This a great place to go if you want to grab some apps/drinks. Our server was very friendly and offered great customer service. His name was Juan and he was a great dude. We tried the Artichoke Dip and it was super tasty. Try it with the wontons. Yummy. The atmosphere is fun and can accommodate large groups before a sporting event.

My husband and I are empty nesters. We have been watching weekend games several times. It is a lively atmosphere and a fun place to hang out with friends. Our favorite bartender, Alex, aka “Little Red,” suggested we try out an event, as I love trying new things and love live music. We loved the Live Band Karaoke It was so much fun!!! Thank you, Little Red, for always caring for us. 🥰

This is a good place to chill with friends—great vibes and a solid drink menu. The food was good, and everything we tried hit the spot. The only downside was the service, which was a bit slow, especially for a busy Friday evening. That said, once things got going, we had a great time overall. Worth a visit if you’re not in a rush and just want to relax with good company.

This place is very large with an upstairs and downstairs area, likely great for large events. There is plenty of nearby parking. We came Saturday night, 04/19/2025 and saw several filtering in from Pete's Dueling Piano Bar at about 12:30am. It was packed with a college crowd. From that perspective, it's probably a great spot for sporty young ladies as it was a veritable "sausage fest," i.e. probably at least 2-3/1 men to women ratio. Being so crowded, service for food or drinks suffered. We're happy the fajita nachos pictured got delivered at all. They were quite tasty, though. We'll have to visit again another time to get a better and more fair check on the full menu and service. I'd like to ensure this first visit was just a late Saturday night college crowd party night and not typical. Frisco PD was in the area in force and what I think are shady activities were pretty visible throughout the area as well. I just don't fit in very well with the perma-party socialites and elites that throng areas like this. That's not a direct ding on Sidecar from me - the whole area is just a weird vibe to me.

The main reason that I was there was to photograph an event. The venue is excellent. The food and service are first rate. I will have to go when I can peruse the full menu and try more of their wonderful food!

Great atmosphere. Perfect to watch plenty of sports. Activities for all. From basketball, ping pong, skee ball, darts. Food was tasty. Good service and clean bathrooms.

A very good experience first time at this facility good food very friendly people. They have a place that you can shoot basketball for the kids and I doubt ping-pong and also bowling. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Stop in for lunch. The avocado club and fries really good. The fries came out crispy and coated with salt and pepper. For the sandwich the bread was soft and veggie were fresh. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive

Chicken Lettuce Wraps are gooood. Music and ambiance is modern. But we will most definitely be back for Juan!!! He understood the assignment and adds such a unique spin on his service, it blew me and my family away. Very friendly, almost felt like family! Every item he recommended was spot on, kid was amazing! 10/10

this place is HUGE! and it far exceeded my expectations. it's great that you can choose what type of ambiance you'd like. my friends and i chose to sit in front of the live band and got a lively night out. the drinks were balanced and packed a punch, and the bartenders were efficient.

First time at this place and it was the night of the men's final four. It was crowded (which was expected). The only issue I had was the wait which was 2 hours but I saw multiple tables open. We ended up getting a seat at the bar after waiting maybe 10-15 minutes. Bartender who was a black woman with glasses (I forgot her name I'm sorry) WAS AMAZING 5 out of 5!!! Very nice, attentive, the drinks she made were 5 out of 5. She really helped us have an amazing experience. Drinks: great! Margarita and the espresso martini Food: pizza and the nachos with the brisket YUM Atmosphere is cool you have games such as basketball, skee ball, ping pong I think We didn't play any games but sat at the bar!! A lot of cute guys in case yall wanted to know and just a fun laid back atmosphere. We were seated in the back area and back bar but in the front it's a little more chill. They have lots of TVs and an upstairs area that may be for parties (not sure). Definitely great place to watch games but also great place to have a nice meal and also be able to watch games as well.

I came here for a friend's birthday party. While our server was fantastic and very attentive, my experience with the food was disappointing. I ordered the ahi tuna nachos, which took an unusually long time to arrive. When they finally did, they were completely inedible--I actually had to give them to another server to take back. For $16.50, I expected much better quality. I'd recommend coming here for drinks and the great service, but I'd suggest looking elsewhere for food.

Such a fun spot! We came for a quick happy hour but it was my first time and love to see all of the games that you can play without having to pay! The basketball shoot-out is much higher/deeper than typical arcades which was super fun. Full size basketballs and definitely requires a good flick of the wrist. The service was also great, our server was definitely on top of her game and kept the drinks flowing! We ordered the queso blanco dip as well as wings, both came out quickly and were good! We asked for another basket of chips as you get a skillet of queso so that was great, I feel like most places won't do that.

The atmosphere is top-notch--lots of big screens, high-energy vibes, and plenty of space for groups or solo visitors. The staff is friendly, and there's a wide selection of drinks to keep you refreshed throughout your time. That said, the food is nothing to write home about. The menu is your standard bar fare, but the quality is pretty underwhelming. Expect typical wings, burgers, and fries, but they don't really stand out in flavor or presentation. I got the Mango Habanero wings and the temperature wasn't very hot and the flavoring was below average. It's not bad, just average, and for the price, I found myself wishing for a bit more. Still, if you're here for the experience, the food is really secondary to the great vibe and perfect setting to watch sports with friends. Just don't come expecting a culinary masterpiece.

Food and service is always great. It's a nice and fun sports bar. I've been here to watch games, for work happy hours and just to get a break away from home. Pet friendly in and outdoors although I always opt to sit on the patio. Nice affordable neighborhood bar

I had an event at the location. It was my first time at the location. It is very big. The event was on a Saturday afternoon. It was fairly crowded but we were able to get a couple of tables. The waitresses were attentive from beginning to end. The food and drinks were good. The atmosphere was very fun ....games and tv screens all around. We would visit the location again.

it was as if we didn't exist we walked in sat down ready to order drinks no one was at the front no one came to help up after we sat down. once we did we assumed it was just busy so we flagged down a server that was working on the table next to us to call for help. She looked at us mumbled something and walked away. no one came to take orders even after flagging down people. needless to say we took our business elsewhere for food and drinks. So if anyone is taking guest to this place you might now get seated or helped if you do find seating and might have to find elsewhere. looked like a cool place inside but the service needs a lot of improvement. I do plan to return one day to give this place a sec chance but it was very embarrassing bringing my date here just to have to leave.

Nice spot to go to for great food, drinks and friendly staff. The ambiance is amazing and the layout of the restaurant is spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend both entrees in the photos.

Good to watch game and drink a few beers, very loud and there's not an easy way to have a conversation but it's a cool place

For watching sports very good , food is so so, drinks are good. If you don't like a very loud noise bars, don't go.

My first visit to this location was amazing! It was with a large group for work. The serves were working hard keeping the food & drinks flowing. Everyone had a great time playing games & socializing. So this week I talked a couple other coworkers to going for happy hour. Huge mistake. They had ample staff for the lack of customers. The server was attentive with me at first but then it the rest of the party showed & took us probably 15ish min to order drinks & an HOUR after ordering to get an appetizer. In that hour we never saw our waitress at our table. So we moved to another section. The new waitress was annoyed. We got quicker service & finally got out appetizer at that table but she was rude. It's just not fun to be at a restaurant where you're paying to be treated like they want you to leave. The Addison location has better service. Not as many games & doesn't seem as nice as the Frisco one but I think I'll only go to Addison from now on after this experience.

Overall experience was decent. We went to watch college football and ordered wings, flatbread, and chicken fried steak. Presentation of the food was very nice but The food was mediocre, nothing really popped about it. Our server was good, quick, tactful, respectful. The atmosphere is perfect for small and large crowds, fun spot for couples and date night. Till then, let's eat!

This place is gigantic and chaotic. It's so big that they sometimes have areas that are not open, so finding tables is sometimes confusing especially when a section is closed. But it's a big sports bar and it's extremely popular. If you're heading up to see a Cowboys game, go an hour or more earlier. Food is better than normal.

I was invited here. Almost didn't come because I got an early flight tomorrow. I'm glad I did. The food was good. The service was good too. It's a lot of TV's and people in here. The vibe was good too.

This bar/restaurant is always the vibe! They have great food and drink options and so many nice deals. Salsa here is the most refreshing,well-seasoned salsa I've ever had and it isn't a single menu item. Blasphemy! This needs to be a standalone item because it's so SMACKIN. Here's hoping they do something about it. Cheers!

Our group of work friends visited Sidecar for a birthday lunch. We were drawn to Sidecar because of the outdoor seating with the firepit. We were seated immediately. There was a small ledge at the firepit, but it would have been nice to be able to eat without having our plates on our laps. Service was friendly. The lunch flatbread with a side salad was a great value at $12.00. The flatbread was the perfect size for lunch. Great lunch spot at The Star.

5 star service and food. I love this location. It's huge and cozy! Games, sports bar, hide away. Great for group dinners, birthdays, or holiday parties. The ambiance does it for me, dimmed and sets the tone for date night lol. I will be back.

Only thing worse than the food is the lazy, lousy lack-of-service. That was consistent all 3 times my friends brought me there. Now none of them go there either.

The wait staff and the host are very rude to customer. We were there earlier for a couple of cocktails and the wait staff keep on kicking us out of a table. There was not table reserved sign on any of the tables. Not a good place to go anymore.

This is a great place to wind down after a long day. Plenty of games and a fun atmosphere. Our server Hannah was super friendly and attentive to our family . We love the variety of foods and highly recommend the shaved ribeye dip sandwich. Great vibes all around.

Sidecar Social in Frisco offers a fun, lively atmosphere perfect for casual outings. I tried the BBQ Chicken Flatbread and Chicken Wings, and both were great choices. The flatbread juicy BBQ chicken, melted cheese, and a tangy BBQ drizzle. Flavorful and shareable. The wings were crispy outside, tender inside, and came with classic sauce options. Service was attentive, and the vibe was energetic. A solid spot for good food, and games!

Cool place to watch games, karaoke, play, and dine. We stayed outside for the duration of our visit and enjoyed an assortment of apps and food. All were delicious. Our server Justice was terrific, and a manager also came to check on us to see how our group of 10 was doing. We hung out in one of the cabanas outside and the fire pit put out some good heat, so we asked them to turn it down a bit, which they gladly did. In cooler weather, the put would really bond in clutch. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.

If I could give zero stars I would. To start off with we walked in and there were like 10 employees standing at the hostess both and none of them smiled or greeted us. We asked to sit at a table by the bar to have some happy hour drinks and food. Our waitress came over and introduced herself.. I complemented her name and there was no thank you or a smile. I asked her a question about happy hour and she walked away without even answering the question. This happened several times she would walk away so fast we couldn't place our order and she didn't answer any of the 5 or 6 questions I asked. When we finally got our drinks I just handed her my card to close out. The customer service was so bad I didn't want to stay in there a second longer. In theory it is such a cool place it should be packed on a Friday night but I can now see why it was so empty :(

Went here for drinks at night. There was music and saw a DJ setting up. It gets pretty crowded. The tall domestic Pilsner costed $7, short domestic draft $5, violet fog cocktail $10, sidecar cocktail $11, and well whiskey/coke $6. Lots of TV everywhere. There's also an upstairs but it was reserved for an event. Would choose this place over the one in Addison.

Food is amazing!! Came here for a sorority celebration and we had a lovely food spread of salad, nachos and flatbreads. The bar left more to be desired, other than this, everything was great. The food brought me back a week later for brunch.

Food took forever. And it is really not that good. If you want to have a drink, maybe. But definitely not to eat.

Arguably the best sports bar/ lounge I've ever been in. Spacious with plenty of screens. They offer private rooms, the patio was appealing and there was even more space upstairs. This space could easily be converted in a lounge by removing tables Screens everywhere.......I went on a Sunday and they had every game on.........EVERY GAME.......Service was adequate, could've been better but it was extremely busy. Someone in our party ordered a ribeye grilled cheese sandwich. I was allowed to taste it and I must admit, it was extremely tasty. They had a great variety of beer and cocktails. Do yourself a favor and goto the bathroom. Wash your hands and don't forget to check out the mirrors.......Trust me......

Sidecar Social is a fun date night. Go on Wednesdays for Karaoke or Fridays and Saturdays when they have live bands. We checked out Decades and they were a lot of fun - singing '80s to now. The food was mediocre as expected since it runs like a bar. The Ghost Pepper Wings were not spicy at all so that was a big disappointment. The best part of the restaurant is that all games are free - basketball, foosball, darts, and ping pong. How neat! Since it was so packed during the live band night, we barely got in an hour before the band started. I don't believe they take reservations either.

At a bar it is completely understandable that the staff can feel the pressure of a high demand during a Saturday. My experience was less than satisfactory for the reason of waiting 45 minutes for a table, then the table wasn't available. The host then had us walk around the room until we found a table. The worst part, the table was not even cleared. Cloth napkins in the seat, food baskets scattered about the table and the area littered with crumbs and spilt booze. The server took 15 mins to attend to us and did not wipe the table, despite politely being asked.

Horrible service and horrible front door staff. The front door hostess was extremely rude with a bad attitude. We were waiting for a table for over 45 minutes then they tried seating us in a section that we did not ask for. We spoke to a manager Alyssa and she did not care about us and our experience. She did not acknowledge what we requested and she did not apologize at all. I worked 12 years previously in the restaurant industry and I know what customer service is. This is horrible customer service and I'll never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to come and catch a game. Inside was full put our name down at least 2 hour wait. In the mean while we decided to seat in one of their porch tables outside with a cold weather had a fire pit it was nice but not enough to keep us warm. It would have been better if they add heaters outside so it can keep costumers warm in occasions like this. Our party had 10 people and flagged a server so we could order however after 40 minutes we decided to go to another place no server ever came to checkup on us or to place an order. A couple of our friends in our party had to go inside to get a drink from the bar. I can't give an opinion on the quality of food since I didn't get a chance to try it. I would still give this place another try if in the area.

Drinks were watered down and they charge three dollars for an ice cube per drink. That is ridiculous. The drinks weren't even that great.

Service was great! Nadia was fantastic and passed us off to Max after we stayed past her shift. Super professional and seamless service.

Really fun environment, but the staff is overwhelmed. Some seem very flustered because it's so crowded and others aloof because it's crowded. Food is your average American bites, nothing to jump for joy over. Drinks are meh... we had to send 3 drinks back. One was a really flat beer it was baaaad, another was a dirty grey goose martini that was advertised as including blue cheese stuffed olive, but they forgot my olive, the last one was a margarita and they forgot to salt the rim! I think they're just moving too fast. It was a bummer to send them back because it took eons to get our first drinks. But... the vibe made up for it. We had tons of fun chatting it up (you have to yell because it's loud AF inside or sit outside), we played darts & basketball and enjoyed watching live karaoke. After 10pm it's adults only. We were there for dinner but got to see the line pile up.

Given the location and ambience, the service here is subpar. If you're looking for good cocktails and tentative service, I wouldn't recommend this place. Watch a ballgame and drink beer on the tab. Experienced servers who care about their customers are what they need.

Solid environment for a Friday night! Came here with some friends and my wife to play some games and drink. The live music was pretty great and they seemed to keep the energy in the place alive. We played some skiball and basketball and overall had a great time! The skiball machine missed some points but that's really the only complaint that I had with either. The service for drinks was fine; we were able to get our drinks pretty quickly.

My friend recommended this place because it just opened up in Frisco. At first glance, it seems super trendy and a place I'd like to hang out at. However, let's start with the wait. We went on a Monday night around 9pm and it was a two hour wait so we decided to hang around the bar until someone left and grabbed two seats. This took us about 30 min. Bartenders were awesome. Very tentative and funny. We did order food. Flatbread was good and wings were okay. Hooters had better wings if I'm being honest. However, I'd be willing to give this place a second chance and if it's better I'll update this review.

This location is much larger than the Addison location. I've only been for sports games to meet up with friends and they have a lot of different spaces to reserve. I got the lemon pepper and buffalo boneless wings and the banana pudding. Both great! Biggest issue we had was we had reserved the cabana for a group of 8 and we kept being told it was ready when it wasn't. Either the tv was broken so we were sent back to wait, or they weren't ready for us after telling us to close out our tabs. It was a bit challenging and mixed communications.

This place is great! The DJ Joe is crazy good and Aviana behind the bar is the best. Ahi Tuna nachos are my new go too! 10

Came here for happy hour and stayed until 10 pm happy hour menu was decently priced! I got the flatbread pizza. well drinks were only 7$ all night which was so nice. Once the live band got there it was SO fun. Normal bar when it comes to waiting for a drink. They're busy and have a huge bar so I get it. I'll def be back it was so fun

Came here for a birthday day event and we reserved a place upstairs . It was a nice setup and they also have a private karaoke room enough to hold a big group . Upstairs you can look down on the live performance downstairs and people watching . Food was mediocre and likewise with the drinks . Services was great otherwise .

I've been to this location twice now, the first time my experience was amazing so I decided to come back with a group of friends. We came in last night to watch the Mavericks vs Lakers game. Unfortunately the back bar was full so we sat at the front bar. The red headed bartender looked very lost, and was extremely rude from the moment we sat down. We left within 30 minutes to watch the game elsewhere.

Service is always good! Missing my Old Town Scottsdale vibs, this is the closest I found in North Dallas. I love the atmosphere for football barkeeps very friendly. Food is solid!
