Silverlake Ramen Las Vegas

Not a fan of their tonkotsu ramen. The flavor was a bit off for my taste, but I did enjoy the chicken karaage bowl and the curry rice bowl. The calfornia roll was also good. The staff was friendly. Good customer service. The interior is simple but it looks pretty great. It definitely sets a good vibe.

Excellent ramen place. Very surprised that they still have their anniversary promotion going, Their anniversary was back in October....so the promotion continues after two months? Both ramen bowls were big and flavorful. Their fusion bao isn't traditional by any means, but it was creative and tasty. The Karage chicken is probably one of the best I've had in Vegas. It is definitely worth ordering.

The broth is flavorful and the portions reflect the price imo, but I will say that I’ve never been a fan of additional toppings and here they are kinda pricey. If it’s your first time visiting they have a free topping reward if you sign up for the app. Still haven’t a found a better ramen place in Vegas.

The ramen is so good!!! And for a food price too. I got the blaze ramen, and it was so good without being extremely spicy it was a good balance. Everything was so fresh and delicious it's my new favorite spot. They are super friendly and fast too.

Silverlake is by far THE BEST RAMEN IN LAS VEGAS! In my humble opinion. I have had many ramen spots and they are great, but Silverlake makes them all look like child’s play compared. Their broth is by far my favorite, something about the taste and the spice and flavor is magnificent. Their apps are also unrivaled and my absolute favorite. Basically if you haven’t been here then you need to go ASAP! Give em a try and you’ll love it for sure!

Yuree is amazing at what she does. She made our first time at this establishment very fun and one to remember. She gave us recommendations on the food and we went with the Chicken Kaarage Bowl and the Blaze Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen with 4 pieces of fried Goyza. The spice on the ramen was just right, it didn’t get hotter the more you ate. The spicy stayed the same throughout the whole serving. Not only is it very clean inside this establishment, but the environment is very chill, and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Ramen spot to everyone And We will be back for sure.

Been here a couple times and the food is always delicious. But maybe even better is the service. Everyone is very nice and accommodating.

My sister introduced my family to Silverlake Ramen and honestly it's one of the best ramen places in Vagas. I say this as someone who isn't a ramen person, I can't speak for other locations but this one embraces the atmosphere of a hole in a wall. It feels like home but with a modern twist that's doesn't feel out of place. The customer service is also top notch, Yuree (who's also the main boss) was amazing and made us feel like we were at a friends house eating a good meal. THE FOOD?!! it was so good, new items included the takoyaki, shrimp tempura and ice-cream filled taiyaki, all of which was 100/100. Their ramen is always flavorful and rich, their chicken karaage is juicy and crispy with a good crunch and the takoyaki was smothered in sauce and tasted like little bites of pure bliss. I can make a 16 page essay on this place but honestly it's better to just try it yourself.
