For being honest with all. I was thinking to give this place a chance to convince myself 3.3 out of 5 is normal! But I am convinced now. every place is low rated does mean something and believe that not worth the visit. Once I asked them why is your evaluation was low? They responded to me. angry customers and we don’t care about that 🤦🏻‍♂️ actually I was shocked 😳 from this answer but I took the risks and provided them this chance and myself to changed it. But am convinced now. Never ever trust low rates and carry on to another level or place. Service and quality does mean and matter. So the story begins with us once we booked the place for 6 people for a certain place “table” and we got the confirmation. Although the place was literally half empty! We went and the place we asked for was not the same place. So they provided us a table close to the bathrooms 🚽 Once we were there we saw an incident with another customer and he lost his temper and his voice was very loud and I will provide his voice here. “ for being honest” As of food I would be very frankly “way below average” as Italian cuisine. My second star ⭐️ is only for one person over there. Mr. Ahmad, whom took care of our table. That’s it. With a final calculations will never going to visit this place. Or places in low evaluation. Don’t waist your time or money in this kind of places. Until top management gets involved and do something about the mid management process.

Upon arrival a couple of minutes late we were really well received by a hostess and then walked us to the main room in the restaurant. We were a group of 3 people, one white girl, an Asian girl and myself a black guy. Previously I looked at reviews and was a it sceptical due to some review and I can strongly state that this was never the case with our experience! Great service throughout our meal, amazing set up, food was really good ( we had the octopus, pasta with truffle and the fish). Two of the staff really stand out, Emiliano and Mathis, they were friendly, informative, accommodating and all round great at being a waiter! Will recommend this restaurant to my friends/family circle.

During a simple visit to Siena, I was utterly charmed by the experience. The decor is beautifully crafted, with intimate lighting that makes it an ideal spot for capturing memorable photos. Raphael's service was impeccable—he was not only smiling and warm but also incredibly professional, making sure everything was efficient and prompt. The overall atmosphere felt cozy and inviting, a true slice of Italy right in the heart of the city. If you’re looking for a place that combines exquisite service with a picturesque setting, Siena is a must-visit!

We had to alter our booking time as our flight was delayed getting in and the restaurant was very accommodating to this. When we got there we were greeted by lovely waiters and were quickly served, we ordered the Pici Casio e pepe and the Siena rigatoni, which were both amazing and i will be going back for these! To finish, we had tiramisu which was so delicious! Everything about this restaurant is great and we can’t wait to go back!

I am in love with this restaurant!! The atmosphere from the moment you enter is amazing - very cozy and the live music makes it even better. The interior and the decorations are lovely, I absolutely loved all the signed plates by celebrities on the wall! The food was very good and I loved everything! Service was very on point as well. I absolutely recommend eating here at least once if you like Italian but just know that it’s quite expensive!

Enjoyed dinner here! Make sure you have a reservation 2-3 weeks in advance- it gets busy. I had the Pici Cacio e Pepe which was Fantastic!! The beef filet was a little dry, the veal was fine, and the Italiano pizza had a ton of burratta. The service was nothing exceptional- we were mostly left alone which is fairly typical for French Restaurants. The portions are large. The music was a little loud for my taste.

Ah yes, welcome to the Segregation Station! Came for a chic Parisian dinner, but we were greeted by a hostess who looked like she’d just seen her ex walk in… with us. The energy? Deeply unhappy to see Arabs at the door. We ended up in the Arab Annex — you know, that charming far corner of the restaurant where they seem to herd every table with a Middle Eastern surname. Cozy! If by cozy you mean suspiciously strategic. 🕵🏽‍♀️ We clocked at least 3 or 4 other Arab tables —all neatly tucked away in the same far end like it was a family reunion we didn’t RSVP to. Meanwhile, other patrons enjoyed the “scenic” areas of the restaurant. Très obvious, mes amis. The food was good! But we came to dine, not to witness the floor plan of obvious French discrimination. Shame on you.

One of the most beautiful restaurants in terms of decor and food. It was delicious. I ordered a margherita pizza, pici cacio pepe, cheese burrata salad, and siena sigatoin. The waitress was very kind. The restaurant is close to the fondue and a group of restaurants.
