"A restaurant that is well worth a visit thanks to its highly skilled cuisine and its unique sixth floor location, beneath an audacious avant-garde steel-framed dome featuring no fewer than 154 triangular panes of glass that crowns the headquarters of the Real Club Celta de Vigo. Here, locally born chef Alberto González, who for several years had a Michelin star at the Silabario restaurant he ran in Tui (Pontevedra), focuses on the new style of Galician cooking that respects tradition, albeit from a more contemporary viewpoint, building his dishes around the quality of their ingredients. His à la carte (which also includes “media ración” options) is complemented by his weekday Berbés “market” menu (one of the least expensive set menus you’ll find in any Michelin-starred restaurant in Europe) and three tasting menus: Tempo (which respects the natural cycle of nature), Raíces (an insight into traditional Galician recipes), and Solaina (which celebrates its sun-blessed setting, and uses exclusive ingredients such as seafood, lamprey and eel)." - Michelin Inspector

The least expensive Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain

"It’s not surprising this restaurant features among the least expensive Michelin-starred spots, thanks to the 'Berbés' menu—one of the lowest-priced in Europe—which changes with market availability and might include seasonal hors d’œuvres (recently, stuffed mussels), two starter options (for example, a creamy wild mushroom soup with duck scratchings, or grilled cod), and a choice between a fish and a meat main (such as a Galician take on Fish & Chips with hake, or ravioli stuffed with Galician beef stroganoff and 'caldo de Gloria', a typical Galician stock), finished with a choice of two desserts (currently, a Cebreiro cheese flan with coffee cream, or a Greek yoghurt sponge with baked strawberry cream). The Berbés menu includes hors d’œuvres of the day + starter + main course + dessert + bread for 32€, excluding drinks, and is available for lunch and dinner midweek Tuesday to Thursday, and Friday lunch only; it’s not available on public holidays or the evenings prior to public holidays." - The MICHELIN Guide

We had a phenomenal experience at Silabario to celebrate my birthday. We had the largest tasting menu, the Solaina, with wine pairing - and it was absolutely worth it. Each dish was exquisite, but the pairing elevated each excellent dish to an entirely new level. All the staff were attentive and friendly, but we would love to especially thank our sommelier who was a joy to speak to and whose passion for her craft and wines made the experience even more enjoyable. They also took the initiative to give me a little candle in our last dessert when they found out it was my birthday, which I was very touched by. I wish I lived closer to Vigo so I could come back again and again!

We’ve been a bit worried about the pre-set menu size, as it came with so many dishes, but it was just perfect for us - all the dishes were delicious and relatively small, so we could eat them all. The staff was very polite and attentive, helped to pair the food with great wine choices. Highly recommend this Michelin restaurant!

Amazing dinner, beautiful atmosphere, outstanding service. Can't say enough about the beautifully balanced dishes, the amazing textures and local ingredients. The wine pairing was on the spot and the sommelière really knows what she does. Will definitely come again, it was an evening to remember.

Amazing restaurant with very nice staff and an enticing menu. I had a hard time choosing. I ended up following my server’s suggestion and didn’t regret it a bit. All dishes were mouthwatering. Presentation was outstanding too. This place should be on everyone’s list. Don’t miss it.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Exquisite local produce mixed with great presentation and attention to detail. The eel was out of this world good and every single item coming from the set menu we ordered. The restaurant also Offers the possibility of going tapas/raciones style. I’d definitely come back as this place truly deserves their 1 Michelin star. Thank you

Another outstanding meal at Silbario. Easily the best restaurant in Galicia, if not the top restaurant in Spain. There is always a diverse menu with different price options in varying levels of sophistication. I did the Raices meal with the wine pairing this last time and it was remarkable. I love the many different flavors and tastes that can come even within a single course. I include some photos of several highlights of the visit here, including a spider crab soup, which also has its own special bowl. Highly recommended. They need a second Michelin star.

Solo diner with no reservation. Had the €40 menu. Great value for a 1⭐️ Michelin restaurant. Highly recommend. Minor note to restaurant - please add physical menus instead of QR code/phone. Don’t give people more excuses to pull their phones out at a high end dining experience.

Amazing food and great sommelier. Not 5 ⭐️ as the dishes in the Soleiana menu where not 100% consistent. Some amazing highlights (rooster, squid, appetizer bites), but also some misses (clam, oversalted sole). Recommended nonetheless also for the great location. P.S. the desserts were all 5 🌟.
