Walk into the Zero Hour cafe to find this hidden gem! Food is delicious and served hot! I ordered the quesadilla with carnitas and it was splendid. Packed with flavor and a bit of heat, but easily one of the best quesadillas I've ever had. Service was fantastic, very polite and and fast!!

Amazing fresh meals, daily specials. I come here a few times a week and they're rock solid! Gracias para la Cocina!

I was looking forward to visiting this place given its strong reviews and convenient location. I arrived at 12:37 pm on Sunday, but despite the posted 1 pm closing time, the area was locked and they had stopped taking orders, including takeout. It was a bit disappointing to see them close earlier than expected.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! There’s plenty of parking, which made arriving stress-free. It’s very family-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere for kids, and it’s also wheelchair accessible, ensuring everyone can enjoy the space comfortably. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the overall vibe was warm and inviting. Definitely recommend it for a great meal with friends or family. We’ll be coming back soon!

I work in the building and have for the last six months. Sylvia's has been a bright spot for breakfast and lunch every day. The food is good, the people are nice and the service is quick!

I worked next to this place for a few weeks and I think if you are in the area and need something that is good for you, fast, and tastes good...this might be the place for you. This place is your typical bowl establishment. Get a bowl of food with toppings of your choice. It feels healthier than say a Chipotle but the options for toppings are kind of lacking. It is located inside a coffee shop so don't be confused when you enter and see that it is primarily that coffee shop. The people are Silvia's were always especially nice compared to the coffee shop employees. The couple times I went they did have random options not on the menu. This is made up for by the fact that they normally have a daily special that seems pretty good. I would never say that this place should be visited by someone outside of a lunch break. It was made for working folk.
