Visited recently and was disappointed with both the food quality and transparency. Ordered "Chinese Pappadam" listed under veg bites, but it seemed to be fried in oil previously used for non-veg – noticeable from the yellow tint and residue in the oil. When questioned, staff initially insisted it was separate sunflower oil, but the taste and look suggested otherwise.
Despite us declining a second round, they served more pappadam fried in different oil, which raised further doubts. The main dishes lacked flavor and felt overlooked in favor of their "shovel" (tava or fast-selling) items, which seemed to be their primary focus.
Respectfully, more clarity and care in food preparation – is expected. Customer trust matters, and food taste should never be secondary.
Better they can concentrate only on bulk orders and parties. Don’t cheat the customers.
Should we make a complaint about the awful experience?
