The Best Piping Hot Bowls of Ramen in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Bowls of rich broth are loaded with generous servings of pork, tender broccoli, mushrooms, marinated eggs, and greens. Pair your bowl with an appetizer like chicken karaage, pork buns, and homemade fried gyoza. The Blaze Ramen is popular for its blend of spicy creamy pork broth and spinach." - Janna Karel

Google
Disappointing experience. We really wanted to like Silverlake Ramen, but everything we tried was underwhelming. The place was nearly empty when we walked in for dinner (which should’ve been a sign), but we stayed and gave it a shot (wish we hadn’t). I ordered the Garlic Truffle Ramen and it was so heavy. The flavor just wasn’t there, nothing tasted fresh, and the pork was fatty in a sad, not enjoyable way. We also tried The Shoyu and The Blaze and both were bland and forgettable. The “handmade” fried gyoza was greasy and mid at best, and the chicken karaage didn’t help, it was not crispy, not juicy, just not good. I get that it’s a popular franchise from SoCal, but with so many amazing ramen spots in Vegas, this just isn’t worth it. If you’re craving ramen, do yourself a favor and go to Monta Ramen or Ramen Sora instead. Giving 1 star to help balance all the overly generous 5-star reviews.

This is the second time I came to this location and ordered the Truffle oil Ramen on both times, the first one the Pork was over cooked and hard but it had 2 pieces of pork, the second time I ask the server not to overcook the pork and the brought it the same way but only one piece of pork and when I ask the waiter he said the were going to have to charge me for the second piece so they did, the flavor was ok but not great but I think they’re over price for the portions they serve, definitely there are other places with great taste and better value. Won’t come back a third time! I went back again on 3/11/25 and the food was better than last time but unfortunately it was just warm and not hot enough but it definitely had better flavor this time. I did order extra pork belly since it still comes with only one piece compared to other places, the service was just ok, I really wanted to be better but maybe is just me lol, however I’m giving my honest opinion based on only my personal experience without having to talk to the manager nor owner for a special treatments nor discounts so all us that rely on reviews can make good choices and have great experiences for our money!

Google
First time here. The place is bright and well-lit. I wanted to see how hot the Blaze dish would be, but I saw the Spicy Shoyu Tonkotsu with cilantro, and it piqued my taste buds. I selected level 5 of the spicy hot meter. Most wouldn't taste the cilantro with a mouth on fire, but it was really good. My server could not believe I ate it all without tearing an eye. 5 stars out of 5!

Google
Traveling from Germany and this is one of the best ramen we had for a long time! Service was amazing, very clean and good atmosphere! 10/10 would recommend. Had the classic ramen and some appetizers - all very delicious!

Google
Not a fan of their tonkotsu ramen. The flavor was a bit off for my taste, but I did enjoy the chicken karaage bowl and the curry rice bowl. The calfornia roll was also good. The staff was friendly. Good customer service. The interior is simple but it looks pretty great. It definitely sets a good vibe.

Google
Excellent ramen place. Very surprised that they still have their anniversary promotion going, Their anniversary was back in October....so the promotion continues after two months? Both ramen bowls were big and flavorful. Their fusion bao isn't traditional by any means, but it was creative and tasty. The Karage chicken is probably one of the best I've had in Vegas. It is definitely worth ordering.

Google
Yuree is amazing at what she does. She made our first time at this establishment very fun and one to remember. She gave us recommendations on the food and we went with the Chicken Kaarage Bowl and the Blaze Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen with 4 pieces of fried Goyza. The spice on the ramen was just right, it didn’t get hotter the more you ate. The spicy stayed the same throughout the whole serving. Not only is it very clean inside this establishment, but the environment is very chill, and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Ramen spot to everyone And We will be back for sure.

Google
Try it while they’re running their special: BUY ONE GET 2ND 50% OFF (items must be in the same category) Crazy! We loved this ramen in LA, so glad they opened a location here. The broth is flavorful and the portions reflect the price imo, but I will say that I’ve never been a fan of additional toppings and here they are kinda pricey. If it’s your first time visiting they have a free topping reward if you sign up for the app. Still haven’t a found a better ramen place in Vegas.

Yelp
This is by far the best ramen spot! Do not go anywhere else and waste your money! You get so much for your buck here and honestly this is way better than the ramen I have had in los Angeles by far they also have a location in los Angeles but it does not compare to the one here in Las Vegas! Our service was great everyone is so friendly Francisco and yuri the manager went above and beyond with our experience and customer service! From the very beginning to end it was a wonderful experience and everything is so clean and well kept! Can not stress this enough do not waste your time anywhere else spending an arm and a leg for nothing!

Yelp
First time here and it was delicious. We walked in and were the only ones dining in so we got our seat of choice. The waitress was very polite and brought us waters right away and asked if we had any questions. I ordered the classic ramen with fried gyoza and shrimp tempura roll! All of it was so tasty! I did notice this place is very popular with take out orders. The restaurant is very clean and I will definitely be back for more, can't go wrong with a delicious bowl of ramen!

Yelp
Finally got to try this spot out and we're were all quite pleased with our choices. The table shared the chicken karaage which was good even without the sauce. All of our ramen tasted yummy and were all different from eachother. The service was top notch. They were extremely friendly and pretty timely in bringing our food. We were able to be sat right away which was nice. With so many different options here for ramen. It's nice to add a go to spot to our list.

Yelp
Mood- Coming Home You know that feeling of what you expect when you go home. I mean family home btw.The smells, the familiar atmosphere, and THAT TASTE. That is my relationship with this location. Everytime it is exactly what I know it to be. Consistent and on point. Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered to sit wherever we chose. I usually pick the same booth and funny thing, I'm usually lucky enough that it is available. Menus were given and drink order was taken. Opted for the Classic Combo of course with Steamed Pork Bun. Can I say this is truly one of my fav places in all of VEGAS. Yes 100%. Can I say the taste is on point and IYKYK re: how Tonkatsu is supposed taste and look. Js, I was truly in my happy place. Interior is great a size. There is booth seating along with a large dining table in the middle, which I've used several times over the past few years. Everything was very clean. Would most def recommend- pricing is beyond reasonable. The portion size is wonderful. Even during inflation times they have not skimped on the broth or noodles. However the customer service is what stands out most. Each time the hospitality and courteous service has been exceptional. Location is Arville/Spring Mtn- ample parking

Yelp
A great ramen experience! Ramen was quite good, wouldn't say it's the best or creamiest I've had, but quite good. I also opted for the curry rice bowl which provided a very good portion of the karaage! Chicken karaage is definitely one of the greatest I've had here. Only complaint is that the service was quite slow and it was hard to flag down a server. Otherwise, great dining experience!

Yelp
My friend and I came here for lunch on a Friday as we were in town to run a marathon. We were there before noon, so we had our pick of any seat. I ordered their shoyu ramen with pork and a side order of edamame. People like to rave about tonkotsu ramen, but I find it just way too fatty to eat on a regular basis. I enjoyed the clear chicken stock used for the shoyu ramen. The shoyu was plenty of flavor for me. The edamame was a bit overcooked for my preference. The bowls that they used seemed rather deep, but they're not.

Yelp
My daughter and her boyfriend eat here all the time. For me, it was my first time and I throughly enjoyed it :) Items tried and liked (so far): Veggie Ramen - this was so delicious and filling! I love the addition of avocado, never thought of adding it to ramen but it works. Classic Ramen with Pork - my daughter's favorite. She loves it! Service was excellent. Food was delicious! Interior was nice and clean. Parking was plentiful. I highly recommend. I hope you decide to check them out :)

Yelp
I'm familiar with with brand because I've seen it all over LA. Decided to visit one day because I heard good things about it. The area is easy to park in and the place itself is very clean. The staff is nice and the service is pretty quick. I love shoyu ramen! I was surprised to see the broth is actually chicken. While I'm a fan of pork broth, chicken broth sits better in my stomach. I wish there was a tonkatsu shoyu chicken broth option, but this will do. Love it! I'll be back.

Yelp
Decided to try a different ramen place so I can compare and this place did not disappoint. Ordered the classic ramen and the broth was very good and not salty at all. Even after dinner, I did not feel thirsty. That's a sign of little to no MSG. The pork was a thicker piece but it was very tender. Solid 4.5 just because I like the slightly thicker chewier noodles and this one was the thinner one. The pork belly bowl was excellent. Very tender chunks of pork with the right amount of sauce and condiments. I would definitely get this again. Glad I tried this place. Will recommend to my friends.

Yelp
I love that this spot is near Shanghai Plaza but not directly in it, there's was more space and parking where Silverlake ramen is. We ordered: - braze ramen (spicy) - truffle ramen (I was nervous about this but this was sooo good) - crispy chicken karaage - karaage bun - pork belly bun - gyoza - spicy tuna crispy rice The portions were excellent, the ramen bowls had a very generous chunk of pork belly and noodles) and the service was great, super attentive and everything in there is clean and spacious, very brightly lit. I like all the skateboard decks they have hung on the walls, they're all ramen themed! Worth checking out, especially for the truffle ramen

Yelp
Yelp Review 2024 #97: Ramen places in Chinatown are dime a dozen. Silverlake hails from California and they've branched out to different parts of the country including Las Vegas. I rate them at 3.5 stars. A good thing about their location is that it's not in an extremely busy strip mall that has limited parking. We came in as soon as they opened and were greeted by a friendly server and we got to choose where we wanted to sit. There's an outlet at every booth. Edamame: You can get either plain or spicy garlic. Crispy Chicken Karaage: Boneless chicken pieces that come with a spicy aioli. Not the best karaage but they were alright. 3/5 Spicy Tuna Hand Roll: Good spicy tuna to rice ratio. It has cucumber slices and sesame. 3/5 Garlic Truffle Ramen: I added chashu. Your choice of protein (pork, chicken or tofu) + your choice of stock (pork or vegetable stock), garlic, truffle oil, kale, mushrooms, black pepper, seaweed and seasoned egg. Served with thick noodles. The ramen has a nice bite. The pork broth with truffle was delicious. It's a good portion and is very filling. It's pricier than your average Chinatown ramen spot. 4/5 The place is clean, spacious, and bright. It has a laidback atmosphere. What bumps this review to 4 stars is definitely the service. Our server was attentive and got us to-go boxes for leftovers before we even had to ask. She even gave me a to-go cup of my iced matcha.

Yelp
The ramen was subpar and had nothing delicious attached to it. The only thing I liked here was the ghost pepper kimchi where it was actually spicy. But they do charge a lot for such a small little sample size of it. Not worth it. Finding a good ramen place is hard

Yelp
Thank you for opening a location in Las Vegas! My first taste with Silverlake Ramen was in Santa Monica, CA. The Garlic Truffle Ramen has been on my mind since and no other ramen spots can compare. We ordered the following: -The Garlic Truffle Ramen: A blend of creamy pork and vegetable broth, garlic, truffle oil, kale, mushrooms, black pepper, seaweed and seasoned egg. We got chicken in ours and opted out of mushrooms. -Soboro Bowl: Ground chicken with scrambled egg, sesame seed, and green onion over rice. It was a surprise to see they offer other items besides just ramen. You got appetizers like gyozas, edamame, chicken karaage, and rice bowls as well. Good options in case others in your party may not be wanting ramen. Restaurant was well lit and clean. Service was good....our waitress kept our water cups full and made sure everything we ordered was to our liking. We will definitely be coming back once cold, winter months arrive.

Yelp
It was delicious! I ordered the Chicken Shoyu on fire. I had asked for medium spicy, but it was hot. I ate it though. Would order mild next time. Had corn, shoyu, green onions, seaweed, lime and cilantro. It was the combo with a Gyozo app-both for 20$. A good deal. Server was very nice and food was served timely. Restaurant was clean and decorated very nicely.Dinnerware was of good quality, also. The only negative was there was no chicken pieces in the Ramen. But I was told that is how it's served.

Yelp
Simple, clean cut with decent service. Pork bun: 9/10. A large perfectly soft and pillows bao with a generous and succulent piece of pork belly inside. Garlic truffle Ramen: 8/10. A delicious broth. The only downside was that there was more noodles than broth. The added chicken was tender, but cold.

Yelp
I love this place. I have been ordering silver lake ramen on uber eats for a few times before I was able to come in to enjoy it and sit down for once. They packed my order so nice and neat for uber eats. I love their broccolini with sesame aioli it is delicious and I haven't had anything else like it. The garlic truffle ramen is my favorite. The store is so cute and they stay open later which is a great later night option. The server was attentive and helpful. Definitely check this out. Parking is easy!

Yelp
Tried this place after a busy day of hiking, since it was not so busy. The restaurant was spacious, and a really cool vibe. The waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed even though Restaurant was not even half full. The Ramen was great. The appetizers were good.

Yelp
Heard about the delicious ramen at Silver Lake in SoCal and after reading Lori N's review of its new Vegas location, I added it to my meal list for my Vegas trip. It's located in Shan Tau Square mall and parking was plentiful. We came here for a late lunch before heading to the airport. At 2:40, we were the only customers and the waitress sat us at a booth. The menu consisted of ramen, rice bowls, sushi rolls and appetizers. The waitress came to take our order and asked if we were aware of the Buy one get one for 50% offer for the 1yr anniversary. We weren't aware and later when we left, we missed the big sign outside. Our orders: Crispy Chicken Karaage - the boneless friend chicken was crispy and moist and went well with the spicy aioli Pork bun - the steamed bun was fluffy and the big piece of marinated pork belly was so tasty and tender and the pickled onions, hoisin mayo and chopped green onions were a nice complement. So delicious! I could easily eat another. Garlic Truffle Ramen and chose pork. The creamy broth with garlic truffle oil, black pepper, sheet of seaweed, kale and mushrooms and a perfectly cooked creamy seasoned egg. The pork was tender and the broth was so flavorful. I just about drank all the broth. Classic Ramen - is a tonkatsu ramen. Friend chose pork and the ramen came with a creamy pork broth, bean sprouts, spinach, green onions, seaweed sheet, black garlic oil and the seasoned egg. Had a taste and it was very good, but I enjoyed the garlic truffle for its intense depth of flavor. Oh, I signed up for the Reward app and you get a sign-up reward. I chose a whole seasoned egg. On the hallway to the restroom, they have pictures on the wall of the accolades from Zagat (LA's must try Ramen); Califoreigners (Best ramen in LA); TimeOut write-up; LA; LA Weekly (one of 10 best Silver Lake restaurants). I concur. Friendly service and the garlic truffle ramen and pork bun was so delicious. I can wait to come back on my next visit to Vegas.

Daven S.

Yelp
A flavorful hidden gem in Vegas's Chinatown I'm giving Silverlake Ramen Las Vegas a 5‑star recommendation after becoming an instant fan. The ramen bowls here are soulful and deeply satisfying: rich, well-balanced broths with perfectly ~al‑dente noodles and toppings that don't skimp.

Yelp
Being a fan of the Naruto anime, I was stoked that I was able to find a Silverlake location In Vegas! I convinced my buddy of mine to have dinner here. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were seated right away since it wasn't busy for a Saturday night. I spotted some Naruto decor in the restaurant, giving the nostalgic feel of the Hidden Leaf Village. There were only two options of the ramen collab. One that came with a headband and the other a shirt. I wanted the headband but unfortunately they were out when I was there. My only choice was the shirt. The ramen was the same for both options and came wirh a drink of your choice. The Naruto Classic Ramen was delicious! Flavorful tonkatsu broth loaded bean sprouts, soft boiled egg, noodles, tender charsu, nori, and a couple if naruto fish cakes. My drink of choice was Coke Zero. The staff and service there was great. The restaurant manager, Yuri, came and checked on us too. Yuri was very friendly and I had a nice conversation with here about Naruto stuff. Hopefully my visit to Vegas in a couple weeks will bring me back to Silverlake a collect more merchandise before the collab is over on July 7th.

Yelp
Best ramen I've had in Vegas! The Blaze Extra Spicy is a 10/10. I've tried other ramen places, but their flavors didn't hit like Silverlake.. Maybe because I'm a spicy lover but damn I love this broth :D

Yelp
Finally had Silverlake Ramen over the weekend after hearing great feedback from friends. It's cool to hear that this originated from Los Angeles in the Silverlake neighborhood hence the name of the brand. Didn't know what the hype is about but here we are. We tried their most popular dishes, the Garlic Truffle Ramen with pork as protein and DAMN! That truffle oil with the garlic broth was delicious and flavorful AF. I've never tasted that flavor profile in other ramen spots in Vegas so that was nice. Definitely a must order and what I would be ordering every time. Also had their classic ramen which you can't go wrong with either. Thats why they call it a Classic. Never dies lol. For appetizers, they offer pork buns, rice bowls, some sushi rolls and hand rolls which is cool if you're craving for additional bites that is not soup. Staff and service were great. They were super friendly and the restaurant was a nice clean modern feel. Location is in Spring Mountain/Arville close to the strip. Great spot to hit up after drinking from the strip and craving comfort.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I love coming here! We've tried a lot of ramen restaurants in Vegas and this is our new favorite, we've been 3 times in the last 3 weeks. The blaze ramen is so good, I love the broth and that for all of their ramens, you're able to choose between pork, chicken and tofu. The service is always great as well, the staff is very kind and attentive!

Yelp
We have been looking for a great ramen spot, and I think we have found it! Delicious food, clean and inviting venue, and great service. We'll be back!

Yelp
Not my favorite ramen. I was brought here by the power of social media, im pretty sure It was tiktok lol. With all of the ramen options in Las Vegas, It seems like I'll probably make my rounds to each one before revisiting a second time. I don't think I would come back though. The ramen while salty, was not flavorful. I feel like there's a difference when you can taste the levels of flavor vs salt content. I did like the pork, they give you pretty chunky pieces of tender pork. I also tried the dipping ramen. Again the broth was salty but not balanced. You definitely need that lime to cut some of the flavor. I wouldn't order It again. The inside was bright, nice and clean. Pretty calm. Checked in for a free edamame. Service wasn't anything to remember.

Yelp
"BLAZE" is the creamy spicy tonkotsu, it is D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! The spice level is not numerical, it's like 'low', 'medium', 'heavy'. Something like that, I know my spice option was medium and it was just right. It was just enough heat to put a little punch at the back of my throat. The noodles are a little bit thicker that I usual like, but that did not stop me from wreaking havoc on that bowl. The broth is very flavorful, not need for any additions like soy sauce or chili oil, I feel like it will ruin it. Now there is something that was including in this ramen that I was not expecting. I have never had spinach with any ramen, this was a first, and i enjoyed every bit of it. I was different, but it was good. Another item that I had was the Creamy Broccolini, yooooooooo, I wanted to lick the plate. The broccolini was cooked to perfection, cooked just enough to give it that that soft crunch. No, it was not swimming in sauce, it was as if it was tossed immediately from pot to sauce and then placed on the plate to serve. At first, I thought it was italian dressing, I don't think it was though. It was zesty, savory and sweet all at the same time. The staff is super nice, the restaurant is clean and the service is fast. You know what, you just gotta try it out for yourself!

Yelp
Amazing food. Amazing service. Good people. Came here with our coworkers and the workers were on top with everything.

Yelp
I had really really high hopes for this place. So much, I'm still disappointed. I've been waiting a Whole month to come here and eat. I finally made it the other night. It was mother and daughter date night and we both agreed to come try it out. I was super excited! I ordered the Shoyu on fire ramen with chicken and an impossible bun on the side. Presentation was amazing. Looked so good I was salivating. Sadly to say I was not at all impressed. I was more disappointed than anything. It lacked flavor. Good thing our waiter gave me chili paste on the side to keep adding to it. The chicken breast meat was super overly dry I didn't eat but two tiny pieces of it. I should have ordered tofu :/. The impossible bun was super good I'll give that a 8/10. My daughter ordered the spicy tuna bowl and the spicy tuna roll. The look on her face already told me all I needed to know. Poor thing didn't want to hurt my feelings since I was so excited to come here. But when I asked her how's it, she replied "Taste like it was made at the grocery store". And if you can't tell already, she loves her spicy tuna. Coming from Hawaii I guess it's hard to compare. But I've had one of the best Ramen here in Las Vegas so this was just not it for me. 2/10 I won't be coming here again.

Yelp
I had been doing ramen research for awhile and I finally settled on this restaurant. A new food cuisine excursion that ended up being a enjoyable meal. I looked through the menu for one of the more inviting and approachable dishes and I settled for "The Classic Ramen". They had a meal deal available and I did a combo with the pork bun. Overall, the bowl of ramen was delicious. The broth was excellent and was easily the best component of the dish. Rich, creamy, lots of garlic flavor and meaty. I ordered a couple extra toppings like extra pork, egg, and added mushrooms which doesn't come with the dish. I would order future ramen here the same way. All of the toppings together added varying flavors and textures which made sure the dish wasn't one note. One of the few gripes I had was that the spinach in the dish being absolutely dreadful. It didn't have any flavor and had a mushy texture; not like it was sauteed/boiled/cooked recently. I also wish the pork had a better char/crispy/roasted texture. I came in soon after they opened, so it could have been from a batch from a previous day. It was just warmed up enough for the dish. I will definitely return to taste more of the menu. This seemed like a good spot for newcomers that want to explore ramen cuisine.

Yelp
The customer service was outstanding! Yuri was friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions. We had the Curry Rice bowl and the Soboro bowl; both were amazing. Thank you for the great experience and food.

Yelp
01/22/24 we got introduced to this newly ramen spot. Very clean, nice ambiance, and staff are really nice. We ordered pan fried gyoza, and spicy tuna crispy rice. With a Yelp check in we scored free edamame. I ordered their truffle ramen with pork ....that was definitely a winner. The broth was so creamy with lots of umami flavor. My husband got the classic ramen and my son ordered the combo of spicy classic ramen with broccolini and extra noodles on the side. Broccolini was delish...it's the sauce that made it really good. Overall, definitely be back. Happy eats!

SJ P.

Yelp
service and food were fast, even if they forget to punch 2 orders. I don't blame them, we were a party of 12 and it was 10 PM. The ambiance was nice, clean, and cozy. There were not a lot of people when we arrived, hence no wait and we were seated immediately.

Yelp
Tried Silverlake Ramen last week and was highly impressed. I got the classic ramen with pork and the chicken karaage. The broth of the ramen was a creamy pork base and you definitely could taste the pork in the broth. The noodles were cooked perfectly to where they had a nice bite and were chewy. The karaage was perfectly cooked and the chicken moist. I got the ramen and karaage as a combo, so it's a good way to try multiple combos and save some money. Staff were friendly and attentive and the place has a casual and relaxed feel to it. I look forward to trying other items on the menu.

Yelp
Silverlake!!!! Where have you been loca?!? OMG, such a wonderful restaurant btw. Today, I had the opportunity to visit Silverlake Ramen with my friend. We walked in & was instantly welcomed by the staff so I was excited to see how the experience would turn out. The place was super nice and modern with Naruto decor. Also the playlist had me singing to my friend with 2000's jams. Our booth was super comfy and spacious which is hard to find in a ramen place. I went ahead and ordered the Blaze which is spicy Tonkotsu ramen and my friend grabbed the classic. We also ordered a few appetizers and a shrimp tempura roll. Dude, everything we ordered was pretty bomb and my eyes were so huge when they brought out the ramen because it was so big! Once again, everything was so delicious! I'm still thinking about the egg in my ramen. Yuri had my friend & I cracking up with her stories. She's such a sweetheart! I really do appreciate how everyone was checking in on us and making us feel welcome throughout our dinner. By the end of dinner we felt like family. The food & vibes were amazing! Thank you to Yuri & her team. I will definitely continue to support Silverlake Ramen! Things to try: the classic ramen, the shrimp tempura roll, the truffle edamame, and karaage chicken.

Yelp
I've been here a few times and have been returning with more friends. Service is always good. Food: Chicken Karage Garlic Truffle Ramen Spicy Tuna Sushi The Ramen broth is insanely delcious!!! It's one of my favorite Ramen spots here in Vegas. The noodles are cooked perfectly (not soggy and overcooked) but nice and al dente. The broth is silky and flavorful. I slurped it up. I actually returned 3 times in 1 week. The karage was fried perfectly. So far, everything I've tried is so good. I'll return as often as I can.

Yelp
Cute little restaurant with open kitchen concept. Our waitress greeted us right away and got our drinks. Order was taken quickly after and our food came out shortly after that. Our ramen was very tasty and we really enjoyed the pork buns. Will def want to come back to try the other broths.

Yelp
Silverlake Ramen has plentiful flavor when it comes to their ramen and appetizers. We tried the chicken karage which were large pieces of fried chicken bites accompanied by a mayo sauce. Great crisp and amazing flavor along with plentiful portion so make sure you save room for ramen. The waitress was super friendly but a little overwhelmed during lunch hour where she was the only server. The restaraunt is very spacious with nicely painted walls and an open view of the kitchen. Overall a great ramen spot!

Yelp
Easy parking. Seated right away. Great service. Really good food. I got the combo ramen and chicken for 20 bucks. Great price for quality and serving size. Everything came hot and flavorful. Some of the best traditional ramen I have had. We will back.

Yelp
Are you looking for a cute date spot? Do you wanna grab lunch/dinner with your friends? Are you just obsessed with ramen broth like me? If you answered yes to any of these questions then I highly recommend you check out Silverlake. Now I know there are some people out there that might say, hey this is a chain, I'm not into it. I respect that but let me tell you something, the experience at Silverlake is unlike a chain. First of all, the service is on point. Have a question about the menu, the staff have you covered. Shout out to Yuri for being authentic and freaking hilarious!!! Second, can we talk about the vibe? It's very chic and modern with decent seating. I could see myself bringing a group of people and being comfortable. Moving on to the literal main reason for stopping in, the FOOD! You guys, I've been making my way around Chinatown to try out the different ramen spots and this is one that you absolutely cannot miss. Um, let's talk about that gyoza. That wrap in house. I dunno about you but I'm an absolute gyoza slut, and I judge Japanese places based on it. These alone had me sold. The chicken karaage, finger licking good. The crispy rice with spicy tuna is a show stopper in my humble opinion. For my main course, I had the Blaze tonkatsu ramen. It was the right amount of spice, I got to add on black garlic oil cause I'm bougie and love it. I was so stuffed, felt like I needed to roll out of there.

Yelp
I first heard of Silverlake Ramen back when they had their sole location in LA, and it's crazy I'm finally trying them this many years later after they've expanded to so many locations around the country. Their combo option is a pretty solid deal to add on some popular appetizers to a bowl of ramen. In total, we shared a Garlic Truffle Ramen, Shoyu on Fire Ramen, and Chicken Karage. Although the Garlic Truffle Ramen wasn't bad, I wouldn't really get this fusion concept again. Personally, it was just very weird to have Italian flavors in a broth. On the other hand, the Shoyu on Fire and Chicken Karage are both staples that Silverlake delivered on. Neither were necessarily spectacular enough to differentiate themselves like some renowned ramen restaurants out there, but definitely good enough for me to go back to. Service was quick and very friendly. The restaurant had a good mix of smaller and bigger tables to accommodate varying group sizes.

Yelp
I'm not normally a ramen person but came here with a friend with an open mind. I had looked at the menu beforehand and the garlic truffle ramen peaked my interest and WOW I'm so glad I got it! It was amazing! The broth was so tasty and everything came together so well in the dish. I had leftovers and I have to say, even the leftovers were amazing. The service was extremely fast and everyone was really nice. Definitely go check them out!

Yelp
This ramen is sooo yummy. Decided to try something new in the Chinatown area and boy i'm so glad I did! I went around 12pm and was seated right away. I got the $20 combo and got a pork belly bun and the shoyu on fire ramen. I feel like $20 was a really good deal especially because the ramen bowl was huge. The bun was yummy and I loved how it had pickled onions on it. The ramen was so flavorful. I got the extra spicy and lemme tell you it definitely was extra spicy. My lips were burning but the flavor was so good I could not stop eating. The broth was delicious and the micro cilantro added a unique but very enjoyable flavor I've never tasted in a ramen before. Customer service was super good. All the waitresses were super friendly and I got my food in less than 10 minutes. All in all, I would definitely return here and recommend it!!

Yelp
Silverlake Ramen from Los Angeles is now in Las Vegas! Our party of 5 gives this new shop 5/5 Stars! The moment I walked in, the slogan made me smile: Good Ramen. Good Day. Love the vibe. Old English font, skateboard decks on the wall, a bike hanging from the ceiling, merch in a glass cabinet display. Clean. Modern. So LA. Love the ramen. I chose Garlic Truffle and requested thin noodle over the standard thick noodle and added tofu. Upon delivery, the presentation made me ooohhh & aaahhh. The broth was creamy, fragrant, and flavorful. For an extra kick I added a scoop of the spicy condiment. Overall, quality ingredients. You can order a Ramen Combo for $20, which would include 1 of the 5 choice ramen's and 1 of the 6 choice appetizers. Note: The Garlic Truffle Ramen is not one of the 5 choices. I will definitely be returning to try the combo!

Yelp
We took our daughter here on a birthday weekend as she is a big ramen fan. I had the shoyu with pork medium spice and it was perfect level of spice. Others had the tonkotsu and all loved the flavor and broth. I also recommend the brocollini appetizer. The manager stopped by to check on our table and was a delight. The decor had Naruto anime and a standard black and white color scheme. Overall and excellent experience and food.

Yelp
Classic ramen was great! Very milky broth, more so than any other pork broth I ever ate. It was creamy and mild flavored. Toppings were great: bean sprouts, 1/2 egg, spinach, green onions and a splash of black garlic "sauce." The black garlic was good, probably trying that ramen next time. The pork belly was a nice thick piece. Gyoza was OK, I think it would have been better steamed instead of deep fried. Nice clean and modern interior.
