"In the mood for bibimbap and authentic Korean cuisine? Then this bistro is the right place for you! On the programme: a concise menu, splendid meat, meticulously sourced by a MOF, slick, smiling service, and, of course, healthy, flavoursome food – right down to the desserts and all made from scratch." - Michelin Inspector

Sinabro is a very nice place, small but clean, quiet and elegant, with very good menu options. The waiters are very patient with you while explaining the dishes and the way to eat them. The food is excellent, very flavourful but not overly spicy or greasy. My only downside is that the portions are a little small for the price, and so you end up spending a bit too much on a good meal. Other than that, its a great place!

Bibimbap the same as the one I tried in Jeonju, Korea where the dish was created. Small restaurant with limited number of dishes and the price was a bit higher than average, worth trying though. Highly recommended to book at least 1 day in advance

A go-to place to experience Korean cuisine just slightly modified to fit European tastes. Tartare-based meals are to try. Reserve in advance as the place is packed. Approx 70 EUR for 2-person brunch

Just YUM. Honestly, just go. We had a great experience - food was delicious, service was great and really lovely atmosphere. It’s not a huge restaurant, so it feels cosy but not cramped. Heard about this place from the Michelin Guide and agree that its worth a detour! We had the Korean fried chicken and dumplings for starters which were brilliant, then a hot stone bulgogi bibimbap and a spicy beef dopbap and would recommend both. Bulgogi bibimbap possibly slightly better than spicy beef dopbap ;) We also had the Korean pancake with matcha ice cream for dessert which was nice, but it did take some time to get used to the flavours (the matcha had a slightly bitter aftertaste)

Probably the best Korean restaurant in Lyon!! I was really blown away by their food. Everything in the restaurant is exquisite and the food is impeccable (except for the side dishes, it's not sour enough..). You should book a table before coming. I was lucky to have a seat today because it was very early but I will book a table next time. P/s: wish I had a recipe for their side soup, I love it!

We had 2 Korean beers which were super, 2 vegetarian options and two desserts. We chose this restaurant for our visit in Lyon, and as we are deep into Korean TV series and food we were happy when we found about it! The food was a little bit of disappointment, as the flavours are been Europeanised so they lost the authentic flavours. The kimchi was super "mild" and etc. The big good suprise thou is the Korean pancake with bean ice cream that ended our dinner with a sweet taste.

Amazing food and brilliant service. The young girl serving us spoke three languages and helped us all the way through our experience here. Best Korean food in Lyon, definitely recommend.

Solid Korean food. Make sure to get reservations beforehand because when we were there, they turned away folks who walked in. Loved the banchan (side dishes), especially this scallion w/ egg dashi soup! Kim chi pancake had good chunks of Kim chee and was perfectly crispy. The gochujang that comes with the bibimbap is a bit too sweet & not spicy enough, but maybe they cut down on the spice because mostly French people eat here lol. The mandu is not that flavorful but in general I’m not a fan of fried mandu (I liked it steamed). Overall a solid meal and would come again
