Siphon Coffee

The coffee was okay but the person at the cash register was super friendly! She was explaining every coffee on the menu when we asked. There is plenty of parking. Outdoor seating as well. I would definitely go back to sit and work, such a coffee shop WFH vibe.

Honestly, this place reminds of a college town coffee shop. Lots of people with computers and just too loud to do any real work. The atmosphere if very open so it’s not convenient for any small talk. Let alone the parking situation is packed. There’s are lots of people getting to go so the overall flow is busy. Because of that, everyone in the order lane is mad and rude to each other. I ordered a strawberry muffin which tasted old and fell apart in my hands. It was vibrant pink which looks like food coloring but it’s hard to know for sure. I had to get a spoon to eat it. I don’t recommend it. I got the flat white ice latte. It was the only thing good about my experience. I just wish I didn’t have an inch gap of missing coffee in my cup. Overall, I’m not coming back.

A cool Montrose coffee shop with good food. The avocado toast was really good and the chicken empanada was different than I’ve ever had but very flavorful. Both items were yummy.

A chill spot to grab coffee and get some work done. Very spacious interiors with plenty of tables and seats. They have their own private parking lot but it does get fill up quickly during busy hours. You can also do street parking. They have a lot of unique coffee options as well some of the regular. There's also a variety of baked goods as well as breakfast items to choose from. I ordered the avocado toast and much to my surprise was better than expected. Also had the blueberry white mocha and iced chai latte. Both were also delish. Services were friendly and quick. Overall, a nice coffee shop in the area to hang with friends or study/work.

Great local specialty coffee shop Siphon is one of my go-to coffee shops whether it’s to get work done, read or relax. I’m not a big coffee drinker but the beverages here have always been amazing! If you’re unsure of what to order, I’d recommend the Barista Special and list your preferences and they will make a great drink for you! Staff are super-friendly; I’ve never had a bad experience here. Cafe internet is solid and bathrooms are clean. The cafe features indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating features a variety of styles including leather couches, counter-top and barstools, and traditional tables. Outdoor seating is mostly booths with cute overhead lights. I’d recommend avoiding outdoors when it’s really hot and/or dusk/dawn as there are mosquitoes. I do wish there were more outlet plugs at the cafe - these can be very limited when it’s busy. The parking lot fills up quickly but there is plenty of (shaded) street parking a block over. Sam the barista makes a great Rose-flavored latte

Went in and ordered the salted caramel latte and honey nut latte for coffee and it was delicious. Ordered the Cranberry muffin and banana bread as well. Everything was delicious! 10/10 recommend 👌

Was here on a Sunday. Place was packed and long wait line. Had iced americano and latte. Atmosphere was chill. The coffee was good but not great (a bit sour)

Purpose of visit: Came here to study on a Saturday; a couple of hours before the Texans vs Baltimore game. Atmosphere: Inviting with just the right amount of space to focus without being distracted by foot traffic (don’t get me wrong, it was busy, but not overwhelming). Nosiness: Typical coffee shop background noise; wasn’t too loud and they had faint music in the background (I had noise cancellation headphones, so it wasn’t a bother + when I took them off, I was content with the song selection). Patrons: Diverse crowd (students, doctors, entrepreneurs, lawyers, readers, spectators) which is always nice. Perk: Unlimited drip coffee for under $5. Definitely recommend and I will frequent more often to get studying done.
