I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The interior is spotless and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, but the standout dishes for me were the kabob and falafel—they are truly to die for! The kabob was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, while the falafel had the perfect crispy exterior and a wonderfully spiced, soft interior. Every bite was a delight. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the entire dining experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal in a clean and inviting setting. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great food, very delicious. Services could be improved. Quiet and peaceful place.

Google
All the meats are Halal! Such a lovely romantic restaurant! Sina’s father is an incredible chef! The beef kofta was my favourite but everything was quite tasty and packed with wonderful flavours! I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and didn’t want it to end! Friendly staff and very polite and respectful! Perfect place for a family get together or a romantic dinner! This place is a golden gem!

Google
Authentic Persian Foods! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Award winning from Yelp!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true Persian dining experience. I absolutely enjoyed all the delicious foods we ordered. Didn’t get a chance to take pictures of the appetizers because it was so yuuuum.😋 All the staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming and the restaurant is well designed, clean and organized.

Google
Lovely restaurant and excellent quality Persian food and the staff are so nice and polite. The owner is so kind and authentic. Tried Koobideh and mast moosir - Loved it! After lunch we had a great persian tea with some surprise Bamieh! Definitely will go back again. (The dish photo is half of the meal they serve for Koobideh)

Google
Some of the best Persian food I've ever had!! Can't wait to come back and try their Ghorme Sabzi !!

Google
My Mom and I went to this restaurant for the first time (will not be the last), the food was amazing. The owner made recommendations that were phenomenal. The chicken and rice was *chef’s kiss* and the pita bread with the yogurt sauce OMG. We also got to chat with him for a bit… the service was one of the best ever. THANK YOU!

Google
Went for dinner here on a Sunday night and we were completely satisfied! Beautiful atmosphere. Food was delicious and very large portions! Staff was very polite and also offered us tea on the house after our meal. Definitely will be back!

Yelp
Good takeout option for healthy food. Ordered the Falafel plate, Chicken Koobideh, and Sina's wrap. My 3 year old loved the falafel and the sauce that came with it. The falafel's definitely softer here than other places we tried. The beef in the wrap was tender and juicy. Chicken was seasoned well. Overall, food was fresh and great!

Yelp
I love the food. Fresh and always makes my day to have their specials. and Ali the chef is so nice .

Yanislav W.

Yelp
The food was mediocre at best. The rice was dry. Nothing remotely resembling Persian food - no rice varieties, no aromas, no sauces. The beef was well marinated but hopelessly overdone. Looking for Persian food? Look elsewhere.

Yelp
The food was delicious, the hummus and the eggplant were phenomenal. Also enjoyed the chicken skewer and falafel and dolmas (items are named differently on the menu). I loved it all, the service was a bit slow and the entrees are a lot more expensive than just the proteins alone and all you get is some rice.

Yelp
Returning from a day of touring Salem, our Persian friend was alerted to Sina's Kebobs and called. We stopped by for a marvelous dinner which included ground lamb and chicken skewers, rice and stewed tomatoes. The meat was unusually spiced and absolutely delicious. We finished the meal with aromatic tea and sweet Persian pastries. Needless to say, we left totally satisfied. I heartily recommend Sina's for a different and superior take on middle eastern cuisine.

Yelp
This was an exceptional place. The food was outstanding. We stopped by last night after visiting Salem and if this was located where we lived, we would be regulars. The best Persian food I've ever had. This restaurant is in a small, strip of shops in Peabody. The outside is a bit deceptive because it's not fancy, but you open the door and walk into a nice, modern atmosphere. The falafel appetizer was delicious. We got the Barg combo and shared it. I couldn't even finish my half. The steak and chicken were cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful! The rice and grilled tomato were delicious. The decor and service were both incredible. They had the restaurant decorated for Halloween and it was really cute! I was a fan of the Yin and Yang salt and pepper shakers. I need to find a set for myself! So fun! I can't imagine anyone living in the area and not eating here all the time. The prices are a little higher but well worth it for the quality! If you are visiting Salem and looking for a divine meal right outside of the hectic city limits of Salem, eat here! You won't be disappointed!!

Yelp
Food is fresh and delicious! Best falafel I have ever had! So crunchy and filling ! The eggplant dip is to die for. The place is so clean you could eat off the floor and the owner is one of the nicest men I have ever met!!! Absolutely outstanding in all categories.

Yelp
Wonderful authentic food! Fresh, tasty, and healthy. This place is a gem in our midst! Don't miss it!!

Amy C.

Yelp
Very charming, clean and relaxed dining experience. We the eggplant dip with pita bread and the house soup for appetizers. That was followed by the falafel plate which came with salad and rice and a combo platter with many skewers of meat (chicken, beef and kiboudeh. Every dish that we tried was flavorful and delicious. All was deliciously prepared and simply presented to allow for one to enjoy the meal. Everyone in our party felt the same..... we will be back for more. If you are considering this restaurant.... Just go and let your tastebuds be entertained and satisfied with a wonderful meal and transport you to Persia. The owner was kind and attentive and a superior host. Go and let yourself be treated to a grand meal.

Yelp
Nice decor, charming host, tasty kebabs and dips. Generous portions. Beer and wine available. The host kindly gave us dessert! Spotless place and good service- will go again!

Yelp
This family business is run by a father daughter team. Iranian kabobs, are carefully prepared and nicely presented If looking for something unisual, this is a good choice.

Yelp
Everything is very nice, clean, and the kitchen even looks organized. Great portions and attentive but not overbearing service. All the food was delicious and a good price.

Yelp
I really want to be able to recommend Sina's Kabob House...but I cannot. For someone visiting from the DC area where we have different kabob options (Persian, Afghan, etc), Sina's just did not get it done. The meats (I got chicken and koobideh) were dry and without spice. The rice was not fluffy and flavorful. Most importantly, the pricing was wrong. What I ordered ended up costing almost $40! In DC, the fast food Persian kabob place is Moby Dick House of Kabob. This same dish (combo 2) cost $16. Even at one of the best white table cloth Persian restaurants, this entree is $16. Again, I would love to be able to recommend Sina's. The owner seems nice (very nice during my pickup). I can even excuse the higher prices. What I cannot is the lack of flavor in the food.
google avatar

Farzaneh K.

Yelp
It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food taste like heaven and unbelievable service that you think you are a guest in a Persian home. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. This place is great! Atmosphere is very friendly. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good. Ali agha made a great memory for us. Absolutely the best Persian restaurant in East Coast

Yelp
A pleasant surprise- this is a fancy, great food restaurant. Don't come here if you're thinking about cheap kabobs in styrofoam containers. I had the soltani, which is a combination of the koobideh and barg kebabs- one tender seasoned steak, one seasoned ground beef- with rice and a charred tomato. I've had Persian food a lot in other cities- this place was very good. Don't forget to ask for some sumac (sue-mack) and use generously. Sumac is a dried fruit seasoning. It gives the rice and meat an extra flavor profile. They said they are getting their alcohol license soon which will make the bar area extra nice. I bet it will be lively. I will be coming here again :)

Matthew K.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic fair. The kabobs are out of this world, And the dips and sides are so delicious with their perfect pita. Maybe the best Persian food I've had! I only wish there was a traditional mezza where you can sample all the dips with one order item.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious Persian cuisine served in an unforgettable atmosphere, right in the heart of Peabody, MA. We had the Kashke Bademjoon (Eggplant Dip) along with two of the signature kabob dishes. The Kabob Barg (sirloin steak) was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The incredibly generous owner also brought us a full plate of tahdig (crispy rice) - anyone who knows Persian food knows how prized tahdig is! Can't wait to be back soon.
google avatar

Suzanne S.

Yelp
Got takeout from here. I was so happy to find a Iranian restaurant on the Northshore! The food was delicious. I highly recommend if you have never had traditional Iranian kabob. I would love to see some stews on the menu like Khoresh Bademjan and Khoresh Fresenjan.
google avatar

Yelp
Great Persian food! Very authentic and tasty. Service was great too. Highly recommend :)

Yelp
We chanced upon this place on our way to Salem for Halloween, OMG this is a great place. Owner is very humble and friendly. Food as absolutely awesome, the meat was tender and flavorful, you can tell that it was conscientiously made and painstakingly seasoned properly. He also gave us tips on how to season it table side for our liking, and even brought out some extra things for us to try. It was a wonderful experience and would definitely come back when we return to the area.

Yelp
Last night's dinner at Sina's was superb as always. The chicken wing app did not disappoint, excellent bbq sauce on meaty fried wings. I ordered the Sina's wrap, tender beef tenderloin, veggies and rice in a soft wheat wrap. I traded half that wrap to my wife in exchange for half her falafel dinner. Good deal, we we both happily satisfied and got a container of their delicious hummus to go. AAA+++ rating. One note, You need to be patient here, the owner Ali often works alone or with one helper, and takes all the orders, prepares the food, and delivers them to your table.
google avatar

Kristina M.

Yelp
What an awesome hidden gem. The interior is stunning with Unique and eclectic art work and accents. The owner Ali is so nice and welcoming and remembered my name and order after one visit. And the food. Oh my god the food! It is the best med food I've had in Massachusetts. The falafel is mouth watering, the hummus is the best I've ever had and the cucumber salad and baba ganoush is AMAZING! The food is consistent and always just as good as the last visit. Highly highly recommend!

Yelp
This place is fantastic. I love the soltani Kabob and I enjoy all their appetizers. The quality and the taste of the food is top level and the place is really clean. The staff is really friendly and they truly care about customer satisfaction. I also like their seasonal decorations as well.

Yelp
My husband and I love this place! The food is amazing, I love the beef koobideh. Shirazi Salad tastes like home! Friendly staff and great service! Don't forget to try the baghlava and tea for dessert! Highly recommended!

David E.

Yelp
This restaurant is fantastic. Delicious food, great service, and a very nice space. Recommend 100%!

Yelp
Persian friends, Persian food lovers hurry, hurry over to Sina's in Peabody!!! I had the Falafel plate, my husband had the chicken. The rice is so delicate, the salad, mint, fresh! Ali, the proprieter opened this up right before the pandemic started. Named after his son, Sina, who was shot at 17 y.o. delivering pizza in Lynn. This place is phenomenal. Say hi to Ali. He's there 7 days a week trying to make his family's dream succeed.

Yelp
We were looking for good hummus and some falafel near us. We tried this place for the first time and had an excellent meal. The restaurant was impeccably clean. The owner was so friendly and walked us through ordering some new items. We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers with fresh pita. Ingredients were fresh. The dolmeh/grape leaves were especially delicious, tangy and comforting. My husband and I shared the grilled meat and chicken combo. Meat was one of the most tender I've had, flavorful, and yet simple. Definitely worth the visit.

Mohammad N.

Yelp
Hands down, best persian food in the New England area. Food, service, and location are all superb

Yelp
Great delicious authentic unique food and clean neat little family owned restaurant. It has a small bar with a few tables inside. Located in a plaza across from McDonalds there's minimal plaza parking lot and free street parking for limited time. The entrees are a bit expensive but everything is made to order. The only issue is they barely have staff (went for lunch on Thursday) only one person worked! the chef was our waiter but he was friendly. We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant, then 45 minutes for the food for two people but he gave us free lentil soup to make up for it. We didn't mind waiting because we really wanted to try it but I'm sure other people aren't as patient.

Yelp
Ordered takeout for the family tonight. We all got the sirloin beef kebabs so I can't comment on other dishes. I can say that the sirloin kebabs were delicious. The flavor was great, not sure what seasonings go into the marinade but the whole family enjoyed it. I would also add that the steak was tender enough to easily cut it with a fork. We will be getting food again here soon and look forward to trying some of the other dishes. Service was also very friendly. For takeout they had me pay and then brought the food to my car.

Marwah B.

Yelp
Nice food We had a very good experience as a family Highly recommended. Especially Baklava and tea

Douglas B.

Yelp
One of best eats on the Northshore. Owner chief is best there is in making great Greek food of all kinds. We have been back three times in 2022 and plan to visit more in 2023. The lamb is top notch. The bread is great with the humus. Can't be beat.. Any of great creations are something to taste and enjoy with your friends or special date. Try it you won't be disappointed
google avatar

Yelp
The burger is amazing. He seasons the low fat hamburger with spices and a touch of bbq sauce.

Eyal O.

Yelp
Delicious authentic Iranian food from the chef-owner who used to work at Moby Dicks in Boston. Really nice restaurant and great to go service.

Yelp
This is a great place to try some Persian food in Peabody. The food tastes amazing and the staff is really friendly! I definitely recommend it if you are craving a good meat meal!

Chris A.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing food. Generous portions and very well seasoned. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
OMG! Some of the best Persian food I've ever had! Being from Southern California, Persian food is easy to come by. So we took a chance and came to this marvelous restaurant and were blown away by the friendly service and the incredible food! I wish we lived close by so we could come back more often.
google avatar

Lisa G.

Yelp
Amazing lunch. We had the Sina's wrap, chicken koobideh wrap, and falafel wrap. Made to order with fresh ingredients. We started with hummus and pita bread for dipping. We will definitely be back.

Angie A.

Yelp
Oh my! Just had the LAMB SHANK at Sina's! Fall off the bone, the marinade, a beautiful combination of a tomato base and luxurious Middle Eastern spices such cinnamon, cayenne, cumin, etc. The bewitching aroma made my mouth water and I was not disappointed! The saffron rice was perfectly cooked and suitably seasoned; just order it if it's on offer, you will not regret it!

Paul W.

Yelp
WOW. What a nice break from pizza, burgers, etc. To start the owner was our server and he is a very kind soul; patient and helpful in explaining the Persian cuisine. We brought three children from 6-11 and they all found things they really liked (to include the complementary soup he brought to the table!). Little things make this a special place: Scrolled menus tied with string, a plate of lemon wedges to squeeze into your water, fresh baked naan bread, etc. And the food was simply Amazing. We ordered three appetizers and a large meat combo plate (which came with a plate of flavorful rice the kids couldn't get enough of), and we finished it all. Wonderful, simple and dare I say rather healthy food. We will absolutely go back soon.
google avatar

Sara C.

Yelp
Wow! We ordered several appetizers and two entrees and everything was delicious. A standout for me was the eggplant dip, served warm with fresh pita from the oven... amazing! The decor is beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. But the best part was the hospitality of the staff and owner. Not knowing there was parking available out front we had parked several blocks away. Just as we were about to leave it started pouring out. The owner ran out to her car in the rain to give my husband an umbrella. Unbelievably kind.. when you're here you feel instantly like a friend, not just a customer. We will definitely be back!

Joseph B.

Yelp
The first thing that got my attention entering Sina's Kabob House, was the very nice decor and then welcoming greeting from the owner. Very nice, friendly and comfortable atmosphere. the yogurt and cucumber dip was delicious. The yogurt soda healthy and refreshing. I had Kabob Soltani. it came with long grain fluffy rice with saffron, grilled tomato and butter on the side. the Kabob was juicy and delicious. Although over half an hour ride, I will go back to try other Persian delicious foods.
google avatar

Niki A.

Yelp
Currently eating my takeout from here & it is absolutely delicious!!! I got the chicken kabob dinner & hummus tahini and it's soooo good!!! The pita bread is warm & soft! Highly recommend ordering or getting food from here! So much flavor!
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
Hummus was among the best I ever tasted! Kabobs were good, but I did take out and am eager to try them in house next time to see if they would be better fresh off the grill.

Patricia B.

Yelp
Really tasty food that makes you feel the love that is put into it.We tried several things.Falafel plate is good portion of perfectly cooked falafel with rice and cheese, a fresh chopped onion and tomato salad deliciously seasoned and a creamy sauce for falafel. Freshly made hummous and warm pita bread. Stuffed grape leaves and eggplant dip with pita. Lots of choices for meat lovers and vegetarians all made by the owner/server who is a very nice hard working man. He does it all some days,cook,serve,..... It is hidden in a small plaza on 150 Main Street but well worth seeking out. Give it a try or 2.

Yelp
Sina's Kabob House , Peabody! If you like middle eastern cuisine this is your spot ! Sara and I just had a terrific dinner , great cozy atmosphere and the food is outstanding
google avatar

Chuck H.

Yelp
I'm really not familiar with Persian style kabobs or many of the other items I found on this menu. The Dolmeh sounded like the Dolmathakia I used to see as a kid growing up in a Greek neighborhood. I tried them and they were as good or better than any that the Yaya's used to offer me. I also tried Beef Soltani and Chicken Barg that came with rice and a grilled tomato. Both were delicious. A tasty marinade, tender, moist,... What's not to like? So if you're tired of pizza, Mexican, or Chinese take out. Try ordering some things from here, you won't be disappointed.

Bruna B.

Yelp
Fresh, flavorful, authentic. Like you're at your Persian friend's house and their grandma cooked you dinner. Delicious!

Judy M.

Yelp
We just had a great meal at Sina's. The beef kabob was especially yummy, although everything was fantastic. Even though we don't live nearby, we hope to return someday.
