Sinae Phuket

We stayed at Sinae Phuket as a family and had a very pleasant overall experience. Sinae is a small, modern and intimate hillside resort, beautifully built into a very steep mountainside just outside Phuket Town.|The villas are stylish, spacious and thoughtfully designed, and most come with private pools and stunning panoramic views over the bay. Our villa had a beautiful layout, great storage space, excellent comfort and a fantastic private pool. The view was truly a highlight of the stay.|Because of the steep terrain, walking around the resort is not really possible – but this is handled extremely well. Sinae offers a very efficient buggy service, included in the stay, and everything is managed through a well-designed app. Ordering buggies, room service or communicating with staff was easy, fast and reliable throughout our stay.|The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming, and we genuinely felt well taken care of. Service was consistently good, attentive and professional.|Breakfast was very good, combining a large buffet with à la carte options, freshly prepared dishes and specialty coffees. Dining at the hotel was solid and enjoyable, though prices are high compared to Phuket in general – which is fairly typical for boutique hotels.|The main downside is the location. The hotel is quite isolated, with no restaurants, shops or attractions within walking distance. The beach directly in front of the hotel is unfortunately not great, with stones and murky water, and is not suitable for swimming. Transport is therefore essential, but ride services like Grab work well and are easy to use.|Overall, Sinae Phuket is an excellent choice if you’re looking for privacy, comfort, great views and very good service, and don’t mind being a bit removed from everything. It’s not a beach-focused hotel, but rather a calm retreat with beautiful villas and a well-run operation.

These private pool villas are absolutely stunning. The breakfast buffet had plentiful options and is complimentary. Loved the proximity to Old Town for dinner and shopping. The views from both the rooms as well as the hilltop cafe are just stunning and the cocktails are great. Golf carts can be called instantly to take you anywhere on site since the roads and steps are so steep to the top. Didn't have much of a problem with mosquitos which I was pleasantly surprised by. There is an excursion desk on-site but be prepared to book early because things sell out, and the latest trips leave by 2:30pm. The only downfalls of this beautiful place are that there is no beach access directly from the resort and we had an unusual problem with all of the lights turning on 4 separate times in the middle of the night, but the front desk was able to reset something in their system so it didn't happen again after we called. It's about an hour drive to the opposite side of the island if you're wanting to visit Patong area. I would definitely recommend a stay here, it was romantic and lovely for our honeymoon!

Exceptional service right from the start, we spent a magical two weeks here and loved every moment. Private pool, views of the sea, worth every penny!!! Luxury at its best. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable and such amazing views, every member of the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The buggy rides were fun! Like a roller coaster from the Hill Top cafe! The massages, well we had a fair few as the first got us hooked, such a relaxing experience the spa was stunning. We want to thank every member of the staff from the security guards, the chefs, the housekeepers, the cafe staff, the restaurant staff and the Spa crew thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making this trip such a special one for us We love Thailand! And we love Sinae !

One of the features I especially appreciated was the hotel’s dedicated application, which made everything incredibly convenient. Booking spa appointments and requesting transportation within the property was seamless and efficient, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The spa experience itself was exceptional—relaxing, well-organized, and executed with great attention to detail. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the team went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful room, which was a very thoughtful and memorable gesture. The staff deserves special recognition: everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The room was immaculately clean, one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, which truly reflects the high standards of the property. Overall, SINAE Phuket delivers luxury, comfort, and exceptional service flawlessly. It was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and memorable stay in Phuket—especially for special occasions like a honeymoon.

Ocean view studio Our stay at Sinae Phuket was truly exceptional! The hospitality was top-notch. The room was well-maintained, beautifully appointed with all the necessary amenities, and the private pool was a fantastic bonus. The views were simply stunning! The food was delicious and well-presented, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs. But what truly made our stay special was the surprise birthday cake arranged for us without any prior notice - a thoughtful gesture that made our stay truly memorable. One suggestion we might make is the addition of some indoor activities for rainy days. This would further enhance the luxurious experience and provide guests with plenty of options to enjoy their stay, regardless of the weather. If you're considering booking a room with a private pool, I would recommend checking carefully before booking to ensure it meets your privacy standards. We noticed that not all rooms with private pools are created equal, and some are more exposed to the road than others. A little extra research would go a long way in avoiding any potential issues. We highly recommend Sinae Phuket for its excellent service, luxurious amenities, and warm hospitality. It was a truly unforgettable experience!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Luxury is in the name and thats exactly what you get. Rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned the private pools cool you down in the hot sun. The food at the bistro is delicious, also the hill top cafe is a fantastic place for lunch or dinner with a breathtaking view of the bay. Also you catch sighting of a monkey, geko or the birds of prey that circle over head.

Sinae Phuket - ⭐ Recently stayed at Sinae Phuket and had a lovely experience. This is a great choice for a romantic escape with your loved <3 The resort has a wonderfully romantic atmosphere throughout. The private pool is clean and well-maintained – perfect for couples. Everything feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a modern, upscale feel. However, we did notice a couple of cleanliness issues worth mentioning. There was quite a bit of dust on the floors, which we think could use more frequent attention. Also, the room had a slightly stale smell, and we'd suggest the hotel pay closer attention to the wardrobe area and general ventilation to keep things fresh and clean. These are minor issues, but they definitely stood out in an otherwise elegant room. The staff are absolutely wonderful – they were attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was tasty and hit the spot. note: there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate area, but that's not really a problem since you can easily order food from the hotel itself, which is convenient. Sinae Phuket is a lovely romantic retreat with great service and beautiful facilities. Still very much worth recommending for couples. :) <3

Checked out today and sad to leaving. From making my booking through to staying and using the facilities until my pick the whole team were super friendly and helpful. The room had everything you need and is stylishly decorated. The weather at the moment has been heavy rain and cooler than usual but the pool still felt great (like a cold plunge at first) and refreshing. The hotel in general is very clean and has a peaceful atmosphere. The hilltop is great for unwinding with stunning views to the sea. I also treated myself to a spa treatment. This was probably pricey than going to town but it was worth the money. I saw a number of families there. With the buggy facilities helps to make getting around easier with young ones. All in all a beautiful stay and I look forward to coming back.
