Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok

Our stay was awesome, the hotel is decorated in a very cool eclectic taste which is very pleasing to the eye and mind. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Complimentary water without exception. Food was nice too as was the pool though a bit small - though it would be better if there were means to get food and drink while relaxing by the pool. The location was great - near to the BTS and stadium. |Only complaint- if you can call it that was the lighting in the room was poor. |Overall excellent

I stayed here around 13 years ago and remember being really impressed so booked it again for this trip. I do feel like it has not aged very well and the rooms/bathrooms certainly need an update as there is a fair amount of wear and tear, however overall it is still a good hotel. Location is great, breakfast was fabulous (loved the noodle station), decent sized gym and lovely pool. The rooftop bar does nice cocktails and tasty bar bites. I also appreciated the little happy birthday brownie left in the room on my birthday! With a bit of love I feel this hotel could be amazing again.

It’s a great choice if you want to stay in a. Fancy, vibrant hotel near Siam’s bustling shopping centres. Overall nice ambience and cheerful staff. The rooms are tidy and clean. We stayed with extended family, they gave us connected rooms, which was great!|We didn’t get the time, but I would recommended the roof top restrobar that had great city views. |Overall a good stay, with a short walk to the main shopping centres in busy Bangkok!

It's great to be back here at this amazing hotel with exceptional service. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to provide personalized service. From the reception team to the concierge, housekeeping and the restaurants staffs everyone is courteous, smiling, and pleasant Tina in particular. She's always cheerful and very caring.||The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, clean, with everything you need. I highly recommend buying and enjoying the hotel's breakfast!! It's absolutely perfect.|The food is delicious and of high quality, with a rich and diverse.

I do not write a review every time I stay at this hotel because of the hotel itself and their wonderful staff. This hotel is my primary hotel for family trip and staycation in Bangkok. The very convenient location next to the BTS is a plus due to the traffic on Rama1. Everything done at this hotel is particular. ||Starting at front of the house are all engaged and very professional and friendly. From check-in to concierge, to the security and housekeeping and the fantastic restaurants Café at Chim Chim - they all take such pride in working at this hotel. Also the buffet breakfast offerings this time was really great!! I highly recommended to buy a buffet breakfast. ||Again, Thank you Tina, Yudh and the team for making our family feel welcomed. This hotel has my unconditional recommendation for any traveler to visit during their stay in Bangkok.

I was in Bangkok with my family. I chose Siam@Siam Bangkok again because of its location and of course the service provide by the staff. I highly recommend the hotel. Why?||1. The staff are so naturally warm and friendly. It's unfair to pick out any particular members of staff because they are all wonderful people but still Tina Napussawan your Guest Service Manager was the best|and more importantly warm and caring!!||2. My Room Attendant did an outstanding job with our room and super friendly.||3. The design and colours created a very pleasant feeling in the lobby, restaurant as well as in the room. It felt comfortable and welcoming as soon as l walked in. ||4. I loved the breakfast buffet! The staff treated guests warmly and The variety was very good and the food as very enjoyable.||5. The Front Office / Concierge staff were also very helpful, attentive especially Yong, Yudh and Martin. ||The latter is why l enjoyed staying at this hotel so much. Well done, Management!

We stayed 2 times in this hotel, at our arrival in Thailand for 4 nights (Studio room) and 2 nights before departure (Corner room). This hotel is really nice, with large rooms, so nice decoration, and kind people. The swimming pool gives a great view on the city at the 11th floor. The location of the hotel is really great, closed to many shopping mall, and just next to the MTS staion. I recommend it.
