Checked this place out couple weeks ago, my wife and I have been coming back frequently whenever we get groceries at 99 Ranch. The shop is little and doesn't have an enormous limit but it does have a welcoming feel to it with lovely decorations. The sandwich itself has a beautiful presentation, the combination is actually really tasty as well and I would say it's very refreshing with the apple slices in it also. One of the strong selling points they have at this store besides their coffee for sure They also offered to-go sandwiches as well, for example, the chicken sandwich looked quite attractive to me. Outdoor seats are available as well. Will definitely come back and try more!

This place is just what the Renton area needed! Such a cute, Big City vibes with their neon light sign and their delicious coffee drinks (and sandos)! I recently tried the ube specialty drink and it was to die for! Wonderful taste and the cutest cups! The sandwiches they offer are tea sandwiches that are made fresh with delicious ingredients and not to mention how photogenic they are! Lol Do yourself a favor and support a small businesses by falling in love with them like I did!

So I was ask to do a honest review. 4 star because : *Drinks are Amazingly good. I had the Panda its green and so very delicious!! You should try the Coffee Drink as well , mummy Drinks! *The Pork sandwich was bread a sprinkled with pork and S0o0 much mayonnaise ~ I personally do not like that much mayonnaise on anything.

Great Vietnamese coffee, some quick bites, teas and milk teas! My Ube Sip Coffee was really good. Right now they are serving 16oz and 20oz .

My husband and I stopped at Sip and Smile after our IKEA trip. I wanted to stop by after seeing it featured on TikTok. The store is kinda hard to find but worth it! We each got the jasmine milk tea with pandan syrup and salt foam. It was awesome! The caps they have make it very easy to drink the tea and get the foam at the same time. There is no need for a straw unlike other lids. The owners were super nice. Make sure to stop by if you are in Renton!

I got the jasmine milk tea with sea salt foam and the signature. This place is hard to fine as it shares a building with a cosmetic shop. The owners were friendly and the menu was easy to read. The drinks were delicious I think the jasmine tea was much better than the signature. The sea salt home is a must, the drink I have a perfect amount of sweetness however my only complaint was that there was a little bit too much ice. I’d definitely come back!

Awesome experience at this place. Traveled here from Denver and found it for a quick and easy breakfast before we went out and about. Quick, easy, and delicious. The sea salt foam was a great choice on top of our Vietnamese Coffee and Jasmine Milk Tea. The person at the counter was extremely nice and fun. This is a great little place!

This week was the first time I came here and I was really surprised at how kind they were. Never really had customer service like that before. They were also very social with the customers and gave out a good vibe. And their drinks are really good I would highly recommend going there next time anybody is around there!!
