"Adding a little bit of chile to fresh fruit is the secret to a great Mexican fruit salad, and the same goes for this great cocktail with fresh lime and jalapeño muddled with watermelon and Epsolon tequila at Old City’s Silence Dogood’s. $10.50" - Caroline Coral

Came for their happy hour monday-friday 5-7pm. They have all their flatbreads on sale for $5 compares to $12 and up. It is an amazing deal and the flatbreads are huge. They are delicious as well. I went on a Tuesday around 530 and I was surprised that it wasn't packed since it's such an amazing deal. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

So I went to this bar because me and some family went on a bike bar crawl (it's called big red bike in Philadelphia if you wanna check it out) and this is where the meet up spot was.. it is not a big spot but they play good music and will even put on what you want to listen to.. they have a pizza place right next door and you can order from the bar and they will get it for you through a window they have in the bar. Staff was very friendly!

Close quarters for a nice drink and solid food. There's bar seating and a couple tables for standard seating or standing. A few beers on tap or in the bottle and a full bar for crafting drinks are available. The salad we had was delicious and when they say "spicy tots," they aren't messing around. Stop on by for a quick bite and a brew if you're in the vicinity!

My favorite bar in Philly. The DRINKS are delicious and fun, and they serve food. The staff is always very fun and I like how there are tables outside to sit. Highly recommend!!! I love it here!!!

I decided to take my mom out and she couldn't resist the nerdiness of the bar's name or the Founding Fathers cocktail. She had a wonderful time and our drinks were great. They were made even better by our absolutely lovely server, curly-hair John. We both admitted we weren't fans of the lemon juice so he made us different fruit mixes each round with epic success each time. He made sure we were taken care of without being overbearing, despite how long we took up valuable outdoor real estate. I couldn't have been happier with our service. Also, big shout out to the bartender who's name I unfortunately forgot to ask because he rescued me with garlic knots when I was hit with an almost unbearable craving for bread. I hope management appreciates their excellent staff and am so grateful for you guys helping me give my mom a a great experience.

Typical bar in Old City. There's a pizza place connected to the bar and I'm pretty sure you can order slices without having to go outside! The pizza smelled pretty good. Cheap Yuengling and they seem to have other drink specials.
