Holly was amazing she is very skilled and very nice to talk to. Ryan was a sweet heart. Holly made custom drinks for us we named it the spicy orange and exotic fruit. She is the best. Especially for are first night in Nashville.

THIS is the place to get the BEST espresso martini- hands down zero comparison in all of Nashville. The eclectic and cultivated atmosphere in Sidebar had serious Poe vibes that I instantly loved.

Absolutely blown away by this hidden gem near lower Broadway. The ice program here is exceptional. This is a true craft cocktail bar and perhaps a super throughout eastern inspired speakeasy esque hideaway next to Bode. Who would have thought not even a mile from pinewood social another cocktail snobs paradise! The bartenders are knowledgeable to chat with you for hours about the nuances of each drink because at this bar, the bartenders create the menu together. So every cocktail you get is a bit sentimental to each of them, and the thoughtfulness and care come across in each drink. The menu for food is mostly bar bites, but on Monday and Tuesday, you can get a bowl of ramen! I love the eastern vibes, and the playlist is super Mello and chill. This would be a great spot for a date night, especially if you already know you dig each other. Outside the patio has sand and fire tables. Nothing else's need be said. There is one cocktail they feature with sesame infused whiskey and a pinot noir float. This one blew me away and is by far the most impressive on the menu. They also still have Belle Meade bourbon available some of the last bottles in the world. The menu rotates seasonally, so I found this bar just in time for the fall menu flip. I'll give an update at that time. You def don't want to miss this best kept secret. Come by and give them some support so we don't lose another great cocktail bar. The drinks alone are worth the visit. For locals and travelers alike. Tourists won't want to miss this gem, especially after a show at ascend lets out, skip the lines, and impress your circle with this amazing bar.

AMAZING place! Must go while in Nashville. Great drinks, exquisite, Top Notch singer (Thanks Emily!) and the bartender "Zae" was on POINT! We will be back.

Cocktails were masterfully prepared by mixologists who truly care about their craft. Seasonal cocktails are offered. Drinks are prepared with house-made bitters and syrups. Sunday nights are super chill with good conversations and Bob Ross playing in the background. Love this place!!

This was a great chill place! Drinks were amazing / different, pizza was good and the bartenders (Joe) were super friendly! Plus Sonny who was playing live, was spectacular! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill / speakeasy type vibe.

This is the coolest little bar in Nashville. I almost hesitate to post a review of it because I don't want everyone to learn about this place. Now, I guess I've given that away but only because I want to ensure they continue to do good business (and are around for a very long time). A friend of mine introduced me to this bar and I've been wanting to go back ever since. Maybe I'm biased because I had such a good time with her and we had the best conversation I've had in years. I encourage you to check this place out, but please only share the location with your best friends. It would be nice to keep it somewhat exclusive...yeah, just for the "cool kids" please. LOL!

This place is really a hidden gem. My boyfriend and I stopped in, not expecting much, and left knowing that sidebar is one of the best places (if not the best) in all of Nashville. From the service to the intricate cocktails, to the ambiance, this place has it all. Joe was absolutely incredible, friendly, and welcoming towards us. His craftsmanship and skills exceed all expectations. Highly recommend Sidebar in Nashville, you won't regret it.

Came here during holiday season and tried the melange mirage (cognac, miso syrup, persimmon, lemon), which I really enjoyed. My friend got the Cali sloestorm (gin, crème de cacao, pomegranate, grapefruit, egg white), which was also solid. Service was friendly. They had live music on the Friday night that we went. Ambiance is casual and festive.

I'm in Nashville for work. I was looking up events and happened upon this. It was hard to find parking in this area and I almost left but I'm so glad I persisted because it was so worth it. It's an $8 bowl of ramen with so much umami! Joe is such a great bartender and host too. Love the decor and pieces from local artists on display. Wish I was here longer to try their vegetarian ramen too! Next time for sure.

What a positively lovely place to grab a cocktail that is part of the Bode hotel. I was getting home from dinner, and looking for a night cap. I didn't realize that the hotel had a bar, but was so happy to have found Sidebar. This small bar was fully decorated for halloween and I loved the vibes. It kind of is set up like a shipping container - so its long with a large bar and some seating around the area. There's also outdoor seating that's part of the hotel with firepits and such. I sat at the bar and the three bartenders were super friendly. I started with a dirty martini and ended with a mezcal negroni. When you sit at the bar, you're apt to find folks who like to be chatty. I met some fellow bartenders enjoying their night off (that's when you know a bar is good, when fellow industry folks stop in). This spot if more than just a hotel bar, it's definitely a bar that is deserving of a visit from Locals. The service is awesome, the drinks are delicious, and the vibes are on point. Great live music, drinks, and cheese board! Nice and cozy seats inside and fireplaces outside.

This bar is attached to the hotel and was around the corner from where we were staying so we were looking for something low-key to avoid some of the crowds but still be able to enjoy some live music. We were waiting on by Kyle who took great care of us and hooked us up with one of the best charcuterie boards that I've ever got from a random hotel bar. The inside of the hotel area also has lots of great options for snacks and drinks and cute space to hang out so all in all not only did we enjoy this bar but I really would recommend going to the hotel to stay! There was a fire pit going outside people playing games - very cool vibe. It was a little bit pricier than I expected but would say still well worth it.

The bartenders were friendly and inviting. Had the sesame bourbon cocktail and it was fantastic. I also requested a margarita and it was perfect. It's nice to go somewhere and have a craft cocktail that's even better than you can make yourself at home and not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Fun atmosphere with some of the best craft cocktails in Nashville. A little pricey but so is the rest of Nashville. At least the drinks are strong/good and you don't have drunk dude from Missouri in a cowboy hat yelling Yeehaw!

I've stayed at Bode Nashville a few times and on my most recent trip, I was able to grab drinks at their on property bar called Sidebar. We liked that we didn't have to go far for a craft cocktail (especially after a long flight). First of all, the space is a carport turned into a bar which my friends and I totally loved!! It's different from the types of bars down Broadway with a more chill, down-to-earth vibe. They have a fire pit area with seating, so we sat down and even got to meet, hang, and mingle with a group of ladies that were traveling, too!

Very fun and accommodating staff. We went in for a drink and they made us some custom drinks based on what we liked. Great place to hang out with friends or a date. The perfect spot!

Absolutely loved my most recent visit to Bode Nashville. I thought there was no way that Bode could get any better until I found out they had opened their own bar on property! This was great news as I didn't have to walk far at all if I wanted to grab a quick cocktail or beer late at night. I've only had a few of their drinks and they were all great, but I was really surprised by their bar bites. The Tennessee Country Ham and Cheese Sandwich is a must order! Other than that, the bartenders were great, the vibes were very positive and laid back. It was overall a great and extremely convenient experience and I can't believe my favorite hotel just got better.

Only one star for the appeal of the venue. It was pretty empty in the bar and we were completely ignored. The bartender was making a drink for himself while having a conversation with the manager. We stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. We eventually asked if we could order, the bartender said yes then turned around to continue having his conversation and completely disregarded us. Once he was finished having his lengthy conversation he then asked us what we would like. Completely unprofessional and rude! Will never return to such poor customer service.

Quiet place near downtown, really chill and cozy place. The bartender that helped me was really nice and the drinks were pretty good. Nice place to just relax and drink or maybe a good date spot!

My friends and I had drinks here after dinner and it was fantastic. It's tucked away an a hotel, Bode, that looks like a converted apartment off 2nd ave. The ambiance is super cool and the bartenders and drinks were on point. Great neighborhood bar for anyone living or working in SoBro that wants a break from the broadway scene. Definitely recommend.

I was really looking forward to this place until we arrived. We had walked about 7-8 blocks in the cold because the reviews were good and their charcuterie board is exactly what I wanted. The bartenders were nice enough, but also appeared to not give a crap if you were served or not. Charcuterie board clearly advertised on their menu was not available and was told it's on the spring menu. Bartender only shrugged when I mentioned the long walk in the cold to get it. Got the baked pretzel instead. It was ok, but the powdered watery beer cheese was pretty gross. It's a small place. Decor was fun and a musician came in while we were there, but we didn't feel comfortable staying.

My wife and I needed a quick getaway so we headed to Bode Nashville. Sidebar was a nice surprise! We were able to grab a drink walking distance from our room. They have an awesome selection of craft beers and we even got to enjoy the drinks around the fire pit outside.
