We have lived in Vegas for many years and finally decided to drive from Summerlin to try out Bagelmania near the convention center. We thought it would be another bagel shop pretending to be a deli. We were delighted to learn it was worth the drive. Almost like a NY deli and good enough that we’ll return.
Only in Vegas does a deli turn into a spectacle. Pinkbox donuts has a small shop inside it.
My bagel sandwich had pastrami, onion ring, two eggs, swiss cheese, and hashbrowns. Delicious. The pastrami was pretty good - although a bit too thin for me but flavorful.
The pickle on the otherhand was too salty for me but it had the right amount of acid.
The star was Christina, our server, who was there this morning. She was attentive, efficient, friendly, and even anticipated our wants - I saw the table next to us got lemon with their water, and just said”oh lemons.” She must have heard me as she left our table and without us asking, she brought some for us.
However, the valet parking is all that they have, and I only had a $5, so, take some bills if you’re going that way. The valet specifically are expecting a tip- just a bit of a turn off.
