We recently enjoyed an 8-course dinner at Signature Bangkok. We had a wonderful evening with delicious food. The staff is super friendly and explains the ingredients and how each dish was created. They really put a lot of care into it. It's striking that several ingredients come from France, but the overall experience is a mix of local and French ingredients. The flavors are delicious, and the overall experience has been well thought out. We opted for the 8-course dinner, but even a 5-course meal would have been more than enough. However, we do find the menu a bit pricey for an Asian restaurant. For the same price, you can enjoy a 7- or 8-course meal in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Europe. That evening, we were the only guests, which we found a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, the service and the food were good. However, for a Michelin-starred restaurant, we did find a few things disappointing. They have an open kitchen, which is a great idea. Make sure that if the kitchen isn't open yet, guests don't have to listen in on the chef's FaceTime call. That doesn't belong in a restaurant, any restaurant. Chef Thierry should also be focused solely on the preparation during the meal and not visible on their phone. Do that behind the scenes, or simply don't do it at all. Of course, things can sometimes fall over; that's human. But don't take too many risks when bringing tableware and cutlery. One dish was missing an ingredient. We reported this, but they didn't do anything with it, which we found a shame. If you don't use the accompanying wine menu, nothing else is offered. They could have accommodated this by offering something else. In this case, we had to ask for it ourselves. Finally, we found it a shame that the chef didn't come to the table himself, chat, and then leave before the last dishes were served. He also clearly told his staff that. If you're the face of the restaurant, you stay until the last dishes are finished. Despite the feedback above, we had a wonderful evening and would recommend dining here if you want the Michelin experience.

I attended the Wine & Cheese event yesterday and was absolutely blown away. As a true cheese enthusiast, this evening was nothing short of heavenly, the cheese selection was exceptional, offering an incredible variety and presented beautifully. The freshly baked breads by Chef Erwann were outstanding and paired perfectly with the cheeses – soft, crusty, and full of flavor. The canapés by Chef Thierry, Chef Gary and Chef Syrco were an absolute delight – beautifully crafted, bursting with taste, and a wonderful complement to the wines. A special shout-out to Chef Thierry for bringing this sensational event together. And a big thank you to Das, whose expertly curated wine selection elevated the entire experience. This was a masterfully hosted evening of indulgence and elegance. I can’t wait for the next one in September!

Ambience & Service was impeccable. The wine pairing journey was enjoyable consisted of wines that are limited production from Chef Thierry’s hometown in France. There is a kitchen tour to show case the produce all imported from France. Love the delicate langoustine and the amazing cheese cart platter. The dessert egg was very fun.

Located in Vie hotel Accor plus gives you 20% off the set menu before tax and service. Every meal was well presented. The personal highlight was the pigeon from France (first time trying!) and the desert (you have the break the chocolate ball)

We had an amazing time there. The service was top-notch and the food was impeccably presented and delicious. One of the best meals ive had in a long time. Would highly recommend it. Get the wine pairing if you drink.

While the food and service were acceptable, the repeated encounters with cockroaches during our meal were absolutely unacceptable and have completely ruined what was meant to be a special holiday meal. To outline the incidents: 1. First Incident (Reception): Upon arrival, while being served a welcome drink, I noticed a live cockroach in the reception area. 2. Second Incident (Dining Table): Later, during our meal, a live cockroach crawled across our table as cheese was being served, frightening my wife. 3. Third Incident (Dessert Plate): Finally, when presented with a plate meant for a chocolate dessert, we discovered a dead cockroach on it. This was the last straw, leaving us unable to finish our meal and prompting us to request the bill immediately. i received the apology reply from the restaurant on 2025-06-15 but they did not address to my request.

This is me and my dad first time experiencing a fine dining restaurant, and it truly opened my eyes to a new world of culinary delight. The concept is wonderful, and the staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. They explained everything in great detail, making the experience even more enjoyable. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, and the food is amazing. ✨✨

Unbelievably amazing food but AVOID the wine pairing. The tasting menu is fabulous, it had so many extras included and everything was exceptionally good. The flavours and combinations were exquisite and the presentation absolutely top notch. It was therefore VERY disappointing when we ordered the FIVE course wine pairing to find that this actually only included FOUR small glasses of wine. This is not mentioned anywhere! In addition, this meant that we had a course with no wine at all because we were drinking the wine to finish each glass with the paired course. Unfortunately the course that then had no wine was the cheese course and a red wine would have been perfect. There was no red wine in the wine pairing. We checked and were informed that this was correct and that the 8 course wine pairing only included 6 glasses. This really should be made more clear. The other thing that was annoying... We ordered a bottle of sparkling water. During our meal the waitress kept topping up our glasses. Without asking us she opened a second bottle. I did not want a second bottle and half of this was wasted. Such a shame because the food and ambiance could not have been better.
