Silverlake Ramen’s Speedy Expansion Plans Will Now Include Long Beach - Eater LA

"Exactly two years ago, Silverlake Ramen confirmed some ambitious franchise plans for the popular restaurant. Since then, the busy restaurant group has managed to open on Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade, along a busy part of Sixth and Spring in Downtown, and up in Northern California. Now the chain will open in the Long Beach Exchange, with a planned arrival for Monday, September 30. Silverlake Ramen’s arrival coincides with Long Beach’s ramen explosion. Per the Long Beach Post, there is a soft-opening happening today from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. with similar hours for Silverlake Ramen through the weekend. The company website notes that future locations are coming for Koreatown, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Cerritos, Oxnard, and in Concord, North Carolina. Silverlake Ramen at the Long Beach Exchange (LBX for short) is part of owner Jitaek Lim’s franchise phase, where independent owner/operators will participate in the chain’s expansion. LBX is just off the Lakewood exit of the 405, and is a massive Long Beach development with retail stores, restaurants, and a communal space for the public. It opened in 2018 with a 17,000 square foot food vendor space called The Hangar. When The Hangar’s 14 vendor capacity is full, it will feature 14 businesses including Bottlecraft, Anaheim-based gastropub The Kroft, and hand roll shop, Temakera. Regular hours for Silverlake Ramen LBX will be from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m." - Mona Holmes

Came there with a large group for lunch. It wasn't too crowded. We had a reservation so we were seated right away. Ordered our food. Everything came out correct.

Google
I always have a pleasant time at Silverlake Ramen. I always get The Blaze which is one of there spicer ramens with an amazing thick broth that is always the best on cold days. Ever since my friend showed me this place I been hooked ever since and now I take my friends here. I also recommend there dumplings which I always get. The Service here is always nice as well. They do a good job at answering all my questions and have always been kind.

Google
The ramen and spicy garlic edamames were amazing. However the service lacked quality. We were trying to get her attention to get a refill but she kept walking away. She never made an effort to check in on us.

Google
Chanced upon their IG account while at work and was pleasantly surprised that they have a store close to our house. They are located in the area where BJs, Olive Garden, and TJ Maxx are in Cerritos. It's the area "behind" Los Cerritos Mall. Coming in you'd feel a homey LA vibe from the murals to the light fixture. They have a good range of items to choose from. They've got appetizers, sushi, ramen, desserts, and drinks. Their pork buns are perfection - the pickled onion blends well with the almost melt in your mouth pork. And you can tell that the bao is freshly made. We got a Cajun Ramen and the Ramen dip (more into that later). Unlike other ramen spots, their ramen has less soup/broth but, damn, it packs a lot of flavor! The shrimps and sausages were cooked right and they have good enough corn on it. Ramen dip thing is deconstructed Ramen where in you've got the soup/broth on a separate bowl and you dip your noodles and chasu on it. Serving is just right - not too little, not too big. Also, always get them churros with ice cream. I won't spoil it for you. Just order them and you'll thank me. The price is a bit higher than those in South St but you do get your money's worth. I highly recommend this.

Got seated right away anywhere we want and went straight ahead to the counter seats. Got the classic for sharing, 1 bowl is big enough for 2 ppl to be full. And the appetizer. Perfect. Creamy tasty broth. Of course for me, everything tasted salty but to my sis, its perfect so my taste is very sensitive lol.

Google
Their noodle is great! It's a bit bigger than usual ramen noodle. The texture is very springy and chewy and even when you done slurping all the soup, the noodle is not soggy at all. I ordered Garlic Truffle with pork. The size of chashu is legit. It also very soft and the soup is not too thick and you can smell the truffle oil. The karaake bowl and chicken karaake side order is good. I wish the chicken pieces is a bit bigger though. But the crispiness is on point.

Yelp
My first time at Silverlake Ramen and was very happy with my overall experience. + Blaze Ramen was delicious and hearty. The pork is SO tender and unlike chashu at other ramen establishments. The egg was cooked perfectly. + Also tried the spicy tuna bowl. It was pretty good, but the ramen was much better. + Service was great! Tip: If you order the original tonkatsu ramen, ask for some hot paste on the side. It elevates the soup!

Yelp
Silverlake is fast becoming one of my favorite ramen spots. I tried the one in Temecula not too long ago and liked it, so decided to try one closer to home. Taste and quality are the same, and I tried few different items at this location. I can't really select one absolute favorite that stands out because everything I tried so far have been good, but can't go wrong with just the classic tonkotsu ramen. The broth is really creamy and tasty, without being too salty like at traditional Japanese ramen places. I am able to finish the whole broth without my mouth feeling like dry cotton ball. Cajun Mazemen was unique and tasty. A twist on the traditional mazemen (brothless ramen) using cajun seasoning. Tasted like ramen version of jambalaya. Tsukemen Dipping Noodles were really good as well. Loved the thick, chewy noodles and the creamy fish stock broth. This place seems quite generous with its protein toppings. Got pork for all of them and there was almost too much to finish. Protein choices are pork, chicken or tofu. For appetizer, tried the Spicy Chicken Bun and Crispy Chicken Karaage, which were both good. Service was mixed. My first visit was pretty quick, but today was really slow even though we were first customers for the day. It seemed like the place was short staffed. The fact that I'm still giving five stars should indicate how much I like the food here. Actually, my whole family loved the food.

Yelp
I came hera Sunday at 11:30 AM there was no wait but it started to get busier soon after. I actually came for their Naruto Shippuden collaboration, but unfortunately, most of the special items were sold out. Despite that, the visit was well worth it thanks to the exceptional customer service and amazing bowl of ramen! Our server, whose name I regret not catching, was outstanding. He recommended several dishes and kept our interaction lively and fun! Classic Tonkatsu Ramen, which was superb. The broth was creamy without being overly seasoned, and the noodles were perfectly soft--just how I like them. The pork was tender and added a lovely texture to an already fantastic bowl. Medium Spice Blaze Ramen my fiancee loved the crispy pork and the well-balanced spicy kick it offered. Another solid choice! Next time I come back I'm ordering the classic ramen again!

Yelp
ate here last minute for some basic karaage, ramen and a sushi roll - pretty good! this location seems better than the HB one I went to. It is a very small store so it can get crowded, but the staff is still attentive. the service is great and pretty fast! the server I had knew what I needed before I even had to ask which is nice haha. good value for what it is! especially with the combo deals

Yelp
I recently came here with my friend for a little catch up dinner date. There was a little bit of a wait on a Sunday night which was fine. I ordered the garlic tonkotsu with potstickers. It was good. The only thing is I did find a piece of hair, but they quickly remade my dish. All things aside, the price of the restaurant is really good considering the taste and quality of the ramen. I would come back again.

Yelp
This was my first Silverlake Ramen experience and I hadn't realized how experimental this ramen join was. The staff were polite and I was greatful that they accepted us before closing. It was near to epty by the time my party of 2 was seated. Overall, the food was okay. Gyoza and karaage were pretty tasty. The ramen took a while to come out. It was a little strange to have certain things in the ramen. I ordered the veggie rame. I wasn't too fond of the broccolini, lettuce and choice of mushroom. The soup base was good though.
google avatar

Kelly L.

Yelp
We were sat pretty quickly, not much of a wait. Service was decent. The fried gyozas were delicious with the spicy sauce they came with. We ordered the blaze, medium spicy- with the paste on the side so we could add as we go. The spicy tuna was alright, decent for the place. The location is small, but still decorated nicely.
google avatar

Yelp
Chose this spot on a whim, and it didn't disappoint. Ordered the spicy blaze ramen with pork, pork bun, grilled gyoza, and karaage. The broth was flavourful, thick, and creamy with just enough spice. The noodles were not as soft as I like, and I thought it was odd to have spinach with the noodles, but it was all tasty together , so I didn't mind any of it. The fried chicken, pork bun, and the grilled gyoza were all good. The gyoza pieces were tiny, and the pork bun was not as sweet as I've had and had too many onions, but all in all still good. The place is small, felt a bit crowded and overly lit. The wait time for a table was 30 minutes, same wait time to order takeout. We wanted a more chill environment, so we ordered to go as the place was too loud and way too bright. Everything was packaged nicely in individual compostable containers. I really enjoyed the ramen, from the spicy broth to the large pork piece, and for that alone, I'll definitely return for more.
google avatar

Yelp
The Shoyu on Fire ramen was tasty. The service was prompt. The seating and space were clean but for some reason there were many gnats flying around. Like a lot. The experience was good overall except for the excessive number of gnats flying around.

Yelp
I love coming to this specific Silverlake Ramen because they are so efficient with their service. It's a digital line so you can just wait in your car and they'll text you and you get seated right away, no delays. I always get the Blazin Ramen and it always comes out less than 15 minutes later. It has a good amount of spice and the pork chashu they include is insanely good. The pork chashu always has the perfect sear and is always a great consistency. After our entrees, we ordered the churro ice cream. The churros honestly surprised me. They were so fresh, warm, and complimented the cold ice cream.

Yelp
It was a cold and rainy day. We were on our way to the Original Thai BBQ to get some spicy seafood soup. My wife said there's a ramen place here that is 'supposed to be good'. Checked Yelp. Ok reviews. Ok pictures. Well I said let's go Let's try it. Initial service was great. Servers seemed attentive. But kinda on the raggedy side. A clue. A clue. I ordered the blaze ramen with pork and karage chicken. My wife ordered a garlic ramen also with pork. 2 ramens. Appetizer which was about 4 chicken nugget size or smaller pieces of chicken which was luke warm. 1 beer. $55 buckaroos. But was it worth it? Ramen was just ok. Lacked flavor. Especially my wife's garlic ramen. Less flavor than my plain blaze ramen. The fried karage chicken was just ok. What made it worse was that the chicken was just luke warm. When I was about to ask for my check the waiter was playing with his dreadlocks with the same gloves he was helping other people hand out their dishes. Ugh..... Had it not been so rainy, we would just drive to Torrance and go Ko-Ryu and get a delicious Garlic Bomb ramen. At least I can say I tried it.

Yelp
It was the rare occurrence of having a Monday off and was craving ramen. Silverlake Ramen in Cerritos delivered and satisfied my craving. The appetizers were good and the Blaze (Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen) was spicy and flavorful! The place is small, hip and a great social spot.

Yelp
Stopped by the other night to check out Silverlake Ramen for the first time. Location shares a parking lot with a bunch of other businesses so there's plenty of parking. We got there around 8/9pm and the restaurant was pretty packed. It was just two of us and there were still a few tables open. We got seated right away and they got us menus and waters to start. We ended up ordering the black truffle? ramen and the spicy tonkotsu. They have this deal where you can get 1 ramen and 1 appetizer for $20. For appetizers we got the chicken karaage and the broccolini. They'll bring out the appetizers first and the ramens a bit after. Both ramen broths were really good. I got the spicy tonkotsu but I liked the black truffle broth better. Both appetizers were really good, but I ended up wanting more of the chicken karaage. Both appetizers paired well with their sauces. Would def eat here again.

Yelp
First time there was a crowded evening. The place was packed so I decided to get takeout Ramen. The two orders were packed super nice and weathered the five minute drive home. Everything was packaged separately which made for a super fresh bowl of soup. All I did was nuke the broth so it would be really hot and delicious and it was. Actually went back the next week for more. So happy that they opened up a shop in my area. The restaurant is a cool and cozy spot. Just gotta be lucky enough to get a table next time. Definitely a return trip kinda place.
google avatar

Anne M.

Yelp
Good food, consistent and satisfying. I typically opt for the blaze, original or black garlic ramen. Tonight, I ordered delivery and chose blaze medium spicy. It was hot and spicy! Delicious as always.
google avatar

Karen A.

Yelp
Came here for lunch with a friend on a Saturday and were seated righttttt away. Service was nice and attentive. We ordered the chicken karaage as an appetizer. SO GOOD. The little dipping sauce that it comes with was delicious. I wish the chicken was cut up just a tad bit smaller that way its easier to eat, but I still enjoyed every bite. We both ordered the Blaze ramen. One with medium spice and one with extra spice. I got the medium spice and I will say its a gradual spice that kicks in when you're least expecting. As for the flavor I feel like it was missing that one ingredient that would make my mouth explode and my eyes roll to the back of my head. I found it to be lacking in some flavor, and i kept wondering if it would just magically appear. All in all it was quite good and I would come again, but not anytime soon.
google avatar

Yelp
The place is nice, good size. 3 booths, 6 big tables and a long counter that can seat 6. I like the set up. Lots of parking, it's by BJ's and Olive Garden. Staff is great, friendly and very attentive, lovin' it so far. The ambiance is nice, I'm here at lunchtime, its a good time. I got the combo with the Classic and gyoza. The gyoza is tasty, that sauce is killer. The presentation is awesome. The broth on this is freaking delicious damn. Creamy, not salty just great flavor. Everything is perfect, I'd dig this on a rainy day. They give you this ladel instead of the typical Japanese spoon and I like it so much better. I got pork and it's a very generous portion cooked perfect, tender and full or flavor. This is the best ramen I've had so far. Now I've been to other locations like this but hey this one hits different. I'll be back to this one fo sho!
google avatar

Yelp
OMG! the shrimp tempura is my new fav I can say I've had crunchier california rolls. The bowls were also delicious and filling! The chicken pieces were huge! Didn't get to try the tuna but did steal my boyfriend's boiled egg and it was amazing.
google avatar

Joanna M.

Yelp
I became a Ramen fan after my fiancé brought me to this restaurant. I didn't really care for it but one day he said he was craving it and asked if I'd like to go with him. Of course I wouldn't say no to food! So, I ordered the veggie option and added chicken instead of tofu. I gotta say, I would eat this every rainy day if I could! It's so yummy! It was perfect for the cold, gloomy and rainy weather we've had lately! Although I believe they could use more servers. They're always busy and seem like they can barely keep up. Anyway, I will continue coming back as much as I can especially on rainy days.
google avatar

Tran L.

Yelp
$17.50 for this bowl which is kinda hefty. You can do a combo for $20.50, we opted for the pork bun. The pork was super tender, the bun was soft and the sauce complimented well. I got the spicy blaze ramen with pork and you can do mild medium or hot for spice levels. I chose medium and it was a good level, not too spicy. The broth is super creamy and thick. I would give it an 7.5-8/10. I enjoyed the flavor but it is very heavy. I think I would prefer if it was a tad less creamy. The noodles are a great texture. The pork was a little too crispy I feel? It seems like they charred/seared it on one side for too long for my liking but it was good and a good size.
google avatar

Chelsea M.

Yelp
Went to this location earlier today for lunch with my bestie!! There was no wait at all and the server was really nice. The hot weather outside definitely didn't call for ramen but the restaurant was nice and cool inside! The food was amazing and I'd definitely come back again!!
google avatar

Dan A.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by this gem in Cerritos! The star of the menu has to be their classic tonkotsu ramen. The pork was cooked to perfection, with a satisfying crunch on the outside while maintaining a juicy, tender interior. The broth was equally impressive, packed full of flavor that had me sipping till the last drop. The fact that they're open late-ish makes it even better for those night-time cravings. Service was quick and attentive, and the atmosphere was both clean and bright, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience.
google avatar

Isabella M.

Yelp
I usually don't like ramen whatsoever but my boyfriend really wanted so go so I decided to give it another try and wasn't disappointed. I'm not a fan of the broth from most ramen places but this was my first time at silver lake and I ordered the shoyu on fire made with chicken broth and it was sooooo good. I ordered the spiciest level and asked for extra lime and it was perfect. The service was quick, nice staff, and good vibe. It's the perfect place to go on a cold or rainy day. I just wish there was more options on the menu but still would definitely come back.
google avatar

Carrie J.

Yelp
Great location, good service and delicious food.. however the smell of the chemical cleaners was heavy and gave me a headache.. I'll never understand why a restaurant would use those while serving food.
google avatar

Steven M.

Yelp
The Ramen here is amazing. This review isn't about the food. THIS IS ABOUT ERNESTO. Came in tonight 4/25 and Ernesto is the only one working the whole restaurant! Dude literally was bussing tables, serving food, and seating guests. I want to throw shade at management for leaving him solo at dinner time but honestly dude didn't even sweat it. Didn't even seemed stressed out even though he was 5 places at once. He handled all tables solo and even stopped by in the middle of our meal to ask how everything was. MY GUY NEEDS A RAISE!!

Dora T.

Yelp
Let's start from the beginning this place stinks so bad like egg Eww so bad don't recommend it at all the customer service is horrible need to ask for everything. Hot sauce forks everything. The food if I can give them zero stars I would Please stay away it's not a good place my ramen at home is way better. Very bad taste
google avatar

Jon F.

Yelp
Great food great service would definitely come back for more goodies, would definitely recommend this spot to my fambam'
google avatar

Genesis C.

Yelp
This Ramen spot is one of my top picks for enjoying a bowl of ramen. My go-to choice is always the veggie ramen, which is packed with a delightful assortment of vegetables and has an amazing flavor profile! The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting and I appreciate the prompt service they provide. Another great feature is that you can make reservations, which adds to the overall convenience of dining there!
google avatar

Anya H.

Yelp
Mabo Tofu (4/5): Generous portion, certainly filling. Packed with rice, but compliments the savory, mabo sauce and delicacy of the tofu. As for the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen, such a delicious broth, not salty like many other ramen places. Savory, almost like a bone broth. Service can be a bit slow, but they surely take the time to prepare each dish with quality. Very nice, small spot for a quick lunch or dinner!
google avatar

Juliet R.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Service is okay, we were not checked in on frequently and had to be asking for water. But the ambiance is lovely with music and generally lots of people inside!
google avatar

S R.

Yelp
Sometimes the noodles are undercooked and the portions are not consistent. The food is really delicious, the garlic ramen is my favorite! Definitely my favorite ramen place
google avatar

James R.

Yelp
Came here for dinner with my boss and man this place hits. Absolutely delicious ramen and the karaage was fire! It had great taste to it overall and the ramen broth was so creamy. I'm thinking about it now and wish we had one of these back where I live. Overall, solid spot!
google avatar

Leslie Y.

Yelp
After frequenting the Long Beach location at LBX regularly during the pandemic, it's nice to finally sit down inside the restaurant and enjoy a bowl of steaming ramen. The broth was en pointe, and the pork was grilled with a perfect balance between juiciness and crispiness. The texture of the noodle was wonderfully al dente. Service was efficient and friendly. Do leave a deserving tip for the great servers.

Jessica N.

Yelp
The Food is great!! Service is very slow & didnt get full complete order. Had to ask twice for my drinks . Over all the ambiance was chill..
google avatar

Erlyne S.

Yelp
Went here on a Friday night and the wait wasn't that bad. I think we waited for just 10 minutes. The plaza where it is has plenty of parking. The place has tasteful interiors, very clean and had nice staff. We got a combo of chicken karaage abd Blaze ramen for $19. The chicken karaage was meh, it wasn't that crispy either. The Blaze ramen is their most popular one. It's a spicy tonkotsu- they had levels but even the Spicy one wasn't that spicy. We also got the Garlic Truffle which tasted more like cream of mushroom than truffle. The garlic truffle had a thicker noodle than the Blaze ramen and had mushroom and kale in it. For both ramens, they were a bit too milky for my taste. The egg didn't seem to be flavored as well. Just tasted like regular boiled egg. Overall, i probably would not come back here if i was craving good ramen. Surprisingly- what I really enjoyed from this place though was the broccolini with slightly crispy ends and drenched in a sesame dressing. The broccolini was cooked well and was soft, the dressing had a great creamy flavor. Will go back just for this!!
google avatar

Jesus F.

Yelp
We've become regulars here and the food is always on point. Very much props to the kitchen staff for always making sure the food is well prepared. The servers are always very friendly and welcoming, which also encourages us to return. The place is also very clean as well as their restrooms. Which is a big plus! If you visit try their blaze! It's become our go to with extra eggs of course
google avatar

Kyana D.

Yelp
When it comes to ramen, this place is a hidden gem, and I can't stress enough that it's an absolute must-try. The ramen they serve is nothing short of amazing. The portions are not just generous; they're really nice, ensuring you leave with a satisfied belly. But the real star here is the broth - it's super rich, flavorful, and oh-so-comforting. My personal favorite is the Blaze ramen with medium heat, which adds a delightful kick to an already delicious dish. You won't be disappointed. Now, onto the service. It's the one aspect that could use a little improvement. During my visit, there seemed to be a noticeable lack of enthusiasm from the servers. Once I got my food, I was essentially left to my own devices, with no check-up. And from what I observed, I wasn't the only one facing this issue. However, with great flagging skills, I managed just fine. The place itself is on the smaller side, and despite multiple servers on duty, the service hiccup seemed to be a common theme. On a positive note, parking here is a breeze, and the food is undeniably good. So, if you're up for some amazing ramen and don't mind a bit of a lackluster service experience, this place is worth a visit. You'll leave with a happy tummy.
google avatar

Rosa J.

Yelp
Ramen was good! I got the Classic and it had a good flavor. It's a nice spot when you're out shopping and craving some ramen!
google avatar

Ky N.

Yelp
I'm not sure why this place is overhyped. I truly think they have mediocre ramen. This is my second time (first time was at LBX) and it'll probably be my last. Their food lacks authenticity and everything tastes like it got reheated and brought out. I ordered several items and it seems like every single add on was an additional crazy charge...hot sauce? Garlic paste? I made a mistake of ordering a hand roll because it was conveniently on their menu. It was pretty gross. Even the churro that they advertised was not good.
google avatar

Cristina R.

Yelp
I love Ramen and have been wanting to check this place out for a bit. There's usually a line out the door, which to me signifies a spot worth dining at. I got lucky this day, no line. I got a table for my friend and I. There's three large booths inside, 2 counter areas to dine at and four table one for large groups. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They have Ramen combos for 20.99, rice bowls and other menu items which is great if you or anyone in your party want to try something else. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen combo with gyoza Non alcoholic drinks are available in addition to combos. The gyoza was crispy and flaky, not greasy and the pork inside was tender and savory, served with a sort of Chipotle type ailoil. It was so good My friend ordered the Shoyu on Fire and I wish I had recorded her face lol Her face said it all! lol She said it was spicy for sure but super good. She took her spicy chicken bun home for later. All in all everything was good I am giving this spot a 4 star based on the noodles I like them a bit softer. I do want to return to try their other dishes.
google avatar

Amanda R.

Yelp
Great service, food is amazing and prices are reasonable. I especially love their house sauce.
google avatar

Cyn R.

Yelp
My first time here. I wanted to try a ramen closer to home. It's been cold and raining and this sounded great. My takeaways: 1. Ramen is good. I ordered the blaze tonkotzu. Flavor was good, I didn't love the noodles. They were thinner and not as soft as I'm used to when ordering ramen. 2. The place is small. There's a line of people waiting for a table. Not a bad thing, just need to wait outside. 3. Service is a bit slow. Our server was great, friendly and helpful. But we did have to wait a bit to place our order. Overall, I'd like to comeback. Maybe on a less busy day.

Rebecca M.

Yelp
Delicious food! Well seasoned. Lots of options. Service was friendly and quick. Ambiance is small but plenty of seating inside and outside.
google avatar

Raul J.

Yelp
Ima get to the point The spot is small The food is good I got the shoyu on fire, gyoza, and edamame. I wish they had refills and not cans of soda but the food is good
google avatar

Ethan S.

Yelp
Had dinner with some friends our server Kendall was great there was another server Ernesto who also was super nice our food was delicious. We got the blaze with crispy pork. Over all service was great and the food was incredibly delicious. Far better experience than Long Beach which is the usual. Don't mind a slightly farther drive for the better service!
google avatar

Sebastian R.

Yelp
Went with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. The food was fireeeeee! We were seated in less than 15 minutes and the staff and service was quick and efficient. The place is small so it's a chill vibe. Highly recommend coming here if you're a fan of ramen.
google avatar

Katie J.

Yelp
Public Service Announcement for their Creamy Broccolini: surprise! it is the best thing on their menu. Perfectly cooked with some crispy bits and DELICIOUS creamy sauce. We crave this and are trying to recreate it at home. The ramen and karaage are just ok. Not stand outs like the broccolini. The pork is a big ole slab - sliced too thick for me. The CA roll seems like a good deal but it's not great - supermarket deli vibes.

Zoila R.

Yelp
The food and sushi was amazing the Bento place are so good I recommend the St. Louis rib spicy ramen it was so delicious and to finish it off I'm getting free macaron ice cream for this review

I enjoy this place so much. Whenever I need my ramen fix, no question, I come to Silverlake Ramen. The food here always hits the spot. Some of my favorite dishes are: 1. Blaze Ramen 2. Chicken Karaage 3. Creamy Broccolini 4. Soboro Bowl The service at this location is always on point. The servers are very friendly, they're quick to take your order and quick to bring it out. If you're craving some ramen, come check this spot out. You'll enjoy your visit and maybe even catch a game on the TV at their small bar area. And don't worry, if there's no game... the vibes inside are what' always chill. They keep playing the best hits on the speakers throughout the restaurant.

Yelp
This is our first time tryin out this Ramen place that we saw at Yelp and we ordered Garlic Teuffle, The classic ramen with gyoza and karage chicken appetizer. For me, the food is "okay" we we looking for the "wow" factor when you first tasted the broth. Serving is very good, protein is tasty, the garlic truffle both is tasty, the classic broth needs to level up. The gyoza is googld, we should've ordered grilled, the karage is also good, but for the dipping sauce we were expecting fonzu soy sauce, but i think the dipping sauce is mayo & ketchup. We just had water with lemon. The ambiance of the place was welcoming. As far as service, the stagfs needs to be more energetic and welcoming we were not provided with small plates with the appetizers. The staff needs to be more welcoming.
