The Best Pizza in San Juan, Puerto Rico | Bon Appétit
"A truck-based pizza project launched in mid-2022 that operates from a spot behind a gas station with picnic tables for diners who want to eat hot pies on-site. The operator brings international influence and training to traditional Neapolitan techniques, offering classics like a honey pepperoni as well as more experimental collaborations (clam pies with a seafood restaurant and a seasonal pumpkin-sauce pie). Long-term goals include opening a restaurant and producing supermarket-ready pies, and the venture positions itself as part of a collaborative, educative wave of local pizza makers." - ByAlicia Kennedy
Visit the new one in Santurce. No tables available even though the place was empty. Service very poor. Pizza needs works. Appetizers came after the pizza. Definitely I suggest you to go to the original one in Guaynabo.

My first time at the place and the pizzas are very good. The combination of flavors of the Honey Burrata pizza are on another level. The normal Margherita pizza, nothing extraordinary.
I would comeback to try the other flavors.

My favorite pizza spot in all of PR 💚 One word: Authentic, flavor is always 20/10💥 friendly staff, prices are what you’d expect in SJ. Like authentic Italian pizza portions are for 1 person maybe 2.
Bottom line is I recommend this place to everybody I know. 🫡

They took an hour but it was worth it! The honey Burrata pizza was delicious and the margarita! The dough is tasty a little hard to cut but very tasty and the Burrata was fresh and good quality and the pepperoni on it was delicious. You should order ahead but I wouldn’t take it to go home it gets soggy quick. 10/10

Delicious Pizza! The bread was airy and soft, the sauce tastes great, the ingredients fresh. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome pizza cooked from a food truck by skilled and friendly staff. Had the Honey Burrata. The uique combination of honey and red sauce was a refreshing touch. It is off the main road and behind a gas station butceasy to get to. Go visit.

The honey burrata is more spicier than sweet, but nonetheless was delicious!

I ordered ahead of time via a food APP for pickup. When we arrived it wasn't ready and we waited an hour after the food order was placed in the APP. Pizza was good but nothing out of the ordinary.
