Sì Roma

Today the business made a big mistake on my order. They sent a message the same day. I’ll give them a ton of credit for that. The store was virtually empty though, so I’m not fully convinced by the anyone can make a mistake excuse. I’m not calling foul play. I’m just saying pay attention to what you’re doing. In any case the review went up one star and service went from one to four stars. They were very nice so I’ll trust them. They offered a panini on the house and that is kind but I don’t accept comped food. That’s a yelp thing. Below is the original review. They put tomatoes in my panini! Blech! I asked them to not put any in. Big mistake! I hate tomatoes! I actually bit into the sandwich and ate some tomato which is so gross! Ruined my first taste! They would have gotten a better rating. Anyway I really like the bread they use. It’s like high quality Mexican bolillos from Central Mexico. The panini is served warm and the bread is soft and tasty. The cold cuts have pistachios in them and are pretty good. the stracciatella is great. The pesto could be better but it’s ok. All in all you’ll enjoy the panini. It’s not the flat kind you’re used to. It’s more like a high quality roll. The panini is not big and it’s expensive. It’s just under $18 with a 20% tip. I also got an Italian lemon soda for under $3. The place is small and narrow and looks cool. Cool music. They have vegetarian and gluten free options. Vegan too I think. Meter parking in front.

We were in a bit of a rush, running errands, but we needed something quick yet delicious for lunch – and that’s when we stumbled upon Sì Roma. Boy, are we glad we did! The turkey sandwiches were juicy and filling, exactly what we needed to fuel us up for the rest of the day. The lemonade? Refreshing and tasty – the perfect sidekick to our meal. Even better than the original! Not only have they perfected the products, this location offers indoor dining, which is great because the sandwiches are even better when consumed right away. The attention to detail and commitment to quality is clearly reflected in the final product. Also, worth mentioning is how reasonable the prices are especially compared to the competition.

The famed bus from Glendale has a brick and mortar shop in WeHo. Slightly west of Fairfax and Santa Monica the shop specializes in Italian sandwiches. The Si Roma Deluxe is what everyone was raving about on social channels and it lives up to the hype. While the idea of peaches in your sandwich might sound far out, it works. It add a hint of brightness and sweetness and blends so well in the melody of flavors. The bread while it looks like it could be thick and stale is actually surprisingly bouncy and chewy. It's mildly grilled so the edges give some crunch and variety in texture. God this was a good sandwich. The cannoli was thick and what you want out of a cannoli. This place SLAPS. Parking is street parking or neighborhood. Pay attention to the signs.

We didn't plan to eat anything in melrose, we just wanted to buy some clothes. But when I saw this place I knew that I got to check it out. The owner of the place greeted us in a very friendly manner and we had some pleasant smalltalk. I ordered the Sì Roma Deluxe for $14.95 and it was definitely worth the price. Very authentic, the best italian sandwich and probably the best italian place I've ever been too👨🏻‍🍳!

I tried the Si Roma Deluxe (with both pesto sauces as recommended) it was so delicious! Not too spicy but had a nice kick to it. I was a little nervous about the peaches but overall it was the perfect compliment to the sandwich. Definitely recommend coming here, the music is so good, service is great, and the food is so yummy!

Wow just wow. I’m a huge fan of Italian sandwiches, I always have one when I can and I’ve always thought I knew all the best Italian sandwich shops in LA. But this one is on another level. Affordable, delicious, fresh just hit all the spots. The owner is super friendly too. The bread is just incomparable. 10/10 don’t waste your time wondering if you should go. I would just be ordering asap if I were you.

GLUTEN FREE PANINI ❤️❤️❤️ This is a must stop destination for any foodie who appreciates beautiful fresh quality ingredients. This shines through from the friendly staff who are just so excited by what they do. The Gluten Free bread is so good, it's so similar to "real" bread haha. Will certainly be coming back again
