Sicily's Pizza

This food place is scamming using another name for Grubhub called Racetrack Pizza and I did some research and I found out they are advertising falsely and charging double Price we paid $170 for 6 box of pizza, not only that a small box to feed more than 25 people. Very upset at grubHub and your company. We order for a company meeting and we get 2 star pizza. I could have went to Costco pizza for better quality.

I showed up with my kids, this wonderful gentleman, took our order(which was 2 large specialty for $29!) headed into the kitchen, made our pizzas in ~10 minutes! Such a nice guy! The pizza was over the top delicious! Thank you

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to because this pizza was so bad! Ordered a supreme and toppings were scarce to say the least. Plus no mushrooms or black olives. Crust was soggy and most importantly cheese tasted like the imitation! End

I’ve ordered over 1000 pizzas from this place for the last 8 years - all meat extra cheese with stuffed crust. Last year I got a thank you message from management or owner for my continued business. Today, routine order of the same and I received an already cooked stale cheese pizza with added ingredients on top obviously reheated. I called the Sicily’s location to ask why the sudden poor quality and the chick that answered the phone brushed me off and told me to take it up with Uber Eats. Congrats you lost a longterm customer and I’m still hungry. I wouldn’t feed this stale circle of garbage to my dog.

So let me summarize what a majority of the negative reviews to save you a smidge of time. They’re people who order from miles away on door dash expecting a fresh hot pizza after waiting 45+ minutes for their order. Instead, they were left with cold pizza, what can you do? This place offers their own delivery service and if you plan on ordering from 7+ miles away, don’t expect a fresh pizza. I’ve personally been here 5+ times in person for take out orders, morning, day, and night. Every time I’ve come here they’ve treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. For a small business this feat is rather impeccable. The pizza has always been fresh, hot, and flavorful. As someone who’s not too keen on eating the crust on pizzas, I quite enjoyed the crispy and flavorful crust on theirs. Their prices rival fast food chains for twice the flavor and experience. The latest time I came here, I paid for a medium pizza and got gifted a large pizza on them. I hold nothing but respect and adoration for small businesses, so for 16 bucks for an extra large pizza, please visit Siciliy’s Pizza in person and say hi to the owners for me!

Pizza was amazing, just note you will pay more than you expect to. First off flyer was delivered under my hotel room door but pizza is delivered in valet. Second flyer says 20%off when you order online, website only gives 10% off. Third there's no coupon codes to enter online, so we called to use the coupon since the 20% wasn't working either. I understand you would only get 1 discount, that's fine we chose coupon. Notice on my pics the 2 medium says 25.99. We were charged $27 for 2 pizzas. Like ok $1 extra whatever. The kicker for me, which you can see on the receipt is 2 seperate delivery charges, plus we tipped. But since we called the order in shouldn't someone have told us there were 2 delivery charges?

The customer service was top-notch, with staff who were super friendly and welcoming even at such a late hour. But the real star was the pizza some of the best cheese pizza I’ve had in a long time! The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was gooey and flavorful, and every bite was heavenly. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a satisfying late-night meal, this place is a must-visit. Food was delivered nice and hot, and it was tasty! Delivery driver was very personable and speedy with delivery (about an hour).

You can read my whole review, but to make a LONG story short, they don't really deliver to your hotel room, the food isn't good and the customer service was the worst I have ever had to include being accused of being a lier and thief after paying for food I didn't not receive. They placed 3 flyers under my hotel door in 2 days advertising 24/7 delivery, so I figured they delivered to my hotel. I placed an order via the QR code on the flyer. I immediately received confirmation via text and email. 1.5 hours go by with no food delivery or communication, just $40 gone from my bank account and a starving child. I call. They act like they can't find my order, then they tell me it's already been fulfilled. I explain it has not and ask for a refund. I'm placed on hold. They come back stating that now my food is 2 minutes away and the driver will call me. He does. He states the hotel wont let him up to deliver my food. I walk down and get the food which is cold. I am also missing two desserts and a salad. I call and ask for a refund. I'm given the store owner's number. I call him. He will not let me talk without interruption and accuses me of scamming him for free food. (Talk about the pot calling the kettle black here). I'm the one who paid for food I didn't get and the food I did get I had to practically bed for and then it's cold. I guarantee this business is only still operating because they serve tourists who don't have the chance to never give them their business again. I am not one to complain. I would have quietly eaten my bad cold food had it all been delivered. I wouldn't have left this review if I had been refunded my money without being called a lier and a theif. I have better things to do on my vacation.

Ordered from this place and I am very disappointed! I got an extra large pizza and it looks like a medium. I also got wings and a dinner salad with french fries and mozzarella stick. The wings were dehydrated and had absolutely no chicken on them they practically were bones thrown in the box. Fries were soggy and cold, aswell as the mozzarella sticks. The dinner salad was a single person serving. The food was absolutely disgusting! I called to complain about it and the lady started laughing and said she can only give a discount for our next order which will NOT be happening. I absolutely do not recommend eating here they will just disappoint you and give you the worst quality in food and on top of that the service is unprofessional. They have false advertisement. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Unfornately, we just ordered from here and the food besides the calzone was below par. Don't add pictures to your menu unless the food is actually going to look like what's in the photo. Also, don't charge someone for sauces if you're not even going to put them in the bag. AT ALL. NOT PLEASED AT ALL. I see why this place has a two star rating. What I don't understand is why the hotels are referring this restaurant to anyone.

It's just a little hole in the wall pizza shop, there is no seating to eat but a small waiting area instead. I believe this place mostly takes deliveries so it took some time to order and get my pizza but it was worth it. I ordered the Grilled Garlic Chicken Pizza and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I have ever had. The only downside really is the pricing it cost around $20 for a medium pizza but other than that would definitely recommend.

Grubhub order. No update or tracking as they do their own deliveries. Nearly an hour and a half after estimated delivery, I get a call from delivery driver to meet downstairs. Go down. He's not there. It's fn 7 am. Don't got time for this crap. Will never give this business my $

Pizza was bland but.... Did Uber Eats. One pizza was to be thin crust, both came hand tossed. It does say thin on the receipt. Receipt also shows we needed "disposable items" , plates, napkins......nothing came with the order. Uber Eats offered free baklava with so much money spent. No baklava in order. Order placed 4:45am .....called about 5:30am after delivery. No answer. I bet they're swamped right now So Yelp review it is.

Sometimes me and my family are craving pizza at 2am & this place is always open! Staff is very friendly. My family enjoys their pizza. we will definitely be coming here if we ever crave pizza at 2 AM it's close to our house very convenient and pretty affordable.

Don't understand why the health department hasn't shut this place down for serving uncooked​ chicken wings. The​ chicken fingers seem to be a very cheap brand or expired as they taste like imitation meat or even due to being uncooked as well. Don't waist time and money on a run down whole in the wall that is past it's expiration to serve food. Since this is Las Vegas I am sure the heath inspector is most likely paid off to pass their inspection. I had to reorder food from a legitimate restaurant.

We made a order online to deliver to Rio hotel, called them four times after saying they didn't have a order and there customer service was bad they were rude on the phone, then we finally got the order delivered more than a hour and a half later and we didn't get what we ordered and we were missing things and it was cold.

After an hour wait time, we called for an update on our pizza. The call said that the deliverer was on their way (15min drive from restaurant to our hotel). After 30 minutes, we followed up for an update and the deliverer called us to let us know that he was on his way. Restaurant is lacks communication skills, unreliable, and dismissive of our problem. Would not recommend this place as it causes too much hassle.

Quite literally the worst service, wings, and pizza. I stayed at the Rio Hotel and got an ad for this pizza. I called them to make sure that they can deliver to the hotel and the girl on the phone said yes. She also mentioned that it would take an hour and I'd have to meet the delivery person by the valet parking when they call me saying they are there. No big deal. I'm fine waiting an hour and walking down. An hour and a half rolls by and I did not get a phone call, so I called the pizza place and she said that the delivery driver had already left a few minutes ago and would be arriving in the next couple of minutes. I waited outside of the hotel for an hour. Never got a call. So I called again to ask for the status on the delivery driver and was placed on hold for 17 minutes then was hung up on. I called back and was placed on hold again. I hung up because I was very frustrated at that point and called back. Anyways... after them not knowing where my pizza was, then saying the pizza actually wasn't on the way yet... I get a call from the driver saying he was a few minutes away. Okay cool.. at this point I don't care about the frustrations.. things happen. The driver shows up and the pizza box is completely soggy. The bag with the box of wings had the buffalo sauce inside of the bag... instead of on the wings. ??? The pizza was not good at all. The order wasn't right, the wings literally didn't have any sauce and were super dry. Don't order from this place. There's better options. Super disappointed. Horrible customer service.

Saw all the terrible reviews. We tried the supreme pizza and chicken pesto. Was delicious and fresh. Ate a lot of the other highly rated local places and thought they were overrated. Will eat here again

This review is based on their deceptive pricing alone. According to the previous reviews, our canceled order was a blessing in disguise. We received a pamphlet on our hotel door, and when we called to place our order we were given a higher price. Their response was it was an old menu. However, we JUST received the menu in our door TODAY. Seems shady to say the least.

I ordered delivery to Westgate Hotel, which is a 20 min drive from the place, so I knew it wouldn't be super hot when it arrived... but it would have been hotter if the restaurant had provided hot & cold bags to the delivery drivers so the food a chance of arriving at the appropriate temperature. The PIZZA was ok, but not very hot. The SALAD was small but decent: dark green lettuce, olives, tomatoes & croutons, although it was no longer cold (since it was transported on top of the onion rings & pizza). The ONION RINGS I threw out. I don't know how they were made, but they were bad. I've never seen anything like it: small, thin, mushy, & no longer hot. Sicily's Pizza IS OPEN 24 HOURS, which is why I ordered from them, late on a Sunday. A Tip about Citi Visa Credit Card use... I had tried ordering from 2 other, closer restaurants, but each cancelled my order after about 30-40 minutes, & I got a message that there was a problem, my order had been cancelled, & they were now closed. I was getting hangry! On my 3rd attempt at ordering dinner, when I ordered from Sicily's, a message popped up about a problem with my credit card. And I realized that Citi Visa was probably declining the charges because I live in Oregon & was making these charges on vacation in Las Vegas. Frustrating. So, I used my Venmo credit card to pay for the Sicily's Pizza order (& it worked just fine). I later called CitiCard & this is indeed what had happened. Apparently I have to call them & tell them when & where I'm traveling if I want my credit card to work in other states... although, I DID use the card to pay the deposit on the hotel at the beginning of my stay a few days before, & they approved that charge/deposit. So, it seems their A.I. needs to be a bit more intelligent. The food from the closer restaurants would have arrived faster, hotter, and might have been better quality.

It took about 1.5 hours for the pizza to deliver to my hotel. The delivery person didn't come up to my room, so they called me when they arrived and met me in the lobby. I initially was worried because after I ordered, I looked at the Yelp! reviews and began thinking the worst. But it was an okay experience. I'm giving three stars because the delivery time and pizza quality were average. It would have been nice if they could come to my room. I'd suggest going there in person to order or pickup, if you choose them.

Tried this place for the 1st time and thought the food was okay. HOWEVER! the service is HORRIBLE! They forgot our meatballs when we got our takeout order. We called the restaurant and were on the phone for a while to get this rectified. We were promised 3 meatballs. 1 hour and 30 minutes later we received the meatballs as we were about to go to sleep. When we got back to our hotel room with the meatballs there was only 2! This was not worth the wait and effort...never again...

Food is horrible. Not even a little bit good. We stayed at the Westgate hotel and a flyer was put under our room door. We assumed they delivered to the room since they can advertise to the room. Wrong! Then they wanted to argue about it. The driver was rude. The lady I spoke to at the restaurant was rude. Don't ever deal with these people! It's an absolutely joke!!! Waste of time. Just eat at the hotel! Took almost 2 hours for delivery that we had to meet them out at the main entrance to the hotel! And then it was cold! Pizza dough wasn't cooked all the way. My wife ordered an antipasto salad and she said it was good.

I ordered a Margherita pizza.. I did not get that. Uber eats offered some free garlic knots... I literally got loaves of bread. Terrible.

I ordered from here because they had a coupon that said free 10 pc wings with x lrg pizza. I order the pizza and when I get to the place, they said my coupon was a misprint and not valid. They also made me wait 30 minutes longer than they said on our phone call.

I've only gotten delivery from here, and only pizza. For once, a menu that says they use fresh ingredients that means it. You can taste the freshness in every component. Sauce is my favorite part, and theirs is tangy and flavorful. The cheese and the pepperoni are clearly sourced from quality purveyors. Great crust. Delivery has been lightning fast both times, and I live in an annoying apartment complex. Online ordering is really easy and there's a 10% discount. The pick up deals are great as well; I attached a photo. Seriously, yum! Get the stuffed crust! You can even tell they use really good string cheese inside there too.

I made the mistake of ordering on Door Dash before looking at the reviews and now I know why I should have never ordered from here. Sure the only good thing is that they're open for 24 hours but other than that everything sucks. We asked for and ordered extra ranch. We got 1 ranch total. The pizza crust was so hard it was difficult to chew. (Gross) And not to mention their tiramisu cake was FROZEN when I bit into it. Anyways go to little Caesar's instead. Better pizza.

Nope. Aside from not exactly being hot upon delivery, it was not good. Slightly burnt outside and burnt meat inside. We were inebriated and would have eaten nearly anything- but we trashed the 2 calzones.

Ordered through doordash for pick up. I should have read the reviews. The food is not good. We order pizza, bread sticks, and poopers. The image of the bread sticks on the doordash website through showed it was topped with cheese. It looked appealing. The bread sticks, however, were hard and inedible. The pepperoni deluxe pizza looked like litte Ceasars and a frozen pizza had a baby. Not tasty at all. The poppers were your typical frozen poppers. I really wanted to give this place a shot. Don't waste your money. $42 down the drain.

They need to shut down. Trash trash trash trash. I can't express how bad this food is. Prison food might be more edible than this. If the business owner threatens to call the cop just report to the bbb and/or the health department. It takes less than 5 min. Anyone reading this y'all can do a charge back on debit/credit cards if the food is not edible, but you need to call your bank. Turns out this business has been trespassed from hotels.

Dropped flyer in our Vegas hotel promoting delivery service. Upon arrival driver insisted we come down from our room at Uber pickup and wouldn't deliver to room even though a generous tip was given early. No mention on flyer they won't deliver to room even though they managed to deliver the flyer to my room. Food was sitting in a bag in a hot car without any temperature control. Food quality was below average! Won't make this mistake again. Buyer beware.

Pizza here is actually pretty good but unfortunately they have raised the price of their XL pizza from the $10.83 special up to $16. The pizza is tasty here whenever i've ordered in the past but thats over a 33% increase... i get inflation is a problem but wow

Price is great, delivery is convenient & makes this a great option. The food is average, but alongside the prior mentioned things, it makes this worth it. If you order online, you get a 10% discount, and they deliver to your hotel. I was hesitant after reading other reviews, but I'm not angry with what we received, excluding the wings. Those were not good at all in my opinion. Pizza had good flavor, just very little sauce.

I never received my food after waiting for 2 hours. Their flyer said they deliver 24 hours of the day, and I was glad to see that. But I just had a bad experience. The woman over the phone fully refunded me my money back and was very understanding of my situation. She said they were extremely busy, but it was almost 3 a.m. when I ordered. Maybe she was right. It is Vegas after all. But I was very disappointed and although she refunded me my money, I would've atleast enjoyed cold pizza. I was still left hungry. 1 star for the decent prices and the very kind woman over the phone. But Sicily's loses points for false advertising.

I don't think I can describe this place better than my man Phillip T. did: "Late Night Pizza." I came out of my late night gaming marathon with my mates on New Year's Eve: Someone has to save the galaxy when all of you are having fabulous virtual parties! It was open. It was fast (10 minutes for Medium supreme and a Greek salad). Jimmy John's got competition. The pizza was hot, crusty, thin and yummy with a nice garlic crust ends. I especially like how they slice the onions and peppers in small diced pieces. Makes every bite a nice even flavor combination. The salad was chopped too and it was nice, simple, and refreshing. Overall, just what you need when you and your crew are fighting for all humanity at the end of time...(or just 2020). You're welcome humanity, you are welcome..

Worst Pizza and Onion Rings Ever!. Onion Rings felt like your eating gummy bears. Gross! Stale, rubbery, and taste like crap. Do not order. Waste of money

Don't even bother. The ratings they already have speak for themselves. Ordered off of GrubHub and waited an hour before finally checking in on the restaurant. They use their own drivers, so you have to talk to them directly and not GrubHub. Twice they answered and put me on hold then proceeded to tell me "driver says you're next." Waited another 20 minutes before they finally started ignoring my calls. Food never came, I had to cancel with GrubHub support, and I'm still hungry. Trash establishment.

You get to your hotel, do you see those pamphlets that are already at your door? don't do it. pizza was cold. hour long delivery and cold food. price is about the only thing worth it. clearly relying on Vegas turn over.

I mistakenly ordered from here without checking these reviews. 1. Ordered online and received an initial notification they received my order but nothing else and after 44 minutes called and was told it would be another 30. 10 minutes later received a call from the driver that he was 5 minutes away. 2. The chicken Alfredo was the worst we had ever had. Alfredo sauce tasted like it came from a jar and the noodles were overdone. 3. The garlic bread was ok, very standard and nothing special. Was also barely warm when we got it. 4. The salad was ok as well. Asked for blue cheese and got ranch which was just a pack of ranch and again ok at best. 5. The pizza again was ok. It was not hot when we received it and it wasn't cut very well. The flavor of the pizza was the best thing but just mediocre at best. 6. The best thing about this place was that it wasn't very expensive at all. Around 40 for the food mentioned above. If you are looking for some mediocre warm pizza with 24/7 service, this is the place for you. With all of the other options in the area your best bet would be to try places with a higher rating.

This place was great! Rather than using apps to order, we went in to check if it was open and ordered in store. The older man was nice and seemed to be the owner, even took payment after our food was done so that he wouldn't waste time with the machines and had our food out in 10 minutes. The pizza tastes great & the alfredo is as authentic as it can get for a pizzeria. The crust is flavorful, good amount of garlic, butter and salt. There's not much to the interior of the restaurant, but it is a very classic pizzeria style mood. Overall the pizza was great and so was the pasta! I recommend ordering at the restaurant rather than ordering online as most of these poor reviews are based off of online service or customer service. The food is what makes this place great and the fact that it's 24 hours!

I guess I have not learned my lesson yet. I ordered from here a couple years ago and said I'd never eat there again, I thought maybe their stuff had changed but I was wrong. I ordered on their app, yeah they gave me 20% off but they did not offer the buy one large get another large free Look at the pic of the wings I got, these are like baby bird chicken wings, they're horrible, they're burnt, there's hardly any meat on them and there's like no sauce. The sauce is on the bottom of the container. These are ridiculous, I don't even know if they're going to fill the crack between my teeth.
