Amazing service, great prices.

Have been using this parcel service for the past 5 years. Have only good things to say about them. Reliable, courteous, upfront about estimated time of delivery etc. Longest it took for them to deliver my packages to Uzbekistan was 3 weeks, otherwise on some occasions it took 1 week. Obviously, they can't guarantee the handling of packages by airport employees, but so far, none of the packages or the items in them have been damaged.

They deserve five star!!! Honestly, in my experience everything went very smoothly (Everything arrived on time for birthday party). They charged as they promised, they delivered when they promised, they notified me several times via message and phone calls so I was on track about where my package was. Very competitive service and definitely worth every penny. I will use them again for sure.

They used to be very good. But recently their services became terrible, Besides that they don't know how to talk to their customers. I used to be a loyal customer, and used only them for sending packages to Uzbekistan. They promise to deliver the package to Tashkent in a week-10 days, but did only in 3,5 weeks! They gave me a million reasons why that happened. I understand thing can happen, but not every single time. Unfortunately they've lost my business! They became very unprofessional and rude! Would not recommend silkroad express to anyone anymore. There are many other companies who care about their reputation and customers. . , , , . . -10 , 3 - ! , ! ! silkroad - . , .

Through this company, I sent a package to Uzbekistan on December 11, 2019, today on January 5, 2020 the package has not yet arrived. I call their office every day, every day they say wait. Through my friends in Uzbekistan I found out that they did not pay the invoice, so the cargo is still in the customs warehouse at the airport in Uzbekistan. It was promised to deliver a maximum of two weeks. Awful service !!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone for shipping!

It it not reliable company! They are delvered brand new computer broken and didn't take responsibility for that,didn't compensate! They just dropped the phone,when I tried ask them what happend.Strongly don't reccomend this company
