Super fast service with great food! Friendly staff. The food is well seasoned. I normally get the baked scrod or the beef. Another great option is the stuffed chicken breast but that is normally only available after Thursday's. If you like pickeld beets they have an area you can grab them till your stuffed!

I have been coming here since I was a little girl, the roast beef is always a winner, it is absolutely tasty and so slow roasted perfectly. I adore all the free pickle chips too. Classic great food, really comforting.

I've been coming here since I was a kid; great food, great service. If you don't have time to put an order in, this place is QUICK! You grab your food in line. Its a different kind of restaurant... You get your food buffet style, then the girl kindly takes your food to the table for you. Even though its "buffet" style, its great! I love the Roast Beef that is carved right in front of you 😊☺️💞 They are Trans Friendly as far as I can tell, I've never had a problem.

Love this place and have been going here since I was a kid ( anyone remember the paper straws? ). It's a great place to go for a home style meal that also has a great price. The staff is polite and does a pretty good job at servicing the customers ( make sure to leave a tip ). It's sad that there is only 2 locations left, I really miss the Westland location as it was a bit closer. What you will find here is sliced roast beef, mashed potatoes and veggies. They usually offer some other main dishes that are home style cooked, so if roast beef isn't your thing you might find something else. Either way, I recommend it to everyone.

Service was good - that's the only reason for 2 stars. The food had....ABC (already been chewed)............it was so bad, and the fact that they just serve you a huge portion and don't let you pick and choose and try different things is strange. Cafeteria style but everything is priced individually and ends up costing $30 for two adults to eat a mountain of hospital mashed potatoes with some really badly cooked meat. The chicken was stuffed with bread....the beef was ridiculously over cooked. What's up with the pickle and beet bar? Never seen anything like it.

Ah, classic home-cooked style food, but they clean up the mess! Tasty, well-prepared, very reasonable price, YOU can custom design your own meal! (No more getting stuck with the vegatable you dont like!)Great crusty rolls, way more options than beef entrees, good pies & desserts, too. Friendly staff!

Party of 5 + 1 child. Great service. Very accommodating, friendly. Nice homey atmosphere, fair pricing, & good flavored home-style cooking.
