They really treat you well here. My husband brought me because we had a gift card on a calm November night. Upon arriving, they were able to accommodate us immediately even without a reservation. Our waiter was over promptly and was friendly and attentive throughout the entire visit. Everyone was, really.
We ordered drinks, a sangria for me and an unsweetened iced tea for my husband. My sangria was refreshing and delicious. We ordered the calamari after ascertaining it was gluten free. This came out quickly and was made without being breaded. It was still yummy, though there was a little too much cheese on it. Ha! Just kidding, there's no such thing as too much cheese.
Now, I'm pretty allergic to gluten, so our waiter spent a lot of extra time with me figuring out what I could and could not have. I eventually ordered their gluten free spaghetti as a scampi with shrimp and lobster. It was very hot when it arrived, so I looked on as my husband dug into his lobster ravioli, which he loved. Finally, it was time for my entree. It was al dente which surprised me, though not in a bad way. I eventually asked the waiter about it and he explained that it had been cooked to order and he could cook it even further if I desired. I opted to not do that, as I had tasted it and loved it just the way it was. The lemon butter sauce was delightful and so was the lobster. The shrimp were huge and cooked perfectly. I loved the whole thing! My husband was full at this point, but I ended up ordering a beautiful creme brulee that tasted as good as it looked.
If you're looking for a fine dining restaurant, look no further than Sinatra's! The food is beyond reproach and the ambiance and wait staff are all pleasing. Sure, it's expensive, but if you're ready to splurge, do it! Otherwise, rope somebody into getting you a gift card. It was nice not having to pay the full bill, I must say.
