The experience was truly world-class, and the level of care provided by your team went far beyond my expectations. I would like to specifically highlight several aspects of my stay that made it exceptional: Exceptional Wellness & Club Benefits: Thank you for the generous room upgrade and the Executive Club privileges. I particularly appreciated the complimentary access to the Thermal Suite for two, which we were allowed to enjoy until 10:00 PM on our check-out day—a gesture that added immense value to our relaxation. Sindhorn Wellness Solutions: My experience with the Detox and Hydrotherapy sessions was excellent. The additional discount provided was a thoughtful touch that reflects your commitment to guest well-being. Culinary Excellence: The Afternoon Tea was exquisite. Most notably, I must commend your Breakfast service; it is undoubtedly the best I have ever experienced, rivaled only by a select few such as Mandarin Oriental, Aman, and Capella. Thoughtful Details: The Welcome Amenity of a whole fresh coconut was a personal favorite. From the impeccable turn-down service and complimentary mini-bar to the seamless meeting room access and laundry service, every detail was handled with precision. Above all, my heartfelt thanks go to the Lady in Red, Khun Nicky and the team, the Front Office, Club staff, Spa therapists, and the Lifeguards. Their warm and consistent care made me feel truly at home. The dedication of your staff turned a routine health visit into a restorative sanctuary. 卫生：very good! 设施：big room and amazing food服务：front office and concierge no doubt the best team; Spa service really choatic, either they shall improve English or they shall have team meeting, my appointment been messed up 3 times! They fixed it eventually but really ruined my whole experience. The receptionist on morning duty 18th 19th really need to be well trained. I came there on person. She cannot remember anything and system makes no record. 卫生：room service is extraordinary, felt very impressed! Breakfast selection is outstanding and perfectly served, but strongly suggested to put a traffic signage to show which hours is peak and which hours more quiet.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Flourish – Sindhorn Kempinski. Special thanks to Visuda (Mod) for her exceptional service — extremely attentive, warm, and always smiling. She took great care of us from start to finish and truly made us feel welcome. We used the Amex Platinum benefit, which made the experience even more worthwhile. The food was delicious, high quality, and absolutely lived up to the standards of a luxury hotel. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, never rushed. After the meal, we continued with the Thermal Journey at the spa upstairs, which was simply perfect. A truly complete and well-rounded day of relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a premium hotel experience.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The service provided by all staff members was exceptional from start to finish. From the very moment we stepped out of our car and were assisted with our luggage, to the smooth check-in process and being escorted to our room, and even through to check-out, every staff member was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also features a thoughtfully designed garden area, which is perfect for refreshing walks and quiet moments. There is a kids club available as well, although we did not have the opportunity to visit it during our stay. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room, especially the complimentary amenities prepared specifically for children. As we are Muslim, we were especially grateful that all the snacks provided in the room were halal-certified. Additionally, the presence of a Qibla direction indicator in the room drawer was a very considerate detail. In the afternoon, while we were out, the housekeeping team prepared the room beautifully for the evening. They neatly arranged the slippers beside the bed, closed the curtains, and turned on the lights to create a warm and calming ambiance. These small but thoughtful gestures made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant and satisfying experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Highly recommended for couples and special occasions. Our Valentine’s Afternoon Tea at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was an unforgettable experience. The Blossom Garden Afternoon Tea was not just beautiful in presentation, but also magical in atmosphere, from the elegant floral design and the delicate scent throughout the hotel to the live music that created such a romantic and calming mood. The service was exceptional, warm, and thoughtful in every detail, especially Khun Aof, who took such wonderful care of our table and made the entire experience feel personal and truly special. The live musicians were incredible, and the violinist in particular was absolutely outstanding. She was always smiling, full of warmth, and played the most beautiful, touching melodies that made the whole afternoon even more magical. Every element came together perfectly, the tea, the food, the music, the ambience, and the feeling. It wasn’t just afternoon tea, it was a memory. Truly a perfect place for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, and meaningful moments. We will definitely return.

Me and my sister checked in on March 9, 2026, and stayed in room 1104. For a five-star hotel, the environment should be clean and well maintained. However, I was very shocked to see a large cockroach under the sunbed and along the walkway by the swimming pool. Finding a cockroach on the 9th floor is quite concerning, because it suggests that the drainage and plumbing system may not be properly maintained, and it raises concerns about the cleanliness of other floors as well. This is not something I would expect from a hotel of this standard. In addition, considering the room rate was over 10,000+ THB per night, I also experienced an issue with the hot water system in the shower. When I turned on the hot water, the heater made a very loud and unusual noise, which was quite disturbing. What’s more surprising is that during my previous stay, I also experienced a hot water problem where there was no hot water at all. This time the heater is making strange noises again, which makes it difficult to understand why these facility issues are still happening in a five-star hotel, and why they have not been noticed or fixed. Overall, I feel that the maintenance and service standards could definitely be improved.

What an incredible hotel! The architecture is magnificent, the staff is welcoming and so helpful. We at at one of the many, lovely restaurants here and can't wait to try more. I apologize for the relative lack of pictures, but the food was so good, we keep digging in before remembering to get pics. It's only our first night here and this is already my favorite hotel, ever!

The staff provided excellent service. They really tried their best to explain the thermal journey to me because I had never heard of it before. Inside, there were many different rooms to choose from and try. My favorite was the salt sauna because the temperature was just perfect. Also, I even accidentally fell asleep on the stone chairs!!🤣 If I have the chance, I would definitely come back here again ❤️ very impressed!
