Delicious coffee. Breakfast sandwiches freshly made. Sweet girls taking our orders & taking time with us as well. Cozy couch/table space on all sides of this place. Smaller ordering area with a very busy look, but thats the least of it. This place is delicious!!!!! Easy yes! Seeing the line out the door, I assumed I was about to discover the breakfast spot everyone was raving about. Instead, I was treated to an undercooked egg, a slice of Kraft cheese that couldn’t even be bothered to melt, and a croissant so soggy it gave up before I even picked it up. Hard to believe this is what people are waiting in line for — truly an unforgettable experience, just not for the right reasons.

Finding a place that can make a chia latte is rare but sip is one that definitely knows how to. Enjoy every last drop of it

Love this place. I’ve been coming here for years.I am leaving this review as constructive feedback. My go to drink is the chai frap. But it is not executed consistently. It depends who prepares it for you. Today’s had too much liquid and not enough flavor. They blended more ice in after I asked, but it was still bland and not sweet enough. I’m sure they would have made it again if I asked, but it shouldn’t vary so greatly among baristas.

I loved this place. Good food, good coffee, good people. Prices aren't bad at all - if you're willing to spend 1-2 dollars more than a chain store, the quality is WAY better. I had the Electric Shock with light syrup. Perfect if you don't like your coffee super sweet.

I loved the concept, ambiance, coffee, and service, but didn't enjoy the food. - Coffee: plenty of options with affordable prices and great taste. I tried the brew of the day of the day, and it was good ($2) - Atmosphere and service: they have seats in and out. In they have good deco and plenty of seating and out you are facing a shopping plaza. Everything is self-service. You pay and then pick up. - Food: I ordered an avocado toast (I believe it was called Mediterranean with feta and olives) and added 2 scramble eggs. I was very surprised when i saw the "scramble eggs" as they looked like plastic! you can see in the pic. I asked, and they confirmed they were scramble eggs but agreed to change for Sunnyside up since the taste and the way they look were terrible! Will come back only for coffee.

I am only reviewing the giant chocolate chip cookie. This was average. It was more cake-y than I like. I would not get it again.

What a cute cafe! It's sort of a blend between a modern, bougie cafe while also having the vibe of something a tad older from the early 2000s. Very open with lots of light, good amount of seating. Perfect for getting some work done. Best of all it's affordable, and I finally found a place where I can once again get coffee with non-dairy milk and flavor for under $7. Unheard of in these days. I got a sandwich and coffee for $15 before tip. I didn't end up liking the sandwich; it wasn't poorly made, it was just a personal taste because I don't like tomatoes, lettuce, or avocado on a croissant and I didn't know the sandwich came on a croissant by default. Still, the egg was well made and the croissant was delicious! Definitely willing to try the other sandwiches. For food options they hand sandwiches, avocado toast, bagels, and a few breakfast platters. They have some juices too. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a try and worth coming back!

Stopped by this awesome, cozy coffee shop this morning. Instantly loved the relaxing vibe when I walked in & the different comfy options to sit & enjoy. My oat milk latte was very tasty as was my sausage & cheddar biscuit. Friendly service to boot. I have updated my review as they were just having an off day when I reviewed previously. I must say now the service is always good, they have the BEST quality food and drinks and unlike other businesses that hike up the prices as high as possible, they are by far the most fair. Amazing coffee drinks and little treats with a peaceful atmosphere. Seriously the best coffee house in downtown Fort Lauderdale hands down.

Excellent coffee. Fair price. Quick service. We stop in here regularly. The only downside is the location, which only matters if you want to sit outside (in the parking lot). The ambiance isn't great. People camped out with laptops seem to favor this location.

Service is amazing the staff is cheerful and friendly and the amazing thing is once they get to know you your order is already made once they see your face lol that is if you're like me and order the same thing

This place was one that I decided to try and I got the iced serendipity & cinnamon coffee muffin! The staff was very friendly and nice. Ambiance is adorable!

A refreshing break from Starbucks. I'm a big fan of Sip Java! The coffee is delicious! So far I've really enjoyed their Signature Espresso Drinks- 'Good Karma' (iced) and their 'Electric Shock.'They also have some pretty good breakfast sandwhiches and pastries. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Barnyard sandwich and 17 minutes later I got something kind of similar. It had spinach but no bacon or hash browns. According to their menu board, they are intolerant of lactose intolerant people. $1 extra for almond milk?? Come on man!

Worked from here for a couple hours while staying in Fort Lauderdale. Had really good coffee - I had a Cortado. And a good breakfast sandwich. Didn't take any pics though. It's def quaint, but has a few good deal like seats to work from, which was nice.

My go-to Doordash spot for breakfast anytime I'm in Fort Lauderdale. I usually go with eggwhites on multi grain with turkey sausage and Cheddar cheese. Or, just the eggwhites minis the turkey sausage and cheese. Also, they have great teas that you can mix and match. Highly recommend

This place was such a nice find. There is a good amount of space to study. At least four large tables with outlets and a nice couch situation if you want to just sip and sit. The music isn't obnoxiously loud and the cafe isn't wildly loud as well. Lighting is solid as well, lots of sunlight! Definitely coming back. Iced matcha latte and caramel frapp w macadamia syrup - both delicious. Truly so yum.

Sip Java was a great place to check out ! It did not disappoint me at all :) There were plenty of private parking spaces available. Before entering inside, I noticed they had plenty seatings outside. Once I entered inside, I noticed there were various seatings to pick from! From high tops, to couches, and to tables. You can pick your comfy spots! Though, I prefer the comfy couches hehe cause of the cushions ;D In addition, I saw beautiful paintings they had displayed on the walls! On top of that, there are a lot of chargers for your electronic devices !!! Sip Java, was quite clean inside ! The service was quick and easy. I simply looked at their menu before hand and ordered right away! I got the Avocado Toast: Tomato Basil: $7.75 --- Grape Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, Balsamic Glaze, Olive Oil Caramel Frap: $5.85 Sip Sip Sip is what I did when I got my [Caramel Frap-20oz] before taking a picture of it! Which meant that I enjoyed it !!! As for the Avocado Toast, the Tomato Basil was quite tasty! Overall, I had a great time there just relaxing and admiring the place. I am a coffee junkie and always go to specific chains (not because they are the best coffee in the world...more for the convenience and consistency) but I travel a lot and when I have the chance I try some of the local places. This spot was near an office I was visiting and I am glad I stopped. The coffee was fantastic. The food was good as well.

Food was alright. It isn't super crazy. It's taste like the average food place. The prices are a little bit for what's being served considered the portions are so small. My friend and I had to order to dishes each and barely got full. The service is impecable. That, and the ambiance of the entire place is great. It's a nice place to just hang out and do work if need be. This is the reason it's a three star place. I would just come here just to relax or do work.

I had the most delicious Latte (good karma). The mix of vanilla and caramel came together amazingly and it was just sweet enough and not too sweet! The eggs, Cheese and avocado breakfast was the perfect low carb option and the eggs were cooked into thin layers that reminded me of a crepe. So glad that I tried this place!!

Highly recommend this place! Went for the first time this morning and I got a 20 oz (large) cold brew with a shot of espresso and a bacon egg and cheese on gluten free bread ... for only $12 ... I was speechless ... almost brought a tears to my eyes ... I usually expect to pay $12 for a breakfast sandwich alone so it was such a pleasant surprise! Everything tasted amazing as well! Definitely worth checking out!

Love this place! My fav coffee shop Been visiting sip Java for the past 4 years. I love everything about it from the staff who is super nice and helpful to their delicious drinks and the atmosphere!

I am always on the hunt to find a nice, quiet coffee shop to work from (when you get sick of working at home) and Sip Java does not disappoint. The space is perfectly set up with couches, tables, high top tables AND plenty of chargers for your electronics. The outside has table set up as well. The music isn't too loud and the staff is super nice! The wifi was reliable and easy to connect to. I had the Peach Jasmine tea and a strawberry and cream pastry. All of the cookies and sandwiches looked so good. The coffee is also great and they have a large selection of drinks to chose from. Such a great spot to grab coffee and some grub, work and people watch!

We were staying at an airbnb in the area of Sip Java. We tried a few coffee shops before discovering Sip Java. by far the best coffee and food! extremely friendly and helpful staff. The coffee was amazing. the service was the most wonderful!!

We went here and just got a black tea and a coffee. We enjoyed both of them. The tea was really good. Sometimes, fancy coffee shops can make some strange black tea a little too bitter. Not here. It was perfect.

The people who work here are so rude and unfriendly that I don't care how good the coffee or anything else is. Not coming back.

Spi Java is a charming little café tucked away in a shopping center off of N. Federal Highway. The location itself is quaint and inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating options for sipping coffee and relaxing in the morning! There is a large menu with a variety of breakfast, lunch, pastry, and beverage selections. The venue was crowded with Sip Java regulars at 8:30 a.m. today, which is always a good sign! I got the iced electric shock and was overjoyed to see that they have sugar-free syrups! The drink itself was delicious, with the cinnamon powder on top balancing out the sweetness. Overall, the drink offered the electric caffeinated shock to energize me for the day. I also purchased a chocolate chip muffin--upon recommendation from another customer--but my cashier, Emma, seemed to give me a cranberry orange muffin instead, which isn't my favorite flavor. She appeared to be a little frazzled at the counter, so maybe she wasn't paying attention when she selected it. Either way, the muffins are not baked in the house; they procure them from Weslley Farms, which is supplied by BJ's. Overall, the cafe is charming, and the coffee is excellent. The customer service was adequate--the baristas appeared to be efficient but not particularly friendly. However, I did receive a free plant with my purchase, which was rather nice!

Coffee snob here. Love the robust and perfect flavor of their coffee, especially the espresso drinks.

This is our frequent weekend stop. The coffee and food are good and come out quick. Our kids love their options for food as well. They offer healthier options like boiled eggs. Yum!

Currently sitting in the building and am blown away to be honest. I asked the ladies what they recommend to eat, all three said get the avocado tomato basil toast..... it is absolutely delicious!! And I got a matcha tea with pumpkin spice sounds gross but it is amazing. The ladies behind the counter are such a joy, joking around, laughing, having fun and working to. It's great to see such a lively, fun and attentive work place! This place has amazing food, drinks and service!! You can't go wrong with anything. From grabbing a quick cup to spending the day working like me. It's all amazing!

I was visiting family and I randomly stopped at this cafe and I fell in love! Great coffee, great sandwiches, great service and great atmosphere! So good I stopped in twice. Can't wait to go back.

Great coffee shop! Traditional, signature, hot, iced or frozen Sip Java's got it. They also have a nice selection of teas. The other day I was in the area and decided to stop in. I wanted to try their version of my favorite, an iced latte. To my surprise they had some delicious sounding signature drinks & tasty bites on their menu. I wasn't really hungry but was eyeing The Rosalie toast. Ricotta, fresh berries, almonds & honey, yum. I'll definitely be back for that for sure. I decided on their Electric Shock Iced Latte. Wow loved it so good! It had caramel, vanilla & cinnamon flavors. Perfection! Sip Java is located in a busy plaza but I was able to find parking. The shop is a nice size with plenty of natural light. Their is indoor and (covered) outdoor seating. Service was friendly and helpful. I'm coming thirsty and hungry next time :))

Gave this place another break, it gets worse every time. You can make better food at 3 am drunk in your house. Service sucks big time and they expect tip just to hand u the food and drinks.

this place is a cute little coffeeshop with a suprisingly large variety of food. they also make breakfast sandwichs which are a great deal for the price. my friends loved their lattes so much that we came back two days in a row. i tried their egg and sausage on gf bread. i will say the sausage was little links chopped in half, and they gave me one side toasted one not...? but other than that this place is great.

This is a nice coffee shop. I like flavored coffee and unfortunately, they don't have it. But, they have the flavored syrups. I ordered a large hot coffee to go with an Almond Croissant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. At 7:30 in the morning, you could grab a seat and enjoy some you time. I am not sure how lucky you will be during the rush hour. I'll be back for lunch

I was at Winn Dixie and jonesing for an iced coffee. I popped in real quick and got the Mocha Frap. That Mocha Frap was blended so perfectly and tasted smooth and delicious. Better than any large corporate coffee place I've ever had! Cool spot!

Yummy breakfast! Fresh avocado spread on toasted walnuts raisin bread + scrambled eggs with tomato - so delicious. it's one of my favorite meals in general. I'd call it one of life's simplest pleasures. The almond milk latte from Paula is so smooth and creamy. The best place for healthy breakfast 5*

While on a visit to Fort Lauderdale, I popped in this little shop for some coffee and to use the wifi. It is located in a shopping strip with a Winn Dixie. Plenty of parking in the lot that is shared by all the businesses, and it sits right off US1. So, it's not hard to find. Walking into the store, I noticed the signage for wearing masks and the spaced out tables. So, they are COVID ready. Along with the many tables outside on the sidewalk, there were plenty of tables inside for a small spot and a few comfy chairs with one couch. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, and the decor was simple yet nice. The barista was super nice. So, instead of my usual coffee, I decided to order a Good Karma latte, which proved to be very delicious. Creamy and not overly sweet. It perked me up for my afternoon. Afterwards, I connected to the wifi, which worked with ease, and I was able to post up at a narrow table lining the window. My afternoon was set for a couple more hours of work, and I'm sure I'll be back to do the same this week.

If you are looking for most delicious coffee, most tasteful breakfast, amazing customer service and welcoming atmosphere - come here!!! It has been second home for me and my friends for years!! I can't express how much we love SipJava! Good Karma has been favorite drink since the day I entered this establishment (and it was around 9yars ago) All types of avocado toasts you have - the best avocado toasts in Fort Lauderdale!! Even when we are in the mood to celebrate our small victories - you have Mimosas, Wine and !!! Amazing place for amazing people

Good coffee and sandwiches/breakfast pastries. It's a nice atmosphere, similar to Starbucks. It's just a little too natural from my regular taste but works great in a pinch!

Obsessed with this place. Such a local coffee shop vibe, offering outside and inside seating. There is table seating as well as comfortable couches. The staff is super friendly. Service is always fast. It's usually packed every time I go and for good reason. They offer breakfast sandwiches such as ham and cheese croissants for as low as $4 but they have a bigger breakfast and lunch menu. Lots of drink options. Their iced chai frappe is my go to. The best I've had in a while. Their iced lattes are really good too and have cool unique names. Smalls start at about $4.50 for 12 oz. They have a good selection of milk alternatives as well such as almond, oat, coconut, soy, macademia and I know theres another one I can't think of right now. Great place and great rewards programs. I go about 1 to 2 times a week and receive $2 off often by simply putting your phone number or email. Definitely check it out, its also convenient because its in a plaza with a Winn Dixie, nail shops, liquor store, restaurants and more. Parking is free as well!

Quick service and nice café to do some work in. Simple and decent avo & egg toast on raisin bread which was interesting.

Easy to access in a shopping plaza so plenty of parking. You order at the counter and they give you a number. I got the egg and cheese sandwich. They have choices of cheese and bread so I got it on the croissant and it came with the aged cheddar. I ordered an iced latte with coconut milk. Heads up - it shows as a 12oz but the women ringing me up let me know anything iced comes in 16oz so you do have to size up. We found a little side counter to sit. They have tables and chairs inside like any coffee shop and tables lining the outside of the place so plenty to choose from. I really liked my sandwich!! The croissant and the cheese were sooo good! And the price for it was good since you can get something similar at a fancy coffee shop and be charged a little more. I'll definitely be returning. My coffee was good and I love that it's all local!

Great coffee spot, have been going for a year roughly. Can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for a low key cafe vibe. Other coffee spots are just too industrial or busy for my liking. Staff is wonderful there, food is more for small bites than a full meal. I highly recommend the continental sandwich.

fantastic! everything i was looking for: good coffee (i had the iced coffee; they gave an extensive list and everything looks good), breakfast items (and lunch sandwiches), ample space for work (inside and outside), plenty of outlets (LOVE this), easy to access and reliable wifi. accessible bathroom too. friendly staff who didn't mind me camping out for 3 hours (!!). i will come back and tell friends to come here. there seemed to be a steady stream of regulars, plus those dropping by for a quick coffee / food. solid people watching here :) come visit and experience it for yourself!

Great coffee shop! They are super friendly and fast, the place is always clean and the coffee is amazing. Inside the Winn DIxie/Jamba Juice Shopping center, this place is warm and unique. there are several tables inside and also more tables outside. They have a large variety of coffees, ice coffees, teas and food items like avocado toast and large variety of pastries. My favorite is the iced Electric Shock with almond milk and caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon. Highly recommend it if you are the area.

I love this place! The lattes are so delicious (try the hot chai latte you won't be disappointed). It's way better than any Starbucks options around. The avocado toast with tomato basil is very tastey and my favorite thing on the menu.

This was definitely a cool place to have a coffee. I was actually waiting for friends to go to dinner and they were late so I stopped in. It has a cool vibe with the comfy chairs and the old fashioned typewriter sitting the shelf. It is a very cool place to just chill. Sit. and wait - either inside or outside. BTW, they have all kinds of coffees for you to choose from!

I stayed in Fort Lauderdale for three days and visited Sip Java for coffee and breakfast during all three mornings of my stay. Let that be a testament to how to great it is here! I'm not big on plain coffee and they had a ton of syrup flavors, blended ice drinks, teas, and other options to choose from. They also have wine and beer which is very cool to see at a coffee shop! I wasn't a huge fan of the green tea, but my vanilla iced cold brew was strong, flavorful and refreshing. The food menu isn't huge, but there is enough selection to satisfy a breakfast, lunch or snack craving. Besides all the standards (muffins, croissants, bagels) there are also some fun sandwich options. I went with a munster which had munster cheese, bacon and avocado on a toasted roll. This was simple, delicious and exactly what I wanted. The vibe is upbeat, the service is amicable and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating space. My sister lives up the street and I'm sure that Sip Java will be a part of my daily routine whenever I visit!

One of the better coffee spots I have found downtown so far. Their coffee always tastes very fresh. They are also pretty quick compared to some other spots I have been, so this has been crucial when I'm in a rush but really need the caffeine fix! Also love that they offer macadamia milk!

The Angelino is amazing. Get the 20oz. A lot of ice and enough coffee to wake you up and get your day going. No need to add sugar. I ordered a custom breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. Croissant, cheese, avocado, egg. Service is always fast and pleasant.

I come here about every morning for the last four years. The staff is always friendly, the coffee is always good, and they're always mixing up the menu just a bit. What I really like about it is you can order ahead on the app and it's ready for you when you get there. Love to support this local business.
