I see this little donut truck in Dunwoody all the time so this last Sunday I had to stop. They have great service. They are wonderful people. The donuts are so delicious and they have lots of flavors you can choose from. I love that they’re small little bite-size donuts, and I like that you can get a variety of flavors. Go support a small local business and get some great donuts. Next time I’m coming for the coffee.

Absolutely delicious donuts! Fresh made to order with a fun window to look through and watch them top your donut with whatever toppings you chose right after it comes out of the fryer. Super moist and delicious donut, I could have eaten a dozen without blinking. Staff was very friendly and service was very quick, especially considering they make each to order. Facility was clean and neat. We will definitely be coming back and I will be getting more than the two I ordered to eat this time, I'm thinking probably at least 6 just for myself!

Dessert for 2 after lunch While walking around Parson’s Alley after lunch, we saw a sign pointing around the corner to a donut shop.  We followed the signs to Simply Done Donuts, which was kind of hidden around the corner. We entered and stood back a little to review the menu on the wall.  As we were reviewing, we were welcomed and guided up to the front counter. It turned out the guy who guided us to the front was the owner. He owns it with his wife, who was making the donuts in the back.  He gave us the full newbie run down and explanation.  He was super patient, pleasant and answered all of our questions.   All the options sounded and looked delicious. All the donuts are mini-sized and we eventually decided on an 8 pack to share. The interior had a great setup with plenty of seating.  Wifey went to the side window to watch as the donuts were being made and decorated.  I started chatting with the owner as he was tidying up the dining area. He was sweeping and picking up the slightest speck of dirt on the floor.   The interior and rest room were SUPER clean. Oh and did I mention, everything we tasted was delicious. We will definitely be going back when in the area.

An Amazing Donut Stop!! Donuts -- good luck trying to limit your selection to only 8! These donuts were absolutely amazing! Perfect combination of flavors and such a wide variety of choices. It was actually difficult. We went with Butterfinger, Snickers, Fruity Pebbles, The Elvis, Back to School (pop rock candy!!), Apple Pie, Strawberry Cheesecake, & Chocolate/Bacon. These are perfect little bites of happiness. There were so many choices that I wanted to try but we decided to just get a few this time. Service -- super friendly and helpful customer service. There may be a wait, but it goes pretty fast. Each donut is made to order so it may take more time then normal ready-made donut stops, but totally worth it. Interior/Vibes -- cool vibes inside with every donut available in big pictures with labels above counter to entice your decisions. Not a ton of space inside, but there's tables outside as well. Value -- good value with cost, especially for how good the donuts are and likely rest of coffee menu looks pretty good too. Overall -- little bites of amazing donuts and happiness to be had and yet another amazing spot in Downtown Duluth!

A unique style donut where you can try many flavors! Did the 18 count unlimited flavors and all of them were good! Didn't catch her name but the lady running the counter was very nice, will be coming back.

Cute little doughnut and coffee shop tucked away in the back of downtown Duluth. They have so many options to choose from! We went with 24 minis just so we can try most of them. It wasn't too busy went I went. I believe they're made fresh as well. It's very quiet inside! Staff was nice and patient. My husband and I were a little indecisive with the count we wanted but finally agreed on something. Really great choices of doughnuts that were all so yummy!

I had walked past their Food Truck on Chamblee Dunwoody Road on my Weekend Walks quite a few times, but had never taken the time to stop by. However, on Friday morning something told me I needed to stop by and get some for this weekend (I was fasting, so I knew I wouldn't eat them that day). Ordered the 16 count mini's, with Strawberry Cheesecake, Old Dirty Bird, Lemon Drop, and Boston Cream. Mind you, I didn't try one of these freshly made tasty morsels until almost a day later, and they were still PHENOMENAL! I feel like torn like being made to choose a favorite child, because I really loved them all, but the Lemon Drop and Boston Cream were my absolute favorites. The vanilla cake base donut has a wonderfully mild vanilla flavor, and is so soft and tastes lovingly homemade - it has JUST the right amount of denseness and chew. That lemon drop filling tasted like one of the best lemon meringue pie fillings that I have ever had, the perfect combination of tart and sweet. The Boston cream filling was so flavorful and decadent, and while sweet tasted unique and well made (basically, it didn't taste like cream with a truckload of sugar only, which is how most Boston cream fillings taste to me). All in all, you WILL be pleased!

They do mini cake doughnuts in various flavors that you can buy in 2,4,6,8+ at reasonable prices and some good coffee if you want. That's it. That's the review. This place is a cute dessert and coffee spot right in the heart of downtown Duluth. There's a small (shared) parking lot right in front of the shop but go ahead and prepare to walk a small bit if you're going on the weekends. The doughnuts themselves are tasty. They're small - so you can really talk yourself into eating multiple. They come out hot, and fresh and really you can't go wrong. The service is on point. The staff was nice, offered suggestions since it was my first time in, and really they just improved the entire experience. If you've got a sweet tooth you can't go wrong here.

We've been wanting to try this place for some time & haven't made the effort to go. Running to meet friends in Dunwoody we saw their donut truck & so glad we stopped to try it out. The owners were so friendly, the chai latte was one of my favorites & I can't even find the words to describe how delicious the donuts were! Over 30 flavors to choose from & honestly I want them all!! lol I'll absolutely make the effort to visit their Duluth location. If you have a sweet truth run for these sweet treats! Coffee & tea lovers check them out as well.

You can't buy singular donuts. The donuts come in boxes of 2, 4, or 6. I love the smallness of the donuts. It allows you to try more flavors without the guilt of eating all of them in one sitting. My favorite is the apple pie one. Staff is nice. I like the positive messages that they write on the boxes. The price of the donuts is pretty reasonable.

Y'all Do Yourself a Favor and Pay Them a Visit! My Family and I are Visiting From Chicago and This Place Came Highly Recommended. This place is a whole vibe and in a cute area. The service was intentional and professional. The Donuts are Delicious!!!!! And That is an Understatement!!! The Lady Who Was Working Today Name is Bridget! She is amazing and you can tell she loves what she does! 10/10 Recommend! PS: I ordered 24 donuts and as of now (about an hr after I ordered for the fam) I think there are only 5 left!

Yum yum yum! We spotted Simple Done after having dinner in the area and visited to curb a sweet tooth craving. We specifically chose this spot because they had vegan options a for my boyfriend. When we requested some for order, we were told there weren't anymore left for the day and she (not sure if this was the owner or an employee) couldn't make anymore. After we asked a few questions, she ended up saying she had a few left. I don't like having to have that type of interaction - because it's awkward and the appropriate first response for customer service is to just make more or truly be out of stock for the day (which we would've understood), so it felt weird. Anyway, that's the reason for docking a star. The donuts were good and there were a variety of options to try. I was given one incorrect donut (missing the one I was most looking forward to) but thankfully i don't have any allergies and was able to enjoy it. After the prior conversation about the vegan donuts we didn't bother asking for correction. Good location and reasonable prices so we will likely visit again when in the area.

I don't normally like donuts but these donuts simply so good! It's so fluffy, light, and most importantly, it's not too too sweet. They are mini size so make sure you order a lot because it will be gone with a blink of an eye just because it's that good. I came here for their food truck in Dunwoody. I can never make it in time to go to their actual location in Duluth since it's too far so having food truck around my neighborhood is so convenient! My favorite would have to be the powdered donuts but every other flavor is good too. Quick grab and go when you are craving something sweet, a good dessert, also good for quick breakfast. So delicious I want some more now.

I've been strictly vegan for over 4 years now, I ordered the 16 minis that were advertised as vegan and they were great! They tasted awesome. However it's kinda hard to give these a good review cause I got a stomach ache after the first 2 and I brushed it off the next day I ate 2 more for breakfast and dude... my stomach was DAIRY type hurting. Idk if it's maybe cross contamination or maybe the icing I'm lactose intolerant asf lol so I know this monster pain very very well. Hopefully it was just some random slip up but I probably won't be referring my vegan friends to these minis

Came across this new food truck in Dunwoody today and the donuts and coffee were delicious! They are mini donuts which I love because you are able to try all the different flavors. I got an iced chai tea latte and the cookies and cream and Boston cream donuts! The owners were incredibly friendly and even gave my puppy a plain donut to eat, which he absolutely loved! They have some many other donut flavor options so I will definitely be coming back again to try some more!

Simply Done Donuts is a little off the beaten path but completely worth the trip downhill to get there! It's the perfect way to get a sweet treat without overdoing it. The donuts are almost bite sized. It paired well with my coffee beverage - iced pumpkin latte. It was later in the day when I visited so I was pleased that the donuts didn't have a stale/dry taste - they were moist as if they were made upon arrival. There are a ton of toppings/flavors and it is my plan to try them all. To top it off, the service was top notch - friendly and welcoming. Prices were reasonable. It's nice to get a dessert without breaking the bank.

This place is Adorable!!!!!! Not only do they sale mini donuts with amazing toppings but they are doing it the right way with specialty coffees, ice cream and a bunch of other things to serve with donuts! I tried the apple pie and they did not disappoint, I only wish they were served warm, but they were still amazing. I have no clue what other donuts were ordered but I took a bit and tasted rice crispy treats one one and peanut butter on the others- equally yummy! Im impressed and will be back!

This is a cool coffee & donut shop in the heart of Downtown Duluth. Their coffee is from Three Tree Coffee, way to support local businesses! Their coffee choices includes your standard Espresso drinks and drip. They have Oat as their milk alternative for $1 more. They're not a coffee shop like Break Coffee Roasters across the street, but I like their coffee. If you want a coffee and a donut, this is a great place to get it. You can get other non-coffee drinks like lemonade or Chai Lattes. You can even get ice cream. Their donuts are minis. They're smaller size donuts. I like that because you can sample a lot of their flavors without getting too fat. And they do have a lot of flavors. Some people might want the big, fat donuts. Some prefer the minis. I think I prefer the minis because it's cleaner and as mentioned earlier, you can try so many of their flavors. They have about 26 flavors. And they're all unique and cute, due to their mini size. After you order, you can look in their open kitchen and see them make it. It's so interactive. The inside is cute. The staff is nice. And the donuts are tasty. It's one of my favorite donut shops in Atlanta.

Staff was super friendly and appreciated my dad humor. The donuts were fresh out the oven and warm and super moist and amazingly delicious. They gave me a confused face when I asked for "Jimmie's " donut and forgot that's a New England thing. Churro had options of what frosting flavor. Everything was so good!! For the reviews saying it was hard, I don't know your situations but maybe you kept it in the box for too long before eating it. Just my guess.

Decided to take a moment to slow down and grab a cup of coffee and some sweets during a day of errands. Came across this small shop and decided to give it a try. What a wonderful people/owners bringing hot and fresh donuts out to our YMSL event. Being able to totally customize the donuts with toppings make it a true treat. Will definitely use them again! Big Hit!

I love this donut place. But the woman behind the counter seems so stress & arrogant. she was so rude to me. I know we all have a bad day, but that is not the way you treat your customer. Came here on Sunday around 2pm. She apologized when I received the coffee. Hope the owner see this and have a conversation with her. I've seen there's a review like this too.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I absolutely LOVE Simply Done Donuts! All of their flavors are amazing! I've been a couple times but recently I tried their coffee and OMG! I came back 2 days later because I was craving their coffee!! Make sure you order a iced caramel macchiato and ask for their coffee ice cubes!! Those ice cubes make such a huge difference and makes your coffee taste even stronger and not watered down! I live 40 mins away and will always make a drive to get my donut and coffee fix! The staff are also amazing! Everyone makes you feel so welcomed and everyone has a smile on their face! It makes you feel good that they are so happy to serve you! The shop is also spotless!!! It's so clean and cozy! You can sit there and drink your coffee, eat your donuts, and probably order another round of donuts to take home!

We utilized the donut truck for an event with 1000 people, and the team was easy to work with, fast at responding, and had great accommodating service! Of course, the donuts were fresh and amazing!! We'll certainly use them for future events.

We absolutely love Simply Done Donuts! The shop is so warm and inviting. Great ambiance. We are always greeted so nicely and all the staff is friendly. They always write a cute message on your box. I love the personal touch! On our most recent visit we had the cinnamon sugar, glazed, apple pie and cookies and cream. They were all so good! My personal favorite is the strawberry cheesecake. The donuts are little so trust me and order several lol.

What isn't there to love about mini donuts? The vibe and ambience of this place is definitely a 10/10 and the area the shop is located at makes it even better. Most people opt to take out here so it's a nice place for some quiet. I ordered the sopapilla, smorelicious, old dirty bird and cookies and crème. I would definitely have to say old dirty bird was my favorite flavor. It was the perfect combo of peanut butter and chocolate. Just these 4 donuts cost me $5.50 which is a tad bit expensive, but worth it. These treats definitely fill your cravings without you having to eat too much. Can't wait to be back soon!! - Parking can be a hassle at the back lot so I suggest parking across the streetl

While I appreciated the fact that the donuts were freshly made, I found them to be a bit too sweet for my liking. Additionally, they were smaller than I had anticipated, but at least I didn't feel guilty ordering half a dozen donuts for myself The dough was denser than I prefer, but if you enjoy that type of texture, then these donuts would be perfect for you. Essentially, the dough base is the same for all flavors, with the toppings varying based on your order. Personally, the donuts were a bit overpriced for what you get. Overall, considering food, service, and ambience, it was an okay experience. It's good as a one-time thing.

I love this place. Found it by accident. It's a quaint little coffee/donut shop. The donuts are small but very delicious. The barista made the perfect iced caramel macchiato. And they write cute little notes on your box.

We have been going to Simply Done Donuts for their vegan donuts for a few years now and they are delicious! My hubby is highly allergic to milk so we opt for their vegan donuts each time. We recently booked their food truck (yes, they have a donut truck!) for my hubby's 30th bday and it was a BIG hit. It was completely vegan and I don't think our guests even realized it (lol). Karissa and Joey are amazing and you can tell they love what they do. 10/10 service.

Customer service was AMAZING as soon as we opened the door! These are mini donuts you can customize them & they have many different flavors you can get as many as you'd like, one of each different flavor (which we did). They are freshly made you can watch them make them. They have coffee, milk, etc but the donuts were so delicious!! Had no regrets I can't wait to go back.

This was a pleasant surprise. These donuts are mini and flavorful. They had quite and array of flavors to choose from. I usually don't like cake donuts (yeast ones are better). If I'm ever in this area I would go back.

Great donut options. The lemonade is a bit sour but it is organic so I guess that's good. I tested the donuts and they were so good! My favorite was the oreo. I would go back again and try more flavors.

This place is super cute...but the mini donuts are cuter! Grabbed a few donuts and they were all fresh, warm and soft! We decided on glazed and chocolate with sprinkles. There are so many varieties and combinations to try. We always play it safe, with traditional glaze. Lol. But, for you'll that live on the wild side...I'm sure you can't go wrong. It was very clean and the staff were all super friendly! I love the pictures on the wall of all the celebrities who have patronized. Definitely will be back and might even be a risk taker and try the churro donut!

They were great! They really did great at our Sunday event for church. There we're over 1600 people that came through for church that weekend at Mountain West Church in Tucker and they did a great job and the food truck was cool as well. Out of the 1600 they 300 hundred moms their amazing donuts!

This place hit home with me. It smells amazing, the decor is inviting, and the staff is friendly!! All things you want when visiting a local establishment during times of inflation... Location: tucked in downtown Duluth down behind Maple Street. It took me a second to find it, but once I did I lit up. Decor: loved the benches against the wall for dining, they had several tables inside and outdoor. The wall had an awesome design with Duluth in it. It felt local and I loved it! They also have a huge display on the back wall to show you each donut style. Staff: they ask if you've been there before and I hadn't, so they welcomed me there with a smile, and showed me the donut on the counter so I knew what to expect. These folks are on it!! Donuts: Finally!! First glance, I wanted to eat all 9 of them, they smelled great, they felt great, and omg do they taste great. I tried the plain donut first so I had an understanding of the main component in all their styles. The plain one was perfect. Not overly sweet; not dry, not a heavy oil taste, just perfect. The donut had a very soft and chewy consistency which is how a donut should be made: the second donut I tried was the apple pie. I could eat 40 of these. The pie filling was warm, the donut was sweet with the frosting, it was heaven in 2 bites. We have several other flavors left and I'm certain it will knock our socks off like the others. I love bakery items and they're so hard to get right. Donuts are a classic treat that you usually depend on DD to get right, but they have failed me over and over. It's refreshing to know a small donut shop tucked in Duluth has found a way to make a donut stand above the rest. If you're in the area or live 25 minutes away like myself, they are worth the trip!!

We hosted the food truck for our neighborhood Halloween event, and all of our friends raved about the donuts for days! The service was wonderful, the truck made everyone excited just seeing it in the driveway; we hope to have them back next year! Wonderful experience!

I've been to Simply Done Donuts a couple of times now, but usually for complimentary donuts, such as from the most recent Yelp Elite perks! Located in downtown Duluth, there are some surrounding cute restaurants and shops - there is a parking lot behind Simply Done Donuts available (although I've only been on weekdays, so I can't say those won't be the first to go on weekends). Service is super friendly! I have enjoyed conversing with basically everyone I have spoken to at the counter. Their mini donuts are super cute, with seasonal favorites that you shouldn't miss out on. HOWEVER. I'm not here to rave about their donuts. I'm here to rave about their coffee ice cubes. YES. Can I get an amen? I love their bold cold brew - their homemade cold brew served over ice cubes made of coffee. I hate watery iced coffee - I mean, who actually likes it? If I wanted an iced Americano, I would have asked for it! What's even better - is if you're not feeling the cold brew, you can add the coffee ice cubes to basically any iced coffee beverage! Pick up your cute lil Simply Done donuts and DON'T SLEEP on that Bold Cold Brew!

So...my sister and I found this place on google... I am so glad we did. Upon arrival the shop is cute & quaint. It feels like a soda shoppe from back in the day. The two girls that helped us today were super sweet & helpful. As far as the donuts...Oh my GOD! They are amazing! They are mini donuts...you don't even have to feel guilty. Lol I've had everything from the Elvis donut (peanut butter, bacon, bananas & chocolate I think) DELICIOUS to the PB&J...also amazing! Their frosted lemonade is perfectly made. When I tell you it was the best experience. It really was!

I love the selection of choices available and because they are smaller than typical donuts you can try a few different kinds at once. My son has a donut milkshake that he said he will be getting again. This isn't a typical donut shop so once it was explained how it works we placed our order and it was quickly made with no mistakes. Cute restaurant decor, clean and relaxed.

First timer here! This is a SUPER quaint donutery! They even have a window to watch your minis get gussied up, fun for children!! I came in for only a few & ended up with 20, so what does that say?! So many choices that are "Simply" irresistible!! I would say, 2 bites (3 if you are not in a rush & have a cup of their smellin' good coffee) per donut to get a great experience with the flavors. But, these are one-biters for the hungry & cannot control yourself. I wanted to take a picture of their cards at the counter. This company also has a purpose to stop trafficing & help the community. And, the sweetest gal at the counter greeted me with a smile (through her mask) and answered all my questions. Parking is tough, but enough traffic comes/goes so keep circling until you find someone leaving. 2 lots, but they are smaller lots. Probably more parking down the street, but I got lucky!! Enjoy the pics while I enjoy the donuts!

Coffee!! They serve Three tree coffee. Try some you will love it!! Even better you can take a bag with you to grind and brew at home. The ambiance is great. Just waiting on the gluten free donuts to be added

I'm visiting the Atlanta area from Tampa, Florida. My friend took me to this cute little donut shop because he knew I liked donuts and I like cold brew with coffee ice cubes. The guy behind the counter strikes up a conversation and asks where I'm from. I tell him. It turns out, the only other location of Simply Done Donuts is in Tampa. I enjoyed the cold brew and donuts immensely, and I'll likely go to the Tampa location once I get back to compare. COVID stuff: Visited February 2021. We sat at a table outside, although there were indoor tables available. The staff wore masks.

The Basics: Simply Done Donuts is a donut and coffee shop located in Duluth. It is right off of the main square and it is certainly a treat to visit. Simply Done Donuts features tons of flavors of mini sized donuts and various coffee drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos. Things I like: The donuts are delicious and the shop is super cute. There are lots of donut flavors to choose from and you can watch them make your donuts from a window that looks into the kitchen. I ordered cinnamon sugar and fruity pebble donuts and they were delicious! I also ordered a latte which I enjoyed. The staff was super friendly and appreciative of the business. Things I didn't like: Nothing! This spot is a bit hidden in the main Duluth square, so make sure to look for it! Overall, I am excited to return and try more donut flavors! Everything I tried was delicious and fresh.

I went to the food truck in Dunwoody today and got 16 minis (4 flavors). All 4 flavors were great, and I will definitely go here again. Depending on how long the line is, you might have to wait a few minutes, but the donuts come out warm and are worth the wait.

We went at 3:00 on a Saturday. There are restaurants, shops, and a brew pub in the same little area, so it's great for walking around! The owners were so friendly. In times of COVID, all employees were wearing masks. I don't think they required customers to wear masks, but most, if not all, were. We got 8 donuts for $9. All of the donuts are made the same. They just top them differently. The good thing is that they'll never run out of donuts because they all have the same base. Note that they now offer vegan donuts! We didn't try any though. Here's what we got, in order of my personal preference: 1. Churro 2. Cinnamon Sugar 3. Smorelicious 4. Apple Pie 5. Dark Side 6. French Toast 7. Glazed 8. Strawberry Cheesecake We also got cold brew coffee, 20 oz. for $3, which was very good. They have a cute little outdoor seating area with café lighting, which is where we sat to eat our donuts. While it's not our favorite donut place we've tried, we still recommend, especially if you're in the area!
