The associates were patient and kind as I was making a choice. I’m vegan, so they helped me choose a protein (tofu). When I chose the wrong dressing, Hayley assisted me with figuring out the one I meant (Far East). The interior is clean and vibrant. I will come back to this location.

Jennifer and Emily at the ladera simply salad was amazing. Their customer service was above and beyond. They were patient and very helpful with the orders. Will come back again. There are the best

I needed to order some food for delivery, and called the restaurant to ensure that it was made correctly. Angel picked up my call and said he would personally make it himself and my salad was incredible! That was amazingly above and beyond CS. The only suggestion I have (which I have experienced since going there) is they should increase the amount servings on wontons, specifically when I’m asking it to be on the side. It’s such a small amount, like literally 5 pieces.

This local salad joint is a standout gem in the area, and it's one of my favorites for good reason. Every salad I've tried here has been delicious, and today's choice, the Cue wrap with BBQ ranch dressing, was no exception. It satisfied my hunger perfectly. I also want to give a special shoutout to Yesenia, who went above and beyond to help me out when I realized I had ordered at the wrong location. She handled the situation with grace and provided exceptional customer service, making sure I was taken care of without any fuss. Yesenia's outstanding service deserves recognition – she truly made my experience memorable.

I love their salads because they're made fresh and you get a lot of health salads for a good price. At this location, I got a wrap. I was disappointed with the tortilla wrap because it fell apart when I picked it up to bit. I had to eat it like a salad. While I was eating, I pulled on a string, not food. I was done!

I usually go to the century location. But ever since i came to this location, I’ve been happier with my service and especially the outcome of my salads everytime i come to build my own! I haven’t had a wrap from here yet but that’s next on my list. All the ingredients are fresh WITH “cucumbers!!” 😩😮‍💨🙌🏽 (For some reason century location sucks at this part) I must say though, there is this really cute/attractive light skin young woman with the head wrap that chops my salad sometimes when she’s there i always leave there happier cause of her if i may be honest lol personally i think she’s really dope and deserves a raise’ or promotion of some sort or something! She’s a beautiful girl & everytime i go and she’s there my salads come out lookin gorgeous as if she signed her signature with love in my salad! I wish i knew her name, but today she chopped my salad again and I appreciate her more than she knows yet as well as this location for providing great atmosphere to complement the whole experience. I suggest this location better cause everywhere else is slower for some odd reason. Definitely know what they’re doing here & everything is really good! I recommend this place for anyone that enjoys a good salad!

Purchased a salad from here at the salad had glass in it. Spoke to the manager Emily and she told me she could offer me a refund and two replacement salads. However, I had a cut in my mouth from the glass. I have called the location several times and was informed someone from corporate would give me a call. It has been approximately three weeks and non one has called. I have emailed the location, spoke to the manager, emailed corporate and no response has been returned. **Also, manager has requested that I change my rating ** *update*manager contacted me and pending an update from submitting my medical bill** **update** will be going to small claims court, manager only wants to cover medical bill, no time off from work, pain or suffering.

We picked this place for a small meal after we arrived to LA. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a hello. I explained this was my first time and the young lady walked me through the menu and dressing choices. I opted for the salad which comes in one size and 5 toppings. I did not add meat as that is additional as well as any other toppings. After I told her my order, on my side of the counter I paid. It looked as though you can walk in and just order and pay at the kiosk. I was not sure about two dressings, but they let me try both. I opted for the Mediterranean ranch. The wait was a little long, I observed a lot of people coming and going as they are located next to a gym. The service was simple, nothing really outstanding. There is seating available inside and the decor was very simple. Parking is ok, they are located in a strip mall. The lettuce is fresh, but I found that I had to search for my toppings . We felt skimped on the toppings as the lettuce overpowered. Overall, it helped curb our appetite until dinner.

I'm always delighted to create my salad as I desire, but was happy to notice 'add ons' whilst checking out and saw soups were available! The meatball soup was very savory and satisfying. *I would like it very much to see Thousand Island dressing added as an option.

After our refrigerator died we were forced to do takeout for every dinner for two and a half weeks. At least half of those meals were from Simply Salad because it was a meal where we didn't have to worry about storing leftovers. Our go to is splitting "The Cue" salad with lite onions and blue cheese. The barbecue ranch dressing is finger licking good and we recently discovered the Chicken Poblano soup is addictive too. Simply Salad is simply delicious once you find your jam.

We love coming to this restaurant! It's great that there is a healthy option for the neighborhood and the restaurant is really good. The service is excellent! The guy that took our order was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. He did mention his name but we forgot. We also had a wonderful smile and amazing service by Shawna. The entire crew in our opinion was impressive and impeccable. This is a top choice in our household as a go to restaurant! The only reason we did not give 5 Stars, is because they did not give us enough utensils in our bag. We didn't find out until we got home. Very clean atmosphere as well!! We went Monday, 12/8/2025 in the evening!

If I wanted a bowl of plain lettuce with a side of disappointment, I would've stayed home fasho. The customer service here was cool. The ambiance is nice. The lady who helped me was super nice and had good energy. One thing I actually liked is how they take your full order at the start, none of that awkward pointing at toppings one by one like some other salad spots, BUT I may have preferred that... stay tuned... Now, the salad itself? Basic. Like, painfully basic. I got romaine lettuce with olives, cucumbers, pepperoncinis, and Italian dressing, and honestly, they skimped hella hard on the toppings. It was mostly just lettuce, and not even the good kind... just a pile of it with a few scattered leaves I'm sorry. I could barely taste anything but greens. And that Italian dressing? Man, it tasted so processed and preservative heavy I ain't even put it on my salad. It was so sad cause I only took a few bites of my salad and was like, "Yeah... I'm good." Ended up not even finishing it. It wasn't the worst experience ever, but for a place called Simply Salad, I expected a little more effort in the actual salad cause my salad was a sad salad.

In and out with no hassle-(although we actually sat down to eat) Guest & I ordered the Cesar chicken. I have to admit this chicken Cesar was good, although it could have been seasoned a little better, but if you're not much on the seasoning aspect of your salads you'd be in heaven. Chrisp,fresh, and a decent size. Interesting how 95% of the business was all pick up and to go. Practically no one chose to eat their meal there. I guess that's the preferred model. Hey whatever works, a decent product and a decent time.

I needed to eat before my dentist appointment. And I knew that I needed some sort of veggies in my meal. I picked the Thai Up Wrap with extra Kale, Thai peanut dressing on the side. The price wasn't too expensive and I love that the lettuce/kale and veggies were chop into small edible pieces. I only ate half because it was sooo filling. Definitely going back to try some other meals.

I come here at least twice a week to get a salad and let me tell you, those young kids working or hustling!! This place is always crowded, but I know the servers do the best they can. The Asian southwest with salmon is my favorite salad. The only thing that's weird is there's always some random white man lurking around. I'm assuming he's the manager, but it looks very distasteful.. i'm sure they micromanage people here. Nonetheless, the service is always good..

I ordered the Thai It up salad and Chicken poblano soup. Everything was delicious and very healthy. Shawna and the entire staff were very nice and friendly.

Listen I love Simply Salad...but tonight you guys missed the mark! I call myself trying a salad which cost me $20 and tried the sweet Sriracha dressing. OMG! It was all sriracha and no sweet!!!!!! Ruined my whole salad! I'm So upset.

Simply Salad is a great place and good quality. However . My experience today was not so good. I went to lunch with a couple worker who was getting a credit. I ordered my usual the Que. Keven who was preparing her salad with Salmon had the worst customer service ever. He held his head down the entire time . She was trying to explain that she paid for an extra salmon . He kept looking down and saying she only paid for one . When the manager finally came over she showed him on the receipt that she paid for extra salmon. My co worker asked if he could place it on top . He did not acknowledge her or look up one time ! We became furious with the level of service this young man named KEVIN had . He should NOT be on the front line . Clearly he is not a people person ! I would live to know what he said o his interview for the position! Keep him in the back or out the door !!!!!!

I order once or twice a week, I came in on Monday and I just loved how the team was performing. They were really excited even laughing how busy they were and they were really fast getting the orders out. But the food was amazing thank you

Doordashed this because I wanted something healthy. Ordered the Chinatown Salad with added hard boiled egg. Was pretty disappointed because there was barely any chicken or egg. Sauce was good though.

Simply Salad really gives Cava a run for its money in terms of freshness and value. I stopped by for a healthy lunch and left very satisfied. The staff were friendly and eager to help with salad options, which are sure to satisfy any craving. The restaurant was busy but clean. You order and pay at the counter, and the staff don't touch the payment station, which felt safe. I chose the Cobb salad without egg, and they made it right in front of me. The portions are generous enough for leftovers! The chicken was fresh and well-seasoned, and the bacon was delicious. They also have a daily soup, and I tried the poblano soup, which was creamy, spicy, and fantastic. Each salad comes with a side of pita. I'll definitely be making this my go-to lunch spot whenever I want something fresh and healthy.

Good friendly and quick customer service. They keep the space fairly clean and it's clearly a popular spot. There's a small outdoor patio seating area although it's right along the main road. The food tastes fresh and healthy.

I had a great experience at Simply Salad today. The salads were super fresh and delicious, and the guy who made my salad was very nice with excellent customer service. A girl there also introduced me to the app, and she was so friendly--she made me happy with how helpful she was. Definitely coming back!

I don't usually write bad reviews, but this experience at Simply Salad deserves to be shared--especially if you're expecting decent service or even just basic common sense. I placed my order online through UberEats to save time. When I arrived, everything was ready to go, but I asked the employee if the dressing had been mixed in. He said no (which I understand, it's their standard for online orders). I then very kindly asked if he could just toss the salad for me--since I was literally standing right there, in front of him, and hadn't touched the food yet. He flat-out refused. Told me "it's policy." Not even a "let me check" or "I'll see what I can do." Just a hard no. Because of soggy salad complaints... seriously? What kind of customer service is this? I wasn't asking for something ridiculous. I wasn't late or causing a scene. I just wanted the dressing mixed in. This whole encounter left me feeling dismissed, like my business and presence didn't matter at all. It's a salad. Not a security protocol.

Good -place for Vegans , and if you are on a diet like me lol. My second time here, and it love the Salad wraps. I like the El Paso Salad one, and it is delicious. I fasted from meat, and it was a excellent choice. Good service, and food. See ya next time.

Stopped by Simply Salad for dinner and was Simply sad. We ordered the Buff and the Hipster salads. Subbed salmon for the chicken and they FORGOT it. We realized that once we got home. So, we went back to get the salmon and they put salmon on the SAME SALAD It was soooooooo disappointing. No.."I'm sorry..no, "what can I do to make it better", and worst of all no NEW SALAD.. I haven't been here in years and now remember why..

I ordered the Thai salad and requested the Asian dressing. Went home and it was another dressing that I can't identify. I really love this salad that I've had in the past. No complaints regarding the service. However, because I walked in when I called back the Ai operator only offered to deal with you if you ordered via Door dash and Ubereats. You don't get a live person on the phone. I called the catering office and let a voice mail and received no call back. Disappointing.

My two recent experiences have been great, and it's been a long while. As for tonight, I'm just shouting out the albondigas soup. It's different than others I've had, with smaller meatballs and a thicker tomato-based broth, but it hit the spot on a gloomy night! Great flavor. That is all.

Simply Salad is always a solid choice when I'm craving something fresh and satisfying. The salads are consistently fresh with a great variety of toppings and dressings to choose from. Customer service is typically great--friendly, efficient, and helpful. It's a spot I know I can count on for a quick, healthy meal. Definitely will return whenever the salad cravings hit!

This business has a private parking lot they share with other businesses, which is a plus. Upon arrival, it was empty, so the worker quickly took our order. I tried to order one of their soups of the day that was written down on the window, but they were out of it. So, the worker ended up erasing it. She then told me which soups weee available and provided me with a sample to try out. It took a long time for my order to be ready considering it was empty when I arrived. They have online ordering and must give priority to those customers because they had me waiting.

The El Jefe salad with pita chips and hummus was the best. Tasty, fresh, and no skimping on the fixings. Thanks to the Long Beach team that were busy working hard and with smiles. Pleasant and yummy experience.

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures to share. I have never been to the actual restaurant I've only had it delivered to me 5-6 times and every single time I lived my salads. I feel always get my monies worth and like I said , I'm always satisfied with my salad choices. They also have wraps and some very very tasty drinks. Im always looking for a great salad and Simply Salad definitely hits the spot. It's been awhile since I've had one, think that'll be my lunch choice for tomorrow

I paid $15 for a bowl of lettuce. I ordered a Cobb salad without eggs and tomatoes which clearly must be the filler because I tell you that I was hard pressed to find any other topping. There was barely any cheese, the chicken was scarce and they forgot to include the avocado It was a very disappointing experience.

Didn't know what to eat so I decided to get a salad, and stopped here at Simply Salad, and it's a nice location. The servers are very welcoming and nice, professional, and respectful. They were also very quick with my food I wasn't waiting for long at all. It's in the cut so it could be easy to miss if you're driving to fast.

I've had two disappointing experiences in a row at Simply Salad, and unfortunately, I feel the need to share. Each time I've walked into this location, I've been met with rude and unwelcoming service. One of the ladies behind the counter was especially unpleasant, and both visits left me feeling extremely rushed to place my order. As a new customer, walking into a place where you're not familiar with the menu can already feel a little intimidating--but being pressured to order quickly and receiving cold energy from the staff only makes it worse. The employees don't greet you, don't smile, and there's no effort to make you feel like your presence is appreciated. Because of this, I now prefer to order through Uber Eats just to avoid the uncomfortable in-store experience, which is unfortunate because the food itself is delicious. No complaints there--fresh, flavorful, and always satisfying. The quality of the food speaks for itself, but the in-person experience definitely needs serious improvement. First impressions matter, and Simply Salad is falling short in that area. I truly hope management addresses how customers are being treated, especially new ones who are still trying to figure things out. A little kindness and patience go a long way.

Every visit is worth the drive fast and friendly staff, food always delicious and made to my liking. Clean nice restaurant will definitely be returning many more times =)!

deeply dissatisfying meal. Almost no chicken in both of our salads. We've ordered from this place multiple times in the past, and it was probably about a quarter as much chicken in both of our salads. You can see in the picture that is just a few specs that are hard to find. It almost seems like this restaurant was running out of chicken and still sent the orders out. Or they're doing this with all salads and trying to save money in this drastic way. Terrible meal for almost $40. We ordered the Downtown Cobb Salad w/ Grilled Chicken and El Jefe Salad

There was a pincher bug in my salad. It was delivered to my place of work closed and after my first bite there was a pincher bug crawling around. This was a horrifying experience and I am emotionally unstable because of this event.

Wanted to grab a salad and usually I don't like salad but this place was amazing! Will come back again!

I really like this location and the interior of the restaurant. However, I have been to the one downtown LA and Santa Monica and never had an issue with the dressing. It was so soggy and gross I get it you can get it on the side or light, but I am writing a review because the steak with hard balls of fat like gross on steakout

Decided to give this place another try. THIS is the salad I was accustomed to. So glad they're back to filling the bowl. I ordered a build your own chicken salad and was not disappointed. They had a $5 coupon for rewards members so I paid in the app and my salad was ready when I arrived. I'll be back.

OUR SALAD GO TO! ALWAYS a delicious salad go to and i. Our neighborhood! I'm a Caeser salad lover and there chicken caeser is at a 10! Just tasty! Salad wise or as a wrap! Winner! First off let me say this was my go to spot for lunch, up until I had lost my appetite due to radiation treatment. So I went on 11/21/23 @ 12:04p. The only problem I had was that they forgot to add my salmon in, so I called and spoke to a young lady and she told me that she would write my name in a book and that I can come in anytime, I said ok thanks. Now I don't know if anyone is I know you're with radiation treatment, but I had cancer in my neck which really affected my taste buds. So I was not eating or doing anything I had to drink protein drinks. So I never went back in, because I'm actually just now regaining my taste. So today August 6, I decided to go in and redeem my salad. Upon the young lady Melanie, looking for my name in the book, she couldn't find it. Sound like OK well, I know I have a receipt. Let me see if I can pull up my picture of the receipt and see when it actually was. So why she still looking through the book and I'm looking through my photos for the receipt, I found the receipt but it was dated in November so she went to look for the things she didn't see my name down she did. So as she still looking through the list, I'm noticing the dates and I'm seeing November in December, she goes over to the manager who was working, who was not given, nor did he come over and talk to me said he was the general manager for that location, i'm OK. She tells him what happens and that she can't find my name. He tells her that they only go back three months, which I knew was November December March. It was May up in there. It was a whole bunch of different months in there, but you only go back three months. So then he tells her that he can only offer me 20% off. And I'm like no that's not OK I said had I known that you guys only hold supposedly records for three months I would've gave my salad to someone else and told them to come in and get the salad. So my issue with this is that if you have a timeframe, it is of importance that you inform the customer what the timeframe is when replacing something that they've already paid for. So today because I really wanted this salad I refused the 20% off and paid the full price for my salad today. Melanie was totally awesome, great professional, nice polite, understandable, empathetic, and everything. Your manager never came over and spoke to me showed any form of empathy. He showed irritation and no concern for what I was dealing with. Have a problem with things like that when it comes to people not knowing what someone situation is as to why they did not come back. When I asked to speak with him, he was on the phone. He never came back over to Melody and asked what was going on. I felt felt that was rude and very unprofessional. I do not know if I will be going back again. I'm hoping to hear something from the owner who I've met Simply Salad first open very nice and polite man. I remember going there like I said faithfully I have my people there that was super nice. I understand everything is gonna change and everything. Your other staff was very nice but your manager was not nice. It was even a lady that end up having to get a refund today as I'm waiting to talk because her salad wasn't done. Representation manager supposed to be customers was not good. I will be uploading a receipt to show when I originally went in back in November. And I don't know anyone who is gonna lie about having to go through radiation after having cancer.

This location has very good service! They are quick and clean and the staff is very accommodating to specific requests. Will definitely be back!

I placed a similar order as my last. My Cardini's Caesar was made with mixed greens, not romaine, which is a NO. I was supposed to receive free hummus and pita chips, to no avail. And I did not receive a proper refund for my order. I will not be patronizing Simply Salad in the future as a result. Steal from customers and/or don't make orders properly when you had the option to cancel the orders and you will not have me as a customer.

I received horrible service today. I ordered my salad at 1 pm. today and waited 25 minutes while other people behind me in line received their orders. There was no apology for the mistake. Simply, Salad, own up to your mistake and don't waste people's time.I didn't receive my saIad because they hadn't even started on it. They seem to have a major disfunction with internet orders and walk ups. I requested a refund immediately. I have ordered 2 times in the past 7 days here with no problems, but today was frustrating. I will never go back again... very disorganized!!! Take note from Chipotle and have either a station dedicated to app orders and one for walk up orders. It's no reason why my order should have been missed or delayed. Also, train your employees to apologize for mistakes or oversight it goes a long way!

Terrible experience the one in the black shirt is extremely rude.. tried being nice and still did not take out order right... brushed us off... acted like she hated us asking questions and to hurry up.. tried paying and when the money dropped on the counter looked at me rolled her eyes and waited for me to pick it up... order was messed up because she didn't pay attention to no peanuts so 2 people had to go out and spend more money because she just didn't listen..

I'm a Simply Salad regular, even though I only order the El Jefe salad and the El Jefe wrap with garbanzo beans added to both. It ain't broken so I won't change it! This is a place you go to when you just want a good ole simple salad with no bells and whistles. I mean, they have bells and whistles, but it's not necessary.
