New place - really good atmosphere! Great food! Really diverse menu. Must try🫶🏻

On a whim stopped in for wine and also ordered the beet in plum sauce and traditional mushroom dumplings... Easily my new fave spot for Georgian spot.. the dumplings were incredible and the beet dish was absolutely delicious. Super casual spot with great food.

We only had 2 nights in NYC. So we wanted them to be special. And special it was. After the dinner on the first night we decided to come back the next day. The food is wonderful. But what is really special is the the attentive service and amazing natural/orange wine selection. I will definitely recommend them and happy to come back some day 🥂

5 stars! A true gem in the neighborhood! I went to Sipsteria for dinner last night and loved it so much, I came back this morning for breakfast! It’s such a cozy, stylish café with a welcoming vibe and truly impressive food. This morning I had one of their specialty desserts something between a cheesecake and a tart delicate, creamy, and full of flavor. It wasn’t exactly a classic cheesecake, which made it even more interesting. Along with a perfectly brewed coffee, it made my morning feel special. For dinner, I tried the Chicken Chkmeruli in green tarragon sauce rich, fragrant, and full of traditional Georgian flavor. I also had the shrimp salad, which was light, refreshing, and beautifully balanced. Every dish felt carefully crafted, with attention to both taste and presentation. I just found out this is actually their second location the original is in Harlem and I’m so happy they opened right here in our neighborhood on Amsterdam Ave. Sipsteria already feels like a local favorite. Whether you’re looking for a great breakfast or an elegant dinner, this place is a must-visit. Proud to have it in the neighborhood!

Cute, cozy and comforting. We have been waiting for our own little corner coffee shop and Sipsteria delivered! Love the reading nook up front in the window. We will be back again and again.
