Siam @ Siam Design Hotel is a total mood. It’s that rare "urban sanctuary" tucked into a trendy neighborhood, perfectly placed right by the BTS Skytrain and Bangkok’s massive shopping hubs. The real showstoppers, though, are the 11th-floor pool and a rooftop terrace that we fell deeply in love with—the views are unbeatable. The breakfast is excellent, and while the lunch and dinner prices are a bit of a splurge for Bangkok, the quality is top-tier (honestly, go for the pizza, it’s legit). The rooms are big and quiet, but definitely try to snag a spot on the upper floors to keep the city noise below you. A stylish, gritty-chic base that’s worth every bit of the hype.❤️

From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The entrance itself was stunning and beautifully designed, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The staff were genuinely warm, smiley, and welcoming, making us feel at home immediately.Check in was seamless and effortless, and stepping into the room was such a lovely surprise. The birthday setup I had requested was beautifully done, with great attention to detail. It truly made the celebration feel special and personal.Every aspect of the stay was amazing, from the stylish room décor to the incredible view overlooking the stadium. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to MBK Mall and Siam Discovery Centre. In the mornings, there are plenty of charming roadside cafés nearby for a quick bite before the malls open, which we absolutely loved.For Muay Thai enthusiasts, this area is a dream, with many Muay Thai shops just around the corner. Overall, this is a stunning hotel with equally beautiful staff. A truly memorable experience, and one I would gladly return to again and again. Worth every moment.

Location excellent - across the road from MBK. Easy for cars to access with off-street entrance/exit. Great views. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Room initially not quite what was booked but staff were very accommodating and quick to rectify. No major issues. Minor one was there’s only 2 small elevators that access most rooms, so a bit of a wait going up/down and usually full. 3-4 would better service the place.

5*****Stars: The hotel itself, location and the rooms were artfully unique and charming. 4**** Stars: (I do not fault the rest of the staff for this interaction. The front desk, bellboys, and service were great.) Unfortunately, my negative experience occurred on the very first day: Went to the top floor thinking it was the pool (realizing later the pool was a lower level.) Noticed a pleasant atmosphere with beautiful skyline view, so wanted to go look around to check it out. I get stopped by a young black male with sunglasses and dreadlocks. He chases me away and says I can’t be here. I explained to him, I just wanted to look at the view, he insists I leave immediately and FOLLOWS me to the elevator. Not only does he follow me to the elevator, but he LINGERS there to MAKE SURE I leave. I have NEVER been treated like this, and I have traveled quite a bit. Left a fowl taste in my mouth. Side note: I politely spoke Thai to him, turns out he doesn’t even speak Thai!! I asked if he works there, he said yes… I ask if he has any interest in learning Thai, he just smiled. Very odd.

We stayed one night at the Siam Design Hotel in Bangkok. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the room was not soundproof, and street noise was clearly audible throughout the night. The air conditioning was also quite loud, forcing us to turn it off in order to sleep comfortably. On the positive side, the rooftop bar offers a stunning view over the city, and the cocktails are enjoyable. The restaurant serves European cuisine, including a surprisingly good pizza. The real highlight of the stay, however, was the breakfast: an excellent and generous buffet with a wide selection of both European and Asian options. The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from the BTS station and close to major shopping malls, making it ideal for exploring the city.

Great hotel, very modern and chic. The location is not particularly close to tourist landmarks but it's easy enough to get to where you need to go on the sky train which stops a few minutes away. The Reception and Concierge teams in particular were very nice and helpful, and so were the chefs preparing food at breakfast. Loved the pool, but at times would run low on towels. The breakfast selection was one of the best I have ever encountered, would definitely recommend to make the most out of it. On the other hand, I was rather underwhelmed by the food at ChinChin - I ended up venturing out for the rest of the stay as even locally you can get more bang for your buck.

Nice modern hotel that helped us acclimatise to Bangkok when we just arrived. It’s expensive to eat and drink there, but it matches the service and quality. It’s located quite close to a sky train stop if you want to discover Bangkok from this place. The staff was very child friendly, both on the main floor facilities as well as on the rooftop bar. Providing customers with two keycards would be a plus. Would book again!

Modern, arty hotel. Quality furniture and art everywhere, very plush. Breakfast is a huge spread of Thai and western food. Try to pay in advanced if you want breakfast, it's double the price of you pay at the hotel. Served 6.30 until 10.30. After you checkout they can store your bag, and you are only 2 minutes walk from the BTS station so it's great got luggage storage. Also you can use pool and shower after checkout. Great gym, dumbbells, smith machine, cable machines.
