For an Italian girl from NJ now in Florida never thought I would find a jarred sauce (we call it gravy, the ol' Italians) but this Silver Palate San Marzano blend, low sodium Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce is EXCELLENT! Not only low sodium but negligible sugar, too. It tastes so authentic. I use it in a saute pan w/cover after heating up some good quality olive oil, add fresh garlic, fresh broccoli, zucchini, a bit of fresh thyme, capers, and mushrooms and use it over pasta! Great source of lycopene, too, especially for men for prostate health.
