Google
This place is amazing!! They serve very authentic Chinese food at great prices. The service is great and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Google
I am really trying to figure out the 377 reviews and average 4 star reviews of this place. The place perviously known as 99 hotpot. Food was great and service was good too. The place is owned by a new owner and has a new chef. Now it’s just a Chinese restaurant that has hotpot. The food is below subpar and service is an absolute nightmare. No wonder on a Friday night we were only the third table in that huge restaurant. The hygiene sense among the staff is another area of major concern. Our server while cleaning the restaurant came to our table with her wet dirty hand and grabbed our leftover food to take it back to the kitchen and packed it. Obviously we threw it away. Every time you ask for an extra plate or a bowl they acted so annoyed as if they have to buy a new one to provide to us. Why do these restaurants exist.

This place is delicious and a family favorite. Authentic Szechuan food at a super reasonable price

Google
I was craving some authentic Chinese food so I looked up this place and decided to give it a try. The lady who helped me at the counter was very candid and helpful. I ordered my favorite dish Twice Cooked Pork. (I noticed the takeout receipt says Chinese style) The dish was authentic and generous in portions. I definitely would like to come back and try their beef noodle soups. One suggestion is the rice was not cooked thoroughly and can be made better to complete a wonderful dish.

Google
Good authentic sichuan Chinese food. The dry hot pot was the star with lots of shrimp, hot pot meat, tripe, mushrooms and crunchy potatoes. Came with rice which went well with the twice cooked pork and sweet/sour pork ribs. The twice cooked pork was a little too salty for our liking though.

Google
Our overall experience was not one that we would recommend. They advertise a lunch special from 11 to 3, but it is not noted anywhere that it is not available on weekends. We stopped in exclusively for the smaller lunch portions, but decided to stay And give it a chance Because of an advertised scan and download app reward. It offered to “save eight dollars instantly” and earn every time you order, however it is not advertised that dine in is not allowed for the eight dollar offer or point reward. A simple, misunderstanding and lack of clear rules would not normally lead me to leave a review, However… My boyfriends sweet-and-sour chicken was primarily flavorless, breading and unseasoned, barely cooked green peppers, two pieces of pineapple and raw onion. It reminded us of McDonald’s McNuggets. My moo shu pork was barely warm and was quickly cold halfway through. After an upgrade price of $2.50 for only one cup of burnt tasting plain fried rice without veggies or egg, our total was over $45 after tip. Maybe the hotpot is better but the “&more” is not great. Hopefully today was a fluke but we won’t be anxious to try again soon when there are much better options for $20+ a person restaurants in fairfax.

Mama and I enjoyed a late lunch together on this rainy, windy day. Service and quality of food was excellent! We had the hot pot with herbal soup base + fatty brisket + all the veggies we want. I enjoyed the sauce bar because I love making my own sauces 😎

Google
Found a little spot here in Fairfax, It is an All U Can Eat joint. I felt like there was not many choices on the menu. I like the special 99c sauce they had premade. The broth I got was the sichuan flavor. Its ok, I would come again if my main spot is full. Service was nice.

Yelp
This is by far a secret gem hidden on plain sight at Main Street in Fairfax. The pepper, pork knuckles, and the fried rice with shrimp where to die for. I was in China several times and I can tell you that this is authentic and they even gave me the option of not using MSG or zero spicy. I was dining with my 85 yo mother and her stomach is very sensitive but this cuisine was marvelous, mild and easy to chew delicious and just fantastic.. I'm definitely coming back here with friends and the best thing is that when you arrive you see so many Asian people that you are convinced this is the most legit Asian restaurant in the area. I can't recommend it too much!

Yelp
Found this place by accident . What a treat . Friendly waiters .The food is super delicious full of flavor . We ordered Spicy Beef brisket hotpot .I added some cilantro and chili oil .Its delicious. Our Salt and Pepper shrimp was the best I ever had . Jumbo shrimp . Definitely coming back again . They have Hotpot too .Enjoyed the two soups too .It was complimentary. So nice of them .

Yelp
Boomhauer left me to my own devices and I went to try out this new restaurant. It was completely empty but had a lunch special and I decided to indulge. The food was ok and it was hot but the singular broccoli piece left more to be desired and felt petty. Also the eggroll remind me of that one time when Bobby was making them. The cherry on the cake while this place is completely empty, they wouldn't let me eat there for 15 minutes which isn't the hospitality I look for as a Texan.

Yelp
Hot pot and authentic Sichuan food! Great homemade smoked sausage and sliced pork belly. The double-cooked pork belly was super flavorful. All the dishes arrived hot and fresh. Ambiance is a little grimy. All the tables were also made for the hotpot stove so the seating felt a little cramped.

Yelp
Love this place, highly recommend! The staff is very kind and helpful, the restaurant is very clean, and the prices are reasonable compared to the other Chinese restaurants around. My favorite thing is how delicious the food is and receiving free items when you spend $30, $40, and $50. I keep coming back!
google avatar

Jane F.

Yelp
The Sichuan style cooking is delicious and healthy; You can ask for a lesser spicy food if you don't want it hot/ spicy. The hot pot are all fresh ingredients/ all you care to eat. I enjoy the green beans and tofu. Super flavorful. The interiors are tastefully remodeled with tasteful modern setting. Menu is family friendly with exceptional service and staff!

Yelp
Very disappointing. Came in with very high expectations and it was worse than mediocre.

Yelp
I recommend this place if you're looking for a good authentic Chinese hot pot. Similar to Hot Pot Legend, but with the price a few dollars cheaper and more authenticity. Ambience could use some improvement, otherwise, interior is decorated nicely and lots of seating available. They're known for their AYCE hot pot menu, with a pretty good selection of broths and meats/vegetables/starches/etc. You can make your dipping sauce in the back (this is always my favorite part!). Their broth is super flavorful, my go-to is their Tom Yum broth :) Their menu selections are pretty typical for a Chinese hot pot, but what stood out to me were their fish cakes! I've been here two times already, and I would say their service have been consistently good both times. During non-peak hours, I can see the service being a bit slow, but overall, not bad!

Yelp
Been awhile since I've had hotpot - and this comes as a surprise. This place been renovated and probably changed management?! But I must say I loved it. Selections are absolutely amazing. It used to be just the spicy soup the tomyang soup and some non spicy - but now they probably have 9? I got the kimchi - miso - and tomyang? Sorry if i dont remember it correctly =) anyway just that the free desert kinda needs more taste. Ambiance is well you will feel like - its clean - well lit and the music is just right. You can hear each other on a 6 seater table. Try it. I absolutely loved it.
google avatar

Yelp
For the price, this place is solid. I enjoyed my meal, and it's good hot pot, but some improvements should be made. The meats are high quality and there are many delicious options to choose from, but the service could be better. They were nice, but disappeared for some time and felt like it was hard to get ahold of them. When we did catch their attention/when they came to check up on us, they were quick with bringing out our items. They were fast, just sparse. I absolutely loved how big their portions were. Compared to other hot pot places, they brought out a lot at once, which was great so I didn't have to keep ordering more of the same items. I also love the large selection of sauces from the sauce bar. BEWARE the sichuan spicy broth. I believe it was the only spicy option on the menu, but omg was it SPICY. There should be a warning label on the menu. My spice tolerance is quite high, but this was next level - so spicy it was almost unenjoyable. Even though the spiciness was painful and numbing, I liked the broth's flavor. I would probably come back to try another broth, because I did like their sauces and large variety of options for AYCE. Just be careful of the broth you're choosing, and be prepared to flag down the waitstaff!
google avatar

Quang N.

Yelp
Did the AYCE option - we had a group of 16 and did individual pots which is nice so everyone can pick the broth base they want. Service is fast and the options are quite varied. Sauce bar could do with more variety and the desert options looked like they had been out for awhile. Overall great price for some no thrills hot pot compared to some of the other places in the area.

Yelp
Firstly, we ordered sweet and sour chicken for two family members. They delivered the chicken dry without any sweet and sour sauce on the side. Secondly, we ordered two containers of egg drop soup. Both family members agree it was awful. They said it has a strong peppery flavor, and it's under- cooked. In addition, they included two containers of white rice along with one packet of soy sauce for two people. Lastly, they deliver two small bags of fried noodle, which was the only part of the order they did correctly.

Yelp
Now this is my family's favorite secret AYCE hotspot. for real this place is just a great result of tasty, fresh, unpretentious food. we were hoping to keep it all to ourselves until I started seeing food influencers sneaking in and filming. Now remodeled and named Schezuan Legends, the quality is still excellent and consistent even weeks after opening. Congratulations guys. my only note of concern is that the serving size photo references might not be clear, and that once in a while (every time) a bunch of the food we ordered will be missing in action. you'll mmmaybe get them at the end of the meal eventually lol.
google avatar

Yelp
Clean and modern interior with great authentic soup base options. The food came out quickly and the waiters were attentive. All I would ask for in a hot pot place

Yelp
I can't get enough of spicy food and this is a go to spot for my family. This is my forever pick for a Sichuan restaurant in northern virginia so far. Some of my top picks: 辣子鸡丁 (lazi chicken),牛蛙 (frog legs),夫妻肺片 (idk the translation for this one lol)。I also took my friends here for hot pot and the spicy hot pot was delicious.

Yelp
Not sure why this spot has such low reviews. We came here for Chinese new year with me and my boyfriend's parents and we literally loved everything! Very authentic flavors so if you're coming in with cravings for more American stuff I'd say go someplace else. Skipped the hotpot and went straight for the good stuff. Got the fish in bean sauce, shredded pork with bean curd and celery, beef intestines with blood and tripe, pea shoots, fu-qi (beef and tripe in chili oil), and lions head meatballs! Honestly couldn't pick a favorite. Huge space and lovely staff as well. Would highly recommend!

Mike F.

Yelp
The food here was absolutely abysmal. I'm not exaggerating when I say it may have put me off of Chinese food for some time. The eggrolls were chewy and obviously pre-packaged/pre-frozen while the crab wontons were gross and also obviously pre-frozen. I got sesame beef as an entree and the sauce was disgustingly sweet while the "beef" looked nothing like beef when cut open. Just awful all around.

Yelp
This place is legit Chinese. We went for the hot pot but got a look at their menu and they are catering to a Chinese clientele, definitely squeemish white folks. The waitress was super attentive, granted we were the only folks there. Still, polite service with a smile. Their hot pot broth was really good. I got Tom kha (legit) and my husband got Chinese herbal (tasty but very mild flavor profile). Their sauce options and soup additions were mostly standard, with the addition of some organ meat you don't usually see on the menu. Protips: Wear a black shirt (to hid the splatters) Bring your phone fully charged. This is one of those places with a QR code menu and they had NO wifi and my phone had only one bar (this is really my only complaint about the place. It was really annoying and both my husband and I had our phones die while we were there)

Yelp
Glow up at 99c Hot Pot!! We come here regularly and always have a delicious meal. It's usually not packed, which always puzzled me. The management team has done a refresh, deep clean, and light renovation of the interior. All I can say is wow! It is bright and lovely and inviting! The staff seems happier too, as excited by the change as we were. There's a new ordering method as well, using QR code. We had a couple questions on how to order and the staff very kindly walked us through. Same great food, same sweet servers, great new look!! You should check it out!!

Krystal-Marie D.

Yelp
Best hotpot around ! All the produce was fresh, the pork broth & kimchi broth are deliciousss. The people that work there are very nice too

Yelp
Authentic Sichuan hotpot place!!! I knew this place before as 99, but came in today after their rebranding and they're thriving more than ever! Walked in, super clean and everything was new and the decor looked very nice. Upon walking into the restaurant, my partner and I were greeted very warmly up front and quickly led to our seats despite it being so busy on a Saturday evening. The staff were very knowledgeable, they went over on where to get our sauces and how to use their order system and answered any questions we had. Onto the food, I remember 99 having really great food, but after the rebranding, the food got even more AMAZING. Compared to all the hotpot places I've been in Rockville/Gaithersburg (known for a lot of authentic Chinese cuisine), this one in quality really blew me away. The broth was amazing, I got the Sichuan broth and I love how you can choose how spicy you wanted it. The meat was super fresh and you could tell by the color. There were many authentic Chinese options to choose from along with a bunch of other choices. I saw that they offered dry hotpot which I regretted not getting since it looked so delicious when I peeked at other tables. Definitely ordering this next time as we don't have a place in NOVA for good authentic dry hotpot. Definitely will be coming back as a regular and super happy that there's an authentic Chinese hotpot place close by so I don't have to drive all the way to Maryland. Definitely give this place a try guys!

Yelp
99C Hot Pot Ratings: 3.8/5 Food: 4/5 - Came here with my siblings and my friend for dinner one evening. I wanted to try out all the AYCE hotpot places in NOVA, so we decided to give 99 a shot. My friend and I got the pork bone broth, my brother got the tomato broth, and my sister got the spicy broth. Pork bone broth was the best, solid and very flavorful. I think it is better than most places, so would recommend, but skill on the spicy broth. See the description of the hotpot deal we got below. - AYCE Hot Pot [GET]: Your typical AYCE hotpot places in NOVA. The meats are fresh and cuts are pretty good, but not great. My favorite was the fatty beef and lamb. We ordered a bunch of vegetables and carbs too. All fresh ingredients and generous with the portion sizes. I love the mushrooms, taro, seaweed, and bok choy. The sauce bar was limited though, but they got all the major and traditional ingredients / sauces for hot pot. Lastly, their desserts are located outside where you can just go grab it whenever. I was a big fan of the taro and coconut milk sago dessert, so make sure to try that out. Ambiance: 3.5/5 - It is located in a shopping center next to Mim's Food and Vivi boba shop. The atmosphere might not be the best and looks a bit old inside, definitely needs some make over. Interior is quite spacious and large, but was dimly-lit and quiet. You got the option to pick individual pots or shared ones, which is good. An amazing spot for a large group of friends or family, and especially if you want somewhere that is more calm in terms of noise level. Price: 3.75/5 - This is AYCE hotpot, so expect per person to be around $40 after tax and tips. Compared to other AYCE hotpot in NOVA, this is not necessary the most worth it or a steal type of place, but it was okay and not terrible, but nothing special to write about. Service: 4/5 - The service here is definitely better compared to other hotpot places, because it is less busy. Staffs are kind, attentive, and friendly. They check in with us frequently and asked us if we want add anything. We felt like we were well-taken care and didn't feel rushed after our 2 hour dining limit. Experience was great, and we all enjoyed our meal. BLUF: Not a bad AYCE hotpot place if you are looking for something causal and chill, especially for a quieter dining experience, then 99 is the place. It is solid, and gives you all the major food items from a typical hotpot restaurant, but not as fancy like other newly opened hotpot places in Rockville or Fairfax. Would recommend drive a tad bit further if you want somewhere with a better ambiance and more selection though. I do not see myself returning to 99 anytime soon.

Yelp
Quality is mediocre went through the entire dinner without really enjoying the food. Pick your broth and the meats, seafood, veggies etc are all on the menu with pictures. Service was ok. There were only 2 tables occupied which included our table. Yup it was slow.

Yelp
Three of my friends and I went to this joint last Sunday for their AYCE hotpot. We ordered the half-n-half soup with extra spicy and pork bone broth as base. The total was $140 after tax and before tip. It's $32 a person before tax for the AYCE hot pot experience. The extra spicy soup base amazing! Initially, I thought it might not be spicy and numbing enough but thankfully I was wrong! The extra spicy soup definitely brought the kick and heat! The pork bone broth served as a good non-spicy complement to the spicy broth. This broth was rich in flavor and tasted amazing! The four of us were able to cook all types of different meat and veg. The lamb and beef slices were definitely my friends' favorite! The seafood was pretty good too. We had a couple of reorders on the big mussels, squid, and fish fillets. My favorite were the innards. The intestines, liver, stomach, tripes, etc were excellent as well! I'll make a special shout-out to the quail eggs (absolutely tasty!) I've been here 4-5 times before COVID, and this was my first trip back after the pandemic. Although the price has increased from $24 to $32 in a span of 5-6 years, I still think the experience was super worth it! 5/5 all the way, and I will definitely go back with my VA friends :)

Yelp
This restaurant has been around for awhile and it's being caught up with the recent trend of hot pot with newer style restaurants. This is a great place for a comfortable causal family meal with good solid hot pot offerings. Not a trendy hangout place with youngsters with cocktails Food: Good menu options, standard hot pot offerings with meat (beef, chicken, lamb), a variety of fish balls, seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid, crabs) Good variety of soup base: Chinese herbs, Sichuan Spicy, Tomato, Pork Bones, Curry Sauce bar is also standard offerings with cilantro and onions, sesame, two kinds of chilies sauces, satay, and a chief special sauce (a mixture of soy and some special ingredients) Service Attentive and prompt, our waitress came soon as we set down, water be brought in with the menus. Waitress did a great job explaining the portion size making sure that we understand the offerings. Didn't wait too long for the soup to come out and out food. Ambience Clean and spacious, with enough tables for large or small families, or large parties. The overall decor is quite outdated, the lighting needs some upgrade especially in the sauce bar area. The height of the chairs don't quite fit with the tables but it works and comfortable.

Yelp
While it was oddly quiet on a Friday evening, we had a good meal and good service. All-you-can-eat hot pot; you choose your broth, and can control the temperature on the individual burners at your table. You order whichever ingredients you want, and can get more at any time, plus your choice of dipping sauces and spices. The variety works for me, since I often struggle to find something I want at traditional hot pot places.
google avatar

Tina L.

Yelp
Came to try this fairly new establishment as it had good reviews in the Chinese community. We ordered 鱼香肉丝 and the popular dry spicy pot dish. The latter was ok, but the yuxiang shredded pork dish...the meat was mostly tiny fatty pieces, the flavor was also not authentic. Very disappointing.
google avatar

Jessica T.

Yelp
I used to LOVE this place! As a long standing restaurant that has been open for years now, I believe it's time for an upgrade. The broth and variety of selections of meat, fish balls, veggies, and seafood are great. However seems like their quality of food went down? Fatty brisket and pork were frozen in unpleasant rolls. Some of the fish balls were sour. Besides that, everything was fine. I just wished the meat and fish balls were just as good as before. With the price increased to $31.99 not sure if I'm willing to come back if they don't change things up here
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
All over pretty solid for AYCE hot pot. The broth was a little too bland for me but the options we had to choose from was pretty good. They even had blue crab! I will say that these AYCE places are getting quite pricey and it's starting to make me question if the price is worth but if that doesn't matter to you- check this place out!

Yelp
After a couple of Hot Pot experiences, I believe it's safe to say that Hot Pot is just not my thing. They give you a bunch of food to cook in boiled broth/water, and have a bunch of special sauces to add some flavor. The customer is suppose to determine how long to cook beef, fish, etc. When I go out to eat, I don't want to cook. I pay for the cooks to cook. It's like when you go to a concert and the musical artist wants the crowd to sing along. No thank you. I pay for you to sing, not me to sing. It's all you could eat, just make sure you don't order too much and leave a bunch of food at your table, cause they will charge you extra. They have all different types of pork, fish, vegetables, and everything in-between. We got clams, squid, fish balls, golden balls, pork, tofu, mushrooms, and much more. There is a sauce bar with peanut sauce, soy sauce, and various others. You could have a sauce party if you want. Each person has their own pot of broth at the table where you could adjust the temperature. All the waiter/waitress does is bring over the uncooked food and drinks. The fish balls were pretty good and I did like the tofu with a bunch of the mushrooms. It was certainly a different experience, but I don't think I'll be running back anytime soon.
google avatar

Bonnie L.

Yelp
Just a heads up, AYCE is $27.99 per person. This price isn't reflected on the website or any of the recent photos. This makes it an expensive option in comparison to the other AYCE hot pot places in NOVA. This place has hot pot items that other places don't have. However, I thought the quality of the food was just OK! One particular thing that I didn't like was how thin the meat was sliced. It wasn't a standout meal or anything. The service was fine. I just don't think I'll return, as I like a few of the other hot pot places more.
google avatar

Phuong O.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night and was glad that it was not packed. The ingredients/selections they have here are so-so. Some of the items looked fresh and some doesn't. The broths were meh, no flavor to any of them. I got the Sichuan broth, and my family got the Chinese, and pork broth. We were a table of 6 and I knew that they wouldn't bring all the items I asked and I was right. I had to remind them twice about the rice. I don't know why they carry a tablet for. They brought us items we didn't ordered and items we did ordered we didn't get. Overall it's ok, not great.
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
Soup- we went with the individual pots. We ordered herbal, mala and the braised chicken soup base. Chicken one (usually labeled #9) was sooo good. Meat- cuts are good not great. Sauce bar- pretty good! They hit all the main things and the more traditional ingredients. All the other stuff- good quality. They know their hot pot and they hit all the good stuff on the menu. Service- really good! Kind people. Very attentive.

Yelp
4/5 because it's very average food, but absolutely amazing service, especially for AYCE. -1 star because the men's bathroom is disgusting. Came here late at night with a large group reservation (16). We came a bit early, but as soon as we arrived they told us they just had to clear the table off for us. That's a good sign of them respecting our time slot, which I appreciate. They had a very large table in the back corner that was able to fit all 16 of us with decent enough space for everyone to not feel cramped. The service here was relatively fast compared to a couple other hotpot places I've been to, and they give pretty generous portions. The biggest reason for the my rating is the quality of the food and the price. It's a more expensive than its alternatives (even just in Fairfax, like Hotspot) but the quality of ingredients brought out is extremely average. It's not bad by any means, but it's nothing exceptional by any means. Another review said that the meat was so thin that it sometimes falls apart in the broth, which I agree with. If you want a comparison with Hotspot which is pretty closeby, this place is more expensive and (in my opinion) some ingredients are slightly lower quality, but their portions are larger, and the service is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better.

Yelp
When the weather turns crisp and the fuzzy scarves come out from storage you know it's hot pot time! Nowadays, any time can be hot pot time, but there is something extra satisfying about filling your belly with flavorful hot broth and seasoned meats and vegetables. As an AYCE place, you are bound to find something you like, just remember to be careful when handling raw meat (use tongs!). Servers do not check up on you regularly but we have never had an issue waving any of them down. After placing an order, the food usually comes out pretty fast, which allows us to keep a steady pace. Overall, this is a decent neighborhood hot pot place with good options. Although not providing the best service, it's does the job for us.
google avatar

Yelp
Food are ridiculously expensive. I ordered a frog dish which spent $43 for less than 1 frog with a bunch of pepper. I mean srsly? This is the worth sichuan restaurant I have ever been too. The server is nice and she asked me if the foods are good, I said no and she just tell me " that's the tradition " okay as a Chinese I have never know the tradition is food being trash taste and very expensive. Never ever again

Yelp
This hot pot place is !!! Service is excellent and so many varieties of meat, veggies, etc.to chose from. And all super fresh! Oh did I mention it's ALL YOU CAN EAT! All individual pots so each person can select their choice of broth. We all got spicy except my oldest son got curry. You mix your own sauce at the sauce bar...you can create as many as you like! For the meat, fatty beef is probably the most popular but try them all! There's these stuffed fish balls that are so good too. We ordered so much stuff the first round so we can see what we liked more then next rounds we asked for the favorites or something new. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful! Best hot pot in northern va so far imo.

Yelp
There are not many places you can go an eat comfortably right now. This hotpot restaurant isn't a well known spot. However, the food taste great, the service is as good as the food and you can sit down to eat. I watched as they sanitized and cleaned ( sanitizing and cleaning are different things.) the table whenever a customer left. There are plenty of options to choose from even if you're a picky eater. Unless you survive on air,in which case no one can help you ! The staff is very polite as well as responsive. They all wore their mask properly. I felt that needed to be said. I definitely recommend giving them a try or another visit !

Yelp
I came with my family on a Saturday night for their AYCE hotpot which is $32 a person. Luckily it wasn't busy, so we were seated right away. There is a bar in the back to create your sauces. There is large variety of options to choose from, and I felt like each serving was enough to feed our table of 8. Our table split between the Sichuan spicy and pork bone soup. Now we all really liked the pork bone soup, but the Sichuan spicy literally tasted like boiling hot water with tons of red chili. There wasn't any other flavor to it. We had to order soup changes for those people, so that added an extra $5 per person. Despite it being on the slower side, I felt it was very difficult to track down our server for anything.

Yelp
I love their choices, dinning table, the pot, the service and absolutely the soup :) The sauce bar is Chinese way but not bad at all. If you are thai, you may bring Suki sauce or chilli lime sauce :) you will enjoy it. They offer pork blood, crabs, good size of shrimps... :) enjoy and planning to go back there again this weekend!

Yelp
Learned about this place from Instagram. Decided to check it out. Any time there's a holiday, and a restaurant is open, it's always a win win situation. I took my parents here on Christmas, we enjoyed it so much and came back on New Year's Day!!! The price is $24 per person for lunch and dinner. One thing we like about this place is that they have a lot options for seafood ( crabs, mussels and squids). Like any other all you can eat place, there's a 2 hours limit. And if you are paying with cash, you get a 5% DISCOUNT on your bill!

Hot pot soup is okay, I like how they have variety of meat choices. Would like to try their dishes next time.

Yelp
The food was good and the portions were huge. The waitstaff was rarely available and very hard to communicate with. The restaurant was clean and quiet but there were lots of cardboard boxes in the walkway to the bathroom. My broth was the curry with medium spice and it was so spicy. My son had the miso broth which was good and flavorful. My daughter had the pork bone broth which was the best of the three. The beef and lamb were great, as was most of the fillings. I don't recommend the pig liver, brain or intestines.

Yelp
Solid AYCE hot pot in Fairfax, VA! You can do family or individual style hot pots. There's about 7 broths to choose with the spicy, pork bone and tomato being the most popular, according to our server. I really like the pork bone broth as it has sweetness and flavor. There's also real pork bone in the broth. The tomato broth had good tomato flavor but not the best I've had of this broth. I like how the seafood doesn't come out frozen unlike some other hot pot places. The portion sizes are also plentiful. The shrimp with heads came out about 8 pieces at a time. Some AYCE hot pot places give you 3 pieces at a time and you have to keep requesting over again. They have a good selection of meats, seafoods, vegetables, tofus, and noodles. Their dumplings with pork are pretty good. I like the thinly sliced lamb, beef and pork fat meat with the pork being my favorite. It's AYCE so you can order as much as your heart content. Just make sure you finish most of the food or else there will be an extra charge. The make your own sauce bar is also plentiful with different condiments and ingredients you would like to use as your dipping sauce. I usually make 2 or 3 different sauce combinations for variety. Service was pretty good. Our waters and broths were refilled without us having to ask. The refill broth is chicken broth regardless of which broth was initially ordered. They didn't miss any items that we ordered; though we did get food that we didn't ordered. Oh well, imitation crab meat is still good. I do wish they paid more attention to their chipped bowls and spoons. I noticed several chips and had to ask for exchanges, especially for the spoons. If you pay with cash, they take 5% off your total bill. You can pay with credit card and get those reward points too.

Yelp
This is the newest AYCE hot pot option in the area. 99°c is definitely more authentic in terms of flavor/smell/ingredients and offers more variety of options to add into your pot than its competitor down the street. We were able to call ahead and there wasn't a wait for a midweek evening dinner. There are tables with both individual and family style pots. We chose the bone marrow (milky) and the spicy broth and it was flavorful. There's also a sauce bar where you can create your own dipping sauce. I was disappointed that they didn't have chili oil, but was able to make another alternative concoction. The service was a little slow (we had to ask them to refill our waters several times) and some of the options were forgotten, but we reminded them and they brought it out immediately. There's also coconut milk dessert available if you're not already stuffed yet. There's a 2 hour limit and there's a warning sign that says that you'll be charged if you waste a lot of food. Overall, this is a good option in the area if you're in the mood for hot pot!

Yelp
Decent hot pot location.. Takes both cash and credit card. If you use cash, you get 5%off. Please keep that in mind. Upon entering, they have tons of tables here. Most tables can be quite small, however they use side carts to put your plates in. The offer a wide variety of sauces from sesame sauce, soy sauce, hot oil, Sacha sauce..etc. Must try their homemade 99c hotpot sauce! Their broths are okay. Tried the pork bone broth which was good, however a bit salty. Their AYCE is around 22.99 which is decent as their competitors cost a bit more. They offer the typical meats such as fatty beef, pork, lamb, shrimp.. If you wanted seasonal seafood such as clams for an additional cost. Definitely try their fish and fatty beef. Wide variety of side dishes. The veggies selections is decent too. They also offer a limited dessert such as mung bean soup and sweet rice. The hotpot is heated up by infrared so you won't have to worry about open flames. Overall, the food here is about 7.5/10. The cleanliness is around 8/10. Will definitely come back here. Good prices. Plus, they are opening a bubble tea shop in the shopping center soon.

Yelp
Both the food and the service were very good. The food was competitively priced. Having been to other hot pot restaurants before I thought this one had a great variety of options for I choose from.

Yelp
I went for lunch and tried the Hot Pot. The food was high quality and I enjoyed the experience of cooking at the table. If you have never tried Hot Pot, I strongly recommend you try this out.

Yelp
Pretty much my favorite place to come for hot pot! Right off the bat, it's AYCE sooooo holla, that's what I am all about YASSSSSS! For $20-25, you to choose from 8 different soup bases, as well as a large selection of food items to your own personal preference, however you like your hot pot. They have a variety of meat for all the meat lovers out there, seafood, seafood lovers, and tons of veggies and starches, so many that I believe even vegetarians can leave here feeling incredibly satisfied. There are two options, family style or individual style. Personally, I always go with the individual because my friends and family like to share soups, and try each other's out. My favorite so far out of the 8 options, is the curry soup. Warning: It dyes ALL of your food yellow LOL but incredibly delicious. My boyfriend, got the Chinese Herbal soup base, which I found was a very light, flavorful, and fragrant base. Let's not forget about my favorite part... SAUCE BAR. It's all you can eat, plus dip. I absolutely love mixing and pairing together different flavors and ingredients, definitely adds an enjoyable element to dining here. I usually go with my classic sesame oil, salt and pepper for a perfect dipping sauce for my thin beef slices, yummm! Moving on... the items on the menu were surprisingly a lot and they had so many choices that I absolutely love. They had water crests, bok choy, lotus root, taro, potatoes, quail eggs, enoki mushrooms, bamboo shoots just a few of the things I love in my hot pot. On top of that, the beef is pretty good quality, as well as the many other choices of protein. As for service, could be better, as we felt that our server could have been a lot more attentive and remember more of the items we ordered. But aside from that, the dining space was nice, we had a nice space to ourselves, to eat freely and comfortably. Would definitely recommend to all you hot pot enthusiasts! Careful not to burn your tongue! My bf did, that soup is hot!!!!
