"Opened in Understory, the Downtown underground food hall, this new stand-alone bar from veteran owners Roveen “Ro” Abante and Florenico “Diko” Jopio III (best known for Lincoln Bar) features a cloud-inspired installation suspended above the bar that is visible from Capitol, Rusk, and Milam streets. Bartenders Robby Cook and Omar Villavivencio crafted a menu of signature cocktails and updated classics—specifically highlighting an old fashioned and a paloma—while beer and wine are also available.
