we have been to Disney a number of times over the years but this was our first time staying in the Swan Hotel and experiencing what the properties have to offer. Having experienced a number of on property higher end restaurants this was by far a more unique and enjoyable experience. The food was excellent and the service prompt and attentive. This will be a place I recommend and will look forward to experiencing again.
