I work in the building and have for the last six months. Sylvia's has been a bright spot for breakfast and lunch every day. The food is good, the people are nice and the service is quick!

Cute spot for quick grab of food and coffee ! Super nice and helpful staff and lots of options like breakfast burrito , sandwich and French toast !

This restaurant is a hidden gem! There’s plenty of parking, which made arriving stress-free. It’s very family-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere for kids, and it’s also wheelchair accessible, ensuring everyone can enjoy the space comfortably. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall vibe was warm and inviting. Definitely recommend it for a great meal with friends or family. We’ll be coming back soon!

Silvia's is a tucked away taqueria y café with a full service bar and wonderful, friendly service. I was here on Taco Tuesday, but after seeing the assorted healthy bases and unique toppings for their bowls, I opted for a large bowl instead. As a base, a colorful medley of quinoa and rice served with the full spread of healthy, flavorful toppings like marinated mushrooms,chiles, elote, giardiniera, frijoles, Chipotle chicken, and tomatoes. I had the pineapple arbol salsa, one of many options ranging from delicate to spicy hot. At no extra cost, I was offered a freshly made serving of shrimp ceviche by the namesake herself. All this wonderful food, served with chips, a choice of salsas and drinks, for under $20! The café offers up a trendy vibe, in an interesting locale, serving coffees and good music. Smiling faces coming and going about their autumn daze and days in Denver, freshly fed and caffeinated. My husband and I frequently use Silvia's Kitchen for our company's catering and because we loved her food and service so much, we decided to have her cater our union celebration. She listened to our requests and curated a menu for us. She made tacos of chicken tinga and steak, as well as gorditas with rice, beans, and guac. We also ordered aguas frescas, watermelon and cucumber lime and they were also so good and refreshing. We will continue to use Silvia for catering, and to also visit for lunch when we are in the Five Points area.

It's a solid lunch spot. Great veggie options.

I worked next to this place for a few weeks and I think if you are in the area and need something that is good for you, fast, and tastes good...this might be the place for you. This place is your typical bowl establishment. Get a bowl of food with toppings of your choice. It feels healthier than say a Chipotle but the options for toppings are kind of lacking. It is located inside a coffee shop so don't be confused when you enter and see that it is primarily that coffee shop. The people are Silvia's were always especially nice compared to the coffee shop employees. The couple times I went they did have random options not on the menu. This is made up for by the fact that they normally have a daily special that seems pretty good. I would never say that this place should be visited by someone outside of a lunch break. It was made for working folk.
