Sidecar Sliders and First Cut Golf is great! Food is amazing, staff is above par (see what I did there?), and the golfing is great. The golf sims at first cut are some of the best that I’ve used so far. Having partake in some golfing myself here I can honestly say that these are the best that I’ve used to date. But watching other golfers, actually use them also shows the ease of use compared to others found elsewhere. Sidecar was a very generous host for our men in business networking group as well. We had the opportunity to enjoy food and golf at this amazing location and with a highly recommend others to walk in and enjoy the atmosphere food and activities. I would highly recommend several of the appetizers here as well. My personal favorite has to be the waffle fries followed by the meatballs. I don’t know what they do, but they clearly have an amazing chef that knows what they’re doing since I could not stop eating all evening. I didn’t have the opportunity to chat a bit with the staff and discovered that the golf simulators themselves are also great for streaming live sports well also being able to do the golf simulator on the side while watching a game. This is something that I would actually like to take advantage of for a close group of friends for a viewing party Overall, this place is amazing. If you haven’t been here yet, I would highly highly highly recommend you stopping in.

Hard pass if you get take out. $30 for 4 sliders no sides and one was a buy one get one free option! The mushroom slider tasted good but fell apart. The meat on all three (two cheese burger and one with mushrooms)of the rest were hard hockey pucks and did not taste good. I will try them in person for happy hour and give them another go, but no way are they worth the price that they're selling them at.

This place has plenty of potential, with parking, lots of space, an indoor (virtual) golfing game, pool tables, TVs and vibes. However, I knocked one star off of service and atmosphere because the server (female with longer black hair) was completely inattentive to us, specifically. As a group of 2 people, it was not crowded, so we sat at the bar after standing and waiting for a host(ess) to seat us as the "Please wait to be seated" sign was up. After 4 minutes of standing there, we decided to have a seat at the bar so it would be easier. Once we sat down, she locked eyes with us, then proceeded to handle the wine bottles she was working with. Perfectly fine, but an acknowledgement would have been nice. Fast forward to another 4-5 minutes later and still no words of acknowledgement. A really cool gentleman (glasses and beard) came and dropped off menus for us and was really sweet. After a few minutes, she then came and asked us if we wanted something to drink , we ordered and she brought them to us, that was literally the last of our interactions. She no longer spoke to us, or looked our way. We needed a refill on our drinks and tried to get her attention on several occasions but another customer (who she was very excited to see, a regular, I'm presuming) came in and she immediately shrieked and tended to him. She had a conversation with him for 9 minutes , once she turned around, she got him a drink and never once acknowledged us again. We were ready to order our food and get a refill on our drinks and we're growing rather impatient. Then the gentleman working noticed us and asked if we had any questions, took our food and drink orders and tended to us the remainder of the night. He was an exceptional service worker and his demeanor was everything, very cool. I would love to come back and frequent this place, but I do have my reservations, as she really soured our experience. Had he not have been working that evening, we would have surely left, completely unsatisfied. For context, it was a Tuesday night (around 10pm) , so if it was a long day, I totally get it. But to be so attentive to other customers and completely ignore us felt particularly disheartening , and I'd rather not patronize a place with service workers like that. But besides that, the food was delicious, the portion sizes were huge , especially the calzone, the drinks were good and the restaurant was clean and had plenty of parking outside. I'd recommend trying this place out, but just be weary of that individual and her level of service (or lack thereof).

We have been wanting to try this place for a little while. The food was good but the service could be a bit better. Maybe it was just me but we got there at 5:50 (Happy Hour ends @ 6). Our waiter put down a few napkins and said he would be back to take our drink order... he reappeared again for our drink order at 6:01. 🤔 We didn't specifically go for the Happy Hour but this being our first time, it would have been nice to take advantage of that special. My husband and I ordered 2 sliders each and shared the loaded tots. The portion sizes were decent. The prices seemed a bit high but the quality was definitely a step up from your typical sliders.

I had the meatballs appetizer because a guy said that was the only reason he was there. I took 2 of the 3 home because I was having spaghetti the next day. They reheat good. I also had a nospheratu hot dog, which was very good and the 911 slider. It was very good and I like hot stuff and this got to what I call an uncomfortable heat, where I had to wait a minute to take another bite, which is perfect for me.

First time my wife and I have been here and I will say the service, food and atmosphere was above 5 stars but that’s all I could rate. I especially enjoyed or server Niya, she was polite and very attentive to her customers. If you haven’t tried this place out yet, please don’t and ask for Niya! Update 3-6-2025 Have been coming regularly and have not been disappointed! John and the staff are friendly and always there to serve your needs. I can’t say enough about this place. If you’re looking for a great place with great atmosphere, check them out!

This place is my absolute new favorite bar! Not only is the staff and service AMAZING but the food is FANTASTIC!! I’ve been coming twice-ish a week for a couple months now and everytime I go in there I have the best time! Happy Hour EVERY DAY 3-6?!? Dream come true. They have golf and an arcade too! I couldn’t reccomend this place more! From the manager to the bartenders and servers they make sure you have the best experience and it shows! Highly highly reccomend!

Visited this restaurant/bar 1 week after the grand opening. I enjoyed this restaurant. The food was good, service was great. I can’t wait to rent a bay to play the assimilating golf game with friends. The fried Brussel sprouts appetizer was so scrumptious! The meatballs appetizer were lukewarm. Therefore I wasn’t a fan of them. The smokehouse sliders were a nice size and juicy. Oh…the waffle fries were cooked just right and a must order!

We stumbled on this place because it was near our hotel. The place is very spacious. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple beers and sliders. You can pick what you want on the sliders which was perfect for us! Lots of choices for beer which was also great. They had a young man singing for entertainment. He was very good singing Johnny Cash and current songs. This would be a great place if we only lived closer. We did find out from our friends that live local that this is a chain. Check it out! You won't be disappointed!

If you walk inc and see a bunch of children running around because it's school fundraiser night, then you should turn around, walk out and go somewhere else. We were unfortunate enough to have a table right in between two of the tables that knew each other. The tables are close together and kept being bumped by people going back and forth to talk to each other, which was making me very uncomfortable. Service was slow even though our server was hustling. You could tell he was overwhelmed with the crowd. Husband and I ordered two sliders each, cheese curds and pickle fries. The food was good! My favorite was the chicken slider. We left very full. Overall we might be back but prefer other burger restaurants in the area.

I was in the area, and needed to grab dinner. I sat at the huge bar, and everywhere you looked there were TVs. The bartenders were on top of everything, and took great care of me. The place is really busy, and that was an early dinner. I ended up getting three sliders: the salmon, the chicken and the Rojo. The Rojo was really tasty, the salmon needed something else on it, the hot sauce was just the ticket. The chicken one was ok, the syrup made the bottom soggy, and all the ingredients didn't quite work well together. I'd stick with hamburger ones next time. But since they have a big menu, there's a lot to choose from, even besides sliders.

Nothing is notable about the food here. Service was good until we got our food then they disappeared. I liked the ambience and set up of the bar - we came at about 9pm on Friday and sat at the bar. I wouldn't return here for the food. However I would come for a drink at the bar again. The sycamore lane Cabernet wine was good- I looked it up and it's like a $6 bottle at retail but it didn't taste like it. Not pictured - French fries - those were good.

This was my first time here, popping in for happy hour! My friend and I got a margarita, old fashion, and a beer. My margarita was good! I also ordered wings. Now the wings were burnt and super hard/dry. I didn't ask for them to be well done so I'll assume that's how they come. Super dry on the inside where the meat wasn't even white. It could have been rebaked/refried idk. I was disappointed. My friend got the slice of pizza which was underwhelming as well. It tasted like liquor store pizza and not the good kind either. There was hardly any sauce, the cheese wasn't the best either. This is definitely a place for drinks and not food. I hope the sliders are better than the chicken and pizza. Decent customer service, nothing super over the top though

Visited on a Thursday around 9pm. It's a sports bar with an attached room with virtual golfing. We were told to sit where ever; there were a lot of options. Food service was average timeliness; drinks came a little slowly. The pretzel bits and waffle fries were very good. The wings and fried chicken slider were a little dry. Beware, the pizza calzone has mushrooms. The water refill from the pitcher tasted fairly bad. All things considered, would be a fun place for apps and drinks during a game.

Nice place, 20 big screens, games, good food, good beer and cocktail selections, fair prices and great service. Happy Hour some cocktails 1/2price and some apps were 6$. They didn't skimp on the serving size or the liquor. Christina our server did a good job explaining the different items. We had the portabela slider and the italian calzone both were excellent and quality. For Happy Hour we had the meatballs, the Brussel sprouts and the pretzel bites. I would recommend them all and the serving size was enough for two. I will return. A+ on staff friendliness.

Great food and great service. A little pricey. The specialty cocktails were "ok" in my opinion. I LOVE that the kitchen is open until 1 am and it's all gourmet food. I recommend. Especially for a nice date night.

We have played trivia here a couple of times and the host, Maria, is great. The manager, Jon, took my suggestion to switch the trivia TV to one that more people could see. The garlic parm fries were tasty! I love playing trivia and I think that that this may be our new spot!

If there is anything I do hate it when restaurant employees overcharge customers for tips and,,, you did it! Got my bill, given 18% tip, which is fare and square, but got overcharged to the likeliness of the waitress. Totally unethical, you will not see me anymore, and I will make sure everybody knows about it. Just keep your sliders for yourselves.

We just tried Sidecar Slider Bar for the first time, and we were very impressed. It is a fun environment, great service, and everything we ordered was delicious.

Came here alone and before work during happy hour. Whoever my bartender was made my margarita perfect. It was strong and just right. The restaurant gave me a vintage feel like back when the Model T was a thing . I ordered the Parmesan garlic waffle fries which were on the happy hour menu as well for $6. And then I ordered three sliders. The sliders themselves are not pricey at all! And they are pretty big in size so two will do you Justice. The fried were sooo good and whatever sauce they use is the best . Every warming them up after 2 days they still tasted almost as good as fresh to be honest. The smokehouse slider was good. It came with jalapeños and an onion ring with pepper Jack cheese. The salmon slider was OK. I wish the salmon was seasoned a little bit more and they could've held off on the cucumber and added a special sauce and the pulled pork I literally stuffed my face just to eat this one because I cant let yo on a hood pulled pork sandwich. Everything was DELICIOUS . Will definitely be talking about this place and I will be back 10/10 Highly Recommend

We have been to Sidecar a handful of times now. Each time we've had a great experience. Food is delicious. Drinks are good. Service is always great. Friendly owners great staff. Keep up the good work!

Had a really nice experience here during an early Saturday dinner. This space is HUGE and hopefully Sidecar is here to stay, as this spot seems to rotate businesses in and out rather quickly. Our server was awesome! He kept our drinks full and stopped by to make sure everything was OK throughout our stay. Very attentive and pleasant. I saw the tap list had Stone Ruination and I've not had that beer in many years, so I was excited to get to have it again, but the beer that came out of that tap was NOT Ruination. It was a Stone Hazy IPA... Not a big deal, and I'd guess that the list was just out of date? I placed an order for three sliders and we split the Garlic Parm Waffle Fries, which were great! I ordered The Rojo, Fried Chicken and B Ham, and while the sliders were very good, I got the Dirty Bird rather than the Fried Chicken. The three sliders were deceptively filling, especially when paired with the waffle fries. You could probably get away with two. The meat was prepared well, and the sliders had just enough toppings so they presented well, but were not overflowing so they were easy to eat. The B Ham had a very interesting combination of flavors with the blue cheese and zip aioli, and the avocado turned the Rojo from a "standard" burger into just something a bit more with it's unique flavor and texture. The Dirty Bird had a nice buffalo sauce; that familiar buffalo flavor with a slight amount of heat that won't offend anyone that doesn't eat spicy food. They were all delicious! I didn't bring up the beer/slider mishap. It's not that big of a deal, but I'm sure they would have made it right... Other than not getting a few of the items that I had expected, the service was great and the food was all very good. I think this may end up in the rotation! Check it out!

Great atmosphere and a huge dining room. Everything we had was delicious! It was hard to choose what we wanted. I feel like this will be the place where we try something different every time we go.

"Let's go out to eat tonight", she said. "Where to?", I said. "Somewhere new, some place we haven't been to before", she said. "Okay", I said, scrolling through the Yelp! app. "How about this: exotic sliders and artisan pizzas and more", I said, "And in nearby Sterling Heights Michigan. Good reviews, interesting menu items...let's go!" And so we did. Garlic Parmesan waffle fries for starters, then a Steak and Egg slider for me and a Rojo slider for her, plus a mushroom and Swiss slider for each of us and a lemonade beverage apiece. About 30 minutes later: " Wow!" , she said. "This is so good! Quality beef, bacon, avocado, chipotle aioli...and the fries are pure nirvana. How did you find this place?" Me, pausing between bites of filet mignon slider with a fried egg and cheese: "On Yelp, of course. It's my go-to for hot and new places." We left stuffed with quality food and drink and even had a box of leftovers, all for about $35. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and an indoor golf arcade through the connecting door for the sporting types...you need to be here. Now.

I love what they have done with the place!!! The sliders were awesome. I came during happy hour (which is every day 3-6) and snagged a couple cheap wines before indulging in 3 different kinds of sliders. My husband loved the 911 and I thought the Greek slider was unique and bomb! Definitely will return for some golden tee with the crew soon.

Great service, the food is always top notch and amazing. The inside is very roomy, many tables and booths to accommodate!

The ambience and the decor is very nice. The food was pretty good. We went during Happy Hour and it was not too busy. The food was decent, our pretzel bites were a little over done but still tasty, the Parmesan fries were pretty good, and our sliders were delicious. The service was a little slow.

Sidecar has a nice space for indoor golf, arcade games, great bar, and really amazing food! Their menu is HUGE, so it makes picking pretty hard! We tried a little bit of everything! The 2 am slider was SOOO good! The Greek slider and the peanut butter and jelly sliders were also other favorites! The bacon wrapped hot dog was tasty, hard to taste the bacon, but it was super flavorful. The fried pickle hot dog was the best of both worlds because you get to try their hot dog and a little fried pickle action! Overall, the service was so friendly and fast, restaurant was clean and spacious, and food was spectacular! We can't wait to be back and try other things off of the menu!

We had an amazing experience partly because our waiter Mark was exceptional! His recommendations from drinks to food were spot on! Attentive without being bothersome he made sure everything was perfect for my husband and myself. The sliders were great and full of flavor and the pretzel bites are a must. We will definitely be back to try some different options, menu has quite the variety. The restaurant itself is modern, large, and full of tvs. Pick your sport it was on. Next time hoping to bring friends and try out the golf simulator next door.

Ambience was not great...super loud kids at the pool table through my whole meal. Lizzie was polite but service was slow. The house bread appetizer was tasty but huge! The size of a full pizza. The slider I had was good! I only tried one because I was stuffed from the bread.

Idk which one was better the service or the food! Such a laid back and friendly vibe and it's been a long time since I've been able to enjoy something I have ordered. I can't wait to come back!

I have been a loyal customer of Side Car for many years now I normally go to the location in Birmingham. I do work out in Sterling Heights so I tried this location and I was thoroughly impressed. The food is fantastic and it has such a great and fun atmosphere and the service is wonderful. I highly recommend that you try the golf that they have and also they have wonderful chicken tenders and sliders. Definitely recommend coming to check it out. The quality of the food is amazing.

I don't typically write reviews being a full time working mama of a 20 month old but this place was far better than I expected and I don't even golf. The food, drinks (wine choices specifically), service, and ambiance were all great. The only thing I'd recommend is a kids menu for the youngsters. Most people in there had kids!

Food was really good. Had the meatloaf slider with jalapeno mashed potatoes. It was on special. So good! Faith was our server, she was fantastic and made a great Old Fashioned. Will be back. Probably tomorrow.

Great new restaurant. Super happy hour 7 days a week from 3 to 6. $6/appetizers and great drink prices. We tried the Brussel sprouts, coconut shrimp, and pierogis apps. It was all very tasty.

service was friendly but slow. food was meh, except that one of my sliders (ahi tuna) was terrible. they took it off my bill but i haven't been able to eat ahi (one of my favorite foods) since.

Tried to go when they opened and the wait was too long. Gave it a shot this week. The decor is great. Lots of room. The golf simulator is fun for a night out with friends. The manager was super friendly. The food was ok. Brussel sprouts amazing. Apps came out with the mains. Thought the server was going to cry when I mentioned that we ordered apps as she served our sliders. The menu priced wine at $12 but we were charged $15. Fun place but they need to Work on the servers, food timing and the menu pricing.

Our waitress was Faith and she was very friendly and polite. Best service we have had in a while. Sorry no pictures but my wife got the 2am and traverse city salad. I got the dirty bird, perch and breakfast slider. I liked the dirty Bird best the bacon jam on breakfast slider was a lot but still good. I also got the chili cheese fries it uses their chili which is a little bit of kick. I would go back again and try more food.

Excellent happy hour selection! Food came quickly and was very good. Service was excellent! The atmosphere was a "let's have a good time" vibe! The added bonus is there are golf simulators on the one side separate from the main dining area and games for the kids. Great idea.

Read many good reviews of this new place, had to try it. We went during happy hour, a $4. draft is a good thing. Shareable at $6.00 was worth a try. I can make my Mrs. T's pierogies better than theirs (mine would be hot when served).Our meatballs would have been better if they were served while hot, however when we received them the sauce was separated and watery along the sides. If they specialize in Sliders put one on the Happy Hour menu so we can try one. Will not be back

Amazing staff, food and atmosphere!!! Great place for gatherings and watching sports... Need a place for a party, check this place out. They also support the local schools with their fundraising events.

We've been there many times and the staff is great !! Manager John is always welcoming , accommodating and excellent in his position. The food is consistent. Highly recommend for a work outing or after a game !!!

Mark, our bartender/server was amazing. He was super knowledgeable about the food and beers/craft cocktails that are offered. I'm definitely going to host an event on the golf side of the establishment. Kelly V.

Food and service was great! My husband and I tried for the first time as we had a free appetizer coupon, it will not be our last. We had the pretzel bites as appetizer and was yummy. We both ordered 5 different sliders and all were delicious. We will be back and hope to catch a football game, lots of big screen tvs.

This location must not stay open until 2 AM yet... I pulled up on a Tuesday night at 12:35 all the seats were on the bar and closed up. Hope they start staying open late soon like the other locations. Please update the correct times on Google/Yelp.... Food is always tasty!

Simple yet amazingly delicious burger sliders. You will not be disappointed! Breakfast slider was my favorite but also had 'Get him to the Greek' & 'Drive thru' which were great. Order fries, they were some of the best I've ever had.

Food was adequate as was the service, but in the description of sidecar slider bar, they say it has a "golfers" theme but to be honest I did not see one thing related to golf. I'm not sure what that was about.

Had a blast at Sidecar Slider Bar. Food, service, and overall experience was outstanding. The golf simulators were incredible. Would be perfect venue for small teams or family's to enjoy. Will be back before we leave in a few days!

Went here for a date night and overall really enjoyed it. Everyone that helped us was super friendly, Kailey was our waitress and she was the sweetest, so patient and checked in on us frequently. I had 2 sliders and split the garlic parm fries and I was more than satisfied, I don't even think I would've been able to eat a third slider if I had ordered one. Overall very good time, highly recommend!

Great addition to Sterling Heights ! I've tried 3 of their sliders , drive thru , 2am and the salmon . All really good ! Staff was nice and helpful with the menu . Definitely going again!

We had Tim as our server and he was very attentive, friendly, and ready to answer our questions. He gave great recommendations! The place was very nice, and had cool activities I want to come back and try! The food was AMAZING sliders we're great, but the garlic parm fries were so delicious. They had a huge draft selection which is a plus!!
