Walking into Sibaritas, you’re immediately struck by how cozy and intimate the space feels. Whether you’re seated in the beautifully restored interior or the courtyard, the atmosphere hits that perfect "casual-elegant" note. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to linger over your meal. The Service The service was a standout. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about your experience—which is exactly what you hope for when you’re spending a bit more. The Food The quality of the food is undeniable. Every dish—from the fresh house-made pasta to the specialty seafood—tastes intentional and well-crafted. It’s clear that the kitchen prioritizes high-end ingredients and fresh flavors. The Catch The primary drawback is the limited menu. At a price point that sits firmly in the $$$$ range (with entrées like the Veal Ossobuco or Roasted Duck pushing $40+), you expect a bit more variety to choose from. While what they do, they do well, the selection feels a bit narrow for a high-tier dining destination. Final Verdict Go for the ambiance and the top-tier service, but be prepared for a premium bill and a smaller selection. It’s a great spot for a special date night where the vibe is just as important as the food.

We had a wonderful dinner tonight! The Butternut bisque made with wine was delicious and savory, and the Alla Genovese was so good! We added chicken to it for some more protein. The carrot cake may have been the best I've ever had. I only took photos of that. 🥳

It was our first time and we really enjoyed our date night. It was really busy but our food came out in a timely manner. The food was delicious. Truly wonderful.

We got: Beef Lasagna De La Nonna Garlic focaccia bread Tiramisu OMG this place was SO good. All made to order. So fresh and delicious 😋

Came here on Valentine’s Day. Had a reservation for 7pm which they didn’t seat us til 7:15 and we ordered and didn’t get food til 8:10pm. There was no bread for starters so we were hungry. There was a rose on every table for Valentine’s Day which was a nice touch. The food was okay. Got the pasta bolognese and gluten free pizza. Nice bathrooms though.

Best Italian restaurant I’ve been to in many moons. Nice vibe in the room. Bartender and waitstaff are friendly and attentive. Good wine list, including an unusual white Malbec. Beef carpaccio starter is outstanding! For mains we had the mushroom and fennel sausage lasagne, and seared scallops with asparagus risotto— both were wonderful. Will be eager to return!

Everything is great. Specials definitely worth to try, I came for lunch, so it’s a pity that the slow cook beef is not ready. Based on other dishes I ordered, I think beef should also be remarkable! The first plate of my fettuccine is a little bit over salty and I don’t like the smell of the cheese in it. It’s sweet that they change the recipe and recook it for me! The second plate is delicious! I think the calamari is the best I have ever tried!

Just tried Sibaritas for the first time at the suggestion of our B&B host. Everything was fantastic: the meal, the service and the ambiance. My salmon dish with braised vegetables was flavorful and cooked to perfection. We were most impressed with the gluten-free options, which most of the menu is or can be made to be on request. I believe the homemade gf pasta is rice flour-based, and my husband's meal was excellent. They offer homemade gf focaccia as well, and it was delicious. Some dishes can also be made dairy-free. These used to be scarce luxuries or poorly executed at Italian restaurants. What a treat to find high-quality, tasty options. We also enjoyed our wines, and service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Wishing this new Pittsfield gem much success!
