They used to be very good. But recently their services became terrible, Besides that they don't know how to talk to their customers. I used to be a loyal customer, and used only them for sending packages to Uzbekistan. They promise to deliver the package to Tashkent in a week-10 days, but did only in 3,5 weeks! They gave me a million reasons why that happened. I understand thing can happen, but not every single time. Unfortunately they've lost my business! They became very unprofessional and rude! Would not recommend silkroad express to anyone anymore. There are many other companies who care about their reputation and customers. . , , , . . -10 , 3 - ! , ! ! silkroad - . , .

This shipping service has been around for a long time. They get blamed for many things that are outside of their control like customs in Uzbekistan, or delays with cargo couriers in some hub somewhere in the world. The thing is they are just a known shipper like me and don't actually do the routes, schedule cargo flights like DHL.

Through this company, I sent a package to Uzbekistan on December 11, 2019, today on January 5, 2020 the package has not yet arrived. I call their office every day, every day they say wait. Through my friends in Uzbekistan I found out that they did not pay the invoice, so the cargo is still in the customs warehouse at the airport in Uzbekistan. It was promised to deliver a maximum of two weeks. Awful service !!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone for shipping!

It it not reliable company! They are delvered brand new computer broken and didn't take responsibility for that,didn't compensate! They just dropped the phone,when I tried ask them what happend.Strongly don't reccomend this company
