Premium economy is far from premium. Incredibly uncomfortable seats. I was moved even though I didn't want to move based on incorrect information on my ability to sit emergencyexit. I literally ran in place, did jumping jacks, and stretched to show the rep i was flexible. The decision was based on my having a cane that i use for my 5 to 7 miles a day walks. I read the insert on exit row, and i fit all criteria. I also checked guidelines that one person at exit row must be capable of helping. If she felt i couldn't (which I most certainly can), she could have designated my spouse. Further, she literally moved me to aisle in row across, per number of steps, I was actually closer to the exit door, so go figure other than to embarrass and disrupt a passenger. I can slso mention this could have been resolved before entering the plane, which it was not. I als will mention that I paid extra for that seat and it was taken from me. My headset didn't work, tv controls are on arm rest, hard to access, and not user friendly. The seat recliner was awkward and uncomfortable. Food was horrid. The foid we special ordered online? Not given, so why ask people to order in advance if you won't honor it? I feel like a total schlep. Their upgrade seat plan is a total scam. You need to purchase a premium economy at a super high price, and maybe, if you are lucky, 3 days before you might be able to upgrade to business. The criteria are also extremely unclear. I will not fly this airline again. They likely had prior high ratings, but it is not the case anymore. On a small positive note, the service on the plane is decent. But OMG, it's a 19-hour flight. Where's meal service? Two meals isn't enough. We did three meal orders online. I'm not sure where that 3rd meal was. We got oreos or chips, not a substantial or healthy food, but business, they served them tons of food, probably including our special order meals.
