Singer Palace Hotel Roma

I have never experienced this level of hospitality before. The concierge staff is personable, extremely helpful and thoughtful. Especially Niloufar who has a special talent for making patrons feel welcome and comfortable. Cleaning staff were extremely professional and generous. Restaurant and bar staff were attentive and friendly . The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop bar was such a nice and convenient amenity for apertivo and night caps. Singer Palace is conveniently located but the entrance is tucked down a quaint side street. Our family suite set up was perfect (we are a family of five). The many marble finishes in the hotel are beautifully crafted and lovely. I have ZERO complaints. Five Stars!

My wife and I stayed here for our last day of our honeymoon (2023). As soon as we entered after a long day touring Roma, we were greeted by the lovely staff, cold A/C (June), and they lightened our backs from our packs and provided cold water and a glass of champagne. Then we were taken to the roof for a tour and lunch which was excellent. I have never experienced the level of competence this staff has. I should also note the gracious fruit basket and fresh flowers. Can’t believe I didn’t write a review earlier. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The Singer Hotel is a remarkable five-star destination. From the warm welcome to the attentive staff, every aspect of the stay is exceptional. The rooms are elegantly designed, offering comfort and stunning views. Dining is a highlight, with a menu that showcases local ingredients and culinary creativity. Great breakfast and night time dining. The hotel's prime location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, a perfect blend of luxury and hospitality—highly recommended!

Our stay at the Singer Palace Hotel was truly wonderful. The location is excellent and close to everything. The rooms were gorgeous and the bed was about the most comfortable ever. The customer service and attention was truly next level. Staff was very attentive, very helpful with recommendations and navigational assistance. No street noise at night which was super important to us. Rooftop deck was so special. The free breakfast was 5 star all the way.

Our experience at the Singer Palace Hotel was stellar! There are no words to express the level of service and hospitality. So happy after due diligence in researching places to stay in Rome, we selected this one. Every employee was happy to be there and assist in any way possible from suggestions of things to do, places to go, or requests made. The breakfast was included and it was gourmet level served on their beautiful terrace. They accommodated all requests with a smile. Making their guests happy is clearly a priority. They also have a rooftop terrace bar with amazing views of the city. The rooms are air conditioned and quiet and the water is hot with great pressure. Lastly, you cannot beat the location of this boutique hotel. You are a heartbeat away from everything. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. One of the best hotels and experiences we have ever had! Thank you to everyone at the Singer. Leaving actually brought a tear to my eye. You will not regret booking here.

We had the most beautiful stay at Singer Palace. From pre-arrival to departure the service was over the top. All the staff try to meet your needs (at whatever time of day). They really want to ensure you are comfortable. The room was beautiful with nice amenties. I loved the turn down service and note. They had great suggestions for food and gave an idea of what to see in the city. The only tiny flaw was the pre-packed breakfast which could have had a authentic italian flare but was full of pre-packed things and bottles etc which we could not take into the security check. Can't wait to come back. Must stay.

The Singer Palace is a hidden gem in Rome. From the moment of booking; communication has been fluid and easy. They more than gladly welcomed my family for a few nights in Rome. The room was clean, beautiful and perfect. The AC was great and the blackout curtains worked which were great for jet lag. The food and top floor bar were delicious and enjoyable. The true beauty was the service. They went out of their way to welcome us and make our time there truly memorable.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Singer Palace Hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the center of Rome, close to everything, yet quiet and elegant. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast on the rooftop is amazing, with incredible views and delicious options. A special thank you to Federica for her exceptional care and attention. This is truly a 5 star experience from beginning to end. The entire staff is excellent! The front desk staff is so accommodating and friendly. They arranged our transfer service from FCO to the hotel. As we arrive, we were warmly welcomed and greeted for the check-in process. Special kudos to the lovely ladies who serve our delicious breakfast every morning. What a great way to start your day! Overall, amazingly beautiful facilities! Everything is pristine. This entire place is immaculate. The housekeeping staff keeps everything really clean. We met the manager, Federica, who introduced herself to us and ensured all of our needs were met. Location is prime. We walked everywhere! Lots of shops, restaurants, and landmarks surrounding the hotel. It's worth every penny! We shall return.

This hotel was fantastic all around. I'll definitely stay here again the next I'm in Rome. Their service was above and beyond. They knew where were were dining and when my MIL needed an ice pack, they knew to wait for us to go back to our rooms and delivered it. They called a cab for us on multiple occasions, had umbrellas for us on rainy days, provided the Italian required masks, and gave us local food suggestions. Breakfast here is wonderful. Sit on the rooftop, enjoy the breeze, and fresh squeezed orange juice. They bring out a basket of fresh breads and soft butter. Omelettes and made perfectly uniform with veggies you like, I recommend mushrooms. Coffee is strong. Fruit ordered comes freshly cut. The rooms are big and tastefully set up. Beautiful, bright florals and arrangements. The entrance is stunning made of marble. Visitors stopped by just to see those!

I visited Rome for 2 nights and Singer Palace was the perfect hotel for me! I was greeted by a very warm welcome, a tour of the hotel which included coffee and freshly made biscotti on the rooftop My room was modern and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was my favourite part of the day!!! Starting the day with an Italian cappuccino, croissants and an omelette! Perfect! I were informed on the start of the 2nd day that there would be some maintenance work happening directly under my room, i were offered to moved to a suite without hesitation, which made me stay, if possible, even better!

I can not recommend a hotel more! This hotel has incredible service standards. They think of the things you need before you even need it. There are only 30 rooms in this hotel and you feel like you are a guest in their home. Before we even arrived, I was receiving emails about things I would need or things they could help with during my stay. I was so impressed. The hotel is incredibly clean and our room had fresh flowers and snacks upon arrival. The location is perfect; a 4 minute walk from the Trevi fountain and pantheon. We walked everywhere! Breakfast was also amazing. Most hotels with breakfast included have buffets... this hotel has a full service sit down breakfast and you can choose to sit inside or on the beautiful rooftop terrace. The breakfast was some of the best food we had in Rome. We looked forward to it every day. They also have a rooftop bar with space heaters and blankets. It's all beautiful and the service is unmatched. I'm telling you, we were in Italy and when we had to leave to move on to Florence we were truly sad! We loved, loved this hotel and we will most definitely stay here again. In fact, we can't wait. They were all so kind and inviting. Thank you, Singer Palace, for an incredible stay in Rome!

Read this review!!! A few things to know first..I have NEVER written a review , however , I read them till I'm blue in the face. I research every last detail about a hotel I plan on staying at. I decided to stay at Singer Palace, mainly because of the epic and convenient location to almost all of Rome's most popular attractions. However, what I thought was going to be just another stay at a nice hotel ended up being a reminder of the kindness of the human spirit , no matter what side of the world you're on. As soon as we walked into the hotel, Luigi took our bags straight to our room and Myra walked us to the top floor of the hotel to show us the spectacular views and to share some of the highlights the hotel had to offer. At the beginning of my trip I found out my dyson hairdryer would not work in Italy. i reached out to Mira and Luigi for help getting a new hairdryer that came with a diffuser for my curly hair. They went out of there way to find it And deliver it to my room the next day. I was surprised and shocked and most of all beyond thankful to Mira, Luigi , Anastasia , and the rest of this amazing team are 100% full of kindness and heart. If you don't care about anything else that I've written just know this is a beautiful hotel that provides five star service. The cleanliness of the rooms to the technology of your room door let alone your room will surpass anything you can wish for. I hope this helps you making your decision in where to stay in Rome. To start this hotel has an amazing location, in the heart of Rome with just a few minute walks or car drives to all of Romes major tourist locations, the best shops, and good eats. The rooms here were up to date, beautiful, and sleek. With an old Rome meets the modern world vibe this hotel had it all. The service was very helpful, hands on, and nice. With a very grateful attitude they helped my family and I throughout our entire trip. The restaurant here was also delicious with an incredible view of the city. Overall we could not as for a better hotel. So when in Rome... stay at the Singer Palace Hotel.
