Google
Side Biscuits has the best wings in town, and they might even be the best wings anywhere, but they are definitely the best in the state of Michigan. Each style is perfectly sauced and seasoned, and the wings are consistently crispy. They are also super reasonably priced. I wish they had multiple locations; I drove all the way from Buffalo, New York, to have them again after trying them at a pop-up event. They're a must-have anytime I'm in Ann Arbor. And that's not even mentioning the biscuits, which are awesome, too. Go Blue! Go Bills!

Google
Side Biscuit is a hidden gem in Ann Arbor that serves up some of the best wings in Michigan. They are crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. What really sets them apart is their incredible lineup of house-made sauces, each one bold and unique. Whether you like it sweet, spicy, tangy, or an umami bomb, there’s a sauce that’ll keep you coming back. It’s carry out only. The vibe is casual, the service is friendly, and the food is consistently top-tier. If you’re a wing lover, Side Biscuit is a must-visit.

Google
Great wings, flavorful fries, and yummy dessert. Would recommend for an all American vibe. There’s not much seating, and you’ll have to sit outside, and in spring-fall it’s lovely. The energy is fun and the employees are easy going.

Google
We went out of our wheelhouse and tried their biscuit of the week which was a matcha biscuit and a matcha sauce. It was amazing. We tried three different types of wings and all of them were really good. The staff was very friendly and helpful and let us try the sauces before we ordered. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Ann arbor.

Google
Ordered the fried chicken with Panang sauce. As a Southeast Asian, I have to commend the flavourful sauce and the fried Shallots - truly wonderful and reminds me of home (not in terms of authenticity but in terms of flavour profile). The chicken wings/drumsticks are fresh and not frozen, and they might have been brined such that the inside remain juicy. Savoury biscuit is crumbly but so moist and soft on the inside (almost bread-like). For those who baked biscuit/scones before, you will know how well this is executed. Will probably try again next time on other flavours for consistency. Only complaints: might be too salty for some (just remove some of the salt on the biscuit), limited street parking, and takeaway-oriented meant that you might not get the crispiest wings by the time you got home.

Google
Wings are just simply great. No show, no gimmick, just flat out perfectly cooked wings. And I’m soooo picky about texture. And the Buffalo sauce is actually pretty spicy which surprised me. Too many places in Ann Arbor call a sauce spicy and they barely give more than a tingle.

Katy Steklac

Google
My fiance, who is new to Ann Arbor, was on the hunt for the best wings in town. He stumbled across Side Biscuit, and we placed an order. Hands down the best wings in AA! We love watching their social media to see the new flavor of the week. My favorite part is the biscuit of the week! Well worth a visit! There is very little seating onsite so it’s best to do takeout and eat elsewhere,

Maxwell Heng

Google
The best wings in Michigan! We get takeout from here almost every Sunday since we discovered Side Biscuit. We’ve had everything from buffalo to bbq to the amazing dry rubs, they are all awesome. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The blue cheese that comes with the plates is incredible. Also, the Cracked Table Fries are the best fries I’ve ever had. Hands down. So excited to get wings here on future Sunday’s and watch the Lions!

Yelp
I've been meaning to try Side Biscuit for a while now, and after making my first visit, I definitely get the hype. I stopped in with a friend who's an Ann Arbor local who's since moved away, but had an unstoppable craving for Side Biscuit while in town. The menu is simple and straightforward, and the staff is quite friendly and happy to explain through any questions you may have along the way. The location is just about as close as you can get to a "hole-in-the-wall" type of an establishment, as there's virtually no indoor space other than the kitchen and the tiny corner of the building where you order, but hey, space is overrated! Side Biscuit does offer a few outdoor tables where you can eat your meal while you're there, but I wouldn't plan on bringing any big groups to dine in here -- you'll see a lot of folks picking up takeout on a normal day. When I visited, it'd been raining outside prior and the tables were put away, but one of the staff members stepped out to set up a table for us (in other words, awesome service!). The food is fantastic, and the combinations of flavors are quite well put together. You can tell that the staff is passionate about the food, and the wings of the week and biscuit of the week are definitely things you should explore! While we're on the topic of wings, I'll say my favorite so far is the Brogarashi were my favorite, and honestly the Seitan fingers really make a case for themselves too. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking out Side Biscuit if you're in this part of Ann Arbor! Good value, good food, and a great team -- quite a combo!

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for few years and finally got a chance to do so. I got the following for the family: - 30 wings with the following sauces: Gucci Gang, You're A Jerk, Panang, Brograrashi and Mission. - Kimchi Fries 2.0 - Biscuit of the week - cornbread biscuit - Sides: Kimchi, pickles and tomato With "biscuit" in the name, I had high hopes for their biscuit. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The biscuit was dense and super dry. Heating it up didn't help. Kimchi fries were ok; had better kimchi fries from other joints in town. They could have layered the fries and the sauces, once you eat the fries on top, you're now eating regular fries. As for the kimchi, they should have sauteed it before being placed on top of the fries... cheese would have taken the kimchi fries to the next level, but no cheese. Wings - it's a mixture of good and decent. Some wings were perfectly fried; others were over fried. As for the sauces, I was disappointed with their Gucci gang. We also ordered a side of Kaeser sauce, but they were out, and we got the buffalo sauce. If I had to recommend on sauce - go with their buffalo sauce, it hit the spot. Overall, had high expectations with the sauces, walked away disappointed. I give them credit with the creativeness of their sauces and hope they continue to develop and find the right combinations.

Yelp
Great wing place right around the corner from my house. The owner is very cool and the new flavors are inspiring while the OG/mainstays are fantastic. These guys come from Buffalo and are bills mafia. Apparently they know a thing or three about wings!!

Con S.

Yelp
Nicest group of people I've been around in awhile! Somehow I ordered food while they were having an employee party and they still hooked it up. After a super hard day of work these folks made it all worth it! Food still top notch even when they're not on the clock.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was okay but could have been better! Best thing was the wings!! The employees were very nice! Order on the phone asked if I had any questions. When I picked up my food they were also very pleasant. We ordered plain wings, open pit wings and Gucci gang wings. The wings were all delicious!! The pizza logs were good but need to be eaten hot; we drove to hotel and they were not as good as I'm sure they were when picked up. The biscuit bites were over cooked. Very dark in color and dry. I was really looking forward to them too. The wedge was okay, heavy on the blue cheese and not enough toppings to break up that strong flavor. Maybe we will try them again one day...

Yelp
I've lived in Ann Arbor for 7 years and despite hearing great things about Side Biscuit, I've never tried it. I'm not a huge wing fan (I prefer boneless - I'm a child I know) and I am firmly team ranch when Side Biscuit is notoriously anti ranch/pro blue cheese. But, I'm moving soon and decided I needed to try it before I leave. All I can say is WOW. I am a regular wing convert. I got the OG Buffalo because I wanted to go with something I knew I'd like. The wings were perfectly crispy and the meat literally fell off the bone. I even tried them dipped in the blue cheese dressing it came with and it wasn't half bad (I'll still always choose ranch tho). The weekly biscuit flavor was a collab with Mindo Chocolate for a chocolate cherry biscuit. It was decadent without being too sweet and a great bite after the wings. I wish I took pictures, but to be honest I inhaled it all before the thought even crossed my mind. Will definitely be coming back to try some of their more unique flavors!!

Yelp
My husband brought us some Side Biscuit on Wednesday and it was awesome! We each went with the combo which was 6 wings and a biscuit and we also tried the tempeh fingers. First off, the wings are DELICIOUS. So so good. Tender, juicy, and perfectly sauced. The BBQ sauce was a bit sweet, a bit sour, and just a tiny bit spicy. It came with a side of blue cheese dressing which I also liked a lot. The biscuit of the week was a Thai red coconut curry which I admittedly wasn't SUPER crazy about. The biscuit itself was great, but the flavor combination wasn't my thing. But I'm excited try other flavors down the road! I also tried the tempeh fingers which, if you're into tempeh, you're gonna love. My husband, who is really big into tempeh, pretty much scarfed the whole serving down. I let him have them because he loved them so much! Every week they have a new sauce flavor and biscuit flavor. I can't wait to order again and try some of the special editions. I'm also excited to sample their sides like the chips and dip, pizza logs, and a Vietnamese iced coffee as a beverage!

Yelp
The food is delicious. I've been going there since it's opened. The service is always immediate very friendly and the environment is delightful.

Yelp
We came for their soft opening tonight. We ordered 20 wings in four different sauces. My favorite was the brogarashi dry rub. The What a Jerk was also really good but SPICY. If you enjoy that kind of thing, I say go for it. My whole mouth was ON FIRE. Overall I enjoyed the experience and the food. I think they have some kinks to work out but I think as they continue everything will improve. Edit: I don't like that they were giving out coupons offering $1 off for a five star review. If your food and services are good you don't need to do that. I also think it's a bit overpriced.

Eric S.

Yelp
Overall, chicken wings are excellent. They did forget the biscuit in my order. Which is bad, but overall good for my health. Service was ok, but no side biscuit. (Ha,ha). The ambiance is take away only.
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
If you know this spot, you're basically a local! There's no seating - some chairs outside so if you have the fortune to visit on a nice day, by all means enjoy!! I tried the Gucci gang (play off gochuchang), open pit bbq, kaesar, and buffalo - honestly everything else was pretty basic solid wings but the Gucci Gang was a game changer- would go back just to order two servings of just the Gucci Gang - crispy, spicy, just enough sauce to keep me reaching for more

Yelp
This place is so good! I love their biscuits, and it's fun that they have a new "biscuit of the week" every week. They're never boring either, the flavors and dipping sauces are always awesome. I'm a vegetarian but my husband really enjoyed the Chopped Cheese they were offering at the time and he likes the wings as well. At the time, the biscuit of the week was the Pear Maple Buttermilk biscuit and it was really big and tasted amazing. Their app is also great and makes it easy to order off of. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because it's really expensive for the portions. I'm sure there's a reason behind it, and I would absolutely order here again- just not nearly as often as I'd like to because of how pricey it is. Everything tastes great though!
google avatar

Yelp
I came upon this place due to a tiktok video claiming they had the best chicken wings in all of Michigan and was definitely curious to see if they lived up to the hype. Thankfully the wings were delicious! I really enjoyed the different flavors they offer here, with the classic buffalo being a highlight. I don't recommend take out though with the wings already sauced though, as they will get soggy quickly like that. But all in all, I'm glad to have found a place in A2 that has really solid wings!
google avatar

Davontae F.

Yelp
First things first this place is a gem in Ann Arbor for savory wings! They offer unique flavors that will have your taste buds rocking! I've been here about 3-4x and clearly the wings are good! This time I got the 10 piece Brogarashi dry rub and they were a hit! They were just the right amount of spicy with a subtle kick. I didn't get a biscuit this time but they're just as good and a great value add to the wings! I highly recommend this place and hope you enjoy it just as much as I do!

Yelp
I used to not understand why people would always tell me "you try to hard," and I would get really frustrated. I didn't understand that people get annoyed when you throw the kitchen sink at everything, and I didn't get that you actually get better results when you focus in on the thing or two that is the most important. Here, as an expert try-to-hard-girl, I think I can safely say, Side Biscuit, ya trying to hard. I wanted to like Side Biscuit so much. I'm originally from the South, biscuits are my jam. I'm also a foodie, and I love Korean fried chicken and diverse flavors. Unfortunately, I didn't find myself loving either one. I wanted to try at least two flavors, so I got 10 wings with half gucci gang (traditional korean spicy gochujang) and the brogerashi (a spiced dry rub). the biscuit didn't come with this option, so I ordered one for $4. It was a black pepper biscuit that came with pimento cheese. I was not a fan of the biscuit texture. It was dry and dense, not flaky. The flavors were in your face and not very subtle. I liked the dry rub wings better, but my assessment for both is just that there is too much going on. Wings+sauce/rub+toppings. If they would pare the wings down and emphasize the traditional flavors, I think they would have a 5 star, A+, killing it, perfect set up. Right now, they throw the kitchen sink at every wing and the flavors are overwhelming and miss the mark.

Yelp
Tasty wings with four different sauces. The cheese biscuit with blue cheese butter was outstanding! Good selection of beer to go with the wings. I'll be back! The cashier/server was pleasant and attentive.

Yelp
Found out about Side Biscuit thru Yelper Rachel J when she sent me a TIK TOK about this spot! What a time to be alive. I read fellow reviews and ordered in advance for pick up - their system allows you to place an order before their open & gives you an awesomely accurate pick up time. I placed my order at 1pm today for pick up at 4:45pm. Arrived right around 4:45pm and it was ready! Only small detail is that I had checked the "order updates by text" button and input my #, but it didn't send anything. It's fine because my order was ready anyway! We had the wings of course With 20 wings, you can choose 4 sauces, which was awesome. I love that they know that their customers are going to want to try a variety of their sauces+the online system was already set up that way so I didn't have to leave any order notes! We had the following wing flavors: *OG Buffalo | Franks & butter - very classic & tasty! I'm going to get this one and eat it there though because it's saucy so it's harder to maintain the crisp when you take it home! *Mission (dry) | Szechuan rub - From a flavor perspective, this one tasted similar to Brogarashi because the seasoning on brogarashi came off (read below) BUT I loved the chiccharones in this one. Bomb. But flavor was good! I generally prefer dry rubs. *You're A Jerk | Jamaican jerk - This was super flavorful. Good punch of heat as well. *Brogarashi (dry) 7 spice rub - I had mentioned above that it tasted like the Mission. But as I was eating, I realized there were togarashi clumps at the bottom of the takeout box and when I ate those morsels, it was all that good togarashi flavor. So just look out for those bits!! Also, maybe they'll be able to find a way to keep the dry rub on a bit better! I also picked up: *the biscuit of the week - which was Pierogi (Buttermilk biscuit w/ potato, Zingerman's farmers cheese, & fried onion served w/ a horseradish sour cream.). The flavors were REALLY awesomely good. I loved that horseradish sour cream as well. However, the texture left a bit to be desired. It was more bready than biscuity but if there's potato in it, that's probs affecting the texture. Still ate the heck of it, ha. *miso peanut butter cookie: oh this was a thing of beauty. perfectly crackly and sugar topped like the way a molasses cookie would be

Jeffery A.

Yelp
Great wing and prompt and fast service will try again when I'm in the area, food was ready hot and fresh wing were done and great flavor

Tarek A.

Yelp
This place is so overpriced and the wings were very meh and it took about 20 mins to make 10 wings and a side. I don't suggest going here.
google avatar

Chloe F.

Yelp
Side biscuit is known for their wings, but they offer tempeh as well! I will preface by saying that they don't have a separate fryer, but supporting a local business is more important to me than cross contamination. They have a huge selection of sauces and are willing to split an order with two different sauces, which is great for trying them for the first time. I got two orders with four sauces - Gucci Gang, Panang, You're a Jerk, and bbq and I was blown away. The jerk is so good and has quite a bit of a kick. Hopefully once they get up and running they will have online ordering bc it is VERY small inside, but great customer and awesome food!

Yelp
Literally can't say enough about this extremely unique chicken wing shop! Most creative and flavorful wings I've ever had. The Side biscuit vibe puts a smile on your face, with friendly staff and dope grooves coming thru the speakers creating a truly special atmosphere. I recommend the 'Gucci Gang' gochujang, it's exploding with flavor and the mission dry rub which has house made pork rinds as a garnish . The list goes on, every flavor I've had has been extra tasty! Last weeks Matcha Crunch collab with Lucha Puerco had my taste buds smiling too. Seriously, everything is too legit too quit, go get it!!! It slaps, don't play
google avatar

Maya B.

Yelp
It is quite literally a hole in the wall restaurant, I found it after attending a track meet at UofM. The food was simply delicious! I got the OG Fries and the Side Biscuit of the week. First off, portion size is great!! A lot of chicken and cheese and fries. It was the perfect amount of savory, spice, and twang. The side biscuit of the week was *chef's kiss*, I loved it so much I literally didn't even get a pic. I wish I lived in Ann Arbor so I could try the biscuit weekly but for now, I will definitely come back here whenever I'm back in town!

Paul J.

Yelp
The wings are good. But, it's very annoying how they don't have ranch and make you feel like crap for asking for ranch. Plus, the biscuits have consistently gone downhill. The last time I got a biscuit it was hard as a rock. I'd stay away from the biscuits.
google avatar

Charles C.

Yelp
My friend was very excited to check this spot while visiting from out of town (the branding is pretty cool). This is a very small restaurant and there is no indoor seating (there is some outdoor seating when the weather is nice). There is street parking close by and close enough for students/local residents to walk or bike to. The biscuit was fantastic, but felt like it was a side thought (but it really was the standout). The wings were ok, but nothing special. Honestly, I was really confused with the concept of the restaurant and it didn't stand out to me as a wing place. If they ever offer a breakfast sandwich made on their biscuit, I would be back in a heartbeat! (Finally, I can't emphasize enough - the banding, design, and logo is fantastic).
google avatar

Hanna M.

Yelp
Probably one of the best wing joints in Ann Arbor. Great place to come grab lunch or take-out anytime. Gucci gang is my personal favorite. Pizzas on Sunday's, can't get much better. Super friendly staff dedicated to getting you what you want. Long live Side Biscuit
google avatar

Jay S.

Yelp
First meal in Ann Arbor. Thanks Yelp! The food was excellent and the friendly staff made it even better. I had what was recommended and glad I did. The wings, pizza, and biscuits were better than expected.

Yelp
Love side biscuits chicken wings and sauces! They are always good and consistent in quality
google avatar

Yelp
I am OBSESSED with this place... I may or may not have gotten Side Biscuit three times in the past two weeks. I just get the buffalo wings every time but they are so unbelievably good I just can't bring myself to try anything else! I had no idea that I was even eating substandard wings prior to coming here, but omg these wings and sauces are next level in a way I didn't know existed. I will say that everything other than the wings has just been ok- apple fritters, wedge salad, cookies, etc. The biscuits are good but not amazing. It is all about the wings here, but that is a-ok with me! Their house-made blue cheese sauce is out of this world as well- I always order an extra one because I need lots!

Walker W.

Yelp
Been excited to try this place for a couple months. Ordered Brogarashi and Gucci Gang wings. When I picked up my order they gave me some free "Josh Allen" wings as well. I love free stuff but I honestly feel bad because these are literally the best wings I've ever had. All three styles are incredible and the chicken is crispy without being dry. So good. Will be back, no question.
google avatar

Lydia S.

Yelp
Been on my list to try for a while. It is this small corner shop. We tried Brogarashi which was our favorite. If you like unami flavor, you'll def like this dry rub. Definitely on the savory side. The pickled cucumber that comes on the side really goes well with the Brogarashi wings! We also got the gucci gang which is a gochujang sauce that is on the sweeter end. It tasted as we expected. Not too much of a kick for us atleast. The wings overall were crunchy, not heavy, and were well cooked! Definitely recommend.
google avatar

Apoorva A.

Yelp
Great wings, we got a bucket with Jerk, Buffalo, Mission, Alfredo sauce of the week and every flavor was amazing. Wings were all massive and definitely had us stuffed. The pork rinds were also super fire, definitely recommend trying a side.
google avatar

Susan M.

Yelp
Regularly crave their Gucci Gang wings, usually also try whatever their special flavor is that week but hard to beat the GG gochujang sauce (but bring back the Basil Babe wings!) Today's special biscuit was a matcha cream and delicious.
google avatar

Adriana A.

Yelp
Crunchy, meaty, flavorful everything you could ask for in a wing. We were very excited to try side biscuit and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend the OG Buffalo sauce, that was our overall favorite. Side Biscuit wings are by far the tastiest wings I've ever had.
google avatar

Victoria S.

Yelp
A hole in the wall with weird hours, but the best chicken wings I've had. The weekly biscuit I had was spicy cumin, with a strong, fresh, flavorful hotness. Came with some spiced butter too. Honestly it was a bold choice but it wasn't my jam. It'd be nice if they offered a side of honey. But the wings? Chef's kiss. Perfectly cooked, big and juicy, bursting with flavor. I'm pretty sure there were threads of saffron on mine. I'll come back another time, because their side biscuit variety changes weekly.
google avatar

Elyse C.

Yelp
I honestly wanted to give them 3, 3.5 stars, but the Elote wings were so good I'll grade on a curve. I have thought a lot about those wings. They might have been the best wings I've ever had. I can't really explain how they made elotes wings, but they really captured the creamy mayo/tangy lime/cayenne combo perfectly. The salads were decent, the caesar was drowning in dressing, but I would recommend the Wedge effusively, it captured that classic creamy crunch you want and the bacon seemed to have a soy/umami taste that was a creative twist. The hush puppy biscuit that came with the elote wings was just literally the most god awful biscuit I have ever had. It was so dense, tasteless, and hard...it's in the name! Maybe I need to get one right out of the oven, maybe they should stagger the bakes so the biscuits aren't pucks later in the day, otherwise bro, you need a pastry chef or a different and equally clever name. The jerk wings were less of a letdown but the allspice/clove was way too strong for me personally. I liked that it was spicy but I could only make it thru 2 wings to be polite. I think I'm going to keep an eye on their rotating specials (love that they do that) and grab the exciting ones, but I could leave a lot of the rest as a one-time experience.

Jasmine K.

Yelp
Their tempeh "wings" (large strips of tempeh) are soooo delicious. It is a vegan option that doesn't make you feel like you're missing out. They lose a star just because their hours are weird and 30% of the time I want to go they seem to be closed.

Audrey E.

Yelp
Best wings I've ever had. Wouldn't expect any less from these folks! The Gucci Gang (Gochujang) and Jamaican Jerk wings are definite favorites.
google avatar

Rebeka M.

Yelp
Easily the best wings I have ever had! They had a lot of meat and the flavors were SO GOOD. We got the Gucci Gang made with gochujang and it was amanzing. The biscuit was wonderful as well. And the staff were very nice! Go here for wings, not some national chain! Very excited to try the other flavors. Also they had sweet t-shirts and I'm probably going to buy one because that's how much I loved this place.
google avatar

Joanne C.

Yelp
Absolutely obsessed! So happy to have a good wing place that really emphasizes different flavors coming together. My roommate and I both enjoyed the Gucci Gang (sweet/spicy) and Brogarashi (salty/spicy) and were floored by how thoughtful the seasoning was based on Korean and Japanese flavors. Even the little details like the nori flakes and green onion was spot-on. Also had the Kaesar -- really enjoyed the creaminess that didn't take away from the crunchiness of the wing. The herb (Thai basil?) on top was a fresh touch. Will be back for more (and this biscuit omg!).
google avatar

Jeremy L.

Yelp
Let me get some important context out of the way: I grew up in upstate New York and have been to the birthplace of Buffalo wings as well as countless dive bars that put Midwestern wings to shame. Side Biscuit is the real deal. The wings taste EXACTLY like they should with the perfect amount of meat, crunch, and sauce. The dry rub ones we had (mission) didn't all hold the rub too well, but overall still retained the flavor. It's the rare spot that I could see working equally great for college students and the rest of us. We'll definitely be coming back to try more sauces in the future.

Liju G.

Yelp
These are the best chicken wings in Michigan don't @me. The rest of this post is to hit the character minimum
google avatar

Mollie F.

Yelp
I have celiac disease and haven't had wings in ages. I was so excited to see their menu so well labeled, and when I called to ask about their wings being gluten free (not just the sauces), they shared that they have a dedicated gluten free frier! The wings were great, I got the OG and Gucci Gang, and excited to try the other flavors!

Ok. So I have never written a review but use yelp to find great food and this was one of the best eating experiences I have ever had. I know it's wings and a biscuit but the experience I had was amazing. The biscuit had so much flavor and the spread was amazing. The wings were by far the best I have ever had. I got the flavor of the day which was a combination of two of the menu flavors and this blew my mind. I can't wait to return.

Yelp
Honestly the sauce was good but they were ice cold. I mean one of the wings actually felt chilled. Ordered and picked up right away so surprised. Scared it will make me sick. So disappointing.

Yelp
Best wings in AA. Also they took my Uber eats order a minute before they stopped serving and they're the fuckin goat for that.

Yelp
The Gucci gang wings have had me wanting to come back every day! Perfect mix of a little heat and delicious authentic flavors. Highly recommend. Great staff, the owner is very nice. Great find in AA

Yelp
High end flavors in an accessible format. Mission (dry rub) was our fave. Loved Gucci Gang too.

Yelp
Not really understanding these 5 star reviews. We've been wanting to try side biscuit for a while and I really wanted to love this place. Four of us ordered lots of wings with multiple sauces, the korean chicken finger sub, wedge salad and kaesar salad to share. The bbq and Buffalo wings were fine but the other more interesting sauces (on the wings and the sub) were too salty and in your face, and lacked balance. The wedge salad was good but the kaesar had a strange flavor - it didn't taste Korean, or like Caesar dressing but it did have an anchovy finish. No one wanted a second bite. Both were a bit heavy on the dressing. Worst of all, they ran out of their namesake - biscuits! My favorite was probably the chicken finger sub. The bun was so good and the nappa cabbage added a nice crunch; but again, was way too heavy on the gochijang sauce. Plain fried chicken with just a shmear of sauce on the bun would have made it a perfect sandwich. The guy who handled my order was super nice. He felt badly about running out of biscuits and gave us extra cookies and tokens for biscuits. The place was small (no tables inside) but had good energy and I like what they're trying to do - a small simple menu of tasty foods. Unfortunately, they're just missing food that tastes good.

Yelp
Great chicken. Everything was in balance, the spiciness, the sweet, and the salty. I had both the Brogarashi and the Mission dry rubs, the perfect amount of heat to go with the perfectly cooked chicken. Despite being fairly busy, the service was fast, and our order was accurate. They take dietary restrictions seriously, so ask for recommendations if you're unsure about what to get.
