Signature Bangkok

We had an amazing time there. The service was top-notch and the food was impeccably presented and delicious. One of the best meals ive had in a long time. Would highly recommend it. Get the wine pairing if you drink.

Had my lunch here, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The medium-rare beef was amazing—perfectly cooked, tender, full of flavor and buttery juicy!!! But the pork neck missed the mark for me; it was too dry and lacked the juiciness I was hoping for. but the dipping sauce was amazing. The service was great, and the vibe of the place was nice, but the uneven quality of the dishes was a little disappointing. I’d definitely come back for the beef, though, and maybe try something else next time instead of the pork.

Amazing dinner at Signature Bangkok , which has been awarded a 1-Michelin Star by the Michelin Guide @michelinguide . It is led by former 2-Michelin star Chef Thierry Drapeau @drapeauthierry , and Signature Bangkok presents innovative modern French and “floral cuisine.” The art-deco dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows and velvet curtains that open to reveal the open kitchen, which serves as the stage. At Signature Bangkok, Chef Drapeau achieves classic French flavors using imported herbs and edible flowers that evoke their terroir. Signature Bangkok is currently offering 5- course and 8-course options. I had tried the 5 course menu with an Amuse Bouche, Le Petit Bouquet, Signature Course, Le Bar (Duck), Le Fromage and Le Dessert. Amazing food and beautiful presentation. Highly recommended 🔥

This is me and my dad first time experiencing a fine dining restaurant, and it truly opened my eyes to a new world of culinary delight. The concept is wonderful, and the staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. They explained everything in great detail, making the experience even more enjoyable. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, and the food is amazing. ✨✨

I went here with my husband to celebrate my birthday dinner at signature Bangkok. This is my first time here. The atmosphere very luxury.All staff really friendly and professional. At the beginning, they will serve us at surprise canapé and cold towel , then bring us to the table. Every dishes that they serve very beautiful and delightful.I could feel the care and attention from Chef and Team. Thank you so much for make my birthday be more memorable. I highly recommended this restaurant.

The food was fantastic, but the service was amateurish. A lot of the staff seemed confused half the time, they didn’t stay on top of the water refills (non-standard opaque drinking glasses didn’t help), and I had to ask for the check twice. I could see them getting a second Michelin star if they polished the service up.

Amazing food served in a very elegant way. Still only 1 star, so rush there before it becomes a 2 star restaurant. Hard to pick a single item from the 8-course menu, but fish under caviar sauce was probably my favorite one.
